Hands down the cleanest, most stocked, most gorgeous Total Wine & More I’ve ever been to—and that’s saying a lot considering I’ve even attended pre-grand openings before they were open to the public. This San Diego location is in a league of its own! Everything was immaculately organized, the layout made browsing a dream, and the staff? So friendly and genuinely helpful. I’m heavy on the RTDs (ready-to-drink cocktails) and seeing cold options right by the registers? Genius. I’ve never seen that at any other Total Wine—and trust me, I’ve been to many up and down the California coast. Truly a 10/10 experience. Love it here! Can’t recommend this location enough.

Google
The Manager and cashier were rude I came in trying to make my own purchase on my 21st I had my ID on me but they denied me my purchase because my mom didn't have her physical ID she had a picture of her ID on her phone but the manager specifically a redhead manager with glasses and a cashier with blonde hair said that wouldn't work. Good job round of applause for the employee protecting absolutely nothing protecting a company that would replace both of them real quick if they wanted to and to the manager maybe work on knowing the laws of California you're a manager and don't know easy California laws I was making the purchase not my mom.

Google
This store is Amazing. I've never seen such a wide selection of alcoholic beverages in one store. It's more like a huge warehouse. Oh, also you can walk into their refrigerator department that has only Cigars of every kind from around the World.

Saira C.

Google
Incredible selections, everyone was so friendly. The moment I walked in I was greeted. Nice, clean and friendly store.

Google
This place has the largest selection of wine and liquor I've ever seen. Add very knowledgeable and friendly staff, low prices and a comfortable environment, you have a winning combination. Trust me when I say if you are looking for something specific just ask the staff and they'll lead you through the millions of bottles right to it. If they don't have it or you want to be adventurous and try something new or similar to what you like and they have the best insight. Oh and just like Costco you can grab boxes as you need, which comes in handy. Did I mention that they have a tasting bar with sommoliers? Phenomenal! My only complaint is there's this empty building on Balboa Genesee (used to be a Kohl's) that would have been a much better location for me 😂 10/10 couldn't be better.

Google
I was really pleased with the huge selection of beverages at this store, found my precious Cassis liqueur for my recipe and also a Marula one. Worldwide selection. One particular gentleman was very helpful to find my product however I have felt rushed out of the store. There were more employees than customers around. Even when they finally offered me a basket for my items, the interaction was forced and lukewarm. Please, don’t sleep on your Brazilian customers, we love to party. Perhaps a more diverse community of staff because there’s a mismatch between the beauty and variety of the store and the lack of enthusiasm among employees.

Google
The store is very organized and cleaned and have almost everything in stock. The reason this is a two star is because I needed help checking an out of stock item, so I looked for an employee to asked and first one I saw was a pink/purple haired woman. As I started walking towards her she sees me and turns around and fast walks another direction. I try looking for another employee but nobody around so I catch up to the pink haired woman and ask her about the item. She says "sorry I'm busy can you look for someone else" I'm thinking in my head of course you are busy because you work here all employees are busy. She also didn't have a name tag on her total wine shirt so didn't get her name. After that I walked to the front registered and asked a manager about my item and they we're very helpful 👍. Overall if you come here stay away from the pink hair lady so you don't have a bad experience.

Google
I came here with my son on his 21st birthday to make his first purchase and they denied him even if he has his ID on his 21st BIRTHDAY because I didn’t have my ID when I am clearly older than dirt, born in the age of the dinosaurs, I could've been the cashiers mom. When I showed them a picture of my ID they said they were closed. Horrible service.

Yelp
Lots and lots of wine here. If you're a wine connoisseur and haven't been here before then what are you doing?!! Not pictured is the holiday decor. Tis the season!! You don't need to worry about street parking. I got you. There's a big parking lot here okay period. My favorite wine is the cabernet sauvignon. This time I got a delicious red blend. We got two more bottles this weekend!! Love!

