We had an amazing time at our tour! Our family is in town and Jay Cox gave us such a fun and exciting look at the arena. We had a tour with Jay from The Climate Pledge Arena. It was a great experience, and Jay was the perfect guide for our family. The arena is state-of-the-art and it’s so amazing to see an arena designed with sustainability in mind. It’s a fantastic place, with beautiful design touches and premium spaces for sponsors, partners and season ticket holders. The sports community in Seattle is lucky to have so many teams. I would love coming to events here and would definitely be a season ticket holder if I were local. If you get the opportunity for a tour, I highly recommend it!

Our 3rd grade field trip was amazing! We absolutely plan to visit again next year. The team was very accommodating in helping us plan ahead of time, and the tour guides were great with the kids once we got there. The information was engaging and facts shared about the venue held their attention for the entire duration.

I visited last Friday with my fraternity for a tour and panel. It was an amazing experience! We were able to understand how the arena works toward their goal of self-sustainavility and efficiency to host so many events! It was so much fun!

The tour was amazing! The tour guides were extremely knowledgeable and made the tour very fun. Our tour guides were JAVIER & VAL. They were fantastic and so welcoming! I would 100% want them to do my tour if I took another one in the future. They were both very knowledgeable on the arena and answered any questions that we had. They created fun conversations between areas, and I can tell they love their job! The arena was very modern + friendly & it was very interesting to learn about the “Climate Pledge”. Very cool to learn about how the arena embodies the pledge and how much it helps the environment. Besides the arena itself, I took this tour as a hockey fan while I was in Seattle. The hockey aspect of the tour was great and very fun! As a visiting fan, it was fun to walk past the visiting team's locker room and see their equipment bags. The Kraken locker room was nice and was a top aspect of the tour. It was outstanding to be able to sit on the bench and get pictures right where the players sit! This was the first NHL arena tour that I have been on to allow us into the locker room and on the bench. There is so much to the Arena and lots of information to take in at every part. This was by far the best and my favorite arena tour that I have taken to this day!

This was an amazing experience! It was super cool to see how the building came to be, how they are very conscious about their omissions and being extremely conservative with their waste. The guide/host Will was extremely fun, engaging, and an absolute wealth of knowledge and information. Please let him know he did a fantastic job!
