What to Eat and Drink at Bay Area FC Games in San Jose - Eater SF

"Despite what the food truck’s name suggests, Tostadas on the Road prides itself on a behemoth burger. It features an 8-ounce beef patty slathered with birria; crisscrossed with strips of bacon; blanketed in a melted melange of American, jack, and Oaxacan cheeses; drizzled with chipotle aioli; and sprinkled with cilantro and onions — plus an obligatory side of consomé." - Tamerra Griffin

This was my second time dining at Tostadas, and once again, it was a pretty solid experience. I went with the Birria tacos—tender, flavorful, and satisfying—while my fiancé tried the Birria burger, which was a fun twist on a classic. We started with chips and salsa, which initially came out in a to-go container (a little odd for dine-in), but once we asked for a refill, they brought it out in a proper bowl. The El Toxico cocktail was a nice balance of sweet and tangy—definitely worth trying if you’re into fruity drinks. Overall, it’s a cool, casual spot for a quick bite or even a larger group hangout. Not mind-blowing, but consistently decent and enjoyable.

This place is now one of my absolute favorites! If you like Horchata, they will not disappoint. The food was delicious. The lady server was the only one working but you wouldn't be able to tell BC of how fast and great she is at her job. She was attentive and professional. Super sweet and friendly. The place had music in the back round that wasn't an obnoxious kind of loud where you have to yell just to have a conversation. A bit pricey but worth it.Overall a great experience and can't wait to go again. Would most definitely recommend to any and all to go !

Google
The food was delicious and the portion sizes were generous! The atmosphere was nice and the service was great! The food came out quick and our server was very attentive! The Birria Pizza is AMAZING. One of my new top bay area foods and is a must try! The enchiladas were great as well, but the rice and beans were far better! I’d recommend splitting the Birria Pizza with another entree. Street corn was okay, however I would try a different appetizer next time. Great service and delicious food - i’ll definitely be back!

Amazing food and service! The cafe de olla iced is really good. Their team is always going above and beyond to make sure that clients have what they need!

My coworker enjoyed this place. Chevy-esque food. She liked the margarita. It’s a good place to hang out with friends.

Google
The food was amazing here! We’ve been here a handful of times before. We’ve tried their quesabirrias, flautas, carne asada and their fajitas and it’s all amazing. It’s only 4 stars because the service this time was a little slower. Maybe they were a little busier this time but it just took a while for staff to get to us after we sat down. This if a one off and hasn’t happened before though! Usually service is great. Also the restaurant is decorated beautifully with amazing artwork on the wall. They have artwork of very notable Mexican celebrities.

Google
Love tostados and eat there frequently. The breakfast dishes, lunch and dinner menu are both rich with tasty choices and satisfying All at the same time. I love their shredded beef tostadas, but there huevos rancheros and in fact all their dishes are amazing. Highly recommend breakfast lunch or dinner.

Google
The atmosphere and staff were welcoming. The service, however, fell short. The restaurant did not look busy at all. Once we were seated, a while passed before our order was taken. Once our food finally got to the table, one of our requests was either ignored or completely forgotten about. As far as the food goes, it was very tasty. I'll give it that. But the portion sizes for the price, ridiculous. Directly comparing Tostadas to other restaurants with a similar menu, it is my opinion my money is better spent elsewhere. Thanks for reading :)

Yelp
Serviced was fast, friendly and delicious. Music and ambience was a great plus . Their decor has leveled up so beautiful! Great Service from Gian Carlo.

