Best tortillas ever!! Use them within 3 days because they are preservative free. They have good pork burritos that are cooked in either red or green sauce. Everything is fresh and delicious!! If you haven't tried, give it a chance! I promise you'll be making lots of trips here. The tortillas can't be beat! We eat them straight out of the package on the way home so we buy extra 😅

Trying to figure out when the reopen... they've been closed for 3 months now, no one answers the phone, they moved but still haven't reopened. I just need some tortillas 😪

Seriously I was surprised friendly, fast, reasonable, and delicious they don’t skimp on the meat I had a green chili burrito wasn’t spicy but so flavorful, I will definetly go there again

This place is amazing. Our normal stop in place was closed and we found this place. Don't let the basic menu fool you! The corn tortillas are OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! The barbacoa was amazing! Tender, juicy flavorful! Fast and friend. Great prices!

Tamales are so sad here!! Thinest smallest tamale I have ever waisted my money on. Flavor of the meat was okay. The masa of the tamale had no flavor and little salt to taste.

Really good burrito! It was just meat and sauce in a tortilla, but each element was perfect and it was one of the best burritos I've ever had. The meat was well-cooked, tender, and flavorful. The sauce was incredible and so good!! I did a green chili burrito first and then went back for seconds and got red chili on the next one. The green was my favorite. "That burrito was so good I'm going to be thinking about it for weeks" - my friend 20 minutes after finishing his. They also do tamales (by the dozen) and some other take-home items which I would have loved to try.

The best!!! And I mean the best homemade Flour tortillas ever... if your in town you have to go try them out... all the food they serve is amazing!!

I only got to try the Barbacoa and Menudo, being that I showed up on a very busy day (after the Chile and Frijoles festival). I was in kind of a rush, so I didn't have time to wait for tortillas to be made. Got a pound of Barbacoa and some menudo. Both were absolutely delicious. I bet their burritos are delicious. Will have to try them one day.

Fantastic green chili and homemade tortillas! Found this place while camping at the lake. Definitely worth the drive. Get a quart or two or three to take home.

Red chili pork burrito was flavorful and a lil bit spicy and I loved it!! The homemade tortillas were so good we got a dozen to take to the hotel. Don't pass this place up just because they don't have any sit down capability, get your burrito and eat in the car if you have to

Best green chili and house made tortillas! Tamales were great, too. We've stopped several times passing thru Pueblo. I learned to eat Mexican food in Pueblo in JrH & HS. This place is the best!!

Good service the tamales were awesome. The tortillas were very good. It's kind of an Outaway place but well worth the effort.

Tortillas come warm and so soft! Definitely a stop to pick up dinner. We have also had the burritos... a little warm but so amazing. Haven't tried the tamales yet but will!

Best tortillas in town. Super affordable too. It's an extra treat when they're warm. We always eat one out of the bag in the car. The pork adovado and the green chili is also amazing!

This little hole in the wall Mexican "restaurant" (really just a take out place since there's no tables/ or room to eat) is soooo good! Literally better than most actual Mexican restaurants in Colorado. This place is a tortilla factory. But they also serve other kinds of food that are interesting and very tasty. I got several things. I got the chile verde which made for an excellent dipping "sauce" but also good soup too. There was a slight spiciness to it but not enough to make you really feel any sort of heat. I would definitely get this. I also got the chicharrones. I was not impressed with this as they had almost no flavor. The tamales were also good. Very tradition but a lot better when dipped in the chile verde. Finally I got the colitas de Pavo. I love these! They're turkey tails would a very unique flavor. It does come by the pound so you will get quite a few. I will definitely come here again.

