We had a fantastic experience dining here! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The food was packed with flavor, beautifully presented, and clearly made with a lot of care. The star of the evening was definitely the bone marrow tacos—they were rich, unique, and absolutely unforgettable. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff was attentive and friendly, making the whole experience even better. We left full, happy, and already looking forward to our next visit.

Stopped by on our one stop in Boulder City intrigued by the menu. Wife ordered the bone-marrow tacos and really enjoyed them. I had and liked the Burrito Mexicano.

Food was excellent, service great, place was packed, if I wasn't just stopping by in town I would definitely come back. 12$ for a burrito, beans and rice in this economy??? Amazing

We've eaten at Toto's more times than we'd like to admit (no regrets), and it's always a fiesta for our taste buds. If you're in Boulder City and craving Mexican food that doesn’t disappoint, make a beeline for this place. They’ve always got tasty specials, and while I usually swim toward the seafood, even their basic platters are so good they should come with a warning: may cause happy dancing at the table.

Raul is an amazing server. our first time eating in Boulder city. food is amazing. New entry: went there again and they made our burrito super huge. we loved it ❤️ always great customer service.

Enjoyed Totis Mexican food for their detailed authentic menu and good food. Large portions are served and the chips and salsa seemed freshly made with a good salsa. The service could be better as the restaurant was fairly busy yet there were not enough staff to service everyone. Great Margaritas. If you are looking for something you cannot typically find at a Mexican restaurant, then this is a must do.

My family and I came here randomly, after realizing that the other spots in the center of Boulder City could not accommodate our large party last minute. We were blown away by the quality and taste of the food, and the service! The flavors and quality were very reminiscent of the famed Javier’s in Newport Beach + LA in CA…but such a casual, relaxed atmosphere. We decided that anytime we’re back in town, Toto’s would be our spot.

It's my mom's local favorite, and my first time there. The blackberry margarita was outstanding! The salsa and chips: some of the best I've had this year. Thin and crisp with a hint of salt. Tomatilla salsa and a pico-salsa blend... just spicy enough to compliment rather than overpower. Her meal was everything she wanted it to be. Mine wasn't. It wasn't because of the food, really, but rather the service was lacking and my food became cold while waiting far too long for the simple things I'd requested. The manager addressed things with the server and he really did turn the experience into a positive one. I'll definitely return to give it another try. They really know how to do the rice in a way that gives it a soft and fluffy texture with wonderful flavor.

If i could give this place 10 stars i would. It was our first time here and I would highly recommend trying it out. The food was amazing and fairly priced. I got the bone marrow tacos and my boyfriend got the shrimp tacos needless to say we had no left overs. And the service was awesome, Raul was super helpful when trying to decide what to order and recommended some killer drinks!

Thank you so much to the staff who made our experience amazing... I brought my group of 22 here on 7/26/25 and the staff was absolutely wondering. I believe our waitress was Jessica.. They were on top of everything and food was delicious. I would definitely recommend.

I love Mexican food and work in the Mission District in San Francisco. I like the food at Toto's and it is very good, especially the more expensive dishes on the menu I live in Boulder City and in the Bay Area, so I've had a lot of Mexican food in my life. The food here ranks very high on my list. It is a fancy restaurant for Boulder City, and upon over-hearing conversations at the next table when I've gone here for the past five years, the more well-to-do Boulder City residents eat here. I've heard from friends in Henderson that Toto's is where they like to come for dinner when in Boulder City.