Yelp
I ordered Oreo pancakes and the pancakes turned out raw! I ordered take out and am very disappointed. I was taking bites out of it and thought it was creme filling but the pancakes were just severely undercooked. I used to love this place /: I probably can't even get my money back

Yelp
Tostadas outdid their self with their Halloween decorations I really enjoyed the ambience of the place. Loud music and good food. Definitely a vibe to get the party started. But not recommended if you just wanted an intimate conversation with a partner friend because it's hard to hear lol. Overall service was excellent no complaints there. the fries were amazing my friend thought they were a bit spicy but I didn't mind it. However, the whole reason we went to tostadas was to get a Michelada and I was not disappointed. It was so delicious The shrimp was cooked perfectly and seasoned very well and one was good for me. unfortunately, I didn't get to try the elote there because I was too full from the fries and the drink, my friend took it to go but next time for sure I'll give it a try.

Yelp
Foods are amazig, just like the street foods. Service is nice. Ambiance is great. But the best part was cocktails

Yelp
ATTENTION: ALEX AND VICTOR GARCIA I dined at Tostada last night, and the service I received was completely unacceptable. To be clear, this is not about the entire staff, but our waitress was terrible, and it's important that the owners, Alex and Victor Garcia, are aware of this experience. We sat for 30 minutes before the waitress even came to our table. When she finally arrived, we still didn't receive forks or napkins. I explained my food allergies and ordered an al pastor torta with no cheese, onions, tomatoes, or beans--just meat, lettuce, and cotija cheese. As I'm explaining this, she's looking around, distracted, and then suggests I try a quesadilla! I had just told her I couldn't eat regular cheese! I had to tell her to focus on my order. 20 minutes later, my friend's nachos arrived, but my torta was still missing. After another 10-15 minutes, we asked about it, and they said they'd check. 20 more minutes went by before I finally got my torta. By this time, my friend had already finished eating. When the torta came out, I was shocked--$15 for a giant piece of bread with a ton of lettuce and barely any al pastor. The meat didn't even cover the bread! I could have ordered two small tacos and gotten more meat. Throughout this, the waitress never once checked on us after taking our order. I noticed her by the bar, socializing with co-workers instead of doing her job. It was clear she was more interested in chatting with staff than attending to customers. I eventually flagged down another waiter and a different waitress to show them my torta, and they were both surprised at how little meat there was. For pork, one of the cheapest meats available, this made no sense. They took it back, and when they returned with a fixed torta, I just packed it to go because we had been there for over an hour and a half. No chips or dip. We had to ask for it. It was like they are really skimpy on portion, chips, dip, napkins and utensils. To make matters worse, I later found out the waitress was in training. As someone who works in HR, it's unacceptable that no one was properly supervising or shadowing her. Even if she was new, it's basic training to teach someone to check on their tables and pay attention to their customers. The only positive thing I can say is that Tostada has great drinks, but unfortunately, I won't be returning. There are plenty of restaurants in San Jose where I can get better service and value for my money.

Yelp
Came to this location because google said the Downtown SJ one was temporarily closed. The restaurant is nice, clena and has a good ambience. The service was slow as me and my table waited 10-15 minutes to get our order taken. We were given chips and salsa while waiting for our order. It's so addicting and filled me up quick. I was able to try the chile relleno, ceviche mixteco and horchata. Everything tasted delicious and was the portions are quite big. One thing I do have to say though is the ceviche mixteco does come with raw shrimp, which didn't sit right with my table. We requested if it can be cooked and the waiter was kind of taking it back. The ceviche with cooked shrimp was amazing! I definitely see myself coming back to try the sweets on the breakfast menu!

Yelp
This tostadas is far better than the one downtown compared to service & ambiance. We went on a monday night and unfortunately missed the happy hour but the bill was still very affordable and the service was great! To eat, we got the elote dip, alex's tacos, asada tacos & buffalo wings. Everything was delicious aside from the wings which were pretty fatty but our waitress was nice enough to comp them for us. To drink we got the el toxico, la toxica & cantarito which were all great as well. I typically don't like elote but theirs was really good especially paired with the red & blue tortillas. We'll def be back to check out their brunch items :) Okay we came back for brunch and got the verde chilaquiles w chicken & the mangodita shooters both 10/10

