Once again outstanding customer service, went to the back and got us two cases of seagram's escapes. 10/10 Earl is a cool guy

Awesome service. This is definitely the most busiest liquor store or super center I have ever been. They got lot and lot of varieties of alcohol to pick from, you name it they got it. And the folks out there will help you find whatever you’re looking for and also help you load it up in your ride. Really knowledgeable and friendly, definitely a one stop for all things liquor/alcohol. Oh yeah they sale soft drinks also like coke, sprite, Ginger ale, Red Bull juice to mention a few.

Tower store is an iconic location and branded spot for the particular customers. There are wide range of selection. Their sales associates are very friendly professionally and dedicated. Everyone is helpful, gentle. I like Tower to go for shopping always.

Amazing shopping experience. I always feel like my business is wanted and my presence is valued. Nice clerks help you carry heavy boxes of items to your car as a courtesy. Clerks were nice, friendly and helped me find the 25th anniversary edition of white Hennessy and it was $3 cheaper than competitors. I’ll definitely be back!

We love this place! We don't drink often, but when we do, we love going here. Today I'm making Lychee Mojitos, so that means a trip to Tower for some Bacardi Pineapple Rum! In addition to the obvious things, they also have some other neat things like moonshine marinated cherries, and skull shaped flasks. It's a great place to pick up unique, creative gifts for the cocktail lovers in your life. 💕 They give a discount if you pay cash (although I always forget to bring cash), and there's always someone who will carry your load to your car. Oh, and I've noticed that they sell lots of different sized bottles of yumminess, so you can buy whichever size works for you. They also stock some things that are really hard to find in regular liquors stores. If you've never been there, the first thing you'll probably notice is that it's huuuuuge!!! You can easily spend thirty minutes just walking around and looking at things! Have fun! 🍷🍹🍸

Tower is hands down one of my favorite spots for alcohol and mixers. The selection is extensive. Lots of variety, from local craft brews to hard-to-find things. Whether I'm restocking staples or looking for something new to try, I always find something interesting. The staff is super friendly and helpful too. Great vibes, great service, great selection. What more could you want?

Their store picks of bourbon seem to match my taste buds quite well. I do like their prices whenever there are bourbon drops because they keep the prices at retail which help tremendously when you're trying to watch your spending. Too many other liquor stores are taking way too much advantage of the bourbon chasers and I refuse to go broke drinking socially.

I moved to the Morningside section of Atl, 52 years ago from NYC. Looking for a place to buy some Kahlua, and being familiar with Tower as a local neighborhood store of spirits, I drove here. Still going to it today. That says something.

Even though Tower is a little far from home I rather just drive over here instead of going somewhere else. They have a huge selection of literally EVERYTHING and their prices and incredibly low. This location is on Buford Hwy, Doraville. There isn't plenty of parking but personally I've never had any issues with it. They have a great selection of Beer, Wine, Rum and Tequila. They have so much more but that is what I'm usually looking for. I love how there is a whole wall for mini bottles. I like taking Hennessy shots so every time I buy a bottle I get a mini one for just $6. The staff is also very helpful and they're not annoying at all. They let you do your own thing but they're willing to help if you need to. Overall this place is great and it became my go-to liquor store. ESPAÑOL Aunque Tower está un poco lejos de casa, prefiero conducir hasta aquí en lugar de ir a otro lugar. Tienen una gran selección de TODO, literalmente, y sus precios son increíblemente bajos. Esta ubicación está en Buford Hwy, Doraville. No hay mucho estacionamiento, pero personalmente nunca he tenido ningún problema con eso. Tienen una gran selección de cerveza, vino, ron y tequila. Tienen mucho más, pero eso es lo que normalmente busco. Me encanta como hay una pared entera para mini botellas. Me gusta tomar shots de Hennessy, así que cada vez que compro una botella, recibo una mini por solo $6. El personal también es muy útil y no son molestos en absoluto. The selection of alcoholic beverage is huge! They have everything you can think of. This is pretty much my go to spot when I want the best. There have been plenty of times I couldn't find a wine or liquor at a certain store and I come here they have it and more!! The prices here are way cheaper than any other liquor store I've been too. I've compared them to two other locations nearby and they are by far the cheapest and the best when it comes to price. Can't forget they have the best sales. All of the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about everything in the store. The location isn't hard to miss they have a great location right off of Buford Hwy next to Firestone. Another thing I like about them they offer tasting sessions on certain weekends. Just sign up to be a member to get more details.

