I can't say enough good things about this wonderful buffet. The food is perfectly prepared and fresh, attended to regularly and kept at safe temps. There's a nice variety of options (though compared to come buffets, is lacking slightly in the Asian department). The roasted/sliced meats bar is AMAZING and the turkey is the best I've ever tasted in my long life (and available not just on holidays). There are many unique buffet items I've never seen elsewhere. It's a great spread! Now, as for service, it's exemplary. They work as a team and clear plates and refill drinks promptly. We went without reservations for a birthday celebration and they easily seated our large party and our primary table attendant even prepared a lovely birthday plate of desserts and searched in 3 other onsite restaurants for a candle. What a guy!

Every time we come to Reno, we always make it a point to eat here because it is the best buffet. Everything is fresh and they have so many different options to choose from. Friday is snow, crab, and fresh oysters. Staff is always friendly and attentive. Camilla gave outstanding customer service to us when we arrived to pay.

My mom researched the area for a great buffet before we arrived to Reno, and was told this is the best buffet spot in Reno where she made a reservation. Upon arrival, the lines were extremely long, but they had sections for walk-ins and for people who made reservations. We proceeded to the reservations only line and was assisted by one of their friendly and jolly staff members. We paid the amount and was seated immediately. The waiters/ clean up persons approached us and asked us what we would like to have to drink. They have sodas, teas, lemonade, hot tea, champagne and much more. After ordering our drinks we proceeded to make our plates. Their foods are somewhat categorized by cuisine. They have seafoods, a carving station that includes prime rib, ham, roasted chicken, fried chicken that is bone in, a far east section that consists of dim sum, American Chinese dishes such as wok tossed mixed vegetables, broccoli chicken, fried rice, stir fried noodles and other delicious options. Next to it is their Mongolian Grill where you pick out the items and sauces of your choice and a cook will prepare it on a grill for you. After that would be their noodle station, the prep person will ask what ingredients you want and they will cook it right in front of you. They also have a Spanish section which includes tacos, quesadillas, salsas and some traditional Mexican dishes like carnitas, chile verde, tamales and much more. Fruits and salads are also a option along with a variety of soups to choose from. Lastly they have their dessert isle that is made up of a ice cream section where a staff will scoop it for you, pastries, and other delicious sweet treats for anyone with a sweet tooth. The food was okay and the service was great thanks to their very welcoming, well trained and understanding staffs were it made our visit a satisfying one. They have discounts for children, military, anyone over the age of fifty five and to any Monarch rewards members, higher the tier the cheaper the price. I highly recommend this place to anyone that loves to eat, to anyone looking to try something new, if you are looking for a decent buffet to dine at or if you just so happen to be in the area. I will be back to tryout the other delicious options they have to offer.

Google
The buffet is spacious and beautifully decorated, but the food is mediocre. Dinner is $42.99 per person on weekdays with crab legs available only on weekends. The menu showcases food from all around the world. The pho station was a pleasant surprise. As a Vietnamese person, I found the pho to be pleasant. I appreciate the wide range of options, but everything tastes like typical buffet food—just okay. Your money is better spent elsewhere. They have an automatic gratuity fee for parties of 6 or more. Staff are quick to take away finished plates and refill drinks. Tables are nicely spaced out.

Google
This was my second visit to this buffet, and overall, the experience was decent. The food is pretty average — not bad, but nothing exceptional either. One pleasant surprise, though, was Pho. It actually had a nice aroma and the broth had an authentic Pho flavor, which I didn’t expect at a buffet. On the downside, the desserts were disappointing. This was the first time I didn’t enjoy the dessert selection at a buffet. The service, however, was quite good. Staff were attentive and quick to clean up dirty plates.

Google
Haven't been back for awhile. Foods was great. Was expecting more seafoods but didn't see much. Dessert was good. Other foods was decent not too much but was decent. They have both pho area and Mongolian. Service is good. Only discounts we saw was if you over 65, be good if they have discounts over 55 at casinos buffet.

Lauri W.

Google
We heard how good their seafood buffet was so we couldn't resist. It was definitely the best crab legs in Reno. I enjoyed lots of crab, shrimp, blackened salmon, and more crab legs. It was well worth the price ($117 for two before tax).

