Super friendly employees. Very authentic and amazing taste! I you can feed 5 people on a Taco Tuesday takeout order for $30, and that includes a $3-$4 tip! Never had a bad experience here at all, whether it be dine in or to go.

I haven’t stopped thinking about and craving these tacos since visiting Tortilleria Garcia last Tuesday for their taco Tuesday deals. When tacos are that cheap I just had to keep going back to order more. The flavors are great, especially the steak, and the salsas are delicious. Service was great and super friendly too! Will definitely be back for more.

Quick, like a local chipotle. Just order your taco, bowl, or burrito how you want it or you can go with something they already make. The only disappointment here was the chips. They were stale, thick, and crunchy. Not crispy. Was with a few people and both bags of chips were like this so we didn’t even eat them. Everything else was great though!

Excellent tasting food, fresh ingredients, good portions and great prices. Skip the Chipotle and head here, you will not be disappointed!

I'm really really disappointed! I ordered the veggie burrito. Per the menu, it comes with rice black beans pico cheese and lettuce. All that was in my burrito was rice! I don't understand that at all. Waste of money. edit: I spoke with someone over the phone and explained the situation. Since I ordered over doordash there wasnt anything they could do. doordash offered a refund of 2.94. not the best. but I understand their doordash policy and I dont fault them for not being able to do much.

They helped cater a graduation party for 190 people. They were easy to work with. Effective communication leading up to event. Food delivered on time and was excellent! Lots of complements from our guests. Will use again!

Best carnitas I have had in Cincinnati and rivals some awesome places in California. Chicken tacos were also fantastic. But you should also leave room for the desserts.

Tortilla Rea Garcia delivers authentic Mexican soul food with incredible flavor and precision. The kitchen runs like a well-oiled machine--quick, efficient, and no-nonsense. It's all about the food here, and it does not disappoint. An absolute bargain for such high-quality, traditional fare. I keep coming back.

Outside of Mexico, California, Texas and New Mexico, this is hands down the best Mexican food I've ever had! Tortilleria Garcia is an authentic restaurant if there ever was one. Setting is casual and the food is absolutely amazing! The taco platter with Al Pastor was phenomenal. My son had their tamales and they were superb. They make their own tortillas for all meals, and the chips and salsa is all freshly made as well. If you're in the Cincinnati area for any reason: I Highly recommend Tortilleria Garcia!

They don't even deserve 1 star. I've been several times. The staff is very unprofessional (likes to talk bs thinking Americans don't understand.) They act like u wanna steal a lousy side of rice bc they forgot to give it to you. The worst part, the food sucks. The meat has been sitting there for who knows how long. Btw, we are a Mexican-American family, not Americans that have no idea what the food should taste like or how it should be made. They mess up both.

I have tried several times to write a review and be nice about it because I personally like the owner. I find tortillería García to be flavorless. I have tried the following: al pastor, asada, and the chicken. They add so much cilantro, onions, and pico so people don't notice that they do not give you any meat. It is absolutely ridiculous! Their rice, beans and tortillas are "ok" (nothing special). I came to eat here today for their taco Tuesday and it was packed! (that doesn't mean the food is good) the food just doesn't hit the spot! I paid $5 for chips and Guac. Their chips were over fried so they were hard to chew. DON'T spend your money on that. Chipotle's guac is so much better. Will I be back? Prob not! I think you can find better places around the city.

Very good authentic tacos at a good price. I do recommend this place. When my friends want Taco Bell, I laugh and come here for "real" tacos.

Welcome to Mason TG!!!! So happy to have you here! This is now my favorite out of the 3 locations around Greater Cincinnati. It is such a great local family run business that is a glowing addition to Mason. The storefront here has ample parking, is easy to access from the highway, and is bright and spacious inside. The staff here were just as welcoming and helpful as I am used to. When you walk in there is a bright and easily visible menu board right above a cooler case full of drinks, deserts, and more. To the left of this are the cash registers for ordering. I went with my favorites from TG: the Carnitas Nachos (with their house made chips &all the toppings), the chicken tamales, flan, and when I asked for the aqua de Jamaica they asked cup or gallon... umm you sell this amazing drink in BULK?! Yesss give me all the agua! Don't forget to ask for their Salsa Verde, that is my favorite (Green). It is flavorful and just the right amount of spice! Food pickup is at the end of the line. Everything was delicious and traveled well as I got it to go. This is by far my favorite Mexican around! They have the best Nachos, Flan, Tamales, and Agua ive ever had. On this visit I didn't get it, but the Tres leches is amazing too! Also, if they ever offer up any specials such as Elote or Birria tacos, JUMP ON IT. They go quick, and they are perfection! OH and did I mention prices are great? Do I need to say anymore? GO HERE!

Best Carne Asada burrito I've had ever in Ohio. I've been convinced that you can't find a respectable burrito outside the southwest, but this one was a ringer for Roberto's in San Diego (the original, not the chain).