Yelp
Great meet & greet & tasting of Losophē margarita smooth no mix required. Already premixed & there's no bite or super sweet sugar taste as with some margarita premixed drinks. You can either have it on the rocks or just chill it & pour it. Very good Price a bit more than others $41.99 for 750ml bottle. But worth it. This San Diego location is my favorite always ample parking & the staff is always kind & greet you with smiles. Now if TWM would get in stock Sluricane by E40, his tequila & cognac. They have the Earl Stevens wine already they just need to add the more .

Yelp
Even though this location is in mission valley they have a ton of parking and it's a really open space. Every time I've been here there's always associates walking around and checking in on you which is super appreciated. Their variety of wine is also very impressive. I was able to find a Malbec from France when many other stores only carry ones from Argentina.

Yelp
I was tasked to buy mini bottles for a birthday piñata this weekend. Being a non-drinker I didn't know what to get. Ismael was building a display near by and helped me pick out a party pack. Ryan checked me out. We had a little problem with the receipt not wanting to print. Ismael to the rescue again. I left with the 99 Party Bucket and 10-pack of Jack Daniel's. I sent a photo and she said the party bucket was no bueno. No one would drink it. I returned at the end of the evening to exchange the bucket for 6-pack Fireballs, 10- Locals Vodkas, 10-Los Cabo's Tequilas. I was limited to only plastic bottles because they we going into a piñata. I didn't get to explore the store but will next visit. Loved that they are dog friendly too!

Yelp
I can't believe I have overlooked reviewing this place. I don't know how I could give less than 5 stars here! The prices are the best- it seems for everything across the board. And the ordering through the app is simple and quick. Curbside pickup, out in less than 5 minutes always. Sometimes I prefer this in a way, so I do not have the temptation to buy more in the store.. I can always think of or see something I want. I am a beer guy first with spirits close behind as well as some great wines occasionally. I love the fact that they offer wine and champagne classes with a charcuterie board for all to share in the back of the room. I totally recommend these classes to anyone, if at all interested. A varied selection of courses to select from on website or app. Once, the lady and I went to a chocolate and wine pairing class that was fantastic. You will learn more than you think, as the sommeliers and instructors are very well informed. Flavor profiles to know what you are really seeking. A raise of hands after each taste to see what each person prefers. They will even mention what can mix or clash besides the samples given. Telling us all also what some of their preferences are and certain excellent values for your money. Certain nights they have a 2-3 hour window of beer, seltzer or wine tasting. Even some seasonal choices emerge, which you have to just drop a coin I believe, but I drop a dollar. I come for the somewhat harder to find beers here and whiskeys too. I have bought plenty from here and other locations due to stock shortages. All reasonable, competitive prices that are usually the lowest without even being on sale, in comparison to other stores offering the same. They definitely have been checking all the boxes for me.

Yelp
Updated tasting hours: Thursday, 2 to 6 Friday, 3 to 7 Saturday, noon to 6 Beware of cashiers' suggestions. They try to steer you toward their house brands, aka "Spirits Direct". Not that they are all bad, but just keep in mind their ulterior motive. Caveat Emptor. I prefer more unbiased sources like https://www.tastings.com/

Yelp
Joseph the cashier was hostile and unprofessional maybe train your employees better with simple customer service didnt even say hi just requested ID then called a manager over after I handed my ID I asked for a bag and he sat there arguing with me still over my id unreal experience never going back why drive all the way here to get treated like that

Slim C.

Yelp
Andrew was extremely helpful and knowledgeable; I asked him about some tequila with no additives and he showed me a few great options. He took the time to explain everything about them, Thank you! The store is also very clean and has so much to choose from.

Yelp
I love that this location has all my favorite beat box flavors ! However only requesting is that hoping it carries the new flavor sweet heat cinnamon soon, other than that great staff , and I'm always here to get my beatboxes !!

