The Best Italian Restaurants in Las Vegas | Eater Vegas

"You can spend a whole weekend in Eataly, alone. The Italian food hall at Park MGM has five quick-service options for lunch and snacks to-go. It also boasts a wine shop and market for buying Itlaian kitchen staples and three full-service restaurants. Toscana Ristorante & Bar offers regional and Tuscan-inspired fare, with seasonal selections like risotto primavera with vegetables and aged parmigiano regiano, gnocchi with asparagus, grilled veal chop with crispy guanciale and cannellini white beans, and pan-seared king salmon." - Janna Karel

Very classy, traditional ristorante in Park MGM /Eataly. The service was impeccable. I arrived at opening hour hungry, with no reservation. I chose to sit at the bar and was taken care of very well by two capable bartenders. They introduced me to the sommelier, who talked to me a little bit about our common love of Italian wines. He made sure the pours were perfect. The avocado and tomato salad was prepared with absolutely perfectly fresh ingredients. In classic Italian style, the ingredients shone through with minimal other flavors. I’m only sorry that I couldn’t finish the whole salad. I was saving room for the primo. The zucchini risotto was the best I’ve ever had, hands-down. I left so satisfied! I cannot wait to return to Toscana. The front of house staff mostly wore well-fitted, dark suits. My only suggestion for improvement, and this is very, very picky, is that some of the bar staff were wearing soiled white uniform jackets, or they were wearing visible black undergarments with white uniform shirts. It detracted from the high-class vibe just a little.

Toscana is the premium Italian restaurant in the Eataly food court at Park MGM. The menu is not large but it covers the bases and has most of the expected representative of Italian dining, often with unique takes. We arrived about 10 minutes early for our reservation and were requested to wait the 10 minutes before being seated. This is an all too common situation that irks because there are so many other ways to handle an early arrival. Offer a seat at the bar to wait, or heaven forbid, go ahead and seat them, even if waitstaff can’t immediately greet them. It’s arbitrary and rude to have guest wait at the door when alternatives are available. Ok, got that off my chest but that was strike one. The restaurant was about 2/3rds full when we were finally seated but the noise level was off the charts. You literally could not hold a conversation and the waitstaff had to shout to be heard. Strike two. We had a selection of appetizers and the Burrata and Gnocco Fritti were standouts. The mains were the Branzino, ravioli, fettuccine and short ribs. All, very good. There is a good list of wines, leaning heavily toward Italian and several local and Italian beers. Service was very good despite the cacophony. Lighting and decor were pleasing. Prices were Vegas moderate and access for disabled is good. We give the restaurant four Google stars and three clams on the coveted Five Quahog Rating Scale.

I truly thought this was well rounded. I noticed people saying the food was over priced "we are in vegas". You get what you pay for. The food was excellent and fresh. Their cocktails were flavorful and unique.

We are at Gran Caffe Milano and Thomas the server what a great guy. Kind, courteous, knowledgeable. And the Bolognese dish to die for. Unreal.

The service was great from the bartenders to the waitresses. Bartender was very knowledgeable of the area and suggested alot of things to do around town. I had the short rib dish whoch was delicious. Would definitely come back here again.

Google
Amazing steak over an actual wood burning fire! Nowhere in the strip will you get anything like that - that's a 3 inch thick steak porterhouse in the pics. The lobster fettuccine packs more lobster than most lobster rolls. The staff is very friendly, both the bartender, server, and the man behind the open flame grill.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was great, cool artwork on the walls. The service was very poor, waiter was rude and unhelpful. Our ‘gold leaf’ espresso martini came with no gold leaf, we asked the waiter about this and no one came over. They take your plates before everyone is finished, my partner was eating her last bite and they took away her plate, then rushed the bill. The restaurant wasn’t busy or full, bad experience.