So I typically go to the College Hill Tortilleria Garcia and have had very pleasant experiences there. I absolutely love their Al Pastor and shrimp tacos. They also are usually very friendly and helpful at the coutner. However, this location was different. It still had its vibrant decor, but the staff was not friendly. When I walked up to the counter to order no one greeted me. I had to tell them I was ready to place my order. I placed my usual order of three tacos: 1 chicken al pastor and 1 shrimp. I asked for cilantro, onions, and limes for my taco toppings. They weren't busy and my order came out quickly. The tacos were hot and tasted fresh, but what was odd was that everything tasted the same. All three tacos had the same taste and looked like they had the same seasoning. I even decided to buy a La Croix to make sure I didn't lose my taste/smell to COVID because of how similar everything tasted. I think this was a mistake because this has never happened before. Also unfortunately the chicken was very dry. I, unfortunately, do not plan on going back to this location and will stick to the one in College Hill.

We had an excellent experience with Tortilleria Garcia for our daughter's graduation party. Everyone loved the fresh ingredients, the chips, the meat and the sauces. They were very attentive and great to deal with. I ordered several weeks early and meant to call and confirm, but no need to because they called to confirm with me! I paid extra for delivery, and they were on time and set everything up for me. Very well worth it on a busy day. 100% recommend them. Good value for great fresh food from a local establishment.

Seemed like they were out of most items. The staff was friendly and apologized. The chicken tamales were moist but needed more chicken filling. The Pico was good. Overall not worth trying again.

Tried this place for the first time with my bff. We ordered 2 carnitas street tacos, 2 chicken street tacos & 2 potato poblano street tacos. The tacos shells were homemade corn tortillas & were good. All the tacos tasted pretty good. We also ordered a slice of tres leches cake & it was average. The service was slightly rude. They close at 8:00 pm & they made sure we left on time.

I just stopped in to try the place out. I asked the guy that was working for his 2 favorite tacos. He gave me the carne asada and the carnitas. Both were excellent but I really enjoyed the carne asada.

We were buying shoes next door and decided to stop by since there were a lot of people inside. We thought it must be good. It's not. There's nothing special about the food. The chicken lacks seasoning. Definitely not worth the money I spent. I got just chicken burrito (not the platter) and still got the price for the platter. Should have gotten a platter for the same price and gotten the beans and rice. The food is not that good, a food truck at a gas station would have more flavor.

Los tacos y tamales son increibles! Mejor salsa y pico!!!! I've eaten there a bunch. Everything is fantastic. Love the fresh corn tortillas. They have a legit dollar taco Tuesday.

The food is consistantly good at this location. I've been here 3-4 times in the last 6 months, since I live closer to the other locations. The prices are decent for the quantity of food. They have three types of salsa that really bring the flavor, and the fresh tortillas are great! This local restaurant is worth a visit.

If you want real, authentic tacos and other Mexican staples, Tortilleria Garcia is your spot! On Tuesdays they have $1 tacos alllll day, and they are worth it! With their handmade, fresh corn tortillas, and simple tasty hand smashed guacamole, you are going to be in love. I love ordering their carne asada and carnitas tacos the best! Full of flavor and the perfect little outside crisp on the meat. Don't skimp, and order chips and guacamole, the chips are crunchy and the guacamole is simple, yet packs the perfect flavor. Amazing food and great service! Nice little location, casual, clean and kid friendly. The staff genuinely seems enthused to be there and helpful with my questions during my first visit. $1 Tacos on Taco Tuesday is a great deal. The cheese quesadilla was huge and just the right amount of melty, greasy, yummy. Nachos El Pastor were great! Awesome desserts!

The real deal you absolutely can't beat the 1.00 taco Tuesday if you tried ! The nachos are a bit pricey but totally worth it best nachos in the city

Always so tasty! Especially love heading here on taco Tuesdays. The tacos are a little smaller on dollar days, but still equally delish. The Mason location is right next to my work and they're so quick, I can easily grab a lunch before my 1 o'clock meetings. Recommend this place to anyone who loves traditional tacos.

This is a nice easy to find Mexican place with lots of parking. The menu has items like tacos, burritos, chicken, tamales, nachos and quesadillas. I liked the steak and chicken tacos I had. The corn tortillas they were wrapped in tasted authentic and homemade. You can choose what you want on taco- lettuce, tomato, onions, sour cream, etc. My platter included generous portions of refried beans and rice. In addition to the beverage soda machine they have a cooler with a large selection of authentic Mexican soda pop. Mexican music and a bright cheery decor made it a pleasant atmosphere. Fast and Friendly. Great food. I ordered a steak taco and tamale, came with rice and beans and under 10 bucks! This is a fast casual place, no servers, you order at the counter and your food is ready quickly. Perfect for lunch!

One of my favorite Mexican spots in NE Cincinnati. The service is great, the food is always fresh and the atmosphere is perfect for their vibe. My wife had the special taco (shrimp and mahi-mahi) and I had a Quesadilla Pollo. Both of us left happy and full. Very fair (but not outrageous) portions. Next time we are taking home a couple pound pack of their made on site corn tortillas. Just perfect.

