Total Wine & More

This Total Wine store is huge, very popular among locals, always has lots of foot traffic. We went on Sunday noon to get some drinks for a house party. The look is designed beautifully. It’s also tidy and well maintained. I almost a get feeling of an upscale liquor store every time I come here. As I walked around the store, I saw huge collection of all sorts of, beer, wines and spirits. It takes a while to explore each of the sections that has huge number variety. Some had really good sales on them. There were also multiple wine/spirit tasting stations where customers were served a variety of drinks. In the beer section they had some amazing options. There were a lot of local beer names listed on the wall above the coolers. I bought a mixed flavor pack of Smirnoff ice. Price was decent for a 12-pack, checkout was a breeze. The guests loved the different flavors of original, mango, apple and orange at the party. Previously I also had bought champagne and other spirits for gifts and occasions. I took help of the staff on multiple occasions as I am no expert when it comes to liquor. They have been always friendly in assisting and suggesting per my situation.

The staff at Total Wine were very helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure that I left that store with the item that I wanted. I was unable to locate the item I was looking for, so one of the employees took the time to look in the back and then proceeded to get a lift and locate my item in one of the aisles. I found out that this is a seasonal item that is not returning until next summer so what they have in their inventory is all they have left. Oh, by the way, if you want a nice refreshing alternative to a glass of wine after a stressful day, try these, you won't be disappointed.

A fantastic selection and very competitive prices make this my absolute favorite spot for wine and spirits. I visit about twice a month, and while I usually find what I'm looking for, it's the thrill of discovering something new or a great deal that keeps me coming back. As the photos show, their inventory, especially for premium whiskey and wine, is incredibly impressive. You can see rare finds like the Yamazaki 18-year for $999.99 and even a Yamazaki 12-year for $177.99, which are often hard to come by elsewhere. They also carry unique selections like the Shibui series and ImpEx offerings. Their range of high-end whiskies, including Kavalan and Clynelish, often comes at prices that are very competitive, sometimes even $20-$50 less than other local liquor stores, even with their upcharge on rare items. For instance, the George Dickel 18-year, originally $499.99, was on sale for $419.99! This makes seeking out those harder-to-find bottles much more appealing here. The staff is consistently friendly and extremely helpful. I really appreciate that they always have plenty of carts available, and they'll box up your purchases, which makes it incredibly easy to transport everything to your car, especially when you're stocking up. I've noticed they have a wine tasting room, which is a great feature, though I haven't had the chance to try it out yet. While the selection is truly vast, it's not always exhaustive, which can be a minor point of disappointment sometimes. For example, on my last visit, I was a bit surprised and bummed to find they didn't have any Amarone in the Italian wine section. With such an extensive collection, I guess I sometimes expect them to have absolutely everything! Overall, this is an outstanding store that I highly recommend for both everyday purchases and special finds. You can always count on a great experience and excellent value.

I love Total wine. I always order using their app (it’s better than 3rd party deliveries) and they are fantastic. The manager at Riveredge location is great, he really takes his time to help and is very knowledgeable. The staff is really nice too. Highly recommend!

Marianne, Matt, and Maria were all extremely helpful! I came in for buying alcohol for our wedding and they went above and beyond to assist with getting our guests and wedding set right with the great drinks. The recommendations made for price points and alternatives without differences in quality/taste were all fantastic. Can’t thank them enough for all the help as I had no idea where to start. Highly recommend this place for anyone for a wedding or just looking to buy alcohol in general. They were all very knowledgeable and fantastic to work with!

The employees here don’t seem to understand the difference between helpful and harassing. Every time I come in, I’m force-fed “Winery Direct” options, even after I’ve made it clear I already know exactly what I want. Saying “no thanks” doesn’t stop the lecture — instead, I get a loud, condescending sales pitch meant to shame me into buying what clearly carries a higher profit margin for the store. The kicker? When I asked why they were pushing their recommendation over mine, the answer was: “I don’t know, it just tastes better to me.” Not exactly expert guidance. And the checkout process is no better. Cashiers move at their own pace with no urgency to help the long lines of waiting customers. After standing in line for five minutes, the cashier at my register shut off his light and told me to move down to another line, then proceeded to wave back the guy behind me to help him check out. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful of customers’ time. Today sealed it for me: this was my last visit. I’ll happily take my business somewhere that respects both my time and my choices

Store very clean and organized. Employees are very active and help everyone. Lines move quick. Parking lot is an issue. Hard to find a spot and is very active with people that can’t drive. During busy times employees move very fast. Cashiers super friendly. Great experience every time.