Our final evening in LV before driving over to LA after a week of wedding and F1 bliss during late Nov ‘24, we found this joint in the hotel casino we had been staying in – Park MGM. Wow, we wished we had found this hideaway earlier in our stay as it would have been frequented more than the once. No booking no problem. We were seated at the very impressive bar with beautifully appropriate and comfortable luxurious seats surrounding us in the action of specialty cocktails, award-winning Italian wines available via Coravin and a venue obviously celebrating the authentic regional cuisine and rich experience of the Tuscan countryside. You can always evaluate these places initially on their ‘homemade pane’ and the focaccia with rosemary was a great bread starter to kick things off while appreciating the atmosphere. With the bride loving her Italian cuisine, I knew we had to experience above average fare onwards from this solid base and her generic sounding ravioli filled with spinach and ricotta blanketed in Fianagricola tomato sauce and basil did not disappoint. Neither did my beef rib main which was inspired by the Tuscan stew Peposo alla Fornacina being served up with a description offering mixed greens, which essentially were the leaves on top as a garnish. To that end though, the meat was braised to fork tender melting brilliance in the simple yet classico rich and flavourful chianti, pepper, garlic and herb broth which also comforted the bovine over the Yukon spud mash. Five stars are hard to award, if ever, but this immersive restaurant off the gaming floor in the Eataly area is a standout and very much deserving. We will be back when next in LV!

Yelp
I had a wonderful birthday dinner at Toscana. It's a little small, but very nice casual chic vibe. Our server was top shelf, very friendly, knowledgeable and checked in on our frequently enough to make sure that our meal was good, but not too much to be intrusive. To start we ordered Toscano Martini (which was tasty, but $29) and the Confetto. The Confetto was fun with gold glitter, but the cotton candy on top was good, but a bit clunky. The whole branzino was well seasoned and juicy, but the skin was a little disappointing because it was soggy. My friend really enjoyed the parpadelle with a wild boar ragu was tender and delicious. For me, the standout was the Insalate Verde. The greens were fresh, crisp and sweet, and white balsamic vinaigrette was perfectly acidic, tangy and just a hint of sweetness. Overall, we really enjoyed our meal at Toscana, and we'll be back the next time we're in Vegas.

Yelp
The service here is absolutely horrible. I called this restaurant four times within two hours to confirm they were doing takeout. Each time they said yes. After walking all the way over, they refused my order, saying they were "too busy." That's not a mix-up--it's careless and shows zero respect for customers. I double-checked several times before going, and they still wouldn't honor what they told me. Don't take their word for it when they say yes. If you really want to eat here, just put down a reservation--and if you show up, great. If not, who cares. At least then you won't get stuck walking over for nothing.

Yelp
I had a great experience at this sit down Eataly restaurant. It has a great vibe, great menu, great service....I was alone and was impressed at how synched the service was...everything from the water refills, main server, food delivery, removal of empty plates/glasses. My server gave me some recommendations on 2 wines I said I was interested in and allowed me to sample. The wine are not inexpensive so it was nice to try before the buy. I had the carpaccio (delicious and perfect) and the branzino (also delicious and perfect). It was a bit pricey, but if you are going to spend the money, you can rest assured that here you will get what you are paying for!

Yelp
I stopped in for dinner after another restaurant was too busy. I was immediately seated at the bar across from the fire pit. The ambiance was great and a little too hot across from the fire. The staff recognized this and offered to reseat me at the bar. The staff was very attentive and helpful in providing recommendations. I ordered the focaccia bread with pesto and grilled zucchini to start with. It was amazing and large. My entree was the pasta with sausage and that was tasty although I prefer a thicker sauce. Overall great experience.
google avatar

Lily R.

Yelp
The inside of the restaurant is so pretty but it's kind of dark, the ravioli is the best ravioli I've ever had and the tomato sauce is amazing. The restaurant seems to have space, they were able to seat a party of 6 on a Friday.

Yelp
Lovely experience! We decided to eat here before a VGK game. So glad we did. We enjoyed creative cocktails and delicious eats! We enjoyed everything! Octopus is on the appetizer section but I thoroughly enjoyed it as my entree. Mom's scallops were melt in your mouth fantastic. Hubs pasta was flavorful and delicious. Oh! And that zucchini Focaccia is amazing! A little heavy because of the cheese but still very good. The Focaccia is pillow-like. I'd order all of it again.... But I want to go back and try other things. Service is Very Good and Very Timely. They understood we needed to get to the game before Puck Drop. Way Way better than a hot dog, chicken fingers and a beer at T Mobile Arena.

