Tower Liquor Store is the only place we buy our wines! Their prices are always more affordable than anywhere else, and the selection is great. I love the convenience of placing my order online and picking it up—fast, easy, and reliable every time.

Store has a great selection of regular beer, specialty and October beers. Can find beer and liquor from all over at a good price as I have compared from other stores. Staff is helpful if you need assistance.

Nice, well staffed package store. The store is also deceivingly larger and more well stocked than one would think from the outside of the building! A great place to find any competitively priced spirits that you could want!

Tower easily has the biggest baijiu and soju selection in the city!! They also offer wonderful selection of Monin syrups, cute gift bags, and even dried oranges - perfect additions to any purchase. The staff are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and always greet you with a smile. 🤩🤩

Not sure if it's tariffs or what, but I feel like this Tower is overpriced on one particular item: High Noons. I've not lived in GA for many years and thus, I don't know what the seltzer/light drinks go for. But a High Noon 12 pack in MD is $20. At this Tower, the price range ran the gamut, but an 8 pack was $20. What gives? I bought a $26 12 pack for a party but I didn't feel good about it. Glad I don't shop here regularly.

The staff were nice. The selection was large and they had the spirit free sparkling wine I was looking for. I would recommend this place.

This is easily one of the best liquor stores in the city. They also serve beer and wine. Location is right off the expressway. Private parking lot makes it easy to get in and out. Big sign upfront so it is easy to find. I like their wide selection of beer and spirits. This place understands that shelf space is important and options are key. One of the few places where I can find every flavor of Crown Royal. The beer selection is pretty nice as well. They even had a person giving out samples of liquor in the store. This place has all the liquor you could want and probably all the beers too. I did not have to wait to pay. Exactly what I am looking for.

Tower Beer, Wine & Spirits has been my go-to for wine and spirits in Atlanta for more than four years. Tower has one of the most expansive liquor/wine catalogs I've ever come across and their pricing is equally as impressive! Coolest thing about this place IMO... If looking for a particular spirit or wine that's not in stock, just flag an employee and they'll have it ordered and shipped to the store at NO additional cost. Awesome retailer.

Wanted to get a special bottle of wine delivered to my son, for a special occasion. They had exactly what I wanted & transaction went smoothly.

One of the most helpful liquor stores I've ever worked with! We had a large, specialty order for an event, and the team guided me through every step to ensure everything was ready for pickup the day before. The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help -- truly a great experience from start to finish!

This place is always clutch. They don't always have what you want but at least they're willing to look for you and I have even had them off in a special order something for me. What they do have is pretty vast and they have a hell of a variety and a selection. I asked for something specifically one night and they couldn't find it. They said they would take my number and give me a call. I didn't think anything out of it but an hour or later they already had found me a bottle and set it aside for me... So that was Superior customer service! I really appreciated that. Everybody there is super friendly, even the women at the register like to laugh and joke. If I can't find anything in my normal spot, this is the first place that I go!

4.5 Stars First visit and very satisfied with our experience. Customer service was excellent, the variety of products was fantastic, and the prices were reasonable. There's plenty of parking in front and around the side. They even provided assistance bringing your purchase out to your car. Would definitely recommend.

I ran into this monster of a liquor store let's talk about how excited I was to find most of the things I've been looking for. Clean, competitive prices and great service. You can't go wrong with your purchases.

This store has the best alcohol selection in Atlanta. Most bottle shops have a different liquor for each aisle, Towers takes it up a notch by having whole departments devoted to a single liquor. As far as size goes Towers Beer, Wine & Spirits is the Walmart of alcohol. Nice folks too, I came to grab 24 mini liquors bottles for my girlfriend's 21st birthday and the lady getting them somehow stayed in good spirits despite having to fulfill my absurd request.

This place has great deals and a huge whisky and tequila selection. The staff is always friendly and helpful too. I can call in to make sure they have my item in stock. Plus they have plenty of parking and even a recycling for glass.

