"Just one meal on the patio at Toulouse Cafe will shortlist it as one of the best places in the city to people-watch and eat good beef tartare. The River Oaks restaurant is flanked by stores that are too expensive to even window shop at, so Toulouse fittingly feels like an elbows-off-the-table type of restaurant. Sit outside next to the tiny replica of the Eiffel Tower (which doesn’t look as cheesy as it sounds) as you work through a rich beef bourguignon that barely needs a fork to cut through." - Gianni Greene

Wow! Fantastic! Beautiful decor. We went for Valentine’s Day. Food was amazing. Our server was friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu. He suggested a wine that paired well with our food. Perfect date night spot. We will definitely be going back.

Google
A modern and relaxed French restaurant celebrating French cuisine and sparkling wines. The bouillabaisse was delicious and had flavorful notes of saffron and lemon. The chicken cordon blue was crisp on the outside and moist on the inside. Their lobster bisque and French onion soup were savory. Great presentation, service, and food.

Excellent place for lunch - dinner time. Escargot for an appetizer was our favorite, ceviche was fresh and well prepared, we thought personally it could use a bit more citrus / lemon, but totally personal preference. We’ve been here for a couple visits, cocktails are professional and thoughtful. Steaks are of excellent quality / cut. They do a perfect rare-plus temperature. Lamb shanks are a personal favorite, wouldn’t be surprised if that’s a most ordered dish. If you’re looking for a suggestion, go that route. We ordered the lobster bisque but received the lobster risotto. After we let our waiter know he took full responsibility and apologized. He also took the charge off our bill which we very much appreciated. The risotto was delicious, we added a touch of tobacco and finished it like it was meant to be. It does come with the body of the lobster, we would’ve liked to have a lemon or butter to enjoy with the fresh lobster meat. We ate it with the risotto as I’m sure it’s meant to be enjoyed. Overall no complaints, we plan to check into this spot from time to time. They did a wonderful job with the decor as well. Dress semi casual.

Google
Tasty food offerings. Nice atmosphere where its open air on nice days. Slightly humid that day so it was a little muggy. Server was kind but when I made a reservation, it asked if there was a special occasion which I said my mother's birthday. There was no acknowledgement of it and I felt awkward to mention it. I figured they would've written something on the dessert plate or something.

Google
Best French food we’ve found in the area. Lobster Bisque was amazing! Ordered a glass of wine and the waiter didn’t bug me for another glass when I had finished. (As most restaurants do)

Google
I cannot rate this place highly enough. We went here to celebrate my brother and his fiancée's engagement, and service was exceptional from start to finish. Our server was absolutely outstanding, and our food was delicious. It is pricey but absolutely worth it for a special occasion!

Celebrated a birthday on Saturday. Exceptional experience. Attentive service. Everything we ordered was perfection. Our favorites: steak tartar, shrimp ceviche, lobster bisque, lobster risotto. Definitely made us feel special on a special day.

Yelp
What a charming and beautiful restaurant!!! We stopped here in the middle of the day to grab dessert and drinks. My chocolate martini was perfect.

Yelp
We came in for brunch on a Saturday - the restaurant is beautiful. They were having a special Veuve menu and the decor was perfect. The service was great - our waiter was attentive and very helpful walking through the menu. The food was good - nothing special. We got the omelet and eggs Benedict. The complimentary bread with sea salt butter was delicious.

Yelp
Toulouse is Fab! - (kinda fancy). Great for date night!! SERVICE: Everyone here was so nice and attentive. They make drinks really fast ;) FOOD: I started with a Toulouse old fashioned and it was superb! Then, the deviled eggs and the Ahi Tuna Tower (so good). For dinner, had the steak frites - very good. If you are in the area...great place...go eat!! (Sorry I did not take pictures of the food)

Yelp
I came here for brunch, and it was such a cute spot! They had live music, and the performer was really good. We shared the brie cheese and truffle fries. The brie was warm, creamy, and tasted great with the bread. I got the lobster roll, which was super flavorful and came with plenty of fries. The service was great, and I'd definitely come back!

Christina M.

Yelp
The steak frites! I enjoy French cuisine and the steak frites at Toulouse are just delicious. I don't remember much else from the experience. Service was speedy and the ambiance was cozy. I was seated in the back for a large party and there were touches of France painted around the room.