Yelp
Located inside Park MGM, this upscale Italian spot has great service, solid drinks, and amazing food. I tried the zucchini risotto and it was top notch. Prices are a bit high, but you are on the Strip, so it's expected. Definitely a great place to check out!

Yelp
Toscana Ristorante, located on the Strip, inside the Eataly food hall, unexpectedly delivered an almost-flawless 2025 Valentine's Day prix fixe dinner! Peak meal experience, from the chill Italianesque ambiançe to the sweet, attentive staff. We would unreservedly recommend. My favorite course was the Filetto Di Manzo, my wife's was the dessert Bacio Di Fragola. Our choices from the Menu San Valentino: ARANCINI AL TARTUFO - Riso Scotti Rice, Urbani Black Truffles, asiago cheese - Yellowtail Tuna Tartare, Calvisius Caviar, chives CARPACCIO DI MANZO - Thinly-sliced Beef Tartare, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP Crema, wild mushrooms, sorrel (Our only letdown in the entire meal was the less than buttery carpaccio, which was stringy and felt like cost-cutting product and rushed preparation. A disappointing note that needs fixing.) PAPPARDELLE AL RAGÙ - Housemade Spinach Pappardelle, veal ragù, Granarolo Pecorino Romano DOP RAVIOLI ALL'ARAGOSTA - Housemade Lobster filled Ravioli, lobster stock, butter FILETTO DI MANZO - Grilled Double R Ranch Filet Mignon, Barolo sauce, celeriac purée BACIO DI FRAGOLA - Strawberry mousse with liquid chocolate center and semisweet chocolate shell, cremo, ruby chocolate, freeze-dried strawberries, candied cocoa nibs, edible flowers and gold, chocolate covered strawberry

Yelp
Came here before a concert at the T-Mobile Arena and was pleasantly surprised to find this little hidden gem tucked inside Eataly. The moment you walk in, the smoky aroma hits you like a brick-intense at first, but you get used to it quickly. Service was excellent, attentive without being intrusive. The food menu was smaller than we'd prefer, but what we did order; the braised octopus- was absolutely phenomenal. The drink list was equally impressive. I'd definitely come back, but fair warning: the menu is limited, so check it out beforehand.

Yelp
I am SURPRISED that this restaurant does not have a lot of reviews because it's SO DELICIOUS. I think when you want Italian, you'll order pasta, but the meat entrees are shockingly amazing. The ambiance is quiet, and you're right outside the busy Eataly. Also, very beautiful decor inside. Service 5/5: Great service in a small-ish restaurant. The servers wear suits, so it looks really formal. Our server was easy to talk to & gave us good food recommendations Food 5/5: -Short rib with potato purée: the short rib is so soft & loved the sauce paired with it. Honestly get this & youll taste heaven with every bite ;) -steak with mash potato & mushrooms: delicious as well -brussel sprouts: can't go wrong with these

Yelp
Came here on a Friday night the day after thanksgiving and were seated quickly as it is not busy season. I had the mushroom and sausage pasta dish (I forget the name) and my sister had the branzino. We both enjoyed our dishes, wish the portions were a bit bigger. We shared the tiramisu for dessert which was very good. Excellent service, our waiter was very nice and attentive enough without being overly attentive. Food came out quick. Had a great dinner here, good option inside of Eataly.

Yelp
Food was spectacular. We had the salmon and the pappardelle. Quality, presentation, and amazing flavor profiles. Definitely recommend. Additionally, the service was outstanding. Above and beyond to ensure allergy issues were communicated to the kitchen. Very attentive staff; water refills, server check ins, etc. Ambiance is great. Music is a little loud but that's everywhere in Vegas. Love the aesthetic and it's in the amazing MGM Park so it's a smoke-free facility.