Yelp
If you're in search of a Mexican restaurant, this is the place for you! The restaurant is very loud and vibrant, with a live band, and it frequently hosts family and large group gatherings, making it seem like a destination for celebratory dinners. Their menu is expansive, consisting of traditional Mexican dishes such as tacos, quesadillas, chile relleno, and many more. They also offer fusion-style dishes and regular American options like omelettes for breakfast, burgers, and fries. I ordered one of their burgers (forgot which one), but it was definitely satisfying. I really enjoyed my time here, being entertained by a live band as we drank the night away. Some folks were dancing on the floor in front of the band--definitely a very entertaining restaurant.

Yelp
What if I could give a zero star I would customer service is really bad salty food. We're not compensated the correct way. Hey Siri, I will never recommend this place to anyone go somewhere else better.
google avatar

Joy M.

Yelp
The place is definitely super lively and loud. Feel free to come if you want a loud, lively, upbeat dinner. Our server was super sweet and accommodated all of our requests. I personally love the Birria Plato over the Birria tacos and burger. I feel like they have tremendous portions but also enough sauce that is soaked. The more flavor the better!

Yelp
We tried going to Tostada's in the downtown area but they were still closed so we decided to come to midtown tostadas. Took around 5 minutes to be greeted and sat towards the empty side of the restaurant but no biggie and we were instantly greeted by a waiter who brought waters and chips then shortly after by our server. My husband and I had 2 pozole's - 5 stars, a cafe de olla and regular coffee -5 stars and a sample bag of pan Dulce from the overhyped café "con azúcar" - 1 star for the bite sized pan Dulce in case you don't want a big one but they were stale, lacking flavor and not authentic pan dulce , only reason why I knock off the star. The vibes were amazing, we were checked on frequently and had a great experience. Will definitely be coming back! For reference we came on a Saturday morning around 11am and not busy at that time.

shelby m.

Yelp
Went here for the first time with my partner, couldn't have had a better dinner! With Giancarlo as our server, our experience immediately improved. He recommended the Sangria Preparada mocktail, and it was nothing I've ever tasted before! He definitely made sure that our time here was appreciated and well taken care of. Would definitely come back again!

Yelp
quality of food has gone down. They serve the food in these old cutting boards. They don't look clean. We ordered the camarones a la diabla. Good, spicy, and messy. Need more napkins! otherwise, servers are funny and great.

Yelp
Tostadas is always a go-to when you don't know where to eat for brunch or dinner! Whatever you order will be delicious, drinks and food wise. I've gone multiple times and have always ordered something different every time and it's always delicious. This time around I ordered a chavela and the Trompo de pastor which is new to the menu. I would definitely recommend it for two people since it comes with the trompo al pastor and rice, beans, guac, pineapple, and two small corn quesadillas. This place is great but if I would to say where they lack is probably in the service area not always but sometimes they can be either slow or forget that you asked for something. I will also add everything I have tried and rate it below so you guys can get an idea of what to get and what not to get. Food: Pambazos 10/10 - Filled with chorizo & potatoes & cheese. Carne Asada 6/10 - Not worth the $42 for a piece of Asada and rice & beans. Asada Tacos 10/10 - Very good if you want something small but good. Shrimp Tacos 10/10 - Very good if you want something small and only seafood I would recommend getting from here. Birria Tacos 10/10 - Very tasty birria tacos but I feel like they are small. Bacon Birria Burger 7/10 - The Burger is good but very very messy. Pizzadillas - So filling and good but would recommend sharing them with another person. Chile Verde - Delicious but sometimes it can be cold so make sure to send it back if it is. Drinks: Copper Mule 10/10 very proper normal mule. Cucumber Cooler 7/10 It was too sweet for my taste. La Ollita 10/10 But make sure to get a different Tequila than what it comes with. El Tri Flight 10/10 Flight of Margaritas (Cucumber, Classic, Watermelon). Paloma 10/10 But also switch the tequila then what it comes with. Mangeonadita Shooters 10/10 it's just tequila shots with tajin rim and chamoy and mango puree.