Beautiful store. Amazing selection. We drove over an hour for a specific wine. Happily, it was in stock. Staff not helpful in locating wine or finding out if there was more then just bottles on shelf.

A Wine lover's paradise! Great selection of liquor too! Not much selection for flavored sake, but wide beer selection. I love the singles section! Great way to try a new beer without commiting to the full box This store is well lit and the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful.

This place is huge. They have several different aisles of wine and beer. They even have a dedicated aisle full of ready to drink alcohol beverages. In the back they have individual cans of alcohol beverages, as well. They have a very vast selection. I'm pretty sure if there is an alcohol beverage you need. They will have it.

The manager "KEN" didn't want to sell me a $180 bottle he got disrespectful over my ID , I showed my ID & still got denied lol mind that he looks like he's under 21 .. drove 30 minutes here lmao

As always a great experience when I come the experienced representatives are informed, insightful and helpful. Today I learned the vineyard that I purchase one of my fave Prosecco's changed ownership. He helped me chose another Prosecco.

Total Wine is a great place to come and pick up alcohol. It has a wide inventory and the staff are always ready to help. One thing I would prefer is they not push their Winery Direct wines so hard. I love the tastings they do. $10 pp for 4 tastings and information is always properly presented. Tastings are always on their Winery Direct wines though.

As you can see from my last review in 2020, this was my favorite store when I lived in Bergen County. As a Total Wine member I would usually shop here every week for my 20% off direct wine and other discounts. I still use Total Wine in other states. I was recently visiting the area. I had a 20% off 8 bottles of direct wine discount. Therefore I stopped here to stock up on some of my favorite brands of wine. The store was pretty much the same when I last visited in March 2020. I will continue to return here when I visit my family or friends in this area.

It's been some time, like probably years, since my last visit to this location! The store was rearranged a while back, so I had to search for my two staples, rum & tequila, as they'd moved! Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff, always willing to answer questions. Could probably spend hours there looking at all the different libations! Definitely a place with a wide selection and reasonable prices on liquor.

I always enjoy coming here however, they recently re-organized and it was very confusing and I felt lost. I didn't know where to find anything. They always have great specials and great sales and they do offer great service. With that being said - there were people directing me to find the items I needed.

I buy here out of location convenience but prefer Gary's. Pros: big selection and plenty of salespeople to help out. Their coupon strategy can be a good value if you stick to their website"exclusive" selections and use with every purchase. Cons: if you ask for help they want to steer you towards their "exclusive" selections. The only problem is they aren't exclusive and they are a bit more expensive. Their price strategy revolves around the coupon. The Bed Bath of wines. Last, checking out can be lengthy. Like Walmart, they have 12 registers 3 of which are open at any one time.

Love all these stores. I was a little disappointed since the website said they had a case of the wine I wanted but when I got there there was only one bottle !!! It didn't really matter that much because their selection is insanely large and well priced and I found a case of something else I was interested in anyway.

Super selection, good prices. If you like alcohol, you must check this out. spirits, vast selection of wines, a lot of help in the store.

Love it here. You can spend quite some time here, especially picking out wine and they have a huge assortment. I'm trying to expand my wine palate, at the behest of my husband, since I'm usually just a Pinot Grigio or Riesling kind of girl but when we go here we try to grab a few different types to try- and I'm really enjoying it! Might try a tasting since I believe they hold tastings from time to time. I'd definitely go here if you want something new or different. They have a huge selection and browsing can be fun!

Once a year I go into Total Wine on River Street in Hackensack to buy lots of holiday gifts. ( sometimes they make a few trips if I give some gifts or presents to friends family colleagues doctors at holiday time or New Years! They are always patient and going into the store is really festive and fun - wonderful selections of wines- prices are the best - and I always get an education about the best wines to buy! Mike is one of the managers and all the staff follow his lead -they are patient they're friendly and they are warm and welcoming. This week Mike made sure that my gifts were put in a wonderful shiny holiday bag of and he put ribbons on it. He goes above and beyond especially to somebody Who's only there once / twice a year. I also get a great education which is really fun. Being a baby boomer, they treat me like I'm a very special customer and they'll do the same for you-

I just moved to North Jersey and was so excited to find that a Total Wine was a 15 minute drive from me. I have loved visiting Total Wine when visiting my sister in Florida. The customer service is top notch. Got an excellent recommendation for a rosé, and some additional ones to try on my next visit. Even on a busy Saturday in July, check out was nice and smooth. Plenty of parking in the area too.