Yelp
We went out with a group of friends for dinner and wanted to try toscana for Italian food. We had eaten in the past at Eataly and the casual pizza pasta place next door but toscana seemed a level above so decided to try it. Overall, the service was good. The hostess and the server and servers assistants were attentive. We started with rosemary focaccia. Would not recommend as it came out with chargrilled taste like it was sitting in charcoal. Not expected for Italian bread. We had several dishes including the mushroom fettuccine , the ragu pappardelle pasta w wild boar sauce, the zucchini orzo and the platter with prosciutto with mozzarella. We had ordered a beverage each and some gelato and affogato for dessert. Overall, the food lacked spice and flavor. Orzo tasted good but needed spice or flavor. Very butter and cheese flavor. Pasta "al dente" is a little overdone. The bill for 4 was around $400 and we would probably not return but instead go back to the casual Italian place next door which is also part of Eataly. Good ambiance. Service. Overpriced food for the taste and quality.

Yelp
Fantastic experience! First, I appreciate that it was an excellent restaurant, well at the same time not one that I felt uncomfortable in wearing relatively casual clothing. The wine list is fantastic. We had an amazing Italian red. Perfecto! I had a European Seabass served on a bed of spinach. It was divine! My friend had the steak tartar. It was also amazing. We tried both of the two available breads. One was more like a flatbread, and the other was a rosemary focaccia. Our group tried three different desserts, all of which were amazing! Service was fantastic! It was an amazing evening catching up with friends. I love that. It was in a fairly busy spot yet we could hear each other talk and we could relax and have dinner. A perfect night!

Yelp
We ate here before the Eagles concert at the Sphere. We had reservations and were seated quickly. Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. We started with the insalata verde- what a tasty salad, with watermelon radish, carrots, fennel mixed with a white balsamic vinaigrette. Next were the entrees. We ordered the spinach and ricotta filled ravioli.... Yummy little pillows! So good! We also ordered the Braised short rib ... so tender and flavorful! Of course, we were stuffed and couldn't get desert.... Sad. We will definitely be back!

Yelp
What a great Italian meal. Service was excellent, food was great, the espresso martini was perfect, not like the pre-mixed version they're serving in Eataly outside the restaurant at the bar. the atmosphere is cozy and I love being able to see the wood-fired oven. We had the zucchini cheese focaccia bread, the green salad with avocado, the gnocchi, and I had the branzino. Wow! Everything tasted so fresh and delicious and was perfectly cooked. The salad was very fresh and yummy, the bread was everything you want in a focaccia, and I' not sure I've ever had real gnocchi before after tasting this one! It was so light and it melted in your mouth. The branzino was cooked just perfectly and seasoned so well - it didn't need a thing. I highly recommend this lovely restaurant as well as the Park MGM. A great experience.

Yelp
The restaurant is right at the mouth of Eataly inside of Park MGM. It's quite busy in the market area, but inside the restaurant, you get something else. The restaurant is intimate, and the warm lighting inside allows for a 180° dining experience compared to the market (which we've also done). We had reservations for 8pm. It was busy due to the events. *I would caution others to double-check the MGM Entertainment calendar since parking will automatically be charged for those busy nights.* The hostesses were both friendly and knowledgeable. They were aware we were celebrating a birthday but didn't announce it to the world (I appreciate this). Our waitress Maisen, was attentive. Despite it being a busy night we felt taken care of. She guided us through the menu based on our preferences but didn't push or rush us. We began our meal with a greeting from the restaurant's sommelier. He knocked it out with this recommendation, Ca'del Bosco, Franciacorta. It was followed with mocktails. I loved this option! Not enough restaurants have mocktails in my humble opinion. My partner ordered the one with bitters which paired well with his steak. I had an off-menu orange and hibiscus drink that was sweet and refreshing. For our appetizers, we had: Pizzetta Di Zucchini E Bureata, delicious. It was topped with creamy cheese and fresh in-house-made pesto. Our server told us their pesto was made daily; we could tell how fresh it was! It added a layer of zing to what could otherwise be another heavy bread dish. Brussels sprouts, need I say more? They were perfectly soft on the outside while still maintaining their integrity. The reduction on top was flavorful without being overwhelming. Carpaccio Di Manzo E Carciofi... I hadn't tried black truffle yet but boy I'm a big fan! It added a layer of earthiness to the dish. I have added a video. The smoke doesn't take over the dish but adds a wow moment. For our main courses, we chose: Filetto Al Tartufo and Peposo Alla Fiorentina. The Filetto Al Tartufo was our favorite. The steak was cooked for a perfect medium rare. The reduction on the side was great because you can choose how much to add. But the flavor of the steak alone was just perfect. My partner said top 3 steaks of his life (mind you he is an Herbs & Rye fan). He said this dish alone rivals with the best. My dish, the Peposo Alla Fiorentina was fork-tender braised short rib on a bed of decadent Yukon gold potato puree. It is easily a new favorite as well. For dessert, our waitress brought over a tiramisu with a birthday candle. It was a lovely touch. I want to shout out the staff because you could see how well they all worked together. That cohesive atmosphere is an underrated feature of the dining experience. We'll be returning! Thank you to the wonderful staff of Toscana Ristorante for a great birthday dining experience.