Yelp
We had a fantastic dining experience! The food was delicious, and our server was incredibly friendly and attentive. Despite being a group of four, our meals arrived quickly. The restaurant is spacious, and it wasn't too crowded when we visited, making for a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere.

Yelp
Came with some friends on a Sunday for late brunch. Wasn't too busy, we waited 15-20 mins for a party of 6. We ordered mimosas and micheladas. They were delicious! Food was also tasty, good portions and came out in a timely manner. Chips were kinda stale but they were free. The ambience was very fun and louder, great place to celebrate with larger groups. Nice wide open space with great decor. Celebrated my friend's birthday and they truly make it special, the free birthday tequila shot was exciting. Antonio was a great server! Very attentive and gave great recommendations. Definitely coming back to eat and celebrate my own birthday.

Yelp
Great food, drinks, and service. Thank you Eric. Wife says the best Birria tacos she has ever had. Full dinner and drinks for two under $100 will come again
google avatar

Marisol E.

Yelp
I had the birria tacos here and they were actually pretty good. Very flavorful. The service here however, was really slow. I didn't go during busy hours but it took a really long time to get our food and a long time to get the check. The drinks were great. There were booths and tables to sit at inside inside and they played music which was really cool. Would give it more stars if they had better service.
google avatar

Yung V.

Yelp
Excellent Birria (beef) tacos! We also loved the quac and queso. Great place for groups or spend some time with friends and have a drink. If you can get passed the sketchy plaza, the inside of this place is nice and has comfortable booth seats.

Odalys L.

Yelp
Pro: the staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean Cons : I went in for the buffet that they offer and was highly disappointed. I'm not sure if the heaters were turned off but all the food I served on my plate was COLD. The soup was good and the only thing warm besides the cafe de olla. It was difficult to enjoy the good :/
google avatar

Abel S.

Yelp
Agua Chiles were salty, and the Service was not good. Came on a Friday and was not welcoming.
google avatar

Sarah S.

Yelp
I love this restaurant the food is always really good along with the presentation. The service is hit and miss though. Sometimes I have great service and sometimes I can't get them to come to the table and they mess up our orders. But the food is solid so I will keep coming back. The inside is huge and the murals on the walls are cool.
google avatar

Sabrina C.

Yelp
I've been here 3 times now and o am happy with the food I have ordered and received but today my husband ordered the all meat omelette with toast and hash browns, its was all over cooked and bland. The only flavor he tasted was from the ketchup he put in it. Now my chilaquiles verde was super yummy. My buttermilk pancake was slightly burnt. Did not have any drinks today as it was early but I can say I have had some good drinks here before. The service is always good so I will go back for sure. Just hope nothing is over cooked next time.
google avatar

Lizbeth M.

Yelp
This tostadas is nothing like the one in downtown. I would not recommend if you come thinking you'll find the same quality. This location isn't as clean and has a meat market smell. We ordered the green chilaquiles, torta cubana, and tres leches french toast. The chilaquiles were more like a side of chips with very little toppings. These chilaquiles had a side of country side potatoes opposed to the usual rice and beans. The torta had some kind of hard, fried meat on top. We had to remove because of how hard it was. Overall both dishes mentioned were not good and left behind. The french toast was good but hard to not have a decent french toast anywhere. I would not revisit this location.
google avatar

Yelp
Que paso? I don't know why i haven't been here before It's the most random type of eating joint that has everything under one roof They serve dranks They got breakfast, lunch and dinner They got DRANKS! Bottomless mimosas!!!...more champagne than juice Tres leches french toast! Sometimes you are getting home feom work and just wanna take the fam out to grab dinner and drinks...this IS that place..something for everybody, and the kids Its a lively and not boring restaurant. Its very 'hood being that its in a shoping plaza off san carlos and accross from a car dealership. Lol The weight staff is friendly and inviting FYI..its spanish influenced so.... FYI Look...yal hungry....this place got hella food ...yall thirsty, this place got coctails ...yall want sweets, come here

Yelp
Green sludge in my water!!!! Food that they suggested 4/10! The appraisers were the best part and they were a low 5/10
google avatar

Cisco C.