Service was excellent and the prices are competitive. I will definitely be back. The store is organized for efficient shopping and checkout was a breeze.

Big, bright open store. Great selection of Bourbon. I don't go in for anything else but just walking through you can see that whatever section you're in, they have a lot of whatever that is. Helpful staff and security will greet you on the way in.

for the most part, I am pleased with the over all service I get and the prices I pay at tower. It does seem to me that the floor staff is getting less and less concerned about the customers. Many time I have to go all over the store just to find someone to help me, as I tend to buy my wine and liquors by the case. The only one that always helps is a guy that I think is named Brent. the rest just stare into space as if no one else is there. the bad thang for me is I dont think Brent works every day I go in there. I also know that the pool from which one can draw employees from isnt very good. Maybe thats the issue

Wow! I had a mission to buy a case of champagne for a bride'smaid brunch and didn't know where to begin. Quick and cheerful assistance was provided. Ditto when we decided a bottle of red was needed for the steak dinner we'd been invited to that night. To top off the great selection and service, I called at 11:20 PM to ask if by chance my lost wallet had been found there IN METRO ATLANTA and, wait for it, they had it and let me retrieve it at midnight. So yes, I will sing Tower Wine's praises here, now, and in the future. Thank you to the staff and management, you saved my holiday.

One because you can't give 0 stars. Stopped to get boxes to help my daughter move and I was told I couldn't have any more boxes. So now the allotment is five boxes per Customer? I will spend my thousands of dollars a year elsewhere and never go to towers on Buford highway again.

I was looking for a particular Pinot noir. A call to Tower put me in touch with John Mischler, wine consultant. John contacted the distributor and had my order filled and ready for pick in just a few days. Great customer service. Thank you !

I have been a regular customer of this store for years. Tonight around 11pm my partner, a 57 year old woman, visited this store at 2161 Piedmont Ave. At checkout, one of your employees(Hispanic female, shorter in height, hair in bun), accused her of being drunk and refused to complete the sale. Every person in the checkout area was staring at her as your employee made her take her eyeglasses off several times and questioned if she had been drinking. A police/security officer was even called over to question her. He made no judgement but his inclusion only added to the embarrassment of this ridiculous event. The employee had already rung up the sale and then said "Nooo, I'm not going to sell you nothing." My partner was completely sober. I know this because we were together all day and there was no alcohol in the house prior to this event. In 9 years of living together I have never seen her drunk. She has an eye condition that causes her eyes to water, not to mention arthritis. She explained all of this to the employee. The officer had no issue with her leaving the store and driving. Neither did the store employee who accused her of being drunk. She walked out to our car to return the debit card left at at the counter due to my partner being so flustered at these accusations. This false accusation was very embarrassing. This is also discrimination against a person with a medical condition. Or was it because she is gay? Whatever the reason, it is not ok. When she was leaving the cop said "See you next time." No, you will not.

Good shop with extensive selection. I had a very nice guy who worked there help me find what I needed. So the customer service was great. Parking is tricky.

This store has a large selection of liquor. If I'm looking for special or limited edition releases, this is where I stop by. Lots of parking and the checkout lines move fast.

Why would you list something online if you don't actually have it in-stock? I got a phone call two hours after making my order, asking if I'd like to "substitute something else". The whole point of making the order was that you listed something that no one else had in Atlanta (Balcones Single Barrel). Worthless.

Nice place for party supplies or just grabbing a bottle of wine for dinner at home. Regular sales on spirits and always have something being discontinued or just wanting to get rid of if your looking to spend very little and want to wake up with a hangover. Big selection of kegs and even bigger selection of beer and wine. Special orders can also be made they are currently trying to locate a beer for me called "Spank the Monkey," no not yours hehe from Texas(?) just not sure if it's still made anymore and would like to give it some co-workers as joke as I've done in the past. This is a awesome place to get just a few strong, clear or brown, fizzy, maybe flavored, corked and canned adult beverages of all kinds. Discounts for cash sales. * 9/2/13 A.M.- Got the phone call the beer is not made anymore it 's production was stopped in 2008 oh well R.I.P..

