13 Essential Downtown Dallas Restaurants

"Looking for brunch Downtown? Toussaint Downtown Brasserie wants to be top of the list. Its French/Asian fusion menu leans heavily into classic recipes from the former culture, with egg dishes and cafe au lait galore. It mixes the cultures a bit more for dinner, offering steak frites and bibimbap in line with each other. And its smash burger with bacon onion jam is so yummy that diners can get it any time." - Courtney E. Smith

New Hotel Restaurant, Toussaint Brasserie, Opens in Downtown Dallas in 2022 | Eater Dallas

"Opening in early 2022 in downtown Dallas inside the upcoming Renaissance Hotel Saint Elm (formerly Cambria Downtown Dallas) at the historic Tower Petroleum Building, this modern French brasserie centers on steak tartare and moules frites while reworking French classics with Asian influences and New Orleans flair. The menu pairs items like lobster thermidor with coconut red curry and serves steak tartare with carrot coulis, shallots, egg yolk, pea tendrils, and toast points; other offerings include galette de crab, seafood platters, quiche, and Basque cheesecake. The cocktail lineup leans Big Easy-inspired, featuring drinks such as a Nola-Groni made with Euphrosine #9 Gin, Peychaud’s Apertivo, and Plymouth Sloe Gin, and the restaurant’s name nods to New Orleans musician and writer Allen Toussaint. Designed by Droese Raney in a classic French-brasserie style with a palette of blue, grey, wood, and marble, the 3,200-square-foot space will seat 78 indoors and 28 outdoors, include a 16-seat full-service bar, and offer a six-seat banquette bottle-service table." - Adele Chapin

I’ve been a couple of times and the food, atmosphere and service are consistently AMAZING!! Valet is available so you don’t have to worry about parking. My son and I both ordered the prime rib and grits. Yes, GRITS that are so fluffy and light you’d think you were on a farm. The beef was cooked to a moist perfection!! We tried the berry pancakes as well as the banana pancakes. Yummers time ten!!! Justine made sure we enjoyed our visit. I’ll definitely put this quaint place on my top five!!

Google
Brunch on a Sunday? Avoid. Arrived 10.40, order taken 11.10 (poor server was throttling orders to a stressed & woeful kitchen), food out (wrong) just under 40 minutes later. All I ordered was a traditional breakfast: eggs, bacon, baguette, potatoes. Scrambled eggs were disgusting, taters were simple but salted to oblivion. Bread was an oven-bake cibatta and was the hero, but not a baguette. Bacon was cooked but nothing special. If you gonna offer brunch in a wannabe high-end French brasserie (it's a nice space), perhaps hire and train enough kitchen staff to handle it - not that it was busy (I counted) maybe 6 occupied tables. Lone server did the best they could - the service score is entirely a reflection on the kitchen & management

Google
We found this place accidently and we are so glad we did. It's just a really neat venue. Make sure to walk to the bathroom... I know sounds strange but such cool things to see. The drinks were good and made to perfection. The food was so good too... well worth a visit

Google
This was my worst dining experience of 2025. As someone who works at multiple hospitals in the Dallas area and eats out in downtown, uptown and north Dallas consistently this was the worst meal I've had in years. The meat and cheese board has 3 bread crumbs and a link of sausage with some pickles and the tiniest amount of cheese possible. The steak frites were disgusting. I have gotten steak frites at almost every restaurant serving them in Dallas and myself and 4 of the other dining members with me ordered the steak frites and we were all VERY disappointed. The steaks were all ordered medium rare and arrived with some parts being well done and other parts borderline raw. Not to mention how fatty and salty the cuts were. I will be telling EVERYONE I know to stay far away from here when coming to Dallas for shows at the Majestic or for any other reason. Nice hotel but you are ruining your hotel hosting this restaurant. Go anywhere else.

Google
We had the absolute pleasure of being served by Justine, who is hands down one of the best servers we’ve ever encountered. From the moment we sat down, she made us feel genuinely welcomed — warm, professional, and incredibly attentive without ever being intrusive. The restaurant itself is a hidden jewel tucked inside the Renaissance Saint Elm Hotel in downtown Dallas. Not only is it elegant it is also cozy, with a relaxed atmosphere that perfectly complements the outstanding service and cuisine. Justine went above and beyond to make sure our experience was flawless. Her menu knowledge was impressive, her timing impeccable, and her recommendations spot on. You can tell she truly cares about her guests and takes pride in what she does. If you’re in Dallas and looking for a place that combines exceptional service, delicious food, and a hidden-gem vibe, this is it. And if you’re lucky enough to have Justine as your server, you’re in for an unforgettable dining experience!