Google
We went here twice while in Reno. The first was for the seafood buffet on a Saturday night. The wait to get in was a good hour, but the food was very good. I wish the crab legs (snow crab only) were bigger. It is hard to get the meat out when they are so thin. There were many seafood choices including, oysters on the half shell, oysters Rockefeller, steamed clams, muscles, coconut and fried shrimp, peel-and-eat shrimp, and so much more! Too many choices to try! So we came back a few days later to try the lunch buffet! It was about half the price, in fact I had played a little and got a coupon for a free buffet with my players card. The choices for lunch didn’t disappoint and gave me the opportunity to try items that I didn’t have room for when I was focusing on the seafood. Over all a wonderful buffet! Even pho and Mongolian grill style food included. Amazing desert bar as well with so many choices including cotton candy and house made gelato! TIP… Get your players card to save $ and get a senior discount if you qualify.

Yelp
Wait for Saturday dinner was a 1 hour line. It seems to scoot up quickly, many large parties. Pricey but such a good time Food variety was fantastic! The quality of the seafood and shellfish options was amazing. Nicely presented too. Dessert bar had so many cakes, gelato flavors, churro, sauces, fondue for fruit or Rice Krispies. Someone will dip the fondue for you. Would be fun to do it ourselves Service- Service cleaning the plates from table was quick and on top of it. Sadly Our server only came once to ask what we wanted to drink. I was going to get a soda after but server didn't come back or ask how we were doing for the rest of the night

Yelp
Food- not hot enough. A Local of 41 years. This buffet is a sad ghost of itself. Buns stale and day old. Prime rib still mooing. I don't mind rare, but I didn't want to finish killing it off. There were not other options because the whole piece was truly under done I'll pay 35 for prime rib but it better be cooked properly. It's 35 dollars per adult for lunch. Weekends seafood is offered for even more and dinner is more expensive than lunch ..The best part is there is large variety of proteins and the desserts are still very acceptable. Our server Tony was great and attentive. Earl Grey Tea is available. Salad bar half the size pre Covid. The dining room is comfortable and spacious Too much for the offering. We won't be back.

Yelp
Ambiance: busy and casual Service: attentive I went on a Saturday around 6pm and waited roughly 45 mins and it was about $70pp after tip and tax Food: Oysters: hit or miss, but mostly a miss the day I went. bad after taste Snow crab legs: super fresh and slightly sweet. a bit over cooked tho. Prime rib- pretty good for buffet standards Mini crunchy tacos- solid and love the toppings they have Pho- if you're craving a bowl of soup noodles, it'll be satisfying I was too full to try anything else, but they had a salad bar, bagels, lox, charcuterie, chinese food, cooked seafood, pasta, pizza, and dessert. I would come back to this buffet everytime I'm in the area~

Yelp
Went to brunch with family who came to visit from the bay area. This is my go to Buffet when I want to impress guests. Lots of choices and the service is great. Probably the best buffet in Reno. Had the prim rib as usual, shrimp, and dim sum. So good. For dessert, love the chocolate chip gelato. Toucan Charlie's is a real Reno treat!

Yelp
Background On Visit: Knowing that we were going to be flying into Reno International Airport, I made it a point that we needed to go to a buffet. Looked on their yelp page and thought to myself that this place would be the place to binge eat/drink. We went for the steak & seafood dinner gourmet buffet on Saturday. Toucan Charlie's Offerings: Voted the Best Gourmet Buffet in Reno, Toucan Charlie's Gourmet Buffet & Grille offers a vast array of mouth-watering dishes that cater to every craving. With six live-action stations, including Sauté & Grille, Carvery, Charcuterie, Far East, Pho, Sea Fare, Southwest and Specialty Made-to-Order Salads, and Dessert Island, complete with nine flavors of house-made gelato and cotton candy. From savory to sweet desserts the Toucan Charlie's Gourmet Buffet & Grille will leave you full and satisfied. Price Point: Reasonable. Just remember that during holiday season, you'll be charged higher ($65.99) than regular price ($58.99). You can see their prices on their website: https://atlantiscasino.com/dining/casual-dining/tcb . Restrooms: No restrooms in the restaurant. You'll have to use the restroom in the casino. Closest restroom would be going up stairs. Wait Time: Wait time can be long depending when you join the waiting queue. Our wait was little over an hour. If you more than one person in your group, take turns and walk around casino. This will make your wait look a little shorter. Location/Parking: Located inside the Atlantis Casino. Parking can be easily found Ambiance/Decor: Pretty cool ambiance with modern furnishings. Service: Service was good. The main staffer that was assigned to our table kept on refilling my diet coke. Every time I left and came back, there was another diet coke waiting for me. I probably had 6 or 7 refills that night. She was great. At times, there were other staffers that were waiting for you to finish so they can take your plate away. Felt a little weirded out, but it was effective. Buffet Items Of Choice: 1) Crab Legs: Definitely eat many crab legs. Very fresh and go for the ones that are pre- cracked so they're easy to eat. The staffer will also provide you a crab leg cracker and a tin to put your shells in. 2) Pho Station: Pho broth was actually good. Had some worries prior to trying, but all the worries were gone after taking many sips of the broth. Selection of protein and noodles was decent. First time seeing a pho station at buffet. That's genius! 3) Prime Rib: It was okay. Some parts of the prime rib was overcooked and over seasoned. 4) Salmon: Salmon was good. I probably think I had about 3 or 4 pieces 5) Salad: Good, but probably ask them to put the dressing on the side. 6) Broiled Steaks was tasty. 7) Dessert Bar was okay. I didn't feel guilty eating a oreo cheesecake slice. :) Toucan Charlie Buffet and Grille For Thought: With a decent amount of choices to eat, you might feel a little overwhelmed. Your eyes might be bigger than your stomach. So keep cool, take deep breathes, and have a grand ol' time stuffing your face.