Don F.

Yelp
Food and service was top notch. Friendly staff and managers were awesome. Will definitely come back

Winta E.

Yelp
An excellent brunch spot with a great ambiance. The dishes are beautifully presented, flavorful, and satisfyingly hearty. The staff is welcoming, making it a perfect place to enjoy a leisurely brunch with friends or family.

Yelp
I didn't really expect to come back here because I'm all about trying new places, however, my bestie invited me here for Brunch to hear a musician play. So of course I went. Let me just start off and say I prefer their brunch over their dinner. This place is beautiful inside, but for brunch you can actually see how beautiful with the lighting and natural lighting! Dinner is way too dark inside for me. I loved the menu selection. I got a mocktail that was really delicious. I also ordered the octopus and the avocado toast. Both were really tasty in their own ways, but that octopus was cooked perfectly and was amazing. I'd go back just for that. Price point is normal to the legacy restaurants, our service was great and the music was not too loud and very nice. Glad my girlfriend dragged me to brunch. So for me brunch over dinner with this place.

Willow C.

Yelp
Ambiance and service was wonderful! The food was very good, too. The deviled eggs and ahi tuna tower were delicious! I did not like the calamari, there were pieces in their that were sour....I'm assuming it was fried sour pickles and fried sour carrots....they were pickled and fried...wish there were more actual calamari than veggies. The branzino was good, not great. The filet au poivre steak was very tender, the mashed potatoes it came with was salty but good. I definitely enjoyed the appetizers more than the entrees. Cute trendy spot at the shops of legacy west!

Yelp
This is the best kept secret for brunch. They have the most amazing singer there who plays guitar, sax and sings. It's worth it just to see him. The squash chips and gougere were lovely, but the stars were the burger (so messy and juicy, cooked perfectly), their truffle fries and their French toast. They have a great wine list. We already booked to go back.

Mary V.

Yelp
Best restaurant experience my husband and I have had in years. Our waiter Flo was outstanding. The food was excellent. We will be back

Shirley S.

Yelp
Had a great time at Toulouse for a team dinner. The ambiance was good, but the food was mediocre in my opinion. The presentation of the food was good but I felt that something was missing. My coworkers who ordered beef rib dish were very happy with their food so maybe my mischoice. The bouillabaisse that I got was not hot enough and was a bit too buttery. Desserts were great. If I had to choose one I'll choose the luxury chocolat. Beautiful presentation and great taste. For Wednesday evening it was pretty full so glad we made a reservation.

Steve C.

Yelp
Solid service, good follow up from management afterwards.... Very happy with wine selection. Good looking place more upscale than expected. Live entertainment singer was cool too. Overall very happy - likely to return. Several recent reviews show food as average and not stellar... that's my only concern

Miguel M.

Yelp
I love Toulouse. Since they opened down in Dallas. I highly recommend it. The onion soup it's amazing and basically anything you order.

Mariama F.

Yelp
The food is as authentic as it is in France. The service is quick and all servers are very friendly. The ambiance is delightful as well as the aesthetics of the restaurant.

Anna W.

Yelp
I stopped in for a quick little lunch and sat at the bar. I ordered the lobster bisque and brussel sprouts that were delicious! The bisque wasn't my favorite but the brussel sprouts will be what brings me back.

Leanna M.

Yelp
It makes me sad to leave this review, because I have been to the Dallas Toulouse countless times and the service is wonderful. However the service I received at the Plano location my first time going was truly awful. The food and ambience was good, but with horrible service, I will never return. We ordered a few appetizers and entrees and the food took over an hour to come out. On a Tuesday night in an empty restaurant. Our waiter was careless and nonchalant, and took way, way WAY too long to bring our items. A soda refill should not take 10+ minutes. It took over 30+ minutes to get our check after we requested it. The entire dinner took 2.5 solid hours, when there were maybe 5 other tables in the restaurant. It truly blew my mind how long everything took. I dine out often at cheap, mid-tier, and high end restaurants and this the worst service I've had by far. I have gotten better service at Chili's. Just sad to see a waiter that so obviously doesn't care about doing a decent job.

