My wife and I went to this place due its famous reputation in social networks and ended up quite disappointed.
The place is located at Av. del Recreo, a little bit close to Metrobus La Viga, a 650 metres walk.
When we arrived we get surprised because the venue was too small.
There were some tables underneath a small tent at the edge of the asphalt, so we sit on a table and ordered 2 tortas and 2 sodas, the tortas are made with roasted leg of pork, avocado, cream, sliced raw onion, sliced tomato, fried crushed beans and butter.
At the first sight the tortas look like normal size, but when you open its wrapping, you will notice that the proportions are more than enough.
When we tasted the tortas for the first time were delicious but suddenly started loosing flavour, we observed that the meat was just boiled and when the cook was preparing the tortas, he spread some butter on the grill and then put the meat over to add some flavour.
At the end we resulted paying $320 pesos just for 2 tortas and 2 sodas, such an expensive experience.
Maybe this spot was famous in the past but nowadays it does not worth have a bite here.