Omg! The flour tortillas and green chile is delicious. We ordered the green chile, flour tortillas, and barbacoa. The green chile and flour tortillas are so fresh. I wanted to buy the tamales but they weren't ready until 12 pm on a Sunday. Plenty of parking. Enjoy

Got here at 6:15 in the morning. At that time there was not much available. I had a green chile verde burrito. It was a no-nonsense burrito just the Chile vetde wrapped in a tortilla it cost $4.50. it was delicious. The tamales were not ready yet when I go back there again I would love to try the tamales

Lets be clear this is not a restaurant, this is a grab your food and go place. Tortillas are fantastic! Chili is fantastic! Burritos fantastic! That's it that's pretty much the while menu and I'm in need of more tortillas. I'd almost go back to Pueblo just for these tortillas lol not really but when in Pueblo I will be coming here to get tortillas every damn time! I actually have a friend that lives in Pueblo and told him next time he comes to Denver for his work he has to bring me tortillas or we can no longer be friends.

The best place to get homemade tortillas everyday. The tortillas are super soft, fluffy and delicious. Also, the green chili burrito is so yummy, and spicy, I cry every single time while eating it. On the weekends the have some special foods in the menu. They don't have tables or chairs, is a To-GO place. The server/cashier is always friendly. The prices are unbeatable. Highly recommend this place for great Mexican food!

The best tortillas you can get in CO. We bought tortillas to bring home for dinner, and also ordered their burritos to eat. Absolutely amazing!

I like that place, but I did find a bone in one of my tamales once, didn't go back to tell them, but I was mad, should have gotten compensated, but probably wouldn't have anyways, it was gross.

Green chili burrito was amazing! So flavorful. Don't expect much in the way of service and this is takeout only but worth a visit. They are known for their tortillas. The flour are very good. Bought corn for my friends who are gluten light and found while good, I have had better. More about volume on those than quality but definitely an amazing value. But go for the pork green chili burrito!

BEST burritos in Pueblo. Red or Green will not disappoint. Price is very reasonable, considering the quality. No fine dining here, and I'm not a fan of carryout, but I'll tolerate it for these burritos. Wish they would expand their offerings.

Amazing tortillas & green Chile pork burritos!! Only word of advice: get at least two burritos per person because they're so damn good!! But also because it really is just pork & chile in the tortillas, so not super filling. We took home both flour and corn tortillas and both are incredible!! Love this place and how friendly they all were!

Holy authentic, Batman! This is a real deal in Pueblo. Go here if you want: delicious chile verde homemade corn tortillas homemade flour tortillas We stopped in after a lovely walk at Pueblo's riverwalk, and ordered two burritos: a red, beef and a verde burrito. I loved my green chile burrito as it was filled with soft pork and a spicy and favorable green chile. Note: that's it: the burrito was a soft, fresh flour tortilla wrapped around tender pork and chile verde. And that, folks, was enough. The red burrito was a little salty but the chile had a delicious taste. We also took a package of freshly made corn tortillas home. I couldn't help but rip into that package of warm tortillas (about 3 bucks) on the drive home. So delicious. Next time I'm driving through I know where to stop to pick up some homemade tamales ($13 bucks for a dozen) or tortillas to bring as a gift to ANY family in America (except for my neighbor who said "no thanks" when I offered him some of the fresh tortillas - weirdo). So, I guess I'm really recommending this take-out place. Go here for tortillas, containers of green chile made by scratch that's so good you'll want to drink it. Can't vouch for anything else - yet - but I"ll keep you posted. Yeah, get there.

Love the burritos and tamales! Bunuelos during the holidays are a great treat. Every time we've been here, there's always a line outside the door: testament to how great the food is. Simple, no-frills and amazing food.

Food is consistently delicious and the same flavor which is a good thing! Prices are reasonable, staff is always professional and courteous. Small entryway which is fine as they get you in and out in a timely manner. Authentic flavors, one of my local favorites!

I was very disappointed, My family and I have always gotten tamales for Christmas and thanksgiving there. My mom sent me to go pick the tamales she had ordered the Saturday prior, and was told to be there before 2 since it was going to close for holiday hours. Which is so understandable, so We got there around 12:35 pm went in asked for the tamales and the lady at the counter told us to come back at 1 to pick them up and that they would be ready. So we went and waited in the car,1 pm hits and My bf and I go back to the door to find it locked and the open sign turned off, another man pulled up and asked if we were also there for tamales, so the three of us stood there and called, watched the lights turn off and were very confused. We went to our cars and wait a little longer because there was no way we would be told to come back at a time they already closed the store. 30 minutes go past already called 3 times. Another lady pulls up in her car,calls and someone opens the door and gave her, her tamales! So my boyfriend and I as well as the other man rushed to the door and asked how this lady got her tamales and she said " oh if they told you 1 pm than they have the tamales just call and leave a message " so we did and guess what? No answer. another lady showed up with the same story and another car of people all told the same thing! So unprofessional. I wished they would've just told us they closed at 1 or had no more or literally any form of communication besides to come back at 1. at this point we all had waited an hour on thanksgiving in the cold with the same story and no answers. Really disappointing for a place we all loved.

