Wieners Circle and Daisies collaborate on a Chicago-style croissant | Eater Chicago

"I note that hot dog croissants are also a popular item at the Korean-French bakery chain Tous Les Jours, underscoring that the pastry-stuffed hot dog concept is not entirely novel." - Ashok Selvam

This bakery is amazing! They have a huge selection of pastries, breads, donuts, cakes, and coffee. It has everything you could possibly want in one place. The smell alone when you walk in is incredible. Everything tastes super fresh, and the variety makes it hard to choose just one thing. Perfect spot for breakfast, a sweet treat, or grabbing a loaf of bread to take home. Friendly staff and cozy atmosphere, too. It is definitely one of my new favorite bakeries!

Google
This place was not bad at all. The bakery has a nice, clean atmosphere and a great selection of pastries and breads. Everything looked fresh, and the ones I tried tasted pretty good. Nothing special but not bad for a try!

My nail lady was raving about this cafe and I’m so happy I stopped by! It’s a French take on Korean pastries. Prices are low but the pastries are high quality. So far I love their vanilla cream donut and ice coffee. They also have savory treats. Highly suggest to stop by when you need extravagant sweets for friends or yourself!

Google
I was looking for dessert and I ended up in this gem of sweets! There are soo many dessert options, bread, hot food, sandwiches, they sell cakes, teas, coffees, smoothies. They do have a few chairs and tables where you can enjoy your lunch or sweets. I was overwhelmed by the amount of choices I had to stop myself and only get three things. 1. Chocolate Waffle (really soft crunchy and the chocolate was amazing!) 2. Chocolate croissant (I put it in the microwave to warm it up a bit and it was great) 3. The star of the show was AVOCADO TURKEY BACON sandwich! It came with their homemade white bread, honey mustard, lettuce, tomato, a lot of AVOCADO, turkey bacon and cheese) I would go back for the sandwich itself! It was sooooo good! Glad I found this place, I will be coming back. There are two locations!

I love this place! I’m sad I don’t live closer to it. I’ve come here a handful of times, and each time I’ve loved the experience. The dining room is always clean and I could spend hours looking at the layout of their pastries. Everything I’ve eaten was delicious! I love the garlic and herb croissant and the cream cheese pull-apart roll. Their caramel latte is always sweet and creamy! I’ve brought family and friends here and I love trying something new every time. I’ve yet to get one of their cakes but their macarons are delicious.

This location is smaller than the one in Midvale but it's kept tidy. They have popular pastries and different kinds of cakes, so it's not that much different than the other location. The service was not good though.

Google
Love their pastries just like other Tous Les Jours locations. Clean store, staff her are nice too although this one is a smaller store compared to the one in Midvale. Plenty of parking space.

Google
Ok this place has a ridiculous selection of pastries. When you first walk in its like pastry heaven. Just mountains of choices. We tried more than I care to admit, and every freaking one was very good. Top of the list has to be the filled donuts or the chocolate Belgian waffle. Milkbreads were also a pleasant hit. The place itself is well maintained and kept clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful. They offered some suggestions to guide us in our overindulgence. Given the opportunity I'll come back here as much as my waistline allows.

Yelp
Delicious French-Asian bakery! Many pastries to choose from. We picked multiple sweet and savory options. For savory the kimchi croquette was my personal favorite. It's a very mild kimchi and tastes good cold or heated. For sweet I liked the cranberry cream cheese scone. We also tried the blueberry cream cheese bread- I appreciated the full pieces of blueberry in the cream cheese. Everything was fresh, even at 4PM when we went. Tous Les Jours is a great chain and consistent. Regardless what state we've tried it - it is always consistent and delicious.

Yelp
Oh my goodness...French bakery with Korean influence? Yes, please! Since our official Yelp event, I've been back three times. Not enough. Have brought friends, second time and family the third time. Everything looks absolutely beautiful and mouth-watering. The pastries that are supposed to be flaky are absolutely flaky. The pan is fluffy. I've had the red bean pastries, the fruit topped pasties, a slice of cake--all so good! Their smoothies are fantastic. You will want to fill your tray up with...EVERYTHING! So difficult to make a decision on what to get. So go often. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!

Yelp
This bakery is so fun! Great atmosphere and they display all their yummy pastries and desserts. I tried the mango smoothie, the Croque Monsieur sandwich and a piece of their chocolate cloud cake. I enjoyed everything! I don't live super close but next time I'm in the area I'd love to come back!

Yelp
TREAT YO SELF! I really like Tous Les Jours. They always have something that I want...from milk bread to Belgium waffles. I got the milk bread ($5 with tax). It's enough for two people to share. Love the sweet and savory flavor, but it also has the perfect density. I also got the Matcha Lemonade. Never had it fizzy but I liked it. Almost a lemon soda mixed with matcha. Vey refreshing. The staff was really nice and the place was clean. Always a plus. It's on the smaller end of the Tous Les Jours I've visited, which means not as much seating fyi.