My wife and I just went on a trip to Las Vegas to see Cirque De Soleil and the Hoover Dam. Las Vegas is designed to suck every dollar possible out of your wallet, and everything is overwhelming to the senses. The place is a testament to debauchery, and the overpriced food in the restaurants in the casinos just isn't that good. (My wife paid $11 for two scoops of ice cream at the Hagen Daz at the MGM Grand!) Needless to say, we're not big fans of the city. But that's the price we paid to see an amazing Cirque De Soleil show at the Bellagio on our first day there. On the second day of our trip, we went to the Hoover Dam. By this point, we were really, really burnt out on Las Vegas and very grumpy, even though the Hoover Dam was worth the time. After touring the Dam, we decided that we couldn't tolerate the Las Vegas food for lunch, so we stopped in Boulder City, just a few minutes from the Dam, to see if we could find something edible. To our good fortune, we came across Toto's. We weren't expecting much; all we wanted was something that was not the salt and fat invested food served in Las Vegas. Boy, were we surprised! TOTO'S IS GREAT. First, we were greeted by a really friendly server named Jonny. She was bright, cheery, and inviting. The decor of the restaurant was relaxing. Things were looking up! My wife ordered their salad, and I ordered the chicken enchiladas. Both were exceptional. We were not disappointed, and the price was right! I think we paid around $35 sans tip for the meal. I am not going to go into great detail about the dishes other than to say they use fresh, quality ingredients, and the preparation was top shelf. We're from Los Angeles, so we know a thing or two about Mexican food. Toto's served a good, flavorful, well-balanced meal. But wait! There's more. In our rush to leave Las Vegas, a city that God put on the face of the Earth to remind humans that too much of a good thing may not be a good thing at all, we neglected to have our morning coffee. So, at lunch, we ordered coffee. Again, I was not expecting much. And again, I was totally surprised. The coffee came in a FRENCH PRESS! It was great! (Yes, I know I am capitalizing, but the coffee is indeed worth shouting about.) My wife said that going to Toto's was the best decision we made that day. We entered Toto's burnt-out on Las Vegas and left the restaurant emotionally and gastronomically satisfied. I can't thank Jonny and the restaurant staff enough for making a potentially dismal afternoon a joyous experience. I don't plan on returning to Las Vegas any time soon, but if I pass by Boulder City again, I will definitely have a meal at Toto's.

We stopped here for dinner. Food and service were great! The ambiance gave it a comfortable feel and it is a nice place to visit.

The food here is EXCELLENT and the margaritas are plentiful and SO delicious I just have to have more than one . I have nothing negative to say about them - prices have gone up - but so have all the others anywhere in the Las Vegas valley!

Food is excellent! Their margaritas are also very good! Staff are always friendly and they make the food so quick. Very good place to eat at if you want Mexican food while in Boulder City!

One of the best Chili Rhellanos I have had in years. Poblano with the right amount of cheese with the fluffiest and NOT greasy at all batter. Both the green and pico salsa with the chips were great. Everyone at our table enjoyed our enchiladas, tamales & tacos as well. Our server, older spry gentleman, was attentive and did a great job with our various requests.

Totally NEVER COMING BACK to this place ever again. The food sucks, the service is terrible and the server legit tried to kill me. She put a mango mojito in front of me and I asked if it was the prickly pear margarita??? She said the the pink drink is the mango mojito. I said ARE YOU SURE??? She insisted the drink with the MINT on it was the prickly pear margarita! I told my friend to try both. He said she was wrong! I'm deathly allergic to mango, pineapple, kiwi and melons and she tried to tell me the mango mojito was a prickly pear margarita. Like seriously, you were gonna make me waste an epi-pen on a drink? Then we never were asked if we're ok, never offered us more chips, never came back other than bringing us a check. Do not order their tamales! Dry af and disgusting. Chile relleno, gross. Beans, dry af too. My friend ordered PLAIN CARNE ASADA TACOS, meaning no toppings, only meat and tortillas as he emphasized. Tacos come out all dressed up. Now we wait for new tacos. Been coming here for years, every time was gross. Tried several things, blah! So gross. That was my final lesson, $80 later and almost could've died. oh and did I mention she didn't even know English! She was originally talking to us in Spanish, and we're all like wtf? What are you saying? Byeeeeeeee, never again. Ever.

This is honestly the best place to eat in Boulder City if you like Mexican food. The food is great. The atmosphere is fine. The music is perfect. The service is friendly. The prices are reasonable at best. Sure, the location is set in a somewhat dismal shopping center, but this place hits all the marks for us. We're locals and prefer dining here more than the other places in town.

Food was good. We had the fajitas, tamal and taco salad. My friend raved about the salsa, and he loves heat. Everything came out quickly after ordering. Rickety table; not a big deal. Would come here again.

The Server was amazing, awesome authentic Mexican food. Flavor filled food and great size portions. They aren't kidding when they say some portions are huge or Gigantic!! Will definitely come back for many meals.

Pulled into the parking lot by this restaurant. It looked busy and happening. Soooo disappointed! The were about 3 tables with customers. Food took forever to come out and then when it did..... it was awful. No flavor whatsoever. Even the chips were blah. Over priced for what it is. Won't be going back.