Yelp
The first time was good service, but On my last visit the service was slow, our waitress was spending too much time helping another table which sucks, she seem under skilled & unable to understand priority. I rather go early to avoid the DJ_Music because it might get too loud. Food was GREAT, we got Aguachiles, Birria tacos & molcajete. Can't wait to go back to try a new plate.. Tasty food!!
google avatar

Yelp
Checked out Tostadas for the first time yesterday. This location is good size and can really host big parties. We had a party of 8 and the wait was only a few minutes at 6pm on a Friday night. The food was good, but later that night I had major heartburn. Since I was at Tostada's, I had to order some Tostada's! I got the Tostada De Birria which was very flavorful. Birria is all the rage these days and this place is Birria dish forward. You get two Tostadas with each order and they pile up on the food. Negative was the music is way TOO LOUD and you have to scream to just talk at dinner. I can see turning the music up for the late night crowd, but for the dinner rush? Honestly, since it was tough to have a conversation with the other people at the table or even to hear what our waiter was saying, I probably won't be coming back anytime soon.

Yelp
This place isn't organized. We were very patient with the whole experience. I'll make it simple: 1. Hair in salsa 2. 2 thick black hairs in potatoes (WEAR Hair nets or something!) 3. Burrito came by super late while our friends got their fancier dishes. (Would think a burrito would get out first) 4. Management didn't even bother to offer anything for BOTH HAIR moments. 5. We expected better service...

Gilianne N.

Yelp
I went there for brunch with a group of friends and it was a great time. They are great for watching sports in groups while eating and drinking. It was busy and we had a large table, so our food took time to come. I am on alcohol restrictions but they have a great variety of non alcoholic drinks and juices than soft drinks. I ordered the pozole soup which was delicious and I'm sold on it for next time I come to this place.
google avatar

David G.

Yelp
Ambience is perfect for a Mexican style restaurant. Drinks & food is a little pricey but just for the experience I guess it's worth it. I think the drinks were better than the food
google avatar

Jenny P.

Yelp
I was so excited to come here to eat but to my disappointment it was DISGUSTING!!! everything was dry and tasteless i had to add tons of salt tonthe beans, rice, eggs, the soup was only broth, the pankcsles and waffles were burnt, i can go on and on about the disgusting food. the staff has no idea what they are doing, took 40 minutes just to get water, and the coffee we ordered was soooooo gross ! like how can you get coffee wrong? the only reason they get a 1 star is because the comor of their seats and booths were teal my favorite color. it was so loud in there i was getting a headache from the noise and music they had playing.

Yelp
I've been a regular at Tostadas Taqueria, and I've always appreciated the quality of their food and the efficiency of their service. However, during my most recent visit, I noticed a significant decline in both areas. The service was considerably slower than in the past, with a noticeable delay in receiving my order. Additionally, the food itself was overly salty, which detracted from the usually well-balanced flavors I've come to expect. I hope this was an isolated incident and that Tostadas will return to its previous high standards.

Kaydenn Jeremiah J.

Yelp
Me and my girlfriend found this place after shopping and at first we were pretty skeptical as neither of us had been here before. We decided to bite the bullet and we were immediately greeted by the smell of great food and the sound of happy families. We were also immediately seated upon walking into the restaurant. Our server, Giancarlo, welcomed us to Tostadas and followed his greeting with cups of water and a bowl of chips. He made sure we knew what we were ordering, even giving great suggestions as to what is popular and what is delicious. The food, as we expected, was amazing! I had gotten the Bacon Birria Burger and my girlfriend had the Birria Guisado (Recommended by Giancarlo!). Giancarlo was very courteous to our table, refilling water as needed, bringing extra tortillas, and even put our to-go boxes in a bag FOR us! We will definitely be back soon!