Yelp
For Reno, this still seems to be the best buffet as far as quality, variety and value. Really friendly chefs that prepare your serving dishes like prime rib, Mongolian BBQ, Pho, custom salads and more. Servers are always friendly. I adore the cutely dressed dessert server outfits at the dessert station. I noticed while enjoying both the lunch and dinner buffet, they have more bus workers keeping the dishes from piling up. I appreciate this improvement. I have to mention that they usually have an Indian curry dish or specialty item that is a tasty and nice palate surprise. I think there is something for everyone.

Yelp
Our basketball team was in town for tournament. Our fun coordinator made reservation for 31 at 6:30pm on Saturday night. So glad he did. Line to get in wrapped around the restaurant. Khalid was our server. He did an amazing job getting our drink orders as soon as we were seated. Some of the favorites tonight were snow crab legs, prime rib, lamb chops, oysters, pho, crème brûlée, and gelato. Place was packed. The bussers were on top of plate clearing tonight. $58.99/adult. $28.99/child. 20% gratuity for the group.

Yelp
Out enjoying lunch with my daughter today and we decided to try Reno's best Buffet out. The place was clean, well lit and very organized. I did have trouble at two stations with the language barrier even got skipped so the lady could first help the gentleman who spoke her language. Other than that i will say they are #1 in buffet in Reno. In Reno, i will Say that again. Ribs had a weird taste and although the bread station was gorgeous, the bread felt and tasted as if it was thawed out that morning.

Yelp
We weren't really sure what to expect since it's another casino buffet but it was pretty good. The prices weren't bad at all for the prime rib dinner, much cheaper than the Sunday brunch. The service was great! Our waiter was very tentative, always making sure he cleaned our table in between our various visits to the buffet and made sure our drinks were filled. The food was good. They have an amazing selection of dishes, salads, desserts etc! The restaurant is very clean and so was the buffet areas.

Yelp
Great buffet located in the Atlantis casino. Our first stop after getting off the plane and we were hungry. Since it was brunch , the bottomless mimosas were included in the buffet . The buffet was very good. The items they had were pretty much all my favorite items that I expect to be in a buffet. Snow crab, raw oysters ,,a roasted pig and prime rib. The prime rib wasn't the best , but for a buffet the prime rib was pretty good , I was impressed. Usually prime rib that is served in a buffet isn't the best but theirs was cooked well. The roasted pork was average , I just wished the skin was crispier. The raw oysters were clean and very refreshing. The servers made sure our mimosas were always filled and our used plates were taken off the table. Since they had snow crab , they did have hot or steamed snow crab which I like better than the cold crab. Great buffet to check out if ever in Reno .

Yelp
It was great while I was staying at the Atlantis buffet was amazing. I went there for breakfast was delicious everything I could ask for and want and then some! The host was very friendly. I was just really nice and relaxing for some time away.