Charles G.

Yelp
Non pretentious fine dining. A diverse and well paired menu of French dishes. Friendly and attentive wait staff.

Gary L.

Yelp
We went there for Mother's Day early dinner and it was a great experience. The staff (Gabby) was on point with her recommendations of the menu. Love the Ambiance, very romantic and the piano was a nice touch. I recommend sitting to the front of the restaurant so you can people watch. The food was right on par for the price, enjoyed every bite.

Leo B.

Yelp
The food was really tasty and fresh! The squash and zuchini chips were great - the dipping sauce I could drink alone. I had the beat salad with grilled chicken and the chicken was grilled perfectly. Needed a little more salt but good. My friend had the burger and she loved it. Again, the dipping sauce for the squash chips was Service was quick and french accents on point. The inside was very posh, clean and grand. Wear a tie and make it a cute night.

Skye W.

Yelp
The food was delicious. Good service and great ambiance. We had a medium sized party and we can get a little loud, but the restaurant was very accommodating. They do have mimosas for brunch- the bottle was a tad pricey though.

Yelp
I have been wanting to try this restaurant for years and it did not disappoint! We sat on the covered patio which came with a accessories/purse stand. It's just an added detail to show they care. We started with the escargot which was a delicious mix of butter and garlic and the perfect dipping companion to the deliciously soft bread to start. The Chanel cocktail was phenomenal and very light and sophisticated. I could have ordered a pitcher of that if they had it (probably for the best they don't). The duck was perfectly cooked and tender. I was a bit surprised that the skin wasn't crispy but after trying it, I realized it didn't need to be! Everything worked so well together including the sweet potatoes. The lamb shank was fall off the bone tender and the au jus/gravy was mild enough to let the lamb shine and be the star of the dish. The mushroom risotto was also very good. I've had better risottos but it was by no means bad. It was still very good just not impressive. We opted for the Grand Marnier souffle over the chocolate which was delicious and airy. The top crust was definitely my favorite bites. Overall, absolutely loved the experience and amazing service. We won't wait so long to go back next time as there are many more dishes I wish to try.

Yelp
It has been 2 years since my faather passed on my birthday and tonight was the night the boyfriend took me out. Origianlly, I didn't feel like it, but I am glad that he did take me out. I put on my Princess crown and my eyelashes and my Jimmy Choos and we headed out.... The restaurant is beautiful and it even has a coat check at the host/hostess station. Our server was Haze and he was the best! We started off with oyssters and I had a Chanel no. 6 and the boyfriend had 2 glasses of wine, a and a Toulouse cocktail of some variety-- I forgot. When the boyfriend couldn't decide what he wanted to eat for an entree, Haze was there to make a suggestion about it. The boyfriend ended up getting the Lamb Shank but instead of the fixin's for Lamb Shank, Haze suggested thaat he put it inside the Beef Bourginnonne. It was SO good. And I had the Duck Parpadelle special that night. My only thing about the Duck Parpadelle is that I wish it had more of the meat and the noodles were a bit thicker. When we were done, we took a moment to finish our drinks and decide what we wanted for dessert, but then Haze came back with a birthday bread pudding! It was so yummy and unexpected!Ididn't think they'd do a birthfday thing here. Y'all. Haze is the best server. Ask for him when you go becsause his customer service is 308% the best. I'd really like to go here again, They made me forget I was sad for my birthday.

Yelp
Holy moly, what a night! My boyfriend took me to Toulouse at Legacy West for my birthday dinner, and it was absolutely incredible. Everyone from the hostess to the waiter to the manager was amazing. And of course the food didn't disappoint, either. I'm an adventurous eater, so I was excited to try things I've never had before, like scallop carpaccio and duck confit with foie gras. Both dishes were absolutely delicious. But the best part of the night was our server, Angelo. He provided the best service I've ever experienced. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly -- and he absolutely made my birthday feel special. . If you're looking for an incredible dining experience, I highly recommend Toulouse at Legacy West. Be sure to ask for Angelo!