Google
I recently dined at this location and I’m from Charlotte NC. I often venture out to site see and try different restaurants in various cities I visit! However this go round I was stuck in a great way. The ambiance and food were both amazing but the icing on the cake was my server Justine she was a gem! Her expertise on the menu and customer service was star studded! 10/10! I would absolutely tell a friend to tell a friend!! I’ll be back soon and I hope Justine is working on my next trip! Signed Giselle from Charlotte!

Google
Good tasting Brunch. Coffee was good. Food delicious. They were short handed. There were a lot of empty tables but no one to clean them.

Google
We went in for an anniversary creme brule and we were the only people there in the early afternoon. They were super nice and offered to give it to us for free. Thier bar area had many great pours of all kinds as well.

Yelp
I ordered the Cobb salad with kale instead of romaine lettuce and the French onion soup. First, the service was fantastic. My server was very attentive without being intrusive. I loved all of the elements of the cobb: the kale was perfectly dressed and included a ramekin of more if I wanted to add, the lardon was cooked crisp, the egg had gelatinous yolk. However, the kale included long stems, which made it difficult to eat. Also, cubed hard Swiss did not work well as a substitute for the typical blue cheese. Finally, I never thought I would ever say this, but there was way too much cheese in the soup.

Yelp
Located in a hotel lobby, I felt like I was eating in a hotel lobby. Nice bar, and drinks were fun, but food was pretty average. Side salad dressing was flavorless, and some of the lettuce was rotted. French onion soup was very salty but hubs liked it. Short rib was good, but the potatoes were cold. Too bad because they were good. Chicken pot pie was good, and a pretty large portion. If you're in the area and need dinner, it's a fine choice. But I definitely wouldn't go out of my way.

Yelp
We were staying at the hotel and went here twice. The first night we sat at the bar just for a few drinks. The bar tender was slow and rude. Never calling last call but then refused us a second round due to last call, but continued to take orders and make drinks for others at the bar. Even after she refused us a second round we had to ask for our check multiple times. The second night we sat at a table hoping for better service. We just wanted dessert and a drink. We ordered drinks as soon as we sat down and then ordered dessert a bit later. We cancelled our drinks when we were half way done with dessert. From time of ordering drinks to cancelling was 30 minutes. Decent drinks, but not worth it with the rudeness of the bartender and the horrid service.

Yelp
Very good trendy vibe inside. I sat at the bar in the corner and it was perfect. I ordered the Deep Blue Something drink at the advice of the waiter and it was soooo good. Perfect blend of tart with a hint of rosemary but not sweet. I highly recommend if you drink gin. The star of the show was the beef bourginuignon (don't even know if I'm spelling that right but you get the idea). The beef was braised to perfection, sauce was perfect and you get a huge portion so come hungry if you're ordering this one.

Yelp
Great food! Delicious Niçoise salad and a delicious ginger carrots. Burger very long-cooked (no option for medium rare). Service very friendly. But they are WAY understaffed. Don't come if you are in any kind of a hurry. I ate three meals here (staying at hotel) and waited 20 minutes (twice) just to get my order taken. The one time I didn't wait more than 5 minutes was when I sat at the bar. Friendly bartended - who never brought my side salad. But burger and fries filled me up.
google avatar

Yelp
Loved the ambiance! Service was great. Drinks were excellent. French onion soup was nicely done!

Yelp
We stopped by after a concert at the Majestic and the staff got us seated quickly. We were there after 10pm, so the kitchen was closed but the services was awesome grabbing us some drinks. Looking forward to returning to try the blueberry crumble. Stop by if you are in the area. Enjoy.