Yelp
We did the $20 wine class which was really fun. The class is an hour and a half and we got to taste 8 wines (this was the California Uncorked class) and got a small plate of snacks to pair with the wines. We learned about the different wine regions of California and a little about the history. It was very informative. I recommend checking out the classes offered on their website.

Yelp
If you're looking for alcohol for a big event or just to have at home this is the spot for you. Coming here before Thanksgiving was definitely a challenge because it was busy but they had so many people ready and able to help you with whatever you needed to find. You can always ask an associate if you are looking for something specific and they can look it up before you start to search the large store! Such a great store and honestly a great deal for what you are getting!

Yelp
Love Total Wine, it's your 1-stop shop for all your alcohol and spirits. This place has such a massive selection of drinks and also has all the mixers and snacks you'll need to go with them! The staff are wonderful, very friendly and knowledgeable; don't be shy to ask them for a recommendation or assistance! All of the refrigerated and chilled drinks are towards the back of the store and there's even a cigar section. Checkout isn't too bad and they even have a membership that can help you save a little bit. I don't come here often, but whenever I need to grab something quick for a party or a celebration, I never leave empty handed!

Yelp
Review for Total Wine - Mission Valley I had a very upsetting experience at this location. The manager, Zana, was extremely unprofessional and made me feel racially profiled and unwelcome. Her behavior and tone were rude, dismissive, and completely inappropriate. Throughout my visit, she made undermining and unnecessary comments that made me feel discouraged and out of place, as if I didn't belong there or didn't deserve to make a purchase because of my skin color. No customer should ever be made to feel that way--especially when they are giving their business in good faith. What happened was wrong and unacceptable, and I intend to take this matter further. Discrimination of any kind has no place in today's society, and I truly hope Total Wine takes this seriously and holds their staff accountable.

Yelp
They have a wide variety of wines and liquors here and the prices are pretty good. I was extremely impressed with the interaction I had with Dore recently. He was kind, knowledgeable and spent @ 10 minutes explaining grapes, regions and more. I learned a lot in a short amount of time so if you're looking for some guidance while browsing, he's your guy!

Yelp
The cashiers here show little to no customer service skills. I first asked one of them for a box to hold wine bottles, and he insisted on giving me a beer case, claiming the bottles would fit. When I showed him they wouldn't, he huffed and reluctantly got a larger box. I was also trying to purchase a bottle of wine that had an "ask a sales rep" slip on the shelf. A floor associate went to check on it and came back to say someone would need to retrieve it from the back since it was out of stock on the shelf, but that six were available. At checkout, I told the cashier about it, and she said she'd start ringing me up since it shouldn't take long. After about 15 minutes--and with a line starting to form--she asked me to step aside so she could help other customers until the bottle arrived. When she was done and after another wait, I asked if anyone was actually looking for it. She checked with the order desk, where the employees looked completely lost, then came back to say they couldn't find it. It would've been nice if someone had communicated that earlier. I suspect no one actually looked very hard. Everyone behind the registers seemed like they'd rather be anywhere else. I considered tracking down the one floor associate who actually seemed engaged, but at that point, I just wanted to leave. This place may have a larger selection than Bevmo, but at least the people who work there don't look like they are in hell, and they actually try to help.

Yelp
Total Wine & More is a very stocked, very organized beverage outlet. If you're looking it for something unique, no doubt, Total Wine carries it. Taylor is very knowledgeable in the tequila, whisky, and for that matter he's good with the wine and champagnes as well. Speaking of champagne, this is a special shout - out to the front manager, Natasha. I called in needing a recommendation and she went out of her way to describe one of her favorites and explained the contrasting characteristics of the wine. She said, "no problem, what time are you arriving?....I'll just put it in the chiller". Awesome. Chiller? Every time I shop here I discover something new. They have this cool, and it is cold, chiller! What? Yes! Over by the tasting table there is a chilling tub where you can put a bottle in and leave with it cold. So whether you are in need of a chilled bottle of champagne or want to bring your wine to temp., they offer this, free to use and it works perfectly. Total Wine also carries my favorite Pellegrino water. The one suggestion I would have is I wish they had freshly squeezed, high quality juices. They only offer 'Langers' and other brands that can sit on a shelf until eternity. Think of all the top-end liquor offered here; if you spend that kind of money and want to make a more 'artisan' cocktail, you want fresh fruit. But, understandably, this store is stocked to the crow-stepped gable in everything else under the sun, so a big 5 stars!!! Oh wait, I cannot be remiss without a shout-out to the young sommelier. Darn, forgot his name. He's always nice to talk to and offers solid advice on the most random of questions. Cheers!!