Krys Y.

Yelp
I absolutely love the way they have decorated this restaurant. The food is good. Presentation is on point. The drinks are even better than the food. People already know they are great, so you may that they have a ridiculous wait on busy days. Do yourself a favor and go during weekday while most are at work. Definitely give them a try!

Kiko R.

Yelp
Came for my husbands 25th birthday and way treated like royalty from Mayra the server had a great time Food was hot and delicious 11/10

Yelp
Okay, so my friend and I, whenever we hit each other up, it's usually because we want to try a new restaurant. This time, what attracted my friend to Tostadas, was their Bacon Birria Burger. I, not being familiar with the dish, have never tried Birria before, so I was like, "okay, I'm open to trying." We were going to meet at Tostadas round 11:30 AM, but I ended up going earlier because I'm not from San Jose and I wanted to explore the area while I was here. We ended up meeting around 11 AM at Tostadas and it was already poppin'! There were plenty of people seated inside, but also a bit of a crowd waiting at the entrance. I ended up joining the waitlist on Yelp to see if that would shorten the wait. We probably waited around 10-15 min before someone came to seat people at the entrance. As a side note: this Tostadas location is inside a plaza, so plenty of parking available. We ended up all the way in the back and I noticed that it was fairly packed, but there were still plenty of tables available because this space is quite spacious! I love the interior as well. All the walls were covered with murals and this place has character! As this was the first time here for both of us, we weren't sure how ordering worked. There was a QR code to scan the menu, but I don't think I was able to order through it directly. We ended up waiting a while before someone came to take our order. I went with the Birria Tacos (3), but without cheese, and my friend opted for the Bacon Birria Burger, but without aioli. We both asked for water, but that took a while too. At this point, I realized that there was a lot of wait time because they were quite understaffed. I saw the same two people bussing tables, so I can't blame them for being slow, but the wait time took away from the experience. We arrived at 11AM, but I don't think we ended up getting our food until maybe 11:45 or 12. However, I have to say, the food did not disappoint! I really enjoyed my Birria Tacos. They were flavorful, rich, and packed with Birria. The Birria were tender, and the taco shells were soaked with consommé. I have never dipped tacos into anything before, so this was new to me. My friend thoroughly enjoyed his Bacon Birria Burger. I'm glad my first experience with Birria had exceeded my expectations taste wise, but would I come all the way to San Jose just for this again? Probably not since it's pretty far for me. If this was located closer to home though, I probably wouldn't mind the wait as much.

Yelp
Having tried the other tostadas and tostadas prime we had to try this location. This must have been my favorite one of my top visits, we were seated within five minutes. It was a little empty, well being a Monday brunch was definitely a hit. The only thing I would change was the music volume, it was a bit loud. May husband and I had a working brunch, but it was a little hard to hear each other. The food was amazing like always, we ordered the veggie skillet, with scrambled eggs instead of egg whites. The veggies were cooked to perfection, and the seasoning was just amazing. We also had an order of plain pancakes, these are so good that you don't even need butter or syrup. They were so good and fluffy. And of course I had to have cafe de olla, I must admit that this is one of the main reasons I eat at tostadas, the coffee is as good as the one my grandmother used to make me. Oh and you know it's good if you drive 40-50 minutes The biggest highlight of our visit and one that I will never forget. We witness the server give a meal to a homeless person! This alone made me want to keep supporting tostadas, we will be back for sure.