Yelp
Jayden and Dylan- knocked it out of the park again! Our Italian stop at Eataly- every time we're in Vegas! The restaurant wasn't too crowded this time, but we did make a reservation. We started off at the bar, but it was way too hot next to the stove. So we moved to a booth. Amazing wine & food always.

Yelp
Our server was really nice and calm. She was extremely knowledgeable about her menu and was an absolute pleasure. Being someone who has opened various restaurants of all levels, it is very refreshing to enter a place like this and feel everyone is doing their job flawlessly. Building a cohesive team is very challenging in these times but you all nailed it from the bussers, to the chefs, servers, and even the hostesses. I've had some very difficult meals this week which truly made me appreciate the amazing experience I shared with you all. Thank you very much and I definitely will be returning. -Adam Jacobs

Yelp
Came here for my girlfriend's birthday dinner and I just want to say, wow! From the moment we walked into the restaurant until the very end of our dinner, everyone treated us like VIPs. Amador, our server, was very attentive and made sure our experience was the very best. We were overwhelmed by the huge selection of food, but Amador stepped in and essentially created a personalized menu for us. He made thoughtful suggestions, and we trusted him to choose what he felt was best. I can't forget about our sommelier, Dylan. He was very knowledgeable in all the wines that were brought out to us. He even gave us suggestions on the perfect pairings. Overall we had such a great time here at Toscana and we'll definitely be back again. Thank you Denis and the team for such a wonderful experience!

BLee M.

Yelp
We had such a great dinner here last night! The grilled tuna was cooked perfectly--tender and flavorful--and the spaghetti with tiger prawns and lobster was absolutely delicious. I also tried a cocktail called the Nube that was light, refreshing, and a fun surprise I'll definitely order again. What really made the evening stand out, though, was the service. Dennis went above and beyond when it came to dessert and our waiter was fun to chat with about New Kids on the Block. Loved the vibe, loved the food, and can't wait to come back.

Todd M.

Yelp
Toscana was to be a special occasion restaurant for our anniversary night. Our server, Mason gave us the scoop of the menu and the availability of mocktails. We decided against mocktails and placed the order. Focaccia with zucchini topping, a fettuccine pasta dish as well as a chicken dish. The dishes were all nicely presented but that's where it all ended. The focaccia bread was not good. Served warm as expected but difficult to cut and had no flavor. Untraditional focaccia from what I've had in the past at other restaurants. The pasta dish was fair as it lacked flavor and sorry to say the chicken dish was very dry. The sauce it was served with though had a great flavor. This type of review for me is quite hard as I love food and I love eating food that tastes great. More importantly I don't like to pay for food that is disappointing as we work hard for our money. We skipped on the dessert as we knew Eataly had some other options for us.

Jeanne T.

Yelp
Food was marginal. Nothing exciting on the menu. Don't order the $11 focaccia bread unless you enjoy no flavor. Risotto was runny. Our server was nice. Nice interior, however overall over rated and you must put down a CC to reserve a table.
google avatar

Yvonne O.