So I went back, I bought so much of that Hounddog Lemonade, that I had to start giving it out as gifts. So my friend that lives in Virgina called and said she couldnt find it anywhere up there and will I send her more. Went to this Towers and I musta bought all they had when it was $1.99 cause as I told her, all I saw was Hounddog Long Island Ice Tea, and it wansnt part of the grocery cart specials. Same great staff, same helpful staff. Still a favorite. You can ask these folks about the best wine for this or that....you can even ask them about stuff in the infamous glass cases and they respond kindly and with the right answers. No attitude, even if they know you arent going spend $900 on a bottle of Aces of Spades Champagne. They may not know my name, but they know my face...and makes me feel like a valued customer each and every time. They even carry your puchases out to the vehicles. I always snag a box from near the front door as Im leaving. They have the coolest boxes..and even though the post office doesnt allow you to ship things in boxes with liquor on the box, fedex and ups dont give a hoot...so people always think Im shipping cases of liquor when actually its more like treats and snacks, or things I've sold on ebay. If they were closer to my home, they'd get a five star, but thankfully I have Camp Creek World of Beverage close by. Prices are about normal, but always cheaper than the lesser know package stores!

Tower Beer Wine & Spirits is like the mega warehouse if you will of Beer, Wine & Spirits! When I used to live in Atlanta, this was one of my go-to liquor stores to visit because of how much of a variety of things that they offer! The prices are in line with what majority of others in the are charge and sometimes even better. I came here on my last trip to Atlanta on the spur of the moment when I was done with some shopping in Buckhead. One of my favorite things about this store is the great customer service I have always received! Not only does the security guard greet you but there are always plenty of employees walking around if you need assistance. A liquor store is a liquor store but it's the prices and customer service that makes one stand out from the other.

Great wine selection but don't expect their afternoon shift to pick up the phone if you call. Was on hold for 30 mins straight to check and see if they had a specific wine in stock. Then when I picked it up, no one was running the register. Staff at this location sorely lacks. They should consider moving this location

Every time I come to Atlanta I go to this liquor store for this wine it seems to be the only place I can find it. This sweet moscato is extremely good. (refer to picture below) I would recommend trying the establishment out. They have just about anything that you could possibly want to drink.

Good beer, wine, and spirits selection. Security guard treats patrons poorly after forcing vaccinated persons to both wear a mask and wear a mask a certain way. I'll take my business elsewhere when treated this way, and hope those who believe the same do as well.

I have been to both Tower package stores and probably prefer the other one ... but this is a solid store. Was just in Atlanta for work and was able to pick up a few bourbons and whiskeys that are IMPOSSIBLE to find in VA. Snagged a case of Sazerac rye and a case of EH Taylor Small Batch to bring back to Virginia. Staff knows booze, for sure. I only have great things to say about Tower. Highly recommended.

Great selection, but I won't be back until staff and the security guard actually take COVID seriously and wear their masks properly. Tonight I saw staff wearing masks with their nose sticking out and the security guard wearing a mask around his chin. Is a pandemic a joke to them?

I can definitely recommend Tower for their awesome beer and liquor selection and reasonable prices. I stop in and pretty much can find whatever I am looking for which is often not the most common of items. I am current stocking my bar and I'm looking for things like amari, vermouth and bitters and Tower usually has it. They also have a decent sized selection of craft beer both local and non-local and I have been able to find the new releases here. What I like is if you follow their Instagram page they will show you wants new. The best part is probably the prices as I would say the prices here are a lot of time lower than in other places. The store is large and well laid out and stocked with plenty of the common choices in Gin, Vodka, Rum, Whisky, Tequila. I have not really asked for help but there is always someone there ready to help and everyone is nice.

