I’ve had the misfortune of regularly visiting this Total Wine & More warehouse location, and I’m truly disappointed by their consistent lack of attention to critical customer service areas.
Inventory Issues
One of the most frustrating aspects of this location is the chronic out-of-stock situation with beer and other popular items. It's clear that they don't utilize an effective inventory management system. It's almost as if they wait until stocks are depleted before placing orders, leaving customers with few options. For a business of this size, a modern, industry-standard inventory control system should be a given.
Parking Nightmare
The parking situation is another major concern. On weekends and holidays, finding a parking spot is next to impossible, and even when you do find one, you’re faced with a dilapidated parking lot that’s in dire need of repair. The lines are so faded that it’s common for people to park haphazardly, sometimes dangerously close to your vehicle—leading to potential damage. It’s a safety hazard that could easily be addressed with some basic maintenance and a little attention to detail.
Customer Service & Corporate Response
I’ve reached out to corporate several times to address these ongoing issues, only to have a manager call me with the same vague reassurances that they’re “working on it.” Frankly, I’ve heard this for over a decade now, and nothing ever seems to improve. At this point, it feels more like lip service than actual action.
Conclusion
If there were a BevMo or any other decent liquor store nearby, I wouldn’t hesitate to take my business elsewhere. Even small mom-and-pop stores seem to care more about keeping their customers satisfied and their inventory stocked than this large corporation. For the lack of organization, poor parking conditions, and stagnant customer service, I can’t recommend this location. Sadly, it's been a long time coming, but I feel compelled to give this location four thumbs down.