Yelp
Stoked I found a place in downtown Dallas that serves some delicate, affordable, and delicious desserts. Can't wait to come back for their dinner entrees! This restaurant is connected to the Renaissance Hotel, and the only parking I could find was street parking. Even on a late weeknight, the restaurant still had customers flowing in and out. The service was average, but the atmosphere was lively and the desserts were amazing. I was told that their shipment of eggs didn't arrive in time, so their creme brûlée dessert was out of the picture temporarily. Thus, I went with the chocolate gateau and blueberry crisp. Both topped with a sweet vanilla ice cream scoop, and both addicting in their own ways. The Blueberry Crisp had a tart flavor from the fresh blueberries which combined well with the vanilla ice cream. The Chocolate Gateau had a mousse-like texture, very rich and full of chocolate-ty flavor. I would absolutely order these two masterpieces next time I come back. If I had to choose, the chocolate gateau was my favorite!

Yelp
Stopped in Friday evening and was greeted with the friendliest smile. Shavon had the best suggestions and great conversation while making sure everyone at the bar was well taken care of. I have some co workers coming into town and want to make sure they get to see great hospitality in action. I will be back!

Yelp
My new favorite French restaurant in Dallas!! Love this restaurant! A must try. Located in downtown, it's attached to a hotel. Lots of street parking. Came by for brunch. Ordered the eggs in cocotte and smoked salmon galette. Both dishes were AMAZING! The eggs in cocotte was cheesy and rich, got extra toast points to eat with it. The smoked salmon galette was filling and the salmon was fresh!

Yelp
I'd love to give this spot more stars, but I just can't. We walked in, and the person behind the bar said they'd "be right over with some menus". Fifteen minutes later my wife had to go up to the bar and ask for menus. There were less than 10 people in the place; 2 were working; a photographer (who came in after us) was taking what I assume we're media shots of the same bartender and another hostess. The bartender finally asked one passing waitress to help us, and she was awesome. She apologized and served us with a pleasant smile. We were frustrated but wanted to get something after the long drive, so we got truffle frites and beef bulgogi bar buns. The fries were ok, nothing special, but they were plenty (and free for our troubles). We couldn't eat them all. The Bao Buns were pretty good. The steak was soft with minimal seasoning but the bun and veggies were the star. I'd definitely get them again, but id like to try other menu items as well. Hopefully, if we stay here again, it will be a better experience, and I can update this review.

Yelp
What a gorgeous spot for a happy hour drinks. Located on the ground floor of the Renaissance hotel, this place gives off a modern hip library vibe. The drinks are amazing: try "It's Britney Bitch", which is a wonderful concoction of pear vodka, St Germaine liquor and fresh lemon juice. Not too sweet and the pear lends something special; best of all, the drink was invented by one of their bartenders (Britney!!).

Yelp
The service was awesome.. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and seated right away in a beautiful booth. Our server Ashley was awesome, she made great recommendations when we inquired. The food came out hot and well plated. My Boyfriend actually tried Oysters for the first time and loved it, he couldn't stop raving about how delicious they were. He had the Arugula Chicken and I had the Salmon, both were equally delicious. The Ambiance was amazing, everyone's conversation was limited to their own table. I couldn't tell you what anyone outside our table was talking about, which I love when you want intimate setting.
google avatar

Joanna K.

Yelp
The eclectic interior tells you the food will be interesting! Great selection of tapa style food and larger dishes. The fried rice is amazing! I took interior photos only cause we were busy enjoying our foods and chatting!
google avatar

Kristina O.

Yelp
Incredibly eclectic menu. Korean Garlic Bread was super yummy, but the Strawberry Rhubarb Crème Brûlée steals the show! Attached to the Renaissance Elm Hotel, and a great spot if you're looking for an easy downtown Dallas treat.
google avatar

Yelp
Great brunch place! Stopped by on Sunday afternoon for some quick bites and had a good time! The waiter seemed pretty timid and new at his job, as we had to ask for the menu after he had served us some coffee. But we each got the eggs benny - I got the lobster one, and my friend got the traditional. Lobster eggs benedict is DEFINITELY worth the extra several $ - the lobster meat went so well with the brioche bread and subtle flavors of the hollandaise sauce. I forgot to ask for the sauce on the side, which I would usually do, but that's okay, as it wasn't too overwhelming anyway! I want to try it again for dinner service! Edit: I will note, however, for all the eggs benny fans out there like me - the egg was done too well, and when I cut into it, I was disappointed to find that it had been poached all the way through, so no egg droop :(
google avatar

Marie S.