Yelp
This place has everything you need for your home bar. Employees are always walking around offering help and seem pretty knowledgeable about the layout of their store and where to find things. The store is always well stocked and organized. If I had to gripe about anything, it's that they never have Blantons Bourbon ;) but then again nobody can seem to get their hands on that stuff. lol
google avatar

Yelp
Came to try the Gran Malo tequila The workers are very friendly and knowledgeable about the alcohol which is really helpful because they gave out some great recommendations!
google avatar

Yelp
The "more" part of total wine and more makes it such a good place. Pretty much there is always something in your price range. I can easily spend a hour in here which I can assure you is more because of the awesome selections and not a cry for help lol. They have the wines front and centered as well as champagnes and other bubbles. To get to the liquor you need to head to the back of the place. And there's an aisle dedicated to beer towards the other side of the store. They also have cigars which I didn't know before. Other total wines have the option to do a mix and match beer deal but this one doesn't have it. The manager said it was because of the liquor licenses they bought. I find the staff to either be too eager to help or avoid eye contact at all costs. Which I don't mind as much. Because I know what I like and going for and so I like to be left alone. But on the days that I want to broaden my palette, they are easy to find. Stopped in there a few times during Kwanzaa because I kept forgetting things and it was packed but they kept the lines moving fairly quickly. Four stars because of the selection and range of prices are generally competitive. I do like and prefer local liquor stores but sometimes it's more economical to get it from here and save a few pennies.
google avatar

Priscella N.

Yelp
Absolutely love this store. It's like the costco of liquor. I don't drink much wine but the liquor and beer selection is unparalleled in San Diego. Prices are usually lowest around and they have a rewards program. Can't wait to go back!
google avatar

Dan H.

Yelp
I've been a long time customer here as I love the product and pricing is competitive, but customer service has really taken a significant downturn lately. Today, I had made an online order and came to pick up early in store hours so there were hardly any customers there yet. I had no fewer than 3 employees basically look right at me as I stood at the pickup desk for well over 5 minutes. Once I got the attention of the manager on duty, he looked very annoyed and came over to help me eventually although his attitude indicated he wasn't pleased. Do better, Total Wine
google avatar

David B.

Yelp
Best store hands down, especially the customer service! Everyone is welcoming, but Taylor steals the show and provides amazing recommendations for any type of alcohol. Tequila, Whiskey, Gin, whatever you need. I've been going here for years and his recommendations have always been perfect. Taylor: you should start a review site for the store and call it Taylor's Tipsy Tips.
google avatar

Yelp
Love the selection and prices here. Love the local options for both craft beer and hard seltzers. And also all the options. They carry Loverboy hard teas which I haven't been able to find anywhere else in SD. Just stocked up on lots of fall items..pumpkin beer and pumpkin spiced liquor for my espresso martinis. Easy parking and pretty convenient location in mission valley.