Yelp
Not much has changed at this buffet at the Atlantis casino, still the best buffet in Reno, NV. The carver was very accommodating as usual, I prefer beef that's a little on the moo side and he always goes out of the way the find a cut appropriate for my taste, after all, the moo moo is already dead so there's no need to kill it again by overcooking the meat. My friends from out of town always want to do a buffet when in Reno and this is probably the go to place for a very good buffet. One note, they had green beans almondine, it was a hit because it went fast, I would have preferred it without the almond slivers, I just think it takes away from the green beans, but then I don't like nuts in general so that may be my bias. I have to remember to let the server know not to put ice in the pineapple juice, it just waters it down too much, after all nobody puts ice in orange juice so why would you put ice in pineapple juice.

Yelp
As a vegetarian, all you can eat buffets are never really worth it for me but heard great things about this one so decided to check it out when I was visiting Reno. Love the different build your own options including tacos, burrito, salads, pho, stir fry, charcuterie, and more!! This makes it pretty vegetarian friendly as you can pick and choose what to add into your own entrees! They also offer a vegetarian broth for their pho which is pretty delicious! Also love the diverse dessert options available including pastries, gelato, fruits and more! I will say I don't think I ate $40+ worth but had a great experience nevertheless! Definitely worth a try if you're in the area looking for variety for a meal! May need to plan early as wait can be long but thankfully we only waited for 10-15 minutes to be seated!
google avatar

Yelp
This is a top notch Buffet. All the items on the bar are kept fresh and rotated. The waiters and the cleaning staff are super friendly. The bar was kept clean of any spills or dropped items. I would definitely recommend the restaurant to anyone wanting a very tasty buffet. Word of advice. Get there at least an hour before opening because the line gets very long.
google avatar

Yelp
Located inside the Atlantis Casino. I have heard about how this buffet is one of the best buffets, so of course, I had to come here with my friend when we were in Reno. We weren't able to make a reservation, but luckily we were able to get here early enough where we didn't have to wait in long lines to get a table. Huge selection of food! Got crabs, other seafood, and desserts. Had a very good dinner!

Yelp
I was told that Toucan Charlie's has the best buffet and I absolutely concur. After the Oldies but Goodies concert, we headed down to Toucan Charlie's for the feast. I do declare that this is one of the most impressive buffets that I have been to. I did not have time to take pics as I was busy checking out the various food stations. My favourite was the station where they had prime rib that was absolutely. I was also very impressed with the Asian offerings. I'm definitely returning to Toucan Charlie's in the near future to check out more and take some photos.

Yelp
Brunch buffet, only a few traditional breakfast items on the buffet, mostly seafood:( Opted for the omelette, bacon, waffles as I am not a seafood eater. The salad bar wasn't the freshest had to pick through the peppers to find fresh ones. The cheese looked like it was sitting out for awhile, the chocolate cake was ok on top and kinda hard on the bottom. The chocolate fountain was not a very strong chocolate flavor and runny. Ebi was phenomenal!! Stayed on top of drinks and clearing the table. The mimosas were delicious!!! Overall wasn't worth $120 for the 2 of us.
google avatar

Whitney M.

Yelp
So yum! Compared to GSR a this buffet. This place is a win! The staff is super nice, they were very attentive at keeping things clean. And the food was super delish. Yes it's about $10 more but definitely worth it.

J L.

Yelp
Dined here in June 2025. The buffet this time was just okay. The atmosphere was very busy because it was Father's Day. I did not like where we sat because our table was not positioned correctly and it was a tight fit in the corner. The young man who removed our used dishes was very nice though. We hardly saw our server. For the price we paid, $60.99/pp was not worth it.
google avatar

Susan L.

Yelp
I'm a fan of this buffet located at the Atlantis hotel. It is spacious inside with lots of options. The buffet is constantly being refreshed. On Friday nights, they offer Seafood buffet. Here's my spread of goodness...
google avatar

Leticia P.

Yelp
Stopped by and wanted to try buffet since it's been awhile ... long line but pretty much cleared out within 30 minutes. Tonight was $60 per person for Seafood Champagne dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed crab legs and Pho soup (meat was thicker than usual) Luis server good - busser was overly aggressive wanting to clear utensils while we were finishing up.

Yelp
What a wonderful time and romantic day with my boyfriend! Food was delicious and the service was stellar. Made our day even better!
google avatar

Robert M.

Yelp
Have been to the buffet many times definitely one of the premier buffets in town. But the Father's Day buffet was out standing. King crab, snow crab tons of sea food and of course prime rib. The crab cakes were ridiculously good. As busy as it was the lines moved quick and the food was being replaced very quickly. One of the prettiest buffets as well, with very comfortable seating. Would always recommend but you have to try their event buffets. Not cheap but all so worth the price.

