The Accounting Department neglected to request my SSN and subsequently sent me to collections for THREE services. Despite my insurance coverage, they failed to coordinate with my insurance provider. As a Veteran, the Department of Veterans Affairs was prepared to cover these services entirely. Instead of seeking clarification from the VA on how to resolve the rejected submission, they reported this on my credit report. In my opinion, this reflects poor customer service and demonstrates staff negligence in taking basic steps. Prior to any action at Touchstone, ensure they have accurate insurance information, your SSN, and any other necessary details, or risk being sent to collections without cause. I would have more respect for them if I didn't have insurance. Needless to say, I won't be returning to their facility.