I saw someone saying that this place had good semi authentic Mexican food so I ordered the lobster enchilada with tortilla soup. I was not impressed at all, the lobster was scarce and they mixed in mushrooms and some type of red strips that they said is peppers- looked like the casing of a sausage and did not compliment the dish at all! It was a filler is all I can gather. So disappointing and I ordered the most expensive item on menu $30! I threw it away after trying to pick out the small lobster pieces. Never will I go back smh. Couldn't even taste lobster for all the additives. The tortilla soup was tasty with veggies but way too much cheese.

My girlfriend went to this restaurant 3x. And after eating there 3x she and her husband got sick. What I don't understand is why she kept going back? Food poisoning is all around us. Checking with health department restaurant grades before going to a restaurant, will help you see hiw this restaurant has fared in restaurant inspections. It's very scary , that most , not all ,but most restaurants don't practice food safety practices or teach their cooks about temperatures of cooking foods, hand washing, cross contamination, taking temperature of foods before serving. If you want to be safe, check restaurant grades from SNHD.

My family and I always came here at least twice after a day on the lake. We've had groups up to 15 and we're always seated in a reasonable amount of time. Service was always great! Zero complaints there. The food is always amazing as well. We all love the house dressing on the salads! For food, we always ordered an array and no one ever had anything negative to say. Everything here is so good! The restaurant itself is always comfortable and cozy. Great music in the background and plenty of space to enjoy your tasty food and drink.

Was looking for some good Mexican food in Boulder City and found it at Toto's Mexican Restaurant. The location is slightly deceiving from the outside. The interior is a lot larger than you would otherwise expect. They also have some outside seating. The menu has plenty to choose from. The staff were all nice, the service was good and the food tasted great. Definitely recommend this place!

I think this is probably one of the best Mexican restaurants in Boulder City. Toto's has been around for ages and offers the same tasty dishes as I remember when I was a child. The cheese enchiladas, tamales, and chile rellano were very good and some of the best my friend and I had had in a long time. I did also order the queso fundido which was not what I expected. I was hoping for a fondue like texture that I could dip chips or vegetable in to, however, since this dish is three melted cheeses, it's more like a cheese quesadilla that you have to assemble yourself. I found the cheese was super stringy and hard to dip or spoon out. I would recommend adding in some flour and alcohol free wine or brandy to give it the correct texture and some spices as well. Pair that with a board of vegetables to dip and I think this could be a great dish. The prickly pear or watermelon margarita are my go to drinks. They offer a large portion for a decent price. The atmosphere inside I feel could be improved upon with some additional decorations or paint choices to give the place a more authenticate or unique feel. The service was amazing and the server was very attentive to us. My final tip is put the salsa on everything. It's so fresh tasting and not at all spicy.

Toto's have been around for quite some time and every time I've visited this fine establishment I haven't been disappointed yet. I've been coming to Toto's for years due to their great customer service and food, it's always been a top choice whenever I need my Mexican food fix. Parking is tight and can get a little busy due to the location of Toto's being shared with quite a few other business within a business plaza, but not too crazy. Upon entering you will be greeted with a host. They will take you to your table, with menus in hand, and seat you accordingly. They will take your drink orders and afterwards bring chips & salsa out. The chips & salsa are soooooooooo good I can literally eat them and make them my meal alone! The restaurant isn't too big but still good to bring your family/friends in groups, they are very accommodating even if you don't make reservation ahead of time. The food is always great! My favorites dinner options range from their delicious tacos and burritos to their Huevos Con Chorizo to their Shrimp Fajitas, they all so very good! I recommend dropping by Toto's Mexican Restaurant if your in the Boulder City area. You will not be disappointed!

Great food and service close to Lake Mohave and the Hoover Dam Lodge! The Jalapeño Margarita will knock your socks off. Fajitas were great and enchiladas fantastic we will be back!

Live in Henderson and have been to Toto's many times. The food is excellent as is the staff and manager. Their regular margarita is great also. The restaurant is very, very clean. Very highly recommended this restaurant!

Great food. Can't say otherwise, it was truly good. And the presentation of the food was very nice as well. The waitress was a nice lady who I was grateful spoke Spanish. It always makes things feel more authentic when the people working/running the place speak the native tongue. I just think the guy who seated us could have been as friendly towards us as he seemed to be towards everyone else. But 4 stars for sure on this place

We went to Toto's after we placed a loved one at the VA cemetery. They had our table set up for our group, service was excellent, and the meals were GREAT. Thank you Ramon and your staff for making our family gathering memorable.