Yelp
I had seen YouTube videos of this buffet before we started out on our road trip.  I really wanted to check it out because I love crab, and I'm so glad we did!  The Friday seafood buffet starts at 4:30 p.m.  We got in line around 3:30 p.m.  It was effortless.  A nice young man came by and had us all pay before the buffet opened.  They let us in around 4:20 p.m.  OMG!!  The crab was plentiful and delicious!  They had snow crab, both cold and hot.  They had so many different stations.  Their desserts were incredible.  The service was impeccable.  When we were done with a plate, it was picked up immediately.  I highly recommend this buffet if you are in the area.  It was fabulous!!

Yelp
I had high hopes based on reviews but really was not impressed. Unfriendly staff, messy display of food options and not even anywhere to wash your hands or use the restroom. They definitely want you in and out. I was looking forward to the salad bar of all things and was disappointed. The lobster ravioli was killer.

Yelp
This was my second visit to this buffet, and overall, the experience was decent. The food is pretty average -- not bad, but nothing exceptional either. One pleasant surprise, though, was Pho. It actually had a nice aroma and the broth had an authentic Pho flavor, which I didn't expect at a buffet. On the downside, the desserts were disappointing. Yelp
The last few years we've been going to Thanksgiving dinner at Toucan Charlie's we use to go to the fancy ballroom, but find the food and service in the restaurant much better. I seriously come for the seafood, I love the steamed snow crab, salmon, clams, coconut shrimp with the spicy marmalade sauce was a nice added touch! I always book a month or so in advance to get the time I want. I like going earlier in the day not as many people! Our server was new and he was absolutely the best. He kept the champagne flowing. The desert choices are massive and the chocolate fountain is my favorite along with the gelato! If you have a players card you get $6.50 off if you're over 55. The only disappointment was it's a 2 hour limit and I felt rushed. I like it better when it was 3 hours for the price you pay for a special day, I think the time limit needs to be reevaluated.

Yelp
My last visit was this past week to celebrate a few birthdays with family. Not overly crowded and no lines. Upon being seated, the host asked us if we had been in before and we told him we were local. They informed us that they have recently updated some rules and now have a two hour dining limit from the time we are seated since we were waiting on two. The rest of us went ahead and were seated and assured them that wouldn't be a problem. Our latecomers would have to deal with the time left after their arrival. This is the buffet of all buffets and glad we have them locally. This is a great place to come for special occasions and with larger groups. They only offer seafood extravaganza on the weekends if you are a seafood fan and the prices are a bit higher. The crab legs on the weekends are my favorite. I came here often during my last pregnancy just to get my crab leg cravings satisfied. The two hour max will come in handy the next time I come in for crab legs for dinner; I won't have to wait as long. The Atlantis has so many great restaurants under one roof and I can't ever stay away too long. Our server was a beautiful hispanic lady who we know has been here for years. I wish I remembered her name to give her credit. She not only provides phenomenal service, but is friendly and smiley. She kept our drinks filled and plates cleared. Overall, successful birthday celebrations. I have only one suggestion: your carving station had overly seasoned it's meats. The prime rib which is a favorite of mine was inedible because it was way too salty. Everything else we had was fine. We look forward to returning sooner than later.

Yelp
It's been a while since we had breakfast/brunch at Toucan Charlie's Buffet; so, on Saturday, we headed the for breakfast. We arrived at the perfect time because we walked right up to the cashier, no waiting. My niece even noted that the casino seemed pretty empty an I commented that maybe it's the lull after Hot August Nights but no, turns we were just early because by the time we left at 11, the whole place was jam-packed again. Anyway, when we entered Toucan Charlie's Buffet, the hosts informed our party that there was now a 2-hour time limit now; we were seated at a 6-top table way in the back of the room because the restaurant was "slow" according to the host. Our server, Hugo, appeared almost instantly to get our drink orders. The buffet had good variety of seafood: baked salmon, oysters Rockefeller, fried shrimps, chilled crab legs, oysters on a half shell, shrimp cocktails, smoked trout, etc. The carving station had roasted pork, prime rib, baked ham and braised steaks. There was also a huge selection of breakfast items including made-to-order omelettes, waffles, pancakes, French toast, crepes, eggs Benedicts, lox and bagels, muesli and smoothies. There was also a good selection of Mexican and Asian dishes, customizable Pho, a variety of breads, charcuterie, fresh fruits, salads and soups, plus a bevy of delectable desserts; there was something for every palate. Everyone in our party ate their fill (and it didn't even take 2 hours), just looking at all the food was a sensory overload and our eyes were full way before our bellies. I did indulge in the crème brûlée; I got a second one because it was so smooth and velvety, it deserved an encore. Overall, everyone enjoyed their meals, the experience was a bit on the pricier side but with all the food that you get to try, it's (almost) worth it. The service was great too; Hugo was consistently attentive, even though his section filled up with more guests. All in all, we had a good dining experience.