What a gem! You can get everything from wine, beer, spirits and cigars here... and your typical boozy snacks! I came here looking for some help with a bottle of wine, and I was met by one of the employees, Tarik. He was AMAZING in his knowledge and help with guiding me to a nice bottle. I wish this was more closer to my home, but will definitely venture out just for the customer service. Besides that great help, this store has a HUGE inventory of alcohol with competitive pricing. It is located in its own free standing building part of an outdoor shopping center. FYI: Plenty of parking. Located off of Rt 4 West.

Can't get enough of the tastings, wine and spirits. Everyone at Total Wine are helpful and friendly. Easy to find any wine, plenty or options.

Love the store. Organized, pristine, probably the best prices and selection. Staff is amazing. If you did not find anything elsewhere, you'd likely find it here.

Service. Tom was great but the floor manager which would not give me his name and kept interrupting us. I asked for Sassicaia and he took it upon himself to show us and be so dismissive.. mind you we were already talking and being helped by Tom. I was not having it and I told Tom I didn't want to speak to that man. He yelled at me in front of customers and I did too. It was ridiculous I will never ever go back there. I wanted to speak to a manager at least a real one but my husband just said let's go and never come back. I did purchase some items already in my cart. Everyone else was lovely and helpful. I did noticed that the cashiers were angry at that man in the white shirt because he kept taking away the cart s from customers.... But who knows

I do not have Total Wine near me so when I saw this location on my way home from a meeting I decided to stop in. It's a beautiful store. Everything is very neat and well organized. It's a very big store but not overwhelming. There were several people walking around who all greeted me and/or asked if I needed help. Great selection of wine & spirits for competitive prices. I had a good experience and would totally recommend based off of my visit.

I'm a steady customer at Total Wine in River Edge.The staff is amazing and helpful and very knowledgeable.The wine associate Ron who works there recommended several wines for parties and were all a complete hit..He is very professional and very knowledgeable with all types of wines.I highly recommend going to see him for recommendations. (I do believe I'm the only person to ask Google one autumn Saturday morning, "Where can I buy a bottle of 99 Bananas liqueur?" and they pointed me in the direction of this Total Wines.) Eureka! I do believe I found my new favorite liquor store. (I used to hit their West Orange location but that's completely out of the way and inconvenient.) I don't think I've ever ventured into the town of River Edge before but by 9:30 in the morning it definitely felt like more than half of its residents were already here to stock up. (Perhaps that has something to do with the antiquated Blue Laws that still mess with Bergen County?) You might think you keep up on what's new in the world of slops and gatter (guilty as charged!) but then you start to drift through all the aisles here and realize you don't know diddly-squat. I went in for one (oddball) bottle and left with one of their mini-shopping-carts filled with all sorts of curiosities that looked too good to not buy. Favorite moment from my first visit: one of their 'sales associates' (rocking the shirt and tie) was trying to organize and bring in all the shopping carts in front of the shop and he was already at wit's end and blasting all sorts of vulgarity to himself through his face mask. (It wasn't even 10am and he was this mad already?! Yikes!) Favorite moment on my second visit: the lady at the register actually carded me. (I'm just a few years shy of having to take Tom Selleck up on his offer for a reverse mortgage so my ego was over the moon having to pull out my ID for the first time in about thirty years!) Highly recommended if spirits are your thing.

For me, top spot for Any/ All liquor needs. Place is huge. Staff at registers are nice. That's all I know since I didn't have opportunity to talk to anyone on floor. It's conveniently located... there's also a CVS there. They have great deals and parking is not an issue. I'm a definite repeat customer..

Below zero customer service horrible personalities overall and consistent double talk! They have been processing my refund for over a week now! Because they made delivery so hard and pickup was not an option because the order was placed for delivery and was undeliverable. Makes ZERO sense. But they lost a customer in me! Never Ever Again

This is definitely my favorite liquor store. I rather take a trip to NJ and buy my liquor needs here than any other place in NY. They have an app, in which you create an account and get reward points for every purchase you make. Isn't that great!? They have the best prices in the market and great customer service as well. In here you'll definitely EVERYTHING you need. 100% recommended!!!

