**Review for [Bar Name]**
I recently visited Tower Bat and had a mixed experience that I feel compelled to share.
First off, the ambiance is inviting, and I truly enjoyed the drinks. Their cocktail menu is creative, and the charcuterie board was delightful—definitely a highlight of the evening. However, my experience was marred by a couple of significant issues.
To start, there was a billing discrepancy. We were charged more than what we signed for. I attempted to resolve this by calling twice, but unfortunately, I couldn’t get through to anyone who could assist me. It left me feeling quite frustrated, especially since customer service is so crucial in the hospitality industry.
Additionally, there was a mix-up with our food order. We ordered a red pepper veggie tray, but instead received a beet dip veggie tray without any communication about the change. The unexpected flavor of the beet dip was not to my liking, and I was disappointed that the staff didn’t think to inform us of the substitution. Serving something different than what’s ordered can really impact the dining experience, and in this case, it did.
While I appreciated the quality of the drinks and food I did enjoy, the service issues and order mix-up left a sour note. I hope they can address these concerns because with some improvements, Tower Bar has the potential to be a fantastic spot.