Yelp
I called for a reservation for Nov. 12th for the veterans lunch. She gave me a time of 12:00 noon. We got there and found out that she never put our name down on the list. We were really disappointed because we looking forward to this day. We live out of town and don't get into Reno very often. We were very embarrassed when she told us we had to go to the other line. We are limited on how long we can stand on our feet. (old age) (hip problems) So we just left. I recommend to anyone getting a reservation make sure you are put down on the list and get a conformation.

Yelp
Came by to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary (since we hit the spa we had to hit the buffet)! I enjoyed 5 plates of deliciousness while my husband enjoyed the same. the brunch is the best bang for your buck as you also get champagne and raw mussels and crab legs to enjoy! I absolutely loved the sweets section. The mussels were fresh and plentiful. The service was okay for a buffet - a little slow in the drinks department but it was very packed! The buffet set up is nice and flows quickly and easily. The seats are comfortable and provide enough space for everyone to move around.

Yelp
Pretty decent buffet here. Noticed on my player's card that I had a free buffet for (2). That's around $80 value. They have a wide array of salads and fruits; all the desserts you desire. In addition they have: A soup station Pho station Mexican station Smoked fish station Basic pizzas Chinese station Very good fruit and salad station Bread selection My favorites were the salad station and meat section. Everything tasted pretty good. I was happy. But of course, it was complimentary. That said, if I were starving, this place would definitely solve the problem. Enjoyed it here. Tip: on off peak days, at 11am, everything is very clean and fresh. Service was excellent. Loved the staff interacted with.

Yelp
Best buffet they have in Reno! It is located inside of Atlantis, we came on Labor Day weekend and had reservations, they let us get earlier than our reservation time which was nice. This is my first time here and it did not disappoint! They have tons of cuisines and the seafood and meat section had a lot of selection. We did come on a Sunday so they had these seafood and steak options during the weekend! Prime rib was delicious! I also really enjoyed the seafood, I got tons of snow crab legs and raw oysters! I'm really happy they had raw oysters here because I recently went to one in Vegas and they did not have oysters! Would def come again!

It's been awhile since I last came for their buffet. Ambience and decor has been updated and the refresh look is a nice modern upgrade. We came for their seafood and steak dinner buffet. Amazingly all their food was tasty, fresh and on point. The prime rib was cooked perfectly. We also had their noodle station - to our surprise their soup was flavorful. The noodles were v good and consistent texture and chewy. The meatball and tendon was v good. I had their Chinese eggplant and it was not soggy and very fresh. Desserts: my favorite were the Chinese fried mochi balls. I had their carrot cake and it pass of you are craving it. Do not pass the ice cream. Flavors were good. Service staff is efficient and friendly. Appreciate their service and their diligent work.

Yelp
WOW! We went to many sites and read many reviews in our search for the best buffet in Reno. Toucan Charlie's had the best recent comments consistently. And now we're one of them. Service was acceptable but the food was off the charts excellent. Best quality, cooked to perfection, excellent seasonings (especially the Shanghai noodles!). The prime rib was OK, but everything else was great. Pho noodle soup made to order, stir fried vegetables, har gow, roasted vegetables, bagel station with Scottish smoked salmon, beet salad, fresh pineapple and fantastic Gelato. We don't eat like this often but felt this meal was worth the money.

Yelp
Pleasantly surprised with Toucan Charlie's Buffet & Grille! We had a party of 7 with a toddler. The regular line was long and heard it was at least 1-2 hour wait. Thankfully, one friend had vip access so only waited short time. The prices are pretty reasonable for steak/seafood dinner $55. The quality of the meats were surprising and good. I liked the prime rib, beef brisket, salmon, pho, curried goat. The Mexican fare was underwhelming. The seafood selection was good. The dessert selection was extensive as well. Service was excellent forgot the guy's name but checked on us all throughout the meal. If back at Atlantis in future, will definitely be back.