Yelp
I went on a brunch date to Toulouse one Sunday and it was amazing. The restaurant is so cute, it felt like a mini getaway, even though we were still in Plano. It was extremely neat and not too noisy for a Sunday brunch. The icing on the cake was the young man playing the piano and singing covers of various genres. We were seated in a cute corner booth and had an amazing server named Stephen. Stephen really took the time to explain the menu and make recommendations based on our preferences. He recommended the Heat of the Moment cocktail for me (great for tequila lovers), and the Bourbon Au Poivre (for the whisky lovers). Both cocktails were flavorful and spot on in regards to our taste profiles. For an appetizer we had the Crispy Calamari, and I have to say this was our least favorite dish because it was a little salty and tough. I ordered the Avocado Toast (minus poached egg) along with Truffle Pomme Frites and both were amazing. My babes had the Egg's Benedict (one lobster and one pulled short rib) which he loved. This dish came highly recommended by the server. He said he loves how the Egg's Benedict can be enjoyed in different variations. It DID NOT disappoint. During our entire experience Stephen was extremely attentive, and even removing straw wrappers as well as using the crumb sweeper to keep our table tidy. That was very impressionable for me as many servers don't do that these days. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this for a Sunday brunch. *** About a week or 2 later a friend and I stopped in one evening to have a drink at the bar. The bartender was very attentive and personable. The Chanel No.6 was delicious! Not too sweet or too strong. My friend had the French 77 and had zero complaints. And yes, I have every intention on returning again.

Yelp
I have been to the Toulouse location on Knox in Dallas many times and consider that to be the perfect restaurant in every way. This location in Legacy West is not quite up to the other location in terms of ambiance and service, but the food was still outstanding and on par with about any restaurant I have been to anywhere, so they still get a full 5 rating. Knox location would get a 500 if I could go so high. This location of Toulouse feels more upscale French and less bistro, which isn't bad just different. The wine list is always good but not overwhelming, so we were able to select a favorite. Then for the appetizer we started with the Camembert Petite Gougeres, stuffed pastry. They were done perfectly as far as cooking, but I could have been happier with a touch less truffle oil. I then had the Salade Maison, which was as fresh as can be and perfectly dressed. My wife had the Lobster Bisque. She has had this dish at locations around the world and considers this to be among the best she has ever tasted. She then went light for her main course, simply having the Beet & Goat Cheese Salade, a favorite of hers also from the other location. She said it seemed smaller with less beet chunks, but still outstanding. I had a special of the day - a Striped Bass on Gnocchi and prawns. Really creative, really tasty and huge for this type of restaurant. I ate half and had a full meal again the next day at home. I selected this today over the Dover Sole Meunière which is finished tableside and is always market price. It was a bit high this evening and our server said he thought the fish were on the small side compared to usual. I really appreciated his insight because it is expensive and his honesty made our bill less, which could impact his tip based on percentages if I wanted it to. So, good for him, good for me. All in all, a great restaurant and if in the area will return. If we are traveling just for Toulouse, will go to the Knox location.

Cole F.

Yelp
Came here with my family for the first time ever tonight. Asked for a medium petite filet and they gave me a rare one. I still ate it and it turned out fine, but you would expect a restaurant like this to get it right, especially when there were maybe 10 people in the restaurant. Very overpriced for the quality though... $38 for a 6oz steak with okay sides is crazy. My brother got the $21 Toulouse burger and I've had way better for under $10. Not sure who is pricing the food but they need to rethink that because it is not that good.

Jill L.

Yelp
Foods are always delicious when I visited. I usually come for my birthdays or special occasions.

Reema S.