So sorry to give this review, for the tall black gentleman with black nail polish, and sorry for looping in the white woman with a gray bob ( at the sampling table) section. They were amazing and extremely kind and sold us multiple bottles.. go figure after what I experienced at this location. My wife had been raving about this store for a while so we came in to purchase some wine after a long day. We live in Queens, NY and drove over an hour to come here. Just to walk into what came off as a skit on reality tv. There is a gentleman white, potentially Italian, wears a walkie talkie about 6'3 who I saw get into a beige Acura, who is not really a safe coworker from what I saw. He questioned an older man who works there and has been there for a long time about taking his break longer than he should. He questioned him loudly on the floor as every customer could hear. The older man seemed to be either denying or mistakening how long he took ( which people do all the time ) and the younger gentleman started raising his voice at him. Telling him not to "bust his balls" . He walked away and the older gentleman went back up to him to say I have no idea what. But all I know is this escalated into the younger guy trying to fight the older man! He's about double his height, and was seriously pushing the older guy as if this older man was any kind of threat to him. It was absolutely terrifying. I couldn't imagine that someone his age, his height, his ability would even think to put his hands on an elder let alone another coworker. It was so aggressive I thought it was a skit. Until he later pushed the older man on the floor. I don't know what goes on in this location but it seemed to be normal behavior only the two employees I mentioned seemed concerned. I saw the older gentleman go up to the manager to get help after being pushed and the manager walked over and said "we'll looks like he's gone now" prior to him ending up on the floor which I believe could have prevented the whole thing from happening. It was disappointing to see the manager not handle the situation and to see that this younger man (older than myself, but younger than the other employee) have the audacity to even challenge someone physically he knew he could harm severely. It showed very bad customer service and has kept me concern for the well-being of the older employee. Sad to say I will not be coming here again.. but they really need to look into training their staff on what is harassment.

Holy Moly, I made a wrong turn and I see this strip mall with 'Total Wine' and I say why not, am I a Yelper or not? Well, first off they should change the name to Total Everything because that's what they got. If you can drink it and it gives you a buzz, then you will find it here. Not only that but like Costco, they also got taste stations where instead of cheese or a pizza rolls you get to sip some wine for free. And compare to other places I been to the prices here are discounted on many common items like Hard Sizzler, 14.95 vs 19.95 at my local ShopRite. But they also carry the $$$$ bottles here to when money is no object occasions like Tantalus Banff Scotch at $1500 a bottle. On top of all that they got an app where you start to get special offers and deals and can just have them delivered to your house.

Review is purely for cashiers poor customer service. The variety of liquors/wine is very good and the help from the employees on the floor is usually good as well. But then you have to pay and it is another experience. Not from all the employees at the register of course, but you do have a few employees that are just plain rude. How much do i have to expend to get a box and no a "go get one yourself" or if a couple of bottles, is it to much to ask for a paper bag? Listen, no issue grabing a box.. but the attitude is genually no customer friendly.. would it really be too much for them to just say: hey would you mind getting a box? Im busy could you help yourself to a box? Come on! Anyway, ill be sure next time im coming ill prepared so the one bottle that I will buy is not too much of trouble for however im paying to.

I use their delivery service and they deliver to Leonia, which is great. They have a great selection of wines at reasonable prices. I've been getting delivery for many months and I'm very happy with their service. Oh and the guys who deliver the wine are good-looking! My husband knows this is the only delivery where I will get the door.

There is a parking lot but this location gets quite busy so be prepared to park further out or wait for parking. They have a very very wide selection of wines and alcohol. Be prepared to be overwhelmed, lol. We were looking for a specific wine and tried to maneuver the aisles on our own. It took a good 10mins but we found the bottle, which was actually a couple bucks cheaper than it was at another store we went to. If you already know what you want/are looking for, it is best to ask an employee to help get you in the right direction -- unless you want to spend your time walking up and down the aisles to locate what you want. Bottomline, it is very unlikely that you won't find whatever alcohol you're looking for here, and at pretty competitive prices. They also carry gift sets, mini bottles, cups/glasses, and other items to help keep the fun going with the alcohol. Total Wine & More is pretty much a one stop shop for all your alcohol needs.

never had a problem until they refused to serve me when my 21st birthday was in april. i told them i turned 21 a little over a month ago and they still refused to serve me

My husband and I came here today to buy a case of Leinehugel's Summer Shandy since it is one of the few stores carrying it right now. It's $11.99 for a six pack, which is about regular price. They don't have a sign stating how much it would be for a case. I asked an employee how much for a case and he says $11.99 x 4. I'm like that can't be right because a case is usually cheaper than buying 4 seperate 6 packs. I looked on their website and for 2 12 packs it's a little under $40.00. So my husband gets the case, goes to the register and the cashier has to open the case so she can scan each 6 pack. So with tax it was $12.78. x 4 = $51.12. For a case of summer Shandy? No thank you. Now I know why they had so much in stock, who would buy it at that price? I give the two stars for it being a nice store.