Yelp
If I had a chance to do this over, I would have just eaten out at the places in eataly and skipped this. It was hugely overpriced and the offerings were nothing special. Gnocchi was meh, the desserts offered were boring (we did skip that and get a bunch of things at eataly instead) and when I asked about a wine choice, of course they suggested the highest priced glass on the menu. Service was very attentive, so they have that going for them. One thing I would recommend is the fried dough. And the husband liked the carpaccio.

Cyndi M.

Yelp
Food was not great, steak was burnt. Nothing was amazing and it is too expensive for the quality, service was great it's just the product that was lacking. We went because it was convenient, that was a mistake.

Gary C.

Yelp
Honestly, exceeded every expectation. Crafted beverage?, awesome. 3 different meal choices selected, all perfect. Service, present but not intrusive. Everyone who attended to us was knowledgeable and professional. Will definitely return

Abby W.

Yelp
The food was so delicious. And everyone was so amazing and friendly. We learned so much from our sommelier Dylan. It's such a great place too. Very intimate but welcome and casual. Loved it.

Brooke D.

Yelp
Made a reservation and was seated on time. However after waiting over an hour for food we were faced with having to leave without eating. Service was horrible, slow and we were not given any explanation or update. We ended up having to pay for our drinks and stale bread--$140 and finding food elsewhere. Our waitress slammed the check down on the table and did not try to mitigate the situation or offer any solution. We saw her talk to the manager and he didn't even come over to the table to offer an apology or explanation either. Excited to try the restaurant and left embarrassed that we took a large group there given the outcome. Such a disappointment, luckily Las Vegas has plenty of superior Italian dining options. Won't be back and wouldn't recommend.

Yelp
We came as walk-ins for a party of three and were quoted an hour, however they cleaned a spot for us at the bar and it was beautiful! We loved the service Thomas provided, he was super friendly, accommodating with my celiac, as well as our other food restrictions and made the most delicious mocktail!! I absolutely loved the cocktail looked and wanted the mocktail so he made it happen! I also must say if you haven't tried the Pollo Funghi here it's a must try! I absolutely love it and must get it every time I'm in Vegas!! I do plan on coming back to try the braised short ribs because they are a favorite and were sold out. Just saying this place is a must and the ambiance is amazing. Especially at the bar!

Yelp
I wanted to have dinner and drinks before the Mariah Carey concert and this place was near the venue and and the menu featured pasta and steaks, very much my taste. My other crazy Hawaiian came to join me for both dinner and concert. The vibes of the place was very nice, I like the open grill with the meat suspended over the flames. All wine & other table settings are in the center of the restaurant that divides the dining areas. It reminded me of a place I ate at in Paris. Similar vibe and ambiance. The hostess was nice and let me sit a little earlier than my reservation. Francisco & Mason were the ones who waited on us. I was able to get my drink order delivered nice and quick. By the time my friend came to join me, we were able to order her drinks and our meals. Burratta & beef carpaccio started us off. Both dishes were nicely seasoned, tomatoes were fresh and the carpaccio was delicious. My friend order the ravioli and I had the NY strip which was delivered at a perfect medium rare. I've never a NY strip cut so thick. It was amazing! The salad and the crispy potatoes were good too but the steak was the star of my meal. My friend loved her ravioli but I was able to share some of my steak with her as I couldn't finish it all. With the food and drinks and the nice friendly interactions with our servers, it made our dinner experience very nice. I hope you get to come and try this place & have just as great as an experience as we did. NJoy

Yelp
The staff at Toscana is amazing! They clearly love what they do and it shows. I am fortunate enough to live in the area, so I get to enjoy their superior service and delicious food all of the time. Whether you are local or from out of town, you are missing out if you don't add Toscana to your dinner plans!

Yelp
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Toscana Ristorante. We especially enjoyed sitting on the counter stools in front of the wood fired grills. It's a little warm but it's amazing to watch their grill master work his magic. Scott truly is a master griller. His skills are quite impressive. We ordered the Fiorentina, a classic Tuscan cut 42 oz Porterhouse steak. It was wood-fire grilled and cooked to perfection. We enjoyed every bite. It was served with yukon gold mash potatoes and gravy. We ordered a side of broccolini. Our meal was to die for. For dessert we had the house gelato. Our waiter Thomas provided excellent customer service, his recommendations were on point and he went above and beyond to make our visit a memorable one. This was our second visit. We look forward to many more future visits. Thank you Scott and Thomas for a wonderful evening. We will be back.