Wow! Just wow. This is not your average mexican place. I wish I could have had 10 things on their menu. I settled for lobster enchiladas and my husband had chicken Del Mar. Lets start with the cilantro rice, wow. Love the different flavor. The regular rice and beans were flavorful and had a different flavor from every day mexican food. Lobster in the enchiladas were very good but the lobster was pretty tough. Chicken del mar sauce was outstanding flavor with cream and chipotle flavoring. Loved the green salsa in addition to the red. The soup was a huge surprise and the meatball soup was fantastic and better than the tortilla soup.

I was going to be in Boulder City and checked Yelp to find a Mexican restaurant on Nevada Way that I had seen for years. It closed but Toto's came up with good recommendations from friends of mine on Yelp. That sealed the deal for me. Located in the center spot of an L shaped strip mall at the corner of Buchanan and US 93, the restaurant is easy to find if you check out where it is before going. I was seated in a short time in the dining room on the left. It was a perfect seat. The football game was on the big screen right near me and I could watch the game as I waited. I had looked at the menu online and under the specials, I was hooked when I saw the word spicy in the pollo sarandeado. The menu describes it as: Strips of chicken breast sautéed in our spicy cream sauce served with corn or flour tortillas. All the specials come with tortilla soup or house salad, refried, charro, or black beans, and corn or flour tortillas. I ordered the soup and charro beans. My server brought a basket of chips and some mild salsa. There was nothing special in this but they were addictive and I ate too many. They do go well with football! The tortilla soup came and it had a good broth. It was like tortilla soup I've had before. The cotija cheese was a nice topping. Then the main event came and after one taste I knew that I had hit a jackpot! While the menu said spicy, I tasted the first piece of chicken, and while I tasted a bit of spice, it really wasn't spicy. On the third piece, I started to get the full taste of the spice and while not overpowering, it was spicy good!! The charro bean s were a change from the standard refried beans and I was glad there was a choice. The dish also came with standard rice and some lettuce shreds for adding to the tortillas with the chicken. The tortillas were in a white paper sandwich bag which kept them hot. When I was finished with the chicken, I wished that I had a spoon to finish off the sauce that was left in the bowl. I skipped dessert as I had eaten too many chips. I am so glad that I found this place on Yelp. The specials board gave me an idea of the kind of dishes I could expect on a return visit!

Cold taco meat, bad service never once asked how anything was, it was NOT busy avoid this place! The beans and rice was old and dry. I could go on and on just gross

Portions were large....VERY SLOW SERVICE! I think we were only checked on one time, wanted to order more drinks but no onr ever came by again and we had to hunt down our check! Chicken Ceasar salad was ok, wouldn't order again...the burrito was very good...wouldn't go out of my way to come here, but was in the area and wanted to try somewhere new!

Went to dinner with a friend here and I've never been here before. The food was amazing. The server was prompt and always checked on us to make sure we were doing good with everything we needed.

Let me tell you, the reviews were not wrong. The steak was super quality meet and tasted amazing. We very much enjoyed our stop here based on others reviews. Our favorite meal of the trip. Great spot. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

My husband and I arrived at Toto's on 2/16/24 for dinner.. there were 2 booths open. We waited and waited to be seated. A hostess finally approached us and said "there's at least a 30 minute wait as we are having a large party coming in"! Well one can't fit a large party into 2 booths.. there is a whole other room for big parties .needless to say we left...not good business

Great service. I enjoy sitting outside...very peaceful. The staff members are very attentive. And there are lots of food choices too.

Two of us two beers, one margarita, one burrito, one bowl of posole $60 before the tip! We won't go back

Poor customer service, don't seem to care about their customers. Have been coming here for awhile but this recent visit was my last. When the bill came, they seem to have changed to some type of electronic terminal system. I had ordered off the specials board when you walk in, the price on the bill was $1 higher than on the board. Not a big deal. I brought it to the server's attention and she came back with a $1 bill and didn't seem to care at all. I think it's important you properly charge the customers the advertised price. I'm pretty sure the next shmuck who walked in was going to be charged the same incorrect price. Then, I noticed on the bill there was a $2 charge for "Dual Pricing". I had no idea what this was. I asked the server and she said "That's the credit card processing fee". I asked if it was listed on the menu and she said, "No it's on the terminal". Really guys?? You kinda need to tell you customers these things in advance. It's extremely unprofessional and just looks like hack job customer service when you roll out a credit card processing fee and 1) don't put it on the menu or advertise it to your customers 2) apparently can't be bothered enough to even properly name it in the system. A professional business would make sure all these things were in place whereas this just seems like someone thought "let's milk an extra buck or two from each customer." I don't have an issue with charging a credit card surcharge, but there is a right way to roll this out and this ain't it. I asked the server why the credit card surcharge wasn't on the menu and she said "it's the owners decision" (which I get). I asked to speak to a manager and she said "there's no manager here." Between mis-pricing that nobody seemed to care about and a hidden and mis-named credit card surcharge and overall careless customer service, no reason to come back.

