Touchstone Imaging Las Colinas

I had a really good experience at Touchstone Imaging Las Colinas. The front desk was very friendly and helpful as soon as I arrived, which made check-in easy. The sonographer was also extremely nice and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole appointment. Overall, I appreciated the care and professionalism here, and I would definitely recommend this location.

This is absolutely the most incompetent staff I have ever encountered. My daughter had to have an MRI done because a cyst that was found on her spleen. The guy that was doing the MRI tells her that the jelly her doctor had sent for her to use, he had no idea what it was but she couldn’t use it and that she didn’t have time to call her doctor, even though she was 30 minutes early. He kept talking down to her until she cried then he eased up a little. Then the girl at the front desk gave her the wrong persons MRI cd. I’m pretty sure HIPAA would have some issues with this complete disregard for people’s private health information. This location should be shut down. Absolutely tragic. No wonder there is literally a sign saying some staff is contracted out and Touchstone isn’t responsible. They probably don’t want to deal with what I am sure is a constant barrage of complaints.

I feel the area needs to be more friendly and not a assembly line. They should take and be more warm when greeting someone knew to this procedure. My overview of my experience today.

Jennifer the technician who did my ultrasound is really sweet. She has examined me everything with ultrasound. Absolutely recommend

Everyone in interacted with was kind, patient and efficient. The front desk/check in employee was wonderful and Chanelle, the tech, was absolutely the best! Thank you all for the best possible experience!

I had a satisfying visit there. It seems as if The working staff was focused, pleasant is one of the things that I remember when the nurse or technician was doing her procedure she didn’t make me uncomfortable being that that’s actually the first time I had something like this done,

Professional and courteous staff. Convenient location and able to get scheduled quickly

Every one of the nurses, rn’s, assistants were very kind, patient, and encouraging.

Worst Xray place in Dallas. had a 330p appointment and waited till 4 and were told there were two people ahead of us. We were the only ones there. Second time this place has done this. Worst service rude receptionists. Not coming here ever again!

The Accounting Department neglected to request my SSN and subsequently sent me to collections for THREE services. Despite my insurance coverage, they failed to coordinate with my insurance provider. As a Veteran, the Department of Veterans Affairs was prepared to cover these services entirely. Instead of seeking clarification from the VA on how to resolve the rejected submission, they reported this on my credit report. In my opinion, this reflects poor customer service and demonstrates staff negligence in taking basic steps. Prior to any action at Touchstone, ensure they have accurate insurance information, your SSN, and any other necessary details, or risk being sent to collections without cause. I would have more respect for them if I didn't have insurance. Needless to say, I won't be returning to their facility.

I had an ultrasound here. The staff was very professional and timely. The quality of the care was impeccable and they were able to rule out all of my concerns during the first scan.

Horrible staff. They didn't coordinate with my insurance well and kept me waiting to get my MRI done for days while my insurance gave a written notice that I don't need pre-approval for MRI per my plan. Seemed like the staff is just lazy and don't want to do the work. Management should consider talking to MIA and other front desk staff to understand if they even care about thr business at all. Also, one of their front desk staff didn't want to answer the questions I had and just hung up. They took 2 days to even raise a request to my insurance

Receptionist is rude. She was rude to the elderly couple in front of me and to me. Then when I questioned her she giggled. I have been in the medical field 33 years and never behaved that way.

I've had two bad experiences and From now on I will always request my doctors to use another imaging service going forward. This place only gives out "estimates", the second time I came I asked for a final receipt price, and they refused to give me that, the lady signed my paper and then reworded the message. So it's still suspicious. Even after $1000 out of pocket I'm sure they are going to want more. That happened last time as well for a sonogram, went on a payment plan and then was billed more and sent to collections. Avoid touchstone in general! Avoid it for the SURPRISE MEDICAL BILLS after they give you an estimate. If it happens again for me, I will be filing another state complaint. Employees are always nice, some clueless about what touchstone does, but this comes from the greedy people behind the scenes.

BEWARE! I went to Touchstone for a simple abdominal X-ray and they billed $375 for it. For comparison I had the exact same X-ray at a different facility in Dallas a month earlier and they billed $38. Touchstone is one of those companies that as long as they can stick it to you once they don't care if you return and they're a big part of the reason healthcare expenses are out of control.

This facility is right next to Baylor Surgical Center at Las Colinas. The staff is welcoming, courteous, and the facility itself is newly updated and very clean. The radiology techs are some of the best I have encountered, and you are in and out very efficiently. As someone in healthcare. I highly recommend this facility.