Holy cow. Some delicious authentic homemade style Mexican food. Green chile is ridiculously good. The "burrito" is just the green chili inside a flour tortilla, but it's mega delicious. And the flour tortillas, WTF. How can they be so delicious? Best I've ever had. Corn tortillas also incredible, every item I tried on the very short menu was terrific. This went to the top of my list for Pueblo food stops. Which is great because Pueblo seems to be a food desert. It is a walk up counter ONLY, there is no seating or even standing area.

A true gem. You need this in your life. Simple fresh and perfect. Fast service. Will be back for the turkey tails.

You will not be disappointed stopping! When I come home this is our first stop so i can gift family I visit with a dozen. Then it's my last stop on our way out of town back to Iowa to get 20 doz that will las me 6 months :) The food they sell is on point as well!!

Only place in Pueblo that I know of that sells fresh made tortillas. Red or green burritos hit the spot for a quick fix.

Love the burritos and it's the only my place to get fresh tortillas. Not a huge fan of the barbacoa but it's still good for a quick weekend breakfast or lunch.

This place is where you go to get tortillas. Corn or flour - it doesn't matter. They're the best you've ever eaten. Get two dozen, because you won't be able to resist cracking that bag open and macking down eight of them the minute you get home. They have other stuff that's dynamite (their tamales are off the chain), but the tortillas, man! Damn!

Grabbed some barbacoa and red chili tamales for breakfast. All I have to say is WOW! On both. The barbacoa meat is tender and the sauce is perfect for flavoring the meat even more. The tamales are the perfect consistency of masa and moist. Definitely returning for more delicious food.

This is one of my favorite places to eat green Chile and fresh flour tortillas. The green Chile is the best in town!!!!! The red Chile is also incredibly delicious!!! Chicharones are outstanding. Authentic Mexican food is what the menu calls for

This is the way Barbados should taste. Only available for take out on Saturday and Sundays. The tortillas are soo fresh usually still warm. Love Mexican food without fake sauces try this local treasure. Not an eat in restaurant. COLD bottled coke and Pepsi ask for it to be opened, it will hold you over till you can get this tasty dish home. Enjoy but keep it to the real foodies....

I'm sure they have their reasons but I thought it was pretty wack that they only sell their taco meat on the weekends, also their tamales are skimpy as can be... and not spicy enough...

Barbacoa?! YES! Quality amazing barbacoa and fresh tortillas! HOMEMADE deliciousness! This is my fathers Sunday outing!! He goes every single Sunday for some barbacoa and other Mexican yummies! Their tortillas are freshly made and the guys here are super nice! Locally owned and CLEAN! Go eat some yummy meat here!

This place is awesome!! You walk in, there is a tiny room and a counter, a friendly guy comes around the partition and asks what you'd like, you say green or red burrito ( I get 2 green green burritos), you leave with the best little burrito you've ever had. They're hot, messy, and soooo tasty! I always stop here when I'm in Pueblo. Keep it up Delicias,

Stopped in here with my boyfriend for what he called the best tortillas in town. The tortillas definitely did not disappoint, they were amazing. We had the green chili burritos which were very spicy for my taste (I'm kind of a baby) but the green chili was very very good. I found this place while traveling from Denver to Taos. It's a tortilla factory that also offers a very limited lunch menu for take out only. On the day we went they were offering red or green pork burritos. My boyfriend and I both got the green chili burrito, on the freshest tortilla I have ever had. This has been the best thing I have eaten on vacation so far. So good and only $3.75!