We had an idea to toad trip it to the hoover dam and stumbled across one of the handful of restaurants in thr area. We waited over an hour for ur food. I was livid. I got a chicken quesadilla. I could have literally driven home to Las Vegas and made me own for the amount it took. Then it was a tiny portion on a wooden plate and it was just not that good for the wait-so we were not impressed. The waitress simply said sorry they "couldn't read the ticket in the kitchen".... Sooo you have a computer system that I watched you enter the order into but so now the kitchen staff cant read or whats happening here? No apology from management when I told him and no discount for waiting for over an hour. For Mexican food. We inhaled almost two baskets of chips we were starving. Food in most places usually comes way before that first chip basket is even done-come on. Ugh. Not impressed & we both would not go back here.

Toto's is 30 minutes from the 15FWY in Boulder City. 10 minutes from the Hoover dam. It would be worth the drive if you live in Henderson or South Vegas, or if you're rolling out to see the Hoover Dam. I typically judge a Mexican restaurant on the Margarita's or the beans and rice. However, since those staples are so seriously delicious, I went for the Carne Asada. I know what you're thinking...who orders a slab of Carne Asada at a Mexican restaurant when you can have the crane asada Tacos instead. Well let me tell you. I don't normally, but they service a PRIME cut here and unlike most Mexican restaurants it's serviced sizzling on a cast iron pan and not over cooked. Order anything here and you're transported to Abuelita's (that's grandma in case you don't speaka-da-spanish like me) where the home made tortilla soup has fresh potato, carrots, onion, green Chile, and tastes like it was simmered all day just for your dinner. This place is a gem and I can't believe it's empty on a holiday weekend. Do them and yourself a favor. Come out here and keep this Diamond in the middle of the Boulder City going.

If you are near Boulder City and love Mexican food, Toto's is the place to go. Absolutely delicious food. Two of us had the El Burro burrito shown in the photo filled with steak fajitas that were juicy and very tender. It was gigantic. The guacamole and pico de gallo were outstanding. I had a combination with cheese enchilada and chile relleno that came with a salad (get the house dressing-delicious), rice and beans. All of our food was delivered piping hot. I also had a mango margarita that not only was amazing but huge!! Pricing is a great value. Chips and salsa keep coming, and staff are friendly. They have inside and outside seating. The interior is cozy and seating is comfortable. I live in SW Vegas, but will be making excuses to return, even though it's a drive. Best Mexican food I've had since leaving southern CA.

So food was pretty bomb there's no denying that. I had burrito de pollo and it had huge chunks of chicken in it no skimping on the meat! Very big size burrito and also chicken nachos were very filling! Only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because the service was slow. It took almost 45 minutes to get our plates, but other than that the food was very delicious. I'd come back again

We were weekly regulars here from 1/2 hour away up until about 1 month ago. Life got in the way But we came in today and we're pleased with the food as usual. But, I asked for a small bit of sour cream.... It was about 1 tsp .....and they charged me $2!!!!!! Guess what...... I'll never be back. If they want to gouge people, I won't be one of them. So folks, beware..... they have changed there customer service to the extreme!!! Be sure to ask before you order anything extra!!!

Hands down! Best mexican restaurant. Great service and food. Hubby ordered Burrito carnitos. I ordered a uno combination taco with tortilla soup. Chips,salsa,margaritas fantastic. Don't miss this stop!

Disappointed! I've eaten here off-and-on over the last years. It had been fairly good BUT today I ordered a to go order. It was 2 taco salads with chicken. It was way under par. Los of lettuce (expected). 2 slices of tomato cut in half, a small spoonful of guacamole, a good amount of chicken, NO beans or cheese. And no sour cream as was described in the menu. It did come with a small container of salsa I will not be ordering again. In general it was lacking in taste

The service was okay not the best. My food took to long to be served and it was not hot. How do you serve fajitas and that are not steaming. The restaurant was clean.
