Wieners Circle and Daisies collaborate on a Chicago-style croissant | Eater Chicago

"I note that hot dog croissants are also a popular item at the Korean-French bakery chain Tous Les Jours, underscoring that the pastry-stuffed hot dog concept is not entirely novel." - Ashok Selvam

My nail lady was raving about this cafe and I’m so happy I stopped by! It’s a French take on Korean pastries. Prices are low but the pastries are high quality. So far I love their vanilla cream donut and ice coffee. They also have savory treats. Highly suggest to stop by when you need extravagant sweets for friends or yourself!

I love this place! I’m sad I don’t live closer to it. I’ve come here a handful of times, and each time I’ve loved the experience. The dining room is always clean and I could spend hours looking at the layout of their pastries. Everything I’ve eaten was delicious! I love the garlic and herb croissant and the cream cheese pull-apart roll. Their caramel latte is always sweet and creamy! I’ve brought family and friends here and I love trying something new every time. I’ve yet to get one of their cakes but their macarons are delicious.

I wouldn't go to this location. The TLJ in Midvale is much nicer with better service. I went in to buy two cakes for each kid's birthday. The lady behind the counter gave me a stank face like she didn't understand that I wanted to buy cakes. When I did get my order, she forgot to pack the knife and then told me there were no candles included and I would have to buy the ugly candles they had for sale. I'm spending close to $100 on two cakes. Seriously? The Midvale location comes with two sets of complimentary cute long candles. I'm not paying extra for the ugly candles they were selling and the poor attitude. Compared to the Midvale location, this one is cramped with fewer pastry options. I went there early and there were literally only two pieces of strawberry soft available even though there were barely any customers. This place is too shabby to have crappy customer service. Even the 85C at Chinatown is better. What a let down. Definitely not a TLJ experience. 👎

Love their pastries just like other Tous Les Jours locations. Clean store, staff her are nice too although this one is a smaller store compared to the one in Midvale. Plenty of parking space.

I was looking for dessert and I ended up in this gem of sweets! There are soo many dessert options, bread, hot food, sandwiches, they sell cakes, teas, coffees, smoothies. They do have a few chairs and tables where you can enjoy your lunch or sweets. I was overwhelmed by the amount of choices I had to stop myself and only get three things. 1. Chocolate Waffle (really soft crunchy and the chocolate was amazing!) 2. Chocolate croissant (I put it in the microwave to warm it up a bit and it was great) 3. The star of the show was AVOCADO TURKEY BACON sandwich! It came with their homemade white bread, honey mustard, lettuce, tomato, a lot of AVOCADO, turkey bacon and cheese) I would go back for the sandwich itself! It was sooooo good! Glad I found this place, I will be coming back. There are two locations!

Beautifully designed building, super clean, well taken care of and perfectly managed. Staff was super friendly, answered all my questions, also have advice on certain options from the menu. I decided to go for a perfectly cooked, warm, soft, Delicious, Chocolate croissant. It was perfect!!! I also ordered an Hazelnut latte with 2 extra shots. I love how they asked if I want it with whole milk or prefer another kind. We will be back!

This location is smaller than the one in Midvale but it's kept tidy. They have popular pastries and different kinds of cakes, so it's not that much different than the other location. The service was not good though.

This place is a heaven to any one with a sweet tooth. The moment you walk into this place, you want to buy everything within your sight. I got a mango cake slice and a mocha frappe. Both of them very amazing. I bought tiramisu, creamy donuts, cinnamon balls with corn cheese and purples loaf. Everything except cinnamon balls were amazinngg. This is definitely a must visit place.