Yelp
Nice little café... it's very clean and new inside and has a small seating area, if you want to dine in. I got a little sample of 4 items and a matcha frappe. My favorite is the Mushroom Onion cheese pastry. Well balanced flavor, slight tartness from the cheese and the caramelized sweet onions with the hint of garlic mushroom texture is perfection. Then I tasted the Green Tea Piece Cake, which is also quite tasty... a perfect balance of sweetness and cream frosting (not overly sweet) I could definitely taste the green tea... delicious. Next I had Chocolate Avalanche, which is basically a chocolate croissant... nothing really stands out for me, but if you like chocolate, this would hit the spot. Slightly bitter for my taste. Corn Cheese Donut... is a mystery, I've never had this before. Looks interesting, but the dough was tough and chewy. The corn and cheese filling was a miss, no flavor and very small amount. The sugarcoating was strange for a savory-ish filling. And finally, I had the Matcha frappe. Which for me was terrible. It had no sweetness, and I could not taste any Matcha. It was like sipping on a cup of green ice. Overall, I think everyone should give this place a try. It's clean. The staff is very friendly and professional. It's a nice place to have a tea and a snack after work or just to hang out to do lite socializing. I will definitely return and try some other pastries and drinks. And give you an update. Cheers! Please support your local businesses.

Yelp
I was in awe from my very first step into Tous Les Jours -- the bakery smells incredible, is impeccably clean, and presents its pastries beautifully. The staff was incredibly friendly and patient as I walked looked through every treat multiple times before coming to a decision. If the service and interior of the bakery weren't five-star already, then the goodies certainly solidified a perfect Yelp score. The croissant-based treats were flakey and delicious, and the mango-filled, sugar coated donut was to die for. I can't wait to come back and would recommend it to anyone!

Yelp
I was really excited when their second location opened in SSL. The midvale isn't too far, but this new one cuts my commute from 30mins to 15! I decided to try a few different pastries and breads. Here are the results. The banana milk bread didn't have any flavors of banana. So I was a little disappointed. Almond croissant was a bit burnt and I wanted more of the almond filling. Regular croissants were damn good! I liked it better than the almond croissants. Garlic creme roll was just ok. I wanted more garlic flavors in it.

Yelp
I'm so happy to see more and more Asian bakeries opening in Utah! Everything there looked so delicious. I got a mini red velvet cake. The frosting was not very sweet, unlike the typical ones. I usually scrape off the frosting, but I can actually eat it with this cake! Although, I have to say, this is just a red velvet cake; it tastes good, but nothing special about it, and I probably won't get it again either. I'd be more interested to try their bakery items!

Yelp
Cute little bakery with a variety of treats to buy for yourself or as a gift. Inside was clean and orderly. Cashier was nice. Recommend and will be back

Yelp
I love this place! They have the funnest pastries that are bursting with flavor! They have so many options that you can choose from and every item is delicious. I want to come back here during the holidays to get items for my neighbors, which I know will be a hit with everyone. Not only do they sell pastries, but they have delicious coffee, too. The restaurant is rather small, but it is a café that you can choose to take out from or sit down and have a quick bite. The employees are always upbeat and fun, making the experience wholesome and delightful!

Yelp
Stopped there this morning. My vanilla latte was good and hot. They have a ton of French pastries. I had a chocolate croissant and an apple turn over. Bothe were fresh, light and flaky. Yum! They also had a really cute selection of small cakes that all looked so good. They have a cute little place to sit and enjoy, and the guy that helped me was very nice. I am so glad I found this place, will be going back.

Yelp
Small cute bakery straight from Korea. Tous les Jours is a Korean bakery franchise opening their second store in UT. It's South Salt Lake, so naturally the exterior can be a little dingy looking, but the interior is quality, clean, and welcoming. Like any good bakery should be. A good selection of products from their baked goods in their hot case to the wide choices of sweets on their racks. Price is medium-high but everything looks picture perfect. Early May is a soft opening, I'll be back to see if they continue their excellent initial impressions.

Yelp
This is the most adorable little French / Korean Cafe. We came in on New Years Day for a cake at 7:30pm and a matcha latte and the whole place was fantastic. We ended up leaving with miniature "spoonable" tiramisu in the standard flavor & strawberry, a Honey Lavender Matcha Latte, a Matcha brownie, and a beautiful could Green Tea cake. It was the perfect stop for a New Year's birthday. This will be an annual tradition as many places are not open on New Year's Day which makes it hard to find fresh baked goods for a New Year's birthday. Will be going back to try out the pastries soon, everything looked amazing from the macaroons to the croissants, to the egg tarts or the Mango Cloud Cake. So much variety, friendly staff. The cake even came in such a sweet little Korean box with handles, a cake knife (with matches inside) and candles.