The best prices in Atlanta from I've seen. They have plenty of parking and open registers to keep people moving in and out. While I haven't found a lot of rare items here, they do have basic and mid range items.

Disclaimer: I don't drink alcohol, but my husband does. He wanted to purchase one bottle of Templeton Rye which we can only get in Canada during Christmas. I called around, and Tower advised that they had this item, so off we went. WOW, this place is paradise for booze of any description and my husband got his bottle of rye. My goodness ... I have never seen such a wide and varied array of booze in my life and the store was spotlessly clean. The man who assisted us was very courteous.

Say yes to delivery from Tower's Buckhead location. How nice to be able to take advantage of their huge inventory from home. A+++++

Excellent selection of tequilas and gins. Wine selection also very good. Prices are very good. Same prices for cash or credit. Saturdays are super busy, but help is always available and lines move quickly.

This Tower has become my favorite liquor store. Mainly because they are never out of my favorite line of drink mixes, Sinless. In addition to always having Sinless in stock, they always pretty much have everything else in stock too. I've never visited this store and not walked out with something I've wanted. I also like that I'm introduced to new items on a regular basis - most recently a bourbon cream liqueur that I think is delicious and has turned me away from whiskey cream liqueurs (not forever though!) The selection of liquor and wine is mind-blowing. I have to be focused on what I'm going to purchase or else I'm distracted by all the options. If I'm looking for a spicy red wine, I don't go near any other area because there is so much to choose from. If they don't have what you're looking for in this store, I'd be genuinely surprised. The people who work here are also engaging and friendly. A floor person usually asks if I need help (and they are actually helpful). In checkout, the cashier saw on my ID that our birth dates are two days apart and wished me happy birthday because it was coming up in a week or so. Another cashier told me about a new vodka that I should try because of another one I bought. In the other liquor stores I shop in it's very give-me-your-money-and-goodbye, so the people here stand out. The only downside to this store is the parking lot where people drive like maniacs (they couldn't be drinking already, right?!), but Tower can't really control that. I think.

We placed a pick-up order, my wife called for curbside pick-up 3x over 45 minutes, and was acknowledged by staff, but they never brought a $200+ order out to her, while others were loaded up and went while she sat. If you're doing curbside pick-up then do it right.

Tower is the best liquor store in Atlanta. The staff is super-friendly, very experienced, and always helpful. Yes, always. I try not to use words like always and never in reviews, but honestly, I have never had a bad experience at Tower, and I often walk away having learned something new. Gearing up for a party or just buying a couple cases of wine to stock your cellar? Never fear. The amazing staff will carry your purchases to your car, place them gently in the trunk - or back seat - and never expect a tip in return. (Wow. One always and two nevers. I think that's a record for me.) Some excellent bargains: Wine French chardonnay - Grand Ardeche - $8 (light, easy-drinking) Provence rose - Note Bleu - $12 (crisp, refreshing, tasty) St. Francis meritage - Red - $10 (great table wine) Spirits Powers Irish whisky - $18 (recommended in Ireland, excellent digestif) Mr. Boston vodka - 1.75L - $12 (Euclid Avenue Yacht Club well vodka) El Ultimo Agave tequila - $30 (staff choice - better than Cuervo!)

Dear Atlanta, I really hope you appreciate Tower. Being from Milwaukee, I appreciate a good liquor store and this place is it. It's huge, with tons of spirits and wine to choose from. Prices are definitely fair and the sale prices were really good. I was able to find a nice bottle of bubbly for a party with no trouble. I really like the huge number of checkouts too. The beer selection - well, maybe i'm biased - but it wasn't that hot. In every other way, this place is just awesome. Thanks Atlanta Yelp, for helping me find Tower. Love, Joanna T.

