TOURS @ Climate Pledge Arena

We had an incredible tour at Climate Pledge Arena, and Philip was a huge part of what made it so special! His knowledge, energy, and passion for the arena and its sustainability efforts were truly impressive. He kept us engaged with fascinating insights, answered all our questions with enthusiasm, and made the experience both fun and informative. If you're visiting Seattle, I highly recommend taking this tour—and if you're lucky enough to have Philip as your guide, you're in for a fantastic experience!

The tour was amazing! The tour guides were extremely knowledgeable and made the tour very fun. Our tour guides were JAVIER & VAL. They were fantastic and so welcoming! I would 100% want them to do my tour if I took another one in the future. They were both very knowledgeable on the arena and answered any questions that we had. They created fun conversations between areas, and I can tell they love their job! The arena was very modern + friendly & it was very interesting to learn about the “Climate Pledge”. Very cool to learn about how the arena embodies the pledge and how much it helps the environment. Besides the arena itself, I took this tour as a hockey fan while I was in Seattle. The hockey aspect of the tour was great and very fun! As a visiting fan, it was fun to walk past the visiting team's locker room and see their equipment bags. The Kraken locker room was nice and was a top aspect of the tour. It was outstanding to be able to sit on the bench and get pictures right where the players sit! This was the first NHL arena tour that I have been on to allow us into the locker room and on the bench. There is so much to the Arena and lots of information to take in at every part. This was by far the best and my favorite arena tour that I have taken to this day!

This was an amazing experience! It was super cool to see how the building came to be, how they are very conscious about their omissions and being extremely conservative with their waste. The guide/host Will was extremely fun, engaging, and an absolute wealth of knowledge and information. Please let him know he did a fantastic job!

Our guide Jay was exceptionally knowledgeable and enthusiastic, providing fascinating insights into the arena's innovative sustainability initiatives and green technology. The behind-the-scenes access was a highlight, allowing us to see areas not typically open to the public. The entire tour was well-organized, engaging, and left us inspired by the arena's commitment to environmental responsibility. Highly recommend this tour to anyone interested in seeing how sports and sustainability can go hand in hand!

Must-do tour while in Seattle! Whether you are an NHL fan, love music/sports, or just are climate-conscious, there is something interesting for you in this tour. The guide was great. Among many other things, we got to visit the Kraken locker room, the Storm locker room, the Amazon Music recording studio, the owners suite, etc... We also learned about many interesting facts about the arena and how it was built. It was my second time and I will do this tour again. Such a beautiful and fascinating building.

This was the most amazing experience for my daughter & I. Will was the best guide. So many cool facts learned. Could use more hockey facts. Lol. We will definitely need to come back during the Kraken off season. I booked this tour as soon as I knew for sure we were coming for the Winter Classic, so about month in advance. We had the last tour of the day so we weren't rushed through anything.

Holly was by far one of the best tour guides we’ve ever had! She was fantastic at answering our questions, and hyping up the arena as more than just a venue, but a concept to being more eco-conscious. If you’re thinking about booking this tour, DO IT. The access to the locker rooms, floor, and private suites are incredible. Just make sure you don’t go on a game day! A great bonus besides easy access to an empty Kraken gift shop? The super cool guest tour tags they give you to plant at home! Book your tour and cross your fingers Holly is your guide! ☺️

Had a great time. As a STH, it was fun to see the Kraken locker room and tunnel. Theresa & Richard were perfect guides. Super upbeat, friendly and knowledgeable. The only negative was how incredibly warm it was in the building. Was assuming it would be cooler, but understand saving energy. Note to self to bring water next time.