Total Wine and More was a real let down today. The new location had their preview party today and they didn't have an item even though the site said that the location (Totowa NJ) had it in stock. Not only that, I asked about the free glasses and tote and was told not today, only for Thursday's grand opening however when I got home I decided to check it out and it said for the preview party. Then I called up and was just making sure this was the case and was told that they are all out of the totes and (some glasses were left over) and that they were for 7pm tonight. So tonight someone lied to me. I won't be going back to any location and just give my hard earned money somewhere else. There was even other issues but I'll just list all the issues. -no Apple Pay? It's 2022 get with the times -cashier didn't know about the tote and glasses -manager or supervisor lied about tote and glasses -customer service on the floor was nonexistent, not one person asked if they could help us with anything and when I had to approach someone he was clearly not trained properly because he didn't know where anything was -tons of corporate people standing around talking to each other acting like it was a frat party instead of trying to make sure everything runs smoothly -not having product after it says it's in stock online -the wrist bands made no sense because I saw them just give up and not use them anymore Over all, I was extremely underwhelmed from start to finish and I'm not going to recommend this entire company to anyone. I even doubt they will try and make it right because it seems like that's the kind of company they are

This place is amazing! One stop shop to get all the adult beverages you need plus more. My favorite thing about shopping here is how I am always able to find an employee to help me. Customer service is always friendly and efficient.

Years of TW good will were wiped out recently due to a self-important rep named Laurie (Lori?) who was called to Customer Service to help. She walked over as if she owned the place and greeted me in a brusque, haughty manner. I was returning one bottle of wine and purchasing another half dozen. When she said that my return was not coming up on the screen I assured her that it was part of a purchase two weeks earlier. When I named some other bottles that were part of the order she took on a flippant, patronizing tone and kept interrupting me as I tried to ask a question about how that order was not logged in my account. This young women was incapable of civility and I simply walked out. She is a great disservice to TW and should be forbidden to interact with customers. She'll never see this one again.

When everything goes to plan with ordering and delivery, Total Wine is awesome. However, when it doesn't, buyer beware! I ordered a case of wine with standard delivery. I checked the order periodically over a few days and when it showed it had not been shipped I reached out to their customer service team. Crickets. About 4 days later I called them to find out the status. Turned out they had shipped my wine and it had been "delivered". Hmmm, I think not. So the customer service rep stated she would process a refund and at this point, I was impressed. The rep had seen my previous email inquiry (although no one bothered to respond to me) and given that this was my second follow up they offered a refund obviously understanding I wouldn't waste my time had I received my wine. However, I then received an email stating they were going to file a claim with Fed Ex and if Fed Ex stated it was delivered I should follow up with the bank for the refund as they won't provide one. Okay. I responded with a request to send the signed delivery slip since that is required upon delivery and of course, I knew I didn't sign for it, and they stated that I needed to follow up with Fex Ex directly. Since when does a company not take responsibility for delivery?! So..... my expectation is that I get a refund at some stage but if just be aware that if something goes wrong, you're stuck having to deal with a company who doesn't understand that things can go wrong and it's THEIR responsibility to make it right!!!! Thank you Total Wine for your follow up. And yes, there is something more you can do for me. Please refund order number179201600. If you do the right thing I will buy from you again as I do understand that sometimes individual reps do not always get it right and we all deserve a second chance.

I live nearby and enjoy wine. The staff that are on the floor are consistently rude, pushy and condescending. I have seen one gentleman, Twafik yell at customers and chase them out of the store. He routinely scowled at people that have-in his opinion- inferior wines in their carts and he will physically take bottles out of the cart and replace with others. I have been patient at first, then took to avoiding the "helpers" actively. Today was the last day I will shop at this store. I watched the staff do this with a female customer clearly frustrated but too intimidated to challenge it. They told me what I had chosen was bad (though laughably admitted they had never had it). When shopping stops being fun and you have to hide behind isles to avoid employees it is time to shop somewhere else. I have Provided feedback to management in the past but nothing has changed.