Yelp
A very nice upscale Italian restaurant located in Eataly. We were seated immediately after we arrived. Looking over the menu everything sounded very good! It is a little on the pricey side but the portions are perfect enough to fill you up yet not be overstuffed. I got the fettuccine alla norcina. It was very flavorful and good. The beet salad was a unique twist on salad and very good as well, it had a great flavor! Our actual waitress never came back to check on us after she took our order. I'm not sure if this is normal as there were quite a few people keeping our water glasses filled and empty dishes taken away. The rest of the staff were nice and very helpful. It is a very dimly lit restaurant with a nice ambiance of the meat searing over the open fire up front. If you are looking for a nice place to have fine Italian food I would recommend trying this place.

Yelp
Just fantastic, pasta pappardelle ragu, fettuccine porcini, filet mignon. All the service , professional. Wine somelier five stars.

Yelp
This is a no from me. We looked at the menu online and were excited about some of the offerings. But when we arrived, it was a different menu (white truffle season was over and the appetizer we wanted was just "taken off the menu yesterday"). So we were disappointed and had to re-plan our strategy (I always have an ordering strategy). There were absolutely no interesting starters and no specials either. Boring. Our server, who was very friendly and helpful, let us know right away that if you want bread here, you order it off the menu. No free bread will be given! I'm OK with that but it still feels weird to be told that from the jump. We did go ahead and order the FOCACCIA AL ROSMARINO ($12). It was better than the description except for the charred parts. They have an open kitchen with a fired-up oven and this bread didn't need to be put on that. But it was. Still, good bread with an interesting flavored butter - we could never discern what the herb flavoring was, but it's not bad. My SO ordered the NY Strip ($84). He did order it medium... but it was so charred the one bite I had was so unpleasant. He didn't hate it but there is no way this is a steak worth that price. Particularly when there is a real steak palace (Bavette's) right across the casino floor. Just because you HAVE a smoking hot fire doesn't mean you should put everything in it. But let me get to the mess of potatoes served with it... WTF? I was excited when I saw the steak came with "roasted potatoes"... I thought I would steal a few bites. It comes with what appears to be potatoes pulled straight from the ground and barely cooked and not flavored. I have never seen a restaurant serve anything like this. Stunning. There was also a tangle of arugula salad on the side of the (too small) plate. My SO will generally eat anything but he didn't even touch these "sides". But then there is my dish... I wanted the white truffle pasta special but apparently white truffles went out of season the day before we arrived. So I had the FETTUCCINE AI PORCINI E TARTUFO ($36) with the $30 supplement of black truffle. I'm not a truffle expert, but this dish tasted like pasta with too much water added back to make a sauce. I didn't taste anything except a watery weak mushroom flavor. It was a mess. There is no way this dish was worth $66. This is like something I would make at home and consider it a fail and toss away. Our server brought a dessert menu but we didn't find anything interesting. Also note, they don't have iced tea except in a bottle and if you want a soda it's going to be some weird "spritz" thing that "tastes like cola". AND this is one of those places that will take your credit card when you make a reservation. They are all fancy except the table next to us was dressed in shorts and t-shirts. It's not good enough to demand a dress code or a credit card to hold a reservation. I adore Eataly - the NYC versions and the LA location have both been fantastic. But I have been sorely disappointed in every meal I've had at the restaurants in the Vegas location. This one has been a continued pain because I keep getting charged for this $200 meal when it should be under my food and beverage credit from MGM, but I just keep getting charged for this "experience" as they won't seem to take my food and beverage credit. Insult to injury. I can't recommend. There is much better food to be had all over Vegas.