Yelp
I've been to this location plenty of time because their tinga tostadas are amazing. However my recent visit left me disappointed. When we arrived at the restaurant we were seated right away which was awesome. Initially my friend and I were catching up and didn't realize that no one had come to us after 20 minutes of us sitting there. It was not that busy, but they installed taller booths and we were sitting in the back pretty far away from other customers so at first we thought maybe they didn't see us. We ended asking someone if they could get us a server and they offered us water. Another 15 minutes passed by and we still hadn't ordered. We finally got another server's attention and she was able to take our order. However when we tried asking questions about the menu she wasn't very helpful and seemed annoyed by us. I wanted to try something new, but I have a severe allergy and was trying to ask if my dish included my allergen. I had no luck with her as she seemed to get frustrated so I ended up ordering my usual order. The food was great, but the servers were lacking. Not sure what changed in the recent months, but service was not the same. I recommend going to the other location, food will be as great and service will be better.

Cynthia V.

Yelp
Great service by Jessica and friendly staff, good food good times. Would recommend the black ceviche, epic looking.

Yelp
This place is poppin! The music is great, the vibe is welcoming and feels like you're at a party! We came for brunch and fortunately beat the line. It gets really busy! Once seated, we were greeted right away by our server who was patient and friendly. My friend & I decided to share everything. Portions were huge and price was reasonable for each dish. Everything was presented so nicely! Now onto food! -tres leches French toast: it was really tasty and paired nicely with the strawberries; however, I wish it was drenched a little more in milk. It was soaked, but personal preference, I like scooping/dipping. I would order again though! -esquites: obsessed! I liked pairing it on top of the tostados we ordered! Packed a powerful punch of flavor! -pacific catch tostados: warning, semi raw shrimp. I ordered specifically for it too! It ended up being my favorite item we ordered! Lots of citrusy flavor and I liked the fruits and veggies paired with it! I would've been happy just with this! -Tostadas de Birria: I was a bit worried for this one being too greasy, however, it wasn't that at all! If anything, I was searching for the grease and don't find any! The marinade is sooo delicious paired with the orange sauce. It's also packed with meat! I would definitely come back!

Yelp
I like this place. Great atmosphere. Only issue is they're slow. The pizzadilla is great. I recommend it.

Yelp
I came here on Friday 02/09/24 for my 21st birthday and the waitress Alondra was super friendly and gave such an amazing experience!! She was super funny and welcoming, i loved it. The food was also great as always. My boyfriend and I always order the pizza birria, it never disappoints. I tried La Toxica drink and it was so yummy! The raspberry purée really helps take away the alcohol flavor since i'm not a big fan of drinking so I recommend if you're the same.

Yelp
Okay so when you order tostadas at this place be prepare that it's a giant portion for you to share. This came out with two but as you can see from the mountain of Birria meat, you can make four tostadas out of this meal. It also comes with consume for you to dip and sip. The only thing was it was just very salty. Missing some limes to balance it all out. Still very good though. I don't think I finished the food. But I did finished the churros though. Don't skip out on churros. Just the golden rule in life. There's also live music at this place and the vibe is so festive and fun. We came with a large group and was able to get seats in the back. Server is super nice! Parking is kinda painful if there's a lot of people out. Not a lot of light in the parking lot so be cautious when you park.

Yelp
Went here with a group of 8 for a friends bday. All of us were seated fairly quickly. Although the free chips could use some work, the service was awesome, and the rest of the food was delicious. Almost the whole table opted for the birra tacos while I had the asada burrito. We all enjoyed what we ordered, including the alcoholic drinks. I recommend the Havana.

Yelp
Super impressed with this place! My friend had only been to the tostadas downtown (she has great things to say about that location too) but she accidentally made reservations for this place instead. It ended up working perfectly because they were able to seat all of us comfortably (table of 8) For large parties I recommend getting a pitcher of whatever drink you like (we chose the blueberry jamaica margarita and the guava margarita-both 10/10) and for food, id say ordering a bunch of plates and sharing. We shared appetizers which were delicious. The ceviche, queso fundido, tostadas and empanadas were to die for. Our server was sooo friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and I will forsure be returning:)