Yelp
Called this location at 2:04pm at 4/28/25 to see if an item we're looking for is in stock and she said that the item we're looking for is in stock with inventory. We got to the store around 2:35pm and even saw someone when we walked in checking out with it as well. We looked for the item ourselves but we couldn't find it and we asked multiple workers as well to help us but they couldn't find it. If we knew how much inventory they had, we wouldn't have taken time out of our schedule just to drive to this location for them not to have what we were looking for or we would have asked to put one or two on hold for us as well. Very disappointed in this location
google avatar

Yelp
I don't drink but I do like to cook with wine & beer. I use vodka as a base for edible glitter and cake shimmer. When I asked the young man where to find a particular vodka he said "I couldn't tell you that but on aisle 4 is where you'll find vodka" Hahaha

Yelp
Workers are incompetent. The lady couldn't count out my change even though the machine told her what the return was. Store is messy and smells bad too

Yelp
THANK YOU FOR BEING OF EXISTENCE (5 stars) Not a drinker (anymore) but occasionally will have a sippy when out dining or at a party/gathering celebrating something. This store I feel is for the grown and mature adults. For those who enjoy drinking your gut out you may need to drive down a few blocks to BevMo. This store has a bit more class with the huge variety of wines and stuff! Came looking for items for Holiday enjoyments. Browsed their White wines section from France! I absolutely love French White wines, something about the soil, and harvest of the grapes are something special there. You cannot find Pinot Blanc in many stores but you definitely can find a Pinot Blanc here. If you haven't had a Pinot Blanc, it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Also, came here looking for stuff for my Kir Royale! Have not been able to find or order a proper Kir Royale here in San Diego and the knockoff of using chamboard does not do it any justice (yucks, don't do it). I've located "Crème de Cassis de Dijon" here!!! And paired that with the Saint-Reine champagne from France also able to purchase here. Fresh raspberries, not here! Ha! Also-also here for some good stuff for Sangria making. They DO carry Apricot Brandy, do not mistake this with Apricot Liquor; there is a huge difference. They only carry one kind of Apricot Brandy (in the Brandy section)... pricy though ~$30 a bottle. It's been nice to lower my pain medication doses and be able to "indulge" here and there before feeling "on a good one". CHEERS-IES!!!!

Yelp
6 Stars! hehe! Thank you to: Gustavo! He went above (literally! checked top shelves) and beyond in customer service today! This was my first visit but, will not be my last. Please recognize his efforts!

Yelp
The selection of wine and other alcohol is good. The customer service was terrible. I asked about a particular sparkling wine, shown in the picture. The clerk knew nothing about the wine but pretended to know. I helped him find it on his phone , which said it was in stock. The clerk had no idea where to find it. He excused himself and never came back.

Yelp
We needed to pick up a gift for a friend's birthday. We were in the neighborhood so we decided to come in and check it out. Total Wine & More is a very large liquor store. They are one of the many shops in the shopping center. With that being said, it's a shared parking lot. They have large varieties of wines, beers, and hard alcohols. If you're looking for something unique, this is probably a good choice. We came in for Bombay Sapphire East Gin. Our friend enjoys this particular one for its unique fusion. It's the Bombay Sapphire Gin with the addition of four more botanicals. ( Grains of Paradise, cubeb berries, Thai lemongrass, and Vietnamese black pepper ) Overall, a nice variety shop to ensure you will find something for everyone. They even have the loyalty program to earn points towards discounts.

Yelp
Total Wine is like BevMo on steroids!  Located on Rio San Diego Drive in the Rio Vista Shopping Center in Mission Valley next door to Living Spaces.  Becky stopped by once on her way home from work to grab some White Claws, which were $4 per 12 pack cheaper than even Food 4 Less. When she arrived home and told me about it I just knew that I had to visit this magical place called Total Wine. On weekends I like to kick it old-school and sit in the backyard and read the newspaper.  An actual paper newspaper.  In Sunday's paper was an advertisement for Total Wine that included a $25 coupon off of $75 or more purchase.  It was fate.  We had to go.   I walked in and it was nirvana.  The store is huge.  The selection of wines, booze and beer are seemingly endless.  They also have mixers, bar accessories, and snacks.  Lots of snacks!  Including Boar's Head cheeses and cured meats.  They didn't on Sunday, but they do have in-store wine and beer tasting too. The layout, organization and displays are all top-notch.  The store was spotlessly clean and the staff super friendly and helpful. We filled our cart with White Claw, AleSmith San Diego State Ale, Stone Buenaveza, Cutwater Bloody Mary Mix, and a bottle of Demitri's Bloody Mary seasoning.  At checkout we were invited to join their rewards club, which we did and when we got home, I downloaded the app.  All coupons and specials are on the app so no need to cut out hard copies anymore. Total Wine is totally cool.  Move over BevMo, there's a new sheriff in town