Yelp
Food : exceptional and variety that rivals whatever buffet you have ever gone to! Crab legs on weekends, pho (pretty authentic), Mexican, Chinese , American and even Mongolian food options. Service : my waitress let me practice my Spanish and kept our cups full! Our tables never had finished plates on them ! Ambiance : comfy, roomy booths . I was in heaven . The interior is a soft tan with dark highlights. No smoky smell from the casinos either!

Yelp
Personally I was not impressed with this buffet . The Customer service experience was not great. From checking in for my reservation, to meat station. It was prime rib night and I asked if I could have my meat cooked just a little longer because it was bleeding. The response from Maria the carver was so unprofessional. My kids also stated their experience was not great. The food was ok, based on the reviews I was expecting much better. It's possible because I got reservations at 8p the staff was tired , so the service and food was not top tier. Bottom line I will not go back .

Yelp
We always look forward to a good buffet while traveling. This place is located in the Atlantis Casino. We arrived at 5:30 and waited about an hour. We noticed that on our way out around 8 there was no line at all. There is a good variety of food stations: soup/salads/breads, Mexican, Chinese, Pho station, carving area with prime rib, ham, brisket, seafood including several kinds of crab, and desserts, including gelato, chocolate fountain and cotton candy! Everything tasted wonderful. You'll want to come hungry!

Yelp
Was impressed by the short line. Was not impressed by the high price. Service was average but acceptable, and the ambiance was very modern. I stared at the keno screen throughout the meal even though I wasn't even playing. The food was delectable and my experience was reminiscent of Greater China Buffet in that I could not tell the difference between vanilla and banana ice cream. There was no orange chicken but instead miso soup. Enjoyed the charcuterie board although the dinner roll I got was a bagel in disguise. Would recommend if you like ice cream, extremely bitter 'sweet tea', bagels disguised as rolls, and/or cotton candy.

Yelp
A big variety of food. I tried the lunch buffet and it was pretty good. The prime rib was good And all the other items they had. I was impressed with the Pho area, it was pretty good as well. Loved the desserts. The staff was friendly and the waiter kept checking in on us and did a great job making sure we had all that we need and that our tables were kept clean. We were a table of 10, so he had his hands full, but did a top notch job. The place looks great, plenty of seating and has a high value look to it and I especially loved the desserts section, and all its selections.

Yelp
Every time my family and I visit Reno, we always make sure to eat at Toucan Charlie's Buffet--it's truly our favorite spot! The moment you walk in, the décor is beautiful and welcoming. Even when it's busy (which it often is), the line moves quickly and we've never had to wait long. The staff here are always friendly, attentive, and helpful. And the food? It's consistently very good across the board. I recently had the Alaskan sole and it was absolutely delicious--perfectly seasoned and cooked. My sons are big fans of the prime rib, and the made-to-order salad station is a huge highlight--fresh, crisp, and customized just the way you like it. And let's not forget the desserts--there's something for everyone, and everything I've tried has been outstanding. The variety, quality, and value you get here make this buffet such a standout. The prices are reasonable, especially for the quality and selection. If you're in Reno and want a memorable dining experience with something for the whole family, Toucan Charlie's is a must-visit!

Yelp
The buffet is spacious and beautifully decorated, but the food is mediocre. Dinner is $42.99 per person on weekdays with crab legs available only on weekends. The menu showcases food from all around the world. The pho station was a pleasant surprise. As a Vietnamese person, I found the pho to be pleasant. I appreciate the wide range of options, but everything tastes like typical buffet food--just okay. Your money is better spent elsewhere. They have an automatic gratuity fee for parties of 6 or more. Staff are quick to take away finished plates and refill drinks. Tables are nicely spaced out.

Yelp
Amazing dinner Saturday night! 2 hour line wait was well worth it. There is no better season than Holiday season! We love to dine at Toucan Charlie's Buffet during holiday time. We were here for the seafood, specifically the crab! This is the best buffet in Reno and you get the most for your buck. They do offer discounts for player card holders/military. We loved every food station they had. From coconut shrimp to crab, Chinese, pho, Mexican, poke.... The list keeps going! Of course our favorite is the dessert station! Cotton candy, cake, ice cream, chocolate dipped fruit! We cannot wait to be back already!