Yelp
I love love their lavender lattes and their cakes. I had their matcha cake last time and I finished it the day of! If you download their app, you can also get a cookie for free. They also have a ton of seating.

Yelp
Oh, wow! The presentation was lovely. Everything looked delicious and I just couldn't decide which few things to take home to try. I asked the person working there and they easily made several recommendations after asking if I was looking for savory or sweet. I intended to get one or two items but after hearing about the several suggestions made I took home four items. We tried bites of all at home and we really wanted to eat all of each one! So, so delicious. The service was excellent and helpful, a very charming person serving delicious goodies. Can't wait to go back!

Stacy H.

Yelp
This was our first time here. Friendly service & amazing pastries. We got the ube latte and shakerato to drink; both were yummy. Will be back!

Brandi W.

Yelp
Ordered via door dash- one item (pancakes missing) and the 'mystery box' contained 3 out of 5 items which were the same...sorta defeats the purpose. No way to contact them since phone number isn't listed. ‍ First time. Last time.

Yelp
First off, the selection is almost overwhelming. I've never been a huge bakery fan and don't necessarily look for them. I do however, enjoy baked goods on the occasional urge. I had a craving for an above average croissant. The grocery store, made in bulk version wouldn't hit the spot. This place came up on a web search and has not disappointed! With the size of the menu I decided to order a handful of thing for my family and I to sample through. We all found favorites! My partner fell over the garlic cream bread. It was good to me, sweat cream infused with a medium garlic flavor throughout. I'm just not a huge garlic fan. Her experience was 10/10. My kids thought the blueberry cream cheese danish was awesome! ( one of them not even being a fan of blueberry) And their favorite was the chocolate waffle! I personally loved the chocolate croissant and the jalapeño cheese croissant! Followed closely by the blueberry cheese danish. Everything was delicious and I recommend following your stomach. Any ingredients that would normally satisfy your palette, will be great at the very least. I got the iced Caramel macchiato and it was great but I would add an extra shot of espresso to my next one to get a more bold coffee flavor. Overall I would try this bakery if it's your thing! The service was quick and our order was mostly correct. I did order delivery through door dash and we had a couple things that we didn't receive and were refunded for but I don't know whose mistake that was. Could have been the delivery driver, or the bakery. Overall I am very satisfied and will order again!

Jonathan R.

Yelp
This place is not bad. They have what I would call a French Asian bakery so there are exotic items in the bakery. I ordered a strawberry tiramisu cake if that tells you anything. The biggest problem is that they're all independently owned so nothing is truly consistent. The one in Midvale doesn't take scheduled orders online so you have to go down there, pay and then come back when you need it. The one in South Salt Lake does do online orders. The other ones don't. All in all, it's not bad!

Yelp
The food is delicious, service is expected as well as ambiance. We really like the whole cakes for special occasions. We do enjoy the pastries also.

Marty W.

Yelp
Wide selection of sweet and savory baked treats and decent coffee drinks, reasonably priced. I wish they mugs instead of just paper cups

Debra L.

Yelp
The bakery goods here are spectacular! Worth every dollar. The passion cake is so good my wife had ti have a whole cake once she tried the slice.

Laila G.

Yelp
Stopped here randomly and I loved the place it's so cute and has so many yummy options! I got the caramel macchiato and it was THE BEST! I also got other pastries and a slice of cake and none disappointed!

Yelp
I normally love Tous Les Jours, I have been to the one in Vegas and overall I love the menu, vibe, aesthetic, etc. This particular location though doesn't seem to have all of its food out no matter the time of day. Half the display area is always empty. I wish they would have all of their food out because I always go for my favorites and like to try something new each time I go.

Yelp
Have been looking for Soufflé in the valley for a while and finally this bakery has it. Love their location too, very close to Chinatown.

Robert O.

Yelp
What a great new addition to the South Salt Lake neighborhood! I had no idea that it had opened, but my daughter-in-law visiting from Las Vegas told me about it. Everything there is just incredibly fresh, innovative (like kimchi puffs and curry puffs!) and delightful, from delicious breakfast croissants and fruit tarts to the wide assortment of hot and cold beverages. There's also a nice little seating area. The staff is great and very helpful. Bravo!!

Yelp
Best bakery in SLC that I have been to. High quality, fresh, beautiful and delicious.

Yelp
Super tasty treats with a wide variety of flavors. My favorite ended up being the croquettes! The savory pastries are beyond wonderful. The customer service is great too. Emily was awesome!