Yelp
Well alrighty then....Step aside BevNo, there's a new top dog in town. Some things are even cheaper than Costco! Deals and steals and free liquor for reals! Located next to Living Spaces. Popped in for the first time to snatch up some flavored Tennessee Whiskeys...Ole Smoky Tennessee Salty Caramel and Mango Habanero. The Mango Habanero is a hit and Total Wine carries it for the cheap. Total wine is a large and beautiful space. I felt a bit overwhelmed when first walking in, however I was quickly able to acclimate myself. Seeing as they have so many options, it might take you a minute to find what you're looking for. Luckily I found Steve, who provided some excellent customer service and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Steve's customer was definitely 5 star. Thanks Steve. I not only found what I came for, but I was also able to snag some hard to find Puerto Rican Rum, "Don Q Grab Añejo I see YOU!" The store has wine tasting and beer tasting so check-in to see when you can get your free LIQS, YA HEARD! I gotta say, today was a good day.

Yelp
My first time there. My friend and I were looking for a Valentines gift for my husband and I stopped a gentleman (Taylor) who was so helpful and gave me educational facts about what I purchased made the experience 10/10! I work in customer service and Im big on it! SO THANK YOU TAYLOR FOR MAKING IT EASY AMD PLEASANT!

Addy L.

Yelp
If I could give 0 stars I would. The customer service here is terrible. Everyone always has a bad attitude and acts like you're bothering them, especially the cashiers. Don't waste your time coming here.

Yelp
Am I reviewing a package store? Yes. Total Wine's selection, organization, and staff warrant it. With a vast array of ALL forms of alcohol--total wine is a must stop before a party, get together, dinner, or anytime. Everything is clearly labeled and easy to navigate despite being GIGANTIC. The staff is on point and know exactly where everything is without skipping a beat. Only downside is the food/snack selection is fairly thin. Overall, if you know you want to drink but aren't sure what you want. This place is good for you. If you know what you want to drink--this place is good for you. If you don't drink but have friends who do and want to get nice things for them to enjoy--this place is good for you. Bottom line. Total wine is good for you.

Neric P.

Yelp
I must give a major shout out to Natasha. I was looking for an item which looked to be sold out. I had another employee attempt to find it to no avail. She demonstrated real determination and tenacity to find the item, thus saving me from going all the way to Carmel Valley to find it. Thank you, Natasha

Yelp
A one stop shop for your alcohol needs. Foreign domestic, budget to high end. This place has a total wide range. They offer tastings and even a Cigar humidor. I even found Seattle chocolate. Fancy that! Mescal can be found on an aisle along with smaller bottles. Walking up and down the aisles is almost like a museum with the high end stuff locked behind glass and lighting on display. Interesting place and fun place to shop. Mel M Yelp 22:12

Yelp
I posted a 5-star review upon my first visit, but yesterday I went for my fourth time and I have to say I feel like four stars is more appropriate. First, I am happy to have a Total Wine in San Diego. It really is a place where you can get some hard-to-find wine and liquor. It is a large store and there is plenty of staff. They are always kind and seem eager to help. I have never had to wait in line at the checkout, as someone always comes to help me right away. I haven't done any tastings there, but was there on a Saturday and it looked like they were offering tastings at the bar in the center of the store. There is also a large room that looks ready for larger events in the back. I often put together gift baskets for friends and try to include their favorite drinks, so I felt this would be the perfect place to go. It worked for some of the baskets, as I was able to find some of the wine and champagne I was looking for. However, I wanted to get single cans of hazy IPA and Twisted Tea, and they only sold them in big packs. I wasn't able to get them there, and had to go to the supermarket afterward. Also, I wanted to buy some nice absinthe for our home, and came with a list from the newest absinthe restaurant in town. Well, Total Wine didn't have any of them. In fact, they only had four different bottles. I was quite disappointed. At the time of my first visit, I had been told by an employee that they would be getting mini bottles, but months later, they still don't have them. All in all, its a nice place to show, but even though it seems like it, it's not the place to go for everything. I will still shop there for liquor, but will have to go to some other spots as well.