DEFINITELY visit fit hard-to-find spirits/alcohol. I come here for the Soji that the hubby likes, from his days in Japan. The prices are very reasonable, too! I do run into a language barrier from time to time, but they do what they can to help, always.

I don't normally go out to buy alcohol unless if it is to Walmart for a couple of beers or wines, but when I plan for events and gatherings, THEN THIS PLACE IS MY TO GO! They have a great selection of everything. Soju is kind of hard to find especially flavors, but I'm so happy to have this place near me for that need. I can strongly say they have EVERYTHING I need to move in life haha. Thankful for this place. The prices at this place are super good and sometimes even better than Walmart. You know it's worthy of a praise when it beats Walmart prices. Parking here is pretty huge. Never have I seen a place that looks so nice interiorly with superb customer service that asks you how is your day and if you need help with anything. From having both normal and baby carts to boxes to help you carry out large quantities of bottles, this place truly cares about you. I am happy to have a place like this and located in the one and only Buford Highway. Good atmosphere, beautiful place, and positive vibes all around.

The first time I used their curbside pick-up, the put the wrong product in my trunk and I had to return to get what I had ordered. The second time they charged my credit card for another client's purchase, and gave my credit card to the customer. Fortunately, the other guy was honest and returned it. I don't plan on giving them a third opportunity.

For the second time in a few months, I found myself in cashier Angela's line. For the second time, Angela did not say one word to me. She conversed a little with another cashier, but didn't bother to greet me, tell me my total, thank me--nothing. The service at this location is usually four or five stars, but the Sore Thumb named Angela is such a negative it brings the store down to two stars.

It seems that all the Korean markets don't sell fruit flavored soju anymore. No need to worry, Tower has all the flavors. If there is any alcohol you want and they don't have, they will special order it for you. But the chance that they don't have whatever you want is low since their selection is so big.

I'm glad to have this awesome package store in the 'hood! There is a huge variety for anything that you may be looking for. Before moving to this area, I'd stop by to pick up a surprise bottle of bourbon or Scotch for AT and being the most guy that he is, he'd always ask how much I had spent and would be impressed by the prices. I'm co-hosting a men-and-women baby shower this weekend and had to load up on some booze and found the beer and wine selection to be quite varied and reasonably priced. At checkout, I always deal with respectful and just generally really nice people. I doubt Tower needs my endorsement but I'm throwing it out there in the Yelposphere and am now a regular customer!

Wowzers!!!! This place is less expensive than any liquor store I have been to! If you are looking to stock your bar or wine cabinet.... This is the place to start! The selection is impressive and the staff is super friendly. You will not be disappointed Highly recommend!

Simply the best selection of spirits in town with the best prices. Yes you can get a build your own 6-pack from Kroger for $9.99, but they have a bigger selection and also clearance more nuanced beers. They have tons of every kind of spirit including more esoteric bottles like Chartreuse and mezcal. The staff is friendly enough but not as well educated or versed, so I would know what you are looking for. But their online store is really on point, they do store-pick up, and practice social distancing pretty well. There is almost always a line to get in and there is no surprise there. This is my go-to for spirits.

There are two listings for this excellent liquor store on Buford Highway. I reviewed it back in 2010 under the heading, "Tower Beer Wine and Spirits." Tower is my favorite liquor store in Atlanta. Regardless of location, the staff is super-friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure complete customer satisfaction. No matter what you are looking for, Tower is sure to have it, or will be happy to order it for you. They have a wide variety of excellent wines in the $10 and under range, and of course they offer pricier wines when you're looking for a special bottle. Tower also stocks a good selection of single malt scotch, whether you're giving it as a gift to your favorite whisky connoisseur or enjoying it yourself. If you plan your liquor shopping excursions ahead of time, be sure to get enough cash to cover your transaction. Tower offers discounts on cash purchases. Also, they are now open on Sunday!

this liquor store is the most expensive around i compared prices with their competition and is 30% cheaper. they are reaping off the customers because we have very little choices.

Tower is my go-to liquor store, whether it's for mixers, hard liquor, wine or beer. You can find cheaper liquor for better prices, especially when you pay with cash. I've also been to the location on Piedmont, but this location is right next to White Windmill on Buford Highway. The parking is tight but there is plenty of it. There are craft, domestic and international beers aplenty. If you want it, they've most likely got it. I haven't really searched the wines too thoroughly, but I'm sure it's similar. I usually always find what I'm looking for. Workers here are pretty helpful and can usually point me in the right direction when I have any questions. Not much more to say - come check out Tower yourself!