For my wife's birthday we got a Fiesta (catering) carryout and I can not say enough good things about it. The tortillas were amazing, the portions were generous, and the taste will make you eat that one extra taco you know you shouldn't but can't resist. Ask about the compenchano. It is a great upgrade to the already solid carnitas and carne asada. If you are planning a business lunch or family get together, this is the taco bar you need. I had planned to take pictures but hordes descended on the food before I finished getting everything setup! I do have a picture from eating lunch there last week, so I'll put those in so you can get the idea.

We love the Springdale location of this restaurant and have been eagerly awaiting the opening of this location-and it did not disappoint!! The food is always delicious and hot. Great, clean atmosphere and friendly service! My husband loves the carne asada tacos and I love the al pastor burrito bowl. We try to come Mondays to get their whole chicken meal for $9.99. If you love authentic Mexican tacos - this is the place to try!!!

Stopped in today for an impromptu lunch...holy smokes!!! This blaze is bananas good!!! Pollo taco was off the chain, pollo tamales...absolutely delicious. The bean and rice were great as well...usually it's hard to find good beans and rice but they were cooked perfectly...will definitely be back. Sorry for no picture...I started eating right away and forgot...that's how good it is!!!

This is specifically a review for the Mason location, I have been to both the original and location and this one once before. I really enjoyed the location in Cincinnati quite a lot, and thought the food was decent at the Mason location but I didn't even make the connection the restaurants were connected somehow. I enjoyed it okay the first time around, but this time was absolutely horrible. I got the shrimp and pastor taco combo platter. Rice was not fresh, beans were not fresh. The tortillas are HUGE but they don't even fill them up so you're eating lots of flavorless corn tortillas which aren't even warmed up on the grill (it's like eating a loaf of dry bread). The meat wasn't good either, tasteless and the pastor was so greasy it dripped out of my shell a bright red-orange hue, gross. Taco combo was $7 ($1.67 for beans and rice up charge seems ridiculous) and after you add two toppings it was $12! Those toppings i chose? Onion and cilantro, which are normally free, were over $4! And it was hands down the worst taco I've had in a very long time.. Go to a gas station taco truck and or literally anywhere else. Never coming back here. I will return to the other location, but I honestly don't know what happened here, it's like a Bucca Di Beppo ghost kitchen serving greasy day old food with the Garcia name and at a ludicrous price. Thanks for ruining my day.

I Had the carnitas taco combination platter. The carnitas were tender and juicy and very flavorful. The side of beans and rice were also very good. Service was fast and efficient and friendly if you are not sure about something ask they are helpful. Looking forward to going back and trying the tamales and other items on the menu. Very authentic tacos give them a try!

I was looking for a place to take the family for Taco Tuesday on National Taco Day. This was the right choice! Delicious tacos, but make sure you order extra of the taco Tuesday portion since they're bite sized. We split a pint of beans and Mexican rice with chips and salsa. So good, they're going to have to roll me out the door!

Been a big fan of this place for a long time at their other location. Very excited to have them open in mason! Food is always great. Perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.

This is quite possibly the absolute worst Mexican restaurant I have visited. I went with three different tacos since it was taco Tuesday and a side of refried beans. The chicken, steak and pork with pineapple were all quite tasteless and were not warm at all. The worst was probably the steak however, which was fatty (not in a good way) and really hard to chew - I ended up spitting out a majority of the steak. On the tacos I also went with pico de gallo amongst a few other toppings, but the pico seemed as if it had been made three days ago. The tomatoes in it were potentially a day or two away from growing mold as they were off tasting and no longer had a fresh, crisp texture to them. The beans were, in my opinion the best part of the meal, although they definitely didn't taste authentic. All of this paired with the difficulty to order at the counter add up for quite a subpar experience. No way I will be returning here to eat.

This place is a gem! Have been there 5 times in the last 3 weeks. Twice to cater out Fiesta packs, this weekend for a group of 15 at a get-togetherin the park. Everyone raved about the food. Those corn tortillas are to die for! The quantity of food provided was very generous. Highly recommend!

We got takeout. It was ready quickly and on time as promised. We had made-to-order carnitas nachos, with lettuce , onions, sour cream, cilantro, and jalapeños. It was delicious. The chips were crispy and fresh. I chose the "spicy", and it was! We will definitely be back!

We wanted Mexican food catered for a Fiesta-themed couples wedding shower/party. I found great reviews for Tortilleria Garcia Mason, so we checked them out. My husband and I initially went on Taco Tuesday for lunch, to get first impressions. We were immediately impressed with the fresh, quality ingredients and toppings. The house-made guac and queso were especially memorable, as were the tacos. We came back a different day to order a Fiesta Pack from their catering menu for our group of about 20 friends and family. Theresa was extremely helpful and efficient in helping us through all our options. The day of the event, Theresa arrived promptly, set up the food and was gone in no time. Talk about efficient! Our guests raved about the quality of the food and everyone asked where we got it. We even had leftovers! I highly recommend them at your next catered event for the quality of food, presentation, reliability and efficiency.