Yelp
They were very rude. If you order pickup 2 hrs early and you get an email saying it's ready it's probably not. I'm waiting in the order pick up line and they start talking to people behind me and didn't even acknowledge me.

Yelp
Was looking for some very special Tsarine Cuvee Adriana to give to my CPA's wife as a belated Christmas gift. Found out that Total Wine had ONE bottle left. The next day I made a beeline to the store and was BLOWN AWAY by how large it was. Makes BevMo look like a corner liquor store in comparison. Found my way to the champagne department and snagged that last bottle of Tsarine Cuvee Adriana. A sales guy in the middle of the store and I started chatting about tequila and he directed me to his favorite brand. Snagged a bottle of that. Wandered down the rum aisle and found a super-elusive bottle of Lemon Hart 151 Demerara -- been looking for that for the past 10 years without luck. Until Total Wine. Snagged a bottle of that too. Pretty much whatever you're looking for, Total Wine's got it. Be ready to spend some time though -- the vast selection of wine, liquor, beer, and more will keep you there longer than you think. OUT with BevMo, IN with Total Wine & More.

Yelp
YESSSS, Total Wine & More is now open in San Diego. I've been visiting other SoCal locations and I am thrilled they finally opened one up in San Diego. MORE is the key word. Total Wine & More has such a great variety of alcohol at reasonable prices. The store is well stocked and organized. Sake was what I was looking for specifically and I was very happy with the selection here even compared with local Japanese markets.

Yelp
This location has one of THE WORST customer service ever. I would call to make sure an item was in stock before driving there and the workers didn't even bother to look or let me finish the coversation before they hang up on me. Even going in store, it seems like it's such a bother to ask them questions. Their service is almost or maybe as equally as bad as BevMo's. I have better luck finding what I need at liquor stores even though I have to pay an extra $3 or so but at least their customer service isn't horrible.

Yelp
First time in because I've heard from friends, that this business carries everything! Well, of course, the thing that I was looking for. They didn't have and I've not been able to find anywhere in town, but they didn't have it either. if you're in to drinking wine, they seem to have it as far as all of the rest of the liquors, they probably have all of them to Plenty of staff to help you very nice and courteous to look up inventory on their little scanners that they walk around with, and actually walk you to the location where the product is. Very useful for a newbie like me and their facility.

Yelp
I understand that staffing is really difficult these days but holy moly the staff here is the bottom of the barrel. Are they making minimum wage? They can't be bothered to check you out in any expeditious manner or help you find anything in the store. What a nightmare. Is this what our world has come to?

Yelp
Total Wine & More is thee place to go for all your alcohol needs. They have a super wide selection of liquors, wines, beers, you name it! Their sales associates have been helpful and knowledgeable every time I've gone and they often run sales especially if you join the free rewards program. This place beats Bev Mo in my opinion and is definitely worth checking out.

Yelp
I've been to this chain store at different locations and it's always a consistently solid experience. It's fun to go shopping and enjoy a complimentary wine tasting where you can donate to a cause. The wine tenders are super knowledgeable and really make it a fun experience. There are usually some good deals going on and promotions on certain items. Definitely a good go-to spot for your drink needs!

Yelp
They deliver right on time and prices are less than Vons. I particularly like Kaluha. I dilute Kaluha with water , which keeps calories down. I think the cocktail "B52" has Kaluha in it. Delicious!