Yelp
A beautiful establishment that is comfortable and cozy. The restaurant is not loud, so you can actually enjoy a relaxed conversation. Food and drinks were delicious. Portions were very good. Our waitress was extremely attentive and gave excellent suggestions. She refilled drinks frequently and followed up as needed. I would come back here again.
google avatar

Holly E.

Yelp
This restaurant is in the corner of the first floor of the Marriott hotel. The was not quick - waited for about five minutes to be greeted, took about five to ten to get water, and the cocktail came after the food. The place was not busy - Sunday at 6:00. We ordered salads and they were fine. It was all just average.
google avatar

Ashley P.

Yelp
Soo good for brunch! My husband got the. Tuber and I got the hash. We both loved! The service was a little slow so don't come when you are in a hurry. Loved the decor/vibe

Chris H.

Yelp
Shavon at the bar is the best. She pours a great cocktail and is always smiling and friendly. The chicken flat bread is amazing.
google avatar

Aaron C.

Yelp
Came in here with friends for their brunch menu on a Saturday. As soon as I figured out it was attached to a hotel, I hesitated. "Oh boy, going to be expensive as all hell for no reason." Instead, I was pleasantly surprised with their drink and entree prices. They had TVs going all over the bar area with college football games going. Big plus for me, because I can get the sports bar experience without eating sports bar food! We had a great experience and we all loved the food. Will be back.
google avatar

Demira V.

Yelp
Hidden gem in the middle of Dallas! I say this because I'm not sure why the restaurant wasn't BUSY with people walking in and out, or even waiting, especially on a Sunday. Definitely the best french food I've ever had, the banana macadamia nut pancakes are something you need to try if you are only choosing one thing! I loved that the pancakes had the perfect balance of banana! Easily coming back as soon as i can to try the other many options! The feel and theme of the hotel restaurant was so chic and timeless, very good for photo ops!
google avatar

Dan N.

Yelp
Very loud environment and beyond slow service. Steak and fries is good but stay away from meat and cheese board. When I walked in I waited near 10 mins for someone to greet me and seat me. My food took and he to come out and they forgot my drink order. They gave me room temperature water and didn't refill until I asked. The service is a big let down and enough for me not to recommend this place
google avatar

Tobie C.

Yelp
Stopped in for happy hour while staying at the hotel. Was pleasantly surprised by the great happy hour. Drinks were awesome, bartender was super nice and helpful. Meat and cheese board was really good, not the same ole board. Was unique and tasty. Loved the atmosphere.
google avatar

Liz B.

Yelp
A quick yelp search and found the best French restaurant we've ate at in a long time We went as a table of 5 and shared everything and not a single thing was disappointing. The entire dessert menu was to die for the steak frites look just like the photos you'll see on other reviews and wow again does not disappoint. Kip was attentive, on top of it and knowledgeable on the menu with great recommendations. She drove to work during Dallas's rainstorm and truly made our visit great. Lastly the entire wait staff and managers were friendly and extremely professional.
google avatar

Mark R.

Yelp
Great unassuming spot down near the historic district in Dallas. Surrounded by mostly low-scale spots this little gem wound up being the perfect spot for a late dinner. Menu was fantastic, decor was chic but not pretentious, and the service great. Highly recommend for anyone seeking something more than the Tex-Mex that's all too common in this neighborhood.
google avatar

Kay L.

Yelp
I had high hopes when my girlfriend and I picked this spot for brunch, sadly they did not meet our standards. The only reason they are receiving 2 stars is for the food. I have eaten at five star restaurants before and this was by far the most mid grade experience i have had. We walked in and it was only 4 tabled yet we had to wait to be seated. Even when we were seated out server didnt chat with us or check on us or didnt ask how the food was. The manager kept checking on our table and watching us throughout the meal and asking ( 2 black females ) where were from something he wasnt doing to the other tables. I have never felt so profiled at a fine dining establishment. I would not recommend, i have never been made to feel black. Paid my tab in full and tipped 20% for borderline racist service.
google avatar

Erica H.

Yelp
A little crazy trying to get to the valet, but not unexpected in downtown. Definitely would recommend the Gougeres appetizer--we were able to share it between 3 people and probably could have between 4. The truffle fries and fried Brussels sprouts were also amazing. I'd been looking forward to the truffle chicken pot pie and the cider car drink for weeks now though, and they were good, but wasn't as impressed as I hoped to be. May have raised my expectations too high. Ambiance was decent but underwhelming.