Yelp
We visited Toulouse on a Saturday night and the restaurant was bustling. It was super busy. They had a live performer at the piano, who was an amazing singer, and really set the mood right for the night. This restaurant is definitely a great spot for a family dinner or a fancy date. We opted to be seated outdoors, but had to wait a significant amount of time to get a table. Since we had a reservation, our host was nice enough to offer us dessert on the house, which was very courteous and polite of him. To start, we were presented with complementary bread with French butter and flaky salt. The bread and butter was out of this world, the flaky salt, a stroke of genius. For starters, We ordered the escargot, baked brie, and zucchini chips. The escargo arrived hot and bubbling, there was a lot of garlic, which I appreciated. However, I would've loved if it had a little bit more salt. The baked brie was absolutely delicious. The mushroom and the roasted grape tomatoes on the brie were incredible. The tomatoes had a char and sweet flavor which paired amazingly with the brie. The Crostini that came with the bread was a disappointment, though, it was super hard and inedible. I would suggest pairing the brie with a softer toasted Crostini. The zucchini chips were crunchy, thin cut. However, they did not have a lot going for them as they are already fried and the accompanying sauce is a lemon aïoli, which is also pretty fatty. I would've loved to have the zucchini chips cut a little thicker and be paired with a tangier sauce. For entrées, we ordered the Branzino, petite fillet, and the steak frittes. The Branzino was cooked perfectly, the skin was crispy and the accompanying puree and lemon was a good taste. My aunt liked the petite fillet and the vegetables it came with. My sirloin steak was cooked well, however, was difficult to cut with the regular knife that they offer. I would like to see serrated knives for steak. The peppercorn sauce and béarnaise sauce were average, I have definitely had better tasting sauce at other places. The salad that came with my dish seemed like an afterthought and pretty boring. I upgraded my fries to truffle fries and was impressed. The flavor was spot on, and the Parmesan cheese was generous on them. For dessert, we ordered the chocolate soufflé, crème brûlée, apple tart and luxurious chocolate. Chocolate soufflé presentation was fantastic but was nothing special taste-wise. My aunt and cousin really enjoyed their crème brûlée and apple tart. The luxurious chocolate was a very beautiful dessert. I see how they re-purposed the caviar tins and the oyster shells to create this. However, on a flavor note there is much to be improved. The hazelnut mousse and the chocolate balls were absolutely amazing and looked like caviar. I didn't like the tart fruit puree on the bottom of the tin. Sour and hazelnut just don't go together. The passion fruit sorbet served on the side was also very tart and sour, practically inedible. Biscuit in the tin was thick and hard. The cream tasted over whipped, and not sweet enough. The fresh strawberries were delicious. The mousse itself was a perfect texture and delicious. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here but I do think that there's definitely a lot of room for improvement as far as the food is concerned.

Daisy L.

Yelp
Very pretty on the inside, great for getting some good photos. Went here for brunch, and the food was really good. I love quiche and was very pleased to have a huge fluffy custardy piece placed in front of me! Will be back again :) Our server was super nice too

Guy H.

Yelp
Third trip to this location. While pleasant and tasty,it failed to hit the bar set by previous visits. Little things here and there add up and without going into detail I'll leave it at,the General Manager knows he has issues so,get after it. I don't mind paying but,you have to deliver. The staff and food wasn't in line with price tonight. Hold off

Lamis N.

Yelp
Me and my friend got 5 items here, 3 appetizers and 2 main meals. The Brussels sprouts and fried zucchini were amazing. However, the cheese puffs had no taste. My friend got the burger which was good. Nothing out of the ordinary. My plate was the lobster risotto and unfortunately it was tasteless. I couldn't finish it. The service is top notch surprisingly but the food is not all that. We came around 12 so they had some room left on the patio but it got busy real quick so it's best to make reservations.

Karen H.