Yelp
Order: Spinach Lasagna & Fantastica Drink & tiramisu Pros: the ambiance was great! Loved how professional and neat the service was. Everyone was dressed extremely well. The food was really good! The take on the traditional lasagna was really good (although I had a taste for the traditional lasagna). The spinach noodles were really good and filling. The Cons: the Lasagna, though really good, it was slightly salty. Perhaps it was the pork. The food was $37 and the portion was reall

Yelp
If This review was for the food and for the personalities of the staff it would be 5 stars. But the lack of service was inexcusable. We waited an unreasonable amount of time from being seated until having to get up and ask for the bill then take the bill to be rung out. We literally had to ask for everything. Except complimentary Prosecco. Which we appreciated but don't drink. Francisco was amazing and tried his best to keep getting us the right staff to take our order, It clearly got uncomfortable for him. When the food arrived it Was a flavor bomb. Everyone was courteous I just don't know why they were absent from providing us service. Side note The women's bathroom was out of service and we were not told that which is something That would have been appreciated nor directed how far the closest restroom Was. It was an inconvenience to leave the restaurant and walk through the eatery to an outside restroom. We will definitely not return to dine. Also it was not busy at all, many empty tables and bar area. . We never had a consistent server. We watched staff talking, joking, and doing what appeared to be busy work as we waited for service. I did talk with two separate staff yet a manager never showed up. I was not in the mood to have to search one down and Complain. The staff knew the service they Provided is. Also add The sommelier was very friendly. Not a good experience but again Chef Bravo food was outstanding. No apologies except when they realized they forgot our drinks. I am really confused by this complete lack of service. Prices were expensive, worth the food but not the lack of service.

Yelp
I have never had such bad service. No one asked or brought water refills nor did they ask for beverage refills. Plenty of staff but highly disappointed in the service. We had to Wait to have our bill brought to us. After having empty glasses and our table cleared for 20 minutes we went to the hostess station to pay our bill. Food was great!

Yelp
What a delicious, but pricey meal! The pastas are incredible - I had the linguini with lobster, you must try this! My friend ordered the Guanchale with wide pasta noodles, she loved that as well. Started with a delicious salad that was definitely large enough for two. The ambience is a little too dark for my taste, and it was very loud that night. But all in all a very good meal and we left very satisfied. Service was fabulous as well!

Yelp
Friday night at around 7pm, and there wasn't a wait for a party of 6. Should have been tell tell signs. Service was sort of slow. Waited for a while to get our water. And the pause in between dishes were pretty long as well. Ordered a few to share. Everything was very salty. Probably wouldn't recommend.

Yelp
The ambience and service were great. The food was ok, very small portions and not worth the price in my opinion. The spinach and mashed potatoes just tasted like butter. You can order exact same items next door but the menu next door includes pizza and other items. Probably better place for steaks I can see that being really really good unfortunately I'm not a steak person so I'll never know. Our bill came out to around $90 for ravioli, side of potatoes and spinach and boutique black tea.

Yelp
Cute restaurant in the Eataly area at Park MGM. We were able to get right in and sit at the bar. Our bartender was wonderful and made great suggestions. My risotto was delicious. The burrata was not what I expected but was still good. Overall a great experience.

Yelp
This place was delicious. The espresso martini hit the spot for dinner and my branzino was delicious. The bartenders were so friendly and made dinner even better by making such great conversation. This is definitely a spot worth stopping in for a drink or some food while on the strip.

Yelp
My server, Amador, was friendly and attentive. His associates were just as involved with the service. My spinach ravioli was served 'hot' and the ravioli was tender. This restaurant is truly a 'gem'.

Yelp
Great restaurant. It's small so it's very intimate and the atmosphere is very elegant. I had the Peposo Alla Fiorentina which is Chianti braised short ribs with mushrooms and potato puree. It was a great dish and the combination of the ribs, mushrooms and potato was just perfection. I also had the Gelato which you can customize and select which toppings you prefer and they make right in front of you. It was so good!

Yelp
I wouldn't recommend the Rosemarie bread. It is very plan and did not enjoy it. Tomatoes with brea wasn't so good either. Pastas were horrible. Both the gonococci and the ravioli. I guess they forgot to put the Italy in "EAT"aly.