Oh M Gosh! This place! When I googled "liquor store near me" and found Tower Beer Wine & Spirits, right in the heart of of hobo town USA I assumed this would be some little crappy liquor store so I planned on hurrying in, getting my stuff, and leaving as quickly as possible (I got mugged at a liquor store once so now I'm border line scared of liquor stores cuz you know, I'm a tough guy). I walked in and was so taken by surprised at how huge this place was and how much booze they had, I actually let out a little squeaker. This place is way bigger and way better than BevMo. I was like my wife has to see this. So I asked the security guy (yes they actually have two security guys, probably because there's hobos all over the place) if kids can enter as long as my wife and I were with them. They can. So I went to the car and got my family and my wife was just as much in awe as I was. If you can't find what you're looking for here, you drink some weird stuff. We bought way more than we intended to because of how impressed we were and because they had stuff our local liquor store doesn't have. This place rocks! If you go to any liquor store in Atlanta, go to this one.

DO NOT-- AND I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION, ESPECIALLY if you're a POC!! I have been to this location several times as it's conveniently located for me and they usually have a pretty decent selection. Upon entering this location tonight, there was an employee I noticed following behind me to the isle I was in, and it wasn't until I turned around and looked at them before they asked if I needed any help. I kindly told them I was alright and continued shopping, thinking nothing else of it. Not even 30 seconds later, the same associate asks me again if I need and help, which is when I realized they weren't actually concerned with helping me. I continued to mind my business so I could just hurry up and leave with what I wanted. I saw one last item I had a question about and asked several employees who knew nothing at all about spirits and ended up answering my own questions on google. Anyway, I get to the register and see I was overcharged with one of my items. I told the cashier and took them to show them the price listed with about 10 other bottles in line. She told me she would run it by her manager and overriding this THREE DOLLAR difference shouldn't be a problem. (This has happened at this location before btw when a bottle was advertised by almost double the actual cost, and another manager apologized and fixed the issue with no problem.) The manager on duty tonight at as very hostile from the beginning and told me he's not overriding the item... due to his employees incorrectly labeling items. I asked him if he was serious, as it again was a THREE DOLLAR difference... and he became even more rude. I just said forget about it at this point and walked back towards the register I was checking out at, planning to go ahead and just pay the difference in the mistake they made. As we are leaving the isle together, I ask him his name. He becomes even more rude and tells me he's not giving me my name, doesn't have to, along with a "F*ck off". Before I could get back to the register, him and his armed security guard working (not the actual cops that are usually here...) were behind me telling me to get out. I asked him if he was telling me to leave because I asked his last name, when he simply responds "Get the f*ck out of my store" with the security guard shoving me at this point. He followed me, with no mask, no more than 2 feet away from me all the way to my car. I have never felt so unsafe, disrespected and left shaken up from any liquor store run. Will NEVER be returning here.

I always enjoy stopping by Tower's when I come to Atlanta, sometimes I make the drive(6hrs RT) bcz I know I will find what I want. They even have a website, so I can have an order pulled waiting for me to pickup. Convenient and easy on to I85.

Security guard was very rude to me idk his name But he had a big belly. He's the reason I won't be going back.

In search of the perfect: thanks for your hospitality, you Rock gift, my boyfriend and I followed directions to this location to pick up a nice bottle of wine. Parking is a bit confusing and perhaps not the best area to hang around, however, their supply of drinks makes it worthwhile. Found a nice bottle of Moscato Rosè at a great price with many other options to choose from if so inclined. Service was alright. Associates not as knowledgeable as Total Wine but they did good.

I have shopped at Tower since moving to Atlanta--back in the day--because of their selection, price and excellent customer service. Today I used their curbside pickup for the first time after shopping online. Another white glove experience.

Well if you look at the little map that's provided by yelp showing the location of this place it's really close to Passion City Church. I don't know if that's a good or bad thing :-) This location is pretty close to me and while not my favorite package store it's been consistent in having all the staples I'm looking for and some of the harder to find items. Nothing special in here if you've been to one package store you've been to them all but this is bigger than most. They've added a new on-line ordering process, and have in-house hostesses. If you buy quite a lot they will help you carry it to your car. For wine and spirits, Tower is your friend.