Yelp
I was in Dallas visiting from out of state, my friend wanted to take me somewhere nice before I left. Unfortunately, our dining experience proved that Toulouse either has grossly inadequate training/management, and/or is downright racist from the top down. Our visit was on Thursday, January 5th 2023, around 7:00 PM, we were a table of 4 - all Asians (Chinese). As our waitress went around the table pouring water, the glass bottle somehow slipped out of her hands. She caught it, hence thankfully the bottle didn't fall on me. But she was standing right next to me and water splashed on my face, clothes, shoes and feet. Guess what she did next? No apology, no explanation - instead she murmured "let me get a new one" and strutted towards the bar as if nothing happened. We sat in shock. No one came over to check in on us. I was watching our waitress chatting and laughing with her colleagues at the bar. When she came back with a new bottle of water, I said straight to her face "You spilt water on my face and my clothes and shoes, but you didn't even apologize, you just walked away as if nothing happened". She said "Oh I didn't know that, I was focused on going to get a new bottle of water. Is there anything I can get you right now?" Note that she still did NOT apologize. I went over to the hostess and asked to see the manager. I saw the manager making rounds prior to the incident. And I believe the incident was seen by other employees. I honestly couldn't believe that no one else saw the incident. If they did, did they choose to ignore it on purpose? I told the manager "My intention is not to have the waitress reprimanded. I just wanted to provide feedback to you, because such service is clearly unacceptable, especially at a restaurant of your stature". The first thing he said was "It was an accident". And I thought to myself "How odd?" I mean... I clearly didn't say she did it on purpose? And then he said "yes she should have apologized, I apologize on her behalf, she's new and blah blah blah" (I forgot what he said afterwards***) Just to be clear - if, immediately after the incident, the waitress sincerely apologized, maybe explained that she's new, admitted that she made a mistake - I would not have asked to see the manager, I would not have requested to change servers, I would not be posting this review. I would have told her that it's okay, mistakes happen, I would ask her to take her time and don't worry about it. The manager checked in once or twice after our conversation, but that was it. No other gestures to compensate for the awful experience. No discount, no item(s) taken off our check, just a big fat nothing. The food was mediocre to say the least, the soufflé tasted like sugar mixed sloppily with cheap chocolate. Despite never intending to return, we still left a 20% tip because, well, manners. ***I am writing this review 10 days after the incident - initially I thought that since I am never going back there again, why bother? But friends whom I spoke with were appalled. They said I should most definitely write a review to caution others, and also encourage others with similar experience to speak up. Note that I blocked out the server's name next to "Dining", because we were assigned a new server and his name is the one printed. To those who have had a similar experience - please please please consider sharing your experience. Please do not think that it doesn't matter or it wouldn't make a difference - that's what these people count on! That's how these people and this establishment get away with being racist! So many people look to Google, Yelp, and the likes for reviews - I know that Google does a great job moderating, and on Yelp, businesses cannot pay to alter or remove reviews. What you choose to say (or not say) matters! Share your truthful experience, you are doing others a huge favor, you are helping someone else not go through a degrading and insulting experience!

Yelp
This was a surprising great recommendation from a friend who lives in the Dallas area. I had the beef short rib Bourguignon and it was very well done. French comfort food. The service was attentive but a bit rushed. Not a problem. The setting inside and out is very impressive and comfortable at the same time.

Susan M.

Yelp
Let me start with the fact that the food was delicious and the service was great. But the experience was completely ruined by the "entertainment" and the total disregard for the specific table reservation that we asked for and were promised. I have dined here for many special occasions, "date night" dinners and even several business dinners in the separate room, and while there has been music before that has been loud, this was so loud and annoying that is was uncomfortable. Walking in the door, I was met by noise so loud that it was like a blast of hot air. LIke being at a concert or loud piano bar instead of a nice restaurant for brunch. I thought maybe I should just leave, but we were celebrating a birthday, so I had to stay. To begin with, they started to take me to a table that was not what I had reserved. The hostess said that the there were two reservations for that table. ???? She said the people sitting in it had reserved it today, and I said that we had reserved it over two weeks ago. My thought is that you tell me if the table is already reserved when I make the reservation, or you reserve it for me and save it for me...not ignore the reservation you promised. But, the real thing that will make me stay away was the music. If you are familiar with Toulouse in Plano it is completely open. There is no separate room for the bar. Toulouse has a piano at the end of the bar but open to the entire room, so the music carries throughout the restaurant, and it has amplifiers to make it louder. The type of music was very harsh. The songs were familiar, but the rendition included a lot of shouting and banging on the piano keys. Very jarring. You could tell it was bothering others - the couple behind us were pretending they were signing since they could not hear each other. Others were bending forward over the table to try to hear their companions. And the loud music only encouraged the diners to shout at each other in order to be head. The decibel level was frightening. We asked the manager, who was very nice, to see if he could get the entertainer to lower the sound a bit, which he did somewhat. But, it wasn't until he took a blissful break that the noise level went to normal. When he came back, it went back up. We didn't go to Toulouse to be entertained. We went to have a nice brunch, visit with our family and dine in a somewhat elegant environment. Bad choice today! I wasn't expecting this at all. If you don't like extreme noise, call before you go and make sure what they have planned at the piano.

Yelp
Food, service and ambiance amazing. We love this place!!!!!!!!!! Steak tartar amazing.