Normally I would give Total Wine a five star. Today was a big disappointment as far as customer service is concerned. I don't know his name. He was a very short old man with white hair. I had questions regarding their Mix6 and also a brand of wine I could not find. He was rude. I could not finish asking him a single question without him interrupting me. It was very frustrating. What's the point in having him there if you cannot finish a sentence without him interrupting? He knows nothing about customer service. I walked away from him. Continue my shopping without Mr Know It All. Without Mr Know It All, I purchased my 8 bottles of wine and a bottle of scotch. My husband said he dealt with him before and had the same problem. I will never ask this horrible employee for any help. NERVER! EVER! I was so disappointed. There are two liquor stores less than a mile from my home. Next time I may go to one of them.

After searching for 2 weeks....I finally found the last bottle of The Game Of Thrones (Red) wine!! The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Made the drive from Westchester well worth it!

This place has the worst staff. No one seems to know about the stock nor do they care to help customers. We went into purchase quite a bit, but walked out with nothing. Will never go back and would not recommend this store.

I've been shopping at Total Wine in River Edge since they opened and this store continues to impress with there helpful and knowledgeable staff, there pricing is the best out there especially at a time when a lot of stores are price gauging on spirits. The best person to see is Johnathon Eng, I'm a whiskey and bourbon drinker and met 'Johnny Spirits' as we call him while shopping one day years ago, he's such a friendly and knowledgeable person if you have questions he has answers and great recommendations. He just turned me on to a rare bourbon they got in and I love it. All I can say is when your shopping at Total Wine in River Edge see Johnny Spirits for anything you need!

$40000 Single Malt whiskey? In there! $13000 Cognac? In there! $5000 French wine? In there! 100's of varieties of beer - including singles of Celebrator double bock and Samuel Smith Imperial Stout? In there! A blizzard of wines? Yep! Basically -- if it's alcoholic -- it's in there! TW even sports a walk-in humidor with a decent stock of fresh stogies -- if that's your pleasure. Prices for the more conventional stock are reasonable and this warehouse sized operation is logically organized and well signed -- so finding your libation of choice is easy -- although I really enjoy wandering the aisles for a bit -- like checking out book stacks at Barnes & Noble -- reading labels and checking prices. The most comprehensive one stop shop of its kind in the area -- hands down! Overall -- pricing is not as competitive as other large retail chains like Bottle King -- but way better curated. If you want rebranded bargain basement booze and you are not too picky -- try Costco. If brand and variety matter -- and you got the shekels in your pocket to support boozy fussiness -- Total Wine is hard to beat.

We visit the River Edge store regularly and are always pleased with the recommendations- especially from our favorite guy John! He has gotten to know us personally and what we like. This team is professional and knowledgeable. We're happy to visit and like the prices, too. Thanks, TW!

Amazing place , great knowledgeable staff. Literally tell them what your interested in , your price point and they'll bring you some recommendations. Cigar walk in humidor was also solid. Great prices too if I may add.

For a chain Store most of the employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. They are always eager to help. The selection is huge at the River Edge location and they are very well stocked. Tastings when they were still being done were also fun. The only complaint I would have is there really is never a sale and you need to by 12 bottles of wine before you get a discount

I have received some flyers in the past for Total Wine and decided to check it out on the way to a family Fourth of July dimmer. The store is huge, well laid out and very clean. Even during a pandemic holiday weekend, the staff was very nice and helpful. I picked up a 12 pack of Fat Tire, per my host's request. The only issue I had was that I was overcharged. I was very lucky in that I checked the receipt before leaving the store. My 12 pack was accidentally charged four times. I just went right over to Customer Service and they credited back the difference immediately. Still, a great experience overall.

I am sending this to complain about your policy to take orders on line with a credit card and not reserve the order for pock up. When i went to pick up my order which was in stock when i placed it and the reason i placed in that store(Union) i was told they had sold my bottle and i was out of luck. Also no offer for my disappoinent or special discount or gift card for my trouble.I drove 20 miles to a store because it showed in stock,only to find out about a ass backward policy. Such a lack of empathy was mind boggling. I have other options and will be going there for future purchases.