Rachel A.

Yelp
SO very disappointing. We were seated right away but waited 15 minutes to even be greeted and get water. Then it was another 10 minutes before anyone came by to ask about drinks. We ordered coffee and then waited, and waited and waited while others around us were being served. After 35 minutes of no one even looking at us as we tried to get a waiters attention we left cash to cover the coffee and got up to leave. At that point a waiter across the room sarcastically waved at us and said "Bye!" We were not the only ones waiting that long as looks were exchanged others waiting just as long. The manager should know his staff is running people off.
google avatar

Tami K.

Yelp
Food was decent. Front of house service was attentive. The rating is reflective of horrendously slow back of house service. On a Saturday night...there's somehow only about 6 tables. Yet our appetizers took 45 min to come. Our entrees took literally ONE HOUR to come. Once our food did come, my husband's medium rare steak is well done. So it took them another 30min to make a new one and by that time we are 2.5hrs into dinner and my husband has not had his dinner. Keep in mind..there are only six tables here. The manager was receptive to the mishap though and tried his best to redeem it. That we did appreciate. He had the steak remade and it also came out well done AGAIN. Literally was baffled.
google avatar

Lola L.

Yelp
Service, food and drinks were so good and quick. We had 50 minutes before our show at the Majestic and it worked out perfectly. Definitely will go back.

Tricia W.

Yelp
Wow - What a great restaurant! We came in for Sunday brunch and had such a wonderful meal. The food was perfect, love the atmosphere and the best bloody mary. Had the Eggs Benedict and it was the best I've had. see you soon.
google avatar

R. Mark M.

Yelp
BRUNCH REVIEW: I typically don't give five-star reviews, but I tried to think of something to take away a star and couldn't think of anything. The restaurant is inside of the Saint Elm Hotel and offers free valet for parking. The restaurant has a modern french atmosphere. We went for brunch. I had the smoked salmon galette which was a very original dish that was so tasty. My wife had the eggs benedict. Lately, everyone has been overcooking the eggs on the benedicts, but theirs was perfect. They served Illy coffee which is my favorite. The best part was the prices were really reasonable for a downtown restaurant, so I had a great experience. I will go back for dinner next.
google avatar

Melissa D.

Yelp
I think I've tried everything on this menu, both breakfast, happy hour and dinner. Everything is fantastic! The service is amazing and the food has been spectacular.
google avatar

Samantha W.

Yelp
I treated myself to dinner and am glad I did. I started with the French onion soup. Cheesy, rich, perfection. This one is a classic for a reason. I then had the steak frites with the dipping sauces. My steak was done to order and the entire meal left me doing a little private booth dance that you do when the food is so scrumptious. How do you say it's so good It makes you wanna slap your momma in French? Thank you for a delicious little moment of self care. Because that is what this was.
google avatar

Hannah H.

Yelp
A new gem for the downtown Dallas area! For a newer restaurant, I was very pleased with the service and the quality of the food. We ordered the beef bourguignon and the lobster curry. The beef was delicious--so tender and full of flavor. I'd order this next time I come back.
google avatar

Kelly R.

Yelp
Fantastic new French restaurant. We came here on one of the first days after opening. Was initially disappointed before they were not serving the brunch menu that was on the website because they didn't have brunch up and running yet. Maybe they do by now. We ordered from the lunch menu though and everything was delicious. The steak frites was perfectly cooked. The raclette was like a charcuterie board with melted cheese.

Emily C.

Yelp
Keri is amazing and provided me and my party AMAZING service. I will definitely be asking for her again. The food was also really good and we all enjoyed the atmosphere! Can't wait to come back!

Nichole H.

Yelp
Great service, the server knew we were in town for a concert and played the artist while we had brunch. Additionally, the eggs Benedict was great!
google avatar

Carolyn H.

Yelp
Made a reservation for brunch here on Sunday and was pleasantly surprised at how outstanding my meal was. I had the eggs benedict which was over some brioche bread with some out of this world hollandaise sauce. Very impressive. And then we split the Pain Perdu as a shareable dessert which was also perfectly done, maybe if I had to critique it I had to cut the corners off because they were dry but the remainder was a perfectly balanced sweet and very tasty! Would order both again in a heartbeat. Illy cappuccino was very tasty as well. The ambience was great and we all had a great time- we'll be back!
google avatar

Shaun B.