Sydney K.

Yelp
We came here for my dad's birthday dinner, and although the portions may seem small it's quite filling! The lamb was practically falling off the bone and melts in your mouth, I would get that the next I come here. Drinks were fantastic, our waitress was very kind, and it's a very classy place with nice live music as the night goes on. They dimmed the lights at a certain point in the evening, which added a nice vibe to the night. This is a great spot for dinner celebrations or date nights!

Rhonda K.

Yelp
Update-management reached out and asked for more information, followed by a gift card. Very nice and professional gesture!

Yelp
Great location! Service and food were awesome! You definitely need to try this place! Several varieties and fresh baked bread!

The vibes were upscale yet casual and welcoming! Can't go wrong with some good low house music to help with the ambiance. We started with 2 Mimosas, the caviar tacos, lobster bisque, and escargot. The caviar tacos have a wonton shell which I love! The lobster bisque was on the thinner side, but had lobster chunks and crème fraiche to add to the strong lobster flavor. Our service was a little slower than expected, and our anniversary was not celebrated by staff except the very sweet hostess, as originally promised. However, everything else was exceptional. My favorite part of our "snack stop" was the escargot, ESPECIALLY the oil/sauce/herbs that they came with. We will definitely be back to try out some entrees!

Yelp
This place is very high end, and chic, it's good for a date night or for celebrating special occasions. The seafood is delicious, and very fresh. They have a good selection of wines. Food options may be limited for picky eaters, but they have all the basics with a twist... salads, soups, risotto, steak, and salmon. The servers were very attentive and knowledgeable. The dinning area it's really charming, but I would say that it has limited space for bigger parties. You can do complementary valet parking, and you can tip through the online service when you request your car.

Yelp
The food, the service and the ambiance were just OK. It wasn't bad, it wasn't anything to write home about either. Unfortunately, Toulouse is just one of those places you won't remember of in a few days.

Yelp
Always outstanding. Brunch is one of the best out there. The quiche is out of this world. Service is always top notch.

Yelp

Yelp
a mixed experience. Food: excellent. Salade Nicoise and Beef Bourguinon very tasty and filling and they provided bread and butter (which most restaurants have stopped doing). Brie appetizer: good. Service: mediocre: waiter never asked if we wanted a drink so we didn't order the cocktails that we planned (we could have but whatever). after our appetizer of brie the waiter disappeared. hanging out at the bar for a good 20 minutes. another staff member saw us sitting and asked if we needed anything and he brought over our waiter. The restaurant was empty and the waiter explained that when it is that quiet he just sort of forgets. He was a nice kid, but not for this restaurant. it would be nice to have someone more professional. would I go back? probably not. the menu is richer than we normally eat plus the poor service would keep me from returning

Yelp
I go here just to eat Gougère. First tome I saw it on the menu I was jumping with joy. I don't know if any other places offer Gougères. Love the ambience too. A glass of Prosecco with Gougère all it takes to be happy

Yelp
Great food and drinks but service can't be inconsistent. Good ambiance. Will continue to eat here.

Yelp
First and foremost, it's a fancy place. Food was worth the price and the drinks were good too. Staff was professional and kind, which is always a plus. I wouldn't dress too casual but business or elegance for attire is preferred. I don't think there's a dress code but if you want to fit in, that's the vibe. Other than that, my friends and I went for my birthday for dinner and honestly don't remember what we all ordered but we cleaned our plates. I would recommend for a fancy evening, date night, or event; such as birthday dinner, anniversary dinner, congratulatory dinner, etc. Till then, let's eat and sip!!!

Yelp
We came here for a birthday dinner and was pretty excited for their menu. The staff was friendly and got seated and taken care of relatively fast. However the food was just very mediocre. I got the lobster risotto and it came with the smallest lobster tail I've ever seen, sitting alone on top of ton of rice. My wife and brother-in-law got steak frites and lamb shank. The steak was bit overcooked and tasteless. The lamb was very dry and blend too. I think I've had way better shank at Mediterranean buffets. The appetizers were decent but not really worthy of the price. Best thing I liked there truffle deviled eggs. The waiter was nice but didn't really check up on us, however my rating is mainly based on quality and deliciousness of the food.