Yelp
Meh. It was just ok. Drinks were good. Food was nothing outstanding. I suppose for a hotel restaurant it's good.
google avatar

Samantha H.

Yelp
Service was fantastic and our group of 8 were all raving about the delicious food. Our reservation got lost, but luckily I called ahead to check the day before. These things happen. Note: Drinks are pricey.

V M.

Yelp
Just ok, nothing I'd return to. Food lacked flavor, presentation, and quality. My pancakes were under cooked and the bananas on it were overly ripen and soggy. The latte was good.

Sarah S.

Yelp
We had a reservation at 11:15am. We got seated and sat for 15 minutes until we flagged down a server to ask if we could order drinks. Another 10 minutes passes and we flag him down again and ask about the drinks and we were ready to order food. He quickly takes our order while pulling the menus out of our hands. He seemed annoyed that we even pulled him, when he in fact was our server. We sat another 15 minutes with a sympathy water pour from the hostess. Still no Diet Coke or champagne. Finally after 40 minutes, we got up and left. The hostess shrugged her shoulders and didn't apologize. I've never had such bad service in my whole life.

Jane L.

Yelp
Great place! Atmosphere and food are wonderful. Good service as well. Open for lunch as well

Horit B.

Yelp
Visited on a Sunday, and ordered off both the Brunch menu (available till 3PM) and the main menu (available after 3 PM). Surprisingly good food for a hotel restaurant. Casual French fare, that was better than my meal at Toulouse a few months ago. We ordered several things, and service was courteous if a little slow - we didn't mind it because the ambience and vibe is so pleasant, like a refreshing, upscale oasis in the middle of Downtown Dallas. The Bloody Mary was tasty, but a bit basic - a place of this stature should do a salt rim and celery stick, especially at $14. The Salmon Galette was good. The Tuna Nicoise was very good - but I'm confused about why it was missing the classic soft boiled egg (Joel, if you're reading this, your chef owes me that egg next time I dine). The shrimp papardelle pistou was very good, with the pasta cooked to perfection - better than the more hyped Sasetta. The Beef Bourgouignon was very good. The blueberry crisp dessert, however, was spectacular. I dont know where they get their ice cream from, but it was outstanding. We walked over to their little coffee shop, and will return for some baked goods in the morning. We live just a few steps away, and think this might become our new go-to place for drinks, desserts, and dinner. I look forward to a 5 star visit next time.

Yelp
New to downtown. Toussaint is a traditional French brassiere with new American influences. The dishes are classic fare, well-executed and plated, with sauces that display a thoughtful choice of herbs and technique. Front of the house is friendly and displays a close attention to detail. While not as adventurous as the "new Dallas" scene you might find at Petra and the Beast or Cry Wolf, Toussaint has a solid foundation and will likely reward repeated visits.

Terry D.

Yelp
We had high hopes for this after all the good reviews. First, there is nothing French about this place but the name. It's very plain and at first we thought it might be the hotel bar area. Very little ambiance. The wait staff was friendly, though our waiter a bit too attentive. He came to check on us a bit too often. We got the meat and cheese board, which was ok, though I've never had melted cheese directly on the board on a charcuterie board. The beef bourguignon was good, a bit salty. The salmon was over cooked and fishy. The desserts were fine. It all just felt a bit phoned in.

Ari R.

Yelp
Genuinely a fan of the food, the sandwiches are all GREAT. The Burger, chicken sandwich, and shrimp po boy are all winners. Friendly staff, great bartenders, and a nice ambience. I live close and sometimes ordering to go is a fantastic option to have great food in my area. I have ZERO success placing orders over the phone, currently experiencing my third call-in order that was never placed. Placed my order an hour ago over phone to find out when I arrive it was never placed at all. Overall I do enjoy Toussaint, the food is genuinely worth it just skip any to go orders.

Bert H.

Yelp
Ate here twice in the past week and can't wait to try brunch. I had the meat and cheese board for an early supper-it was delightful and very filling. Perfect with a glass of Sancerre. Took a friend for dinner two nights later. We shared the crudo and each had the halibut. Beautiful presentation and excellent flavors. And finishing off with the blueberry crisp with ice cream was wonderfully decadent. The "new" still shows in the service but the food was fully developed!! Great chef somewhere.