Impressive selection of spirits. If you are looking for small batch bourbon or japanese whisky, you will find it here. The staff is very helpful. Call ahead and have them check inventory for you if you are finding a specific bottle. The store is well lit, and huge. Makes navigating around easy and stress free. I hate those stores where they stack the bottles sky high and have super narrow lanes. If you sneeze, you might just blow down a tower of booze. As far as bourbon and japanese whisky goes, this place has them in stock, most of the time. They do go fast. Also, pay with cash or debit card for their discounted price.

Tower Beer, Wine & Spirits is a Buford Why institution. How long have they been here? As long as I can remember. If you want to buy some alcoholic beverages, this is good place to get it. I heard of people driving from the suburbs all the way here to shop. I get it. The prices seem competitive, and it's a huge place. There is a ton of selection here. The people here seem helpful. If you need to see if something is in stock, you can go to the concierge in the middle of the store. They can check their databases to see if they have it. The parking is pretty good. They have a huge lot. But a lot of people go there. It's not too bad finding a space though. In the back of the store, they have a tasting room. They hold events for drinking various wines, spirits, and beer. This is pretty cool if you want to try different things before you buy. They also have a few promoters lurking in the store. They try to get you to buy their crap. Maybe Tower gets a cut? I don't think they're that annoying. But don't ask for their help because they'll try to recommend their stuff only. I also like the little bottle section. Too bad they have it behind the counter. I couldn't get a good look at their selection. Their checkout seemed fast. They have a lot of cashiers. They do need them since they have a lot of people. Check this place out if you're in the area and want to get wasted this weekend.

This package store has lots of liquor to quench your thirst! The prices on everything is very reasonable so I always make it a mission to get my liquor from here instead of local stores closer to me. Tower won't charge you as much for the same bottles as smaller stores tend to and that's a great big plus for me! Their parking can be a pain if you try to park in the very front of the store. I suggest going to the left of the building and parking in the not so congested area. Anyway, thanks Tower for being hecka sick wit it!

Great liquor store. Anywhere but GA, a Package Store is like ... UPS or a place to mail things. :) Fantastic selection here. I was able to pick up more than a few items not for sale in VA for great prices. Hillary is not only delightful, she knows and cares about the truth behind the spirits she sells. Highly recommended.

BRING CASH!! It's a tiny bit cheaper. I swear I see package store owners buy their stock here. If u buy more u save more! This is my go-to spot to buy alcohol. The prices are extremely low!! The only thing is that they don't have a large wine cooler selection. I like a lot of different drinks that usually available in a regular corner package store. Overall tho for liquor and wine this is the regular weekly pit spot

Towers is legit one of the best liquor stores I've ever been to.. they always have the new liquors before everyone else and the store is so big you can get lost in it. I always get trapped in the wine section. I'm not a wine-o but if the shoe is a size 8.5, I just may have to wear it. The attendants are always so helpful. They're all over the place, too. Not like Wally World when you know there's a million and one employees but you can't find anyone to help you. Sheesh! They even have an attendant station in the middle of the store. How cool is that? The wine section is out of this world. They have everything I like and some things I look forward to trying one day. Besides the selection being great, the prices are better than everywhere else, as well. They aren't significantly lower but cheaper nonetheless. If you use debit or cash, the total comes to a little less, too! Try them out. I doubt this store won't have whatever you're little alcoholic heart desires.

Yup, I am a Tower Card carrying, cigar smoking, vegetarian! Tower Beer Wine & Spirits is the Walmart of booze. This is the only liquor store that I automatically get a cart on the way in, knowing all too well that i will need it. Great selection in all departments. Employees are helpful both in the aisles and registers. Always a quick checkout. There are two prices posted, cash or credit (Debit counts as cash!) If you have a Tower Card you can get additional discounts. What i love about this location is they always have a few carts with some deep discounts pushed to the front of the store. I have scored some incredible deals here! Overall, really good prices on everything. Okay, I admit that giving five star reviews to liquor stores may be a sign for help. I'm a regular here for 30 years and the way they have handled their black Friday lottery, allocated barrel lottery and allocated bottle lottery has been a fiasco this year. In the past they have rewarded loyal customers, but this year they have moved to on line lotteries that draw people that have never shopped there before. They said that multiple entries would be disqualified and pulled someone twice on their live drawing (that's a big LOL). I also know one person that won 3 bottles in the Black Friday Lottery. On line bourbon groups are.reporting that out of state winners used proxy's to pick up bottles, which they also said was not allowed. In the future I will be supporting other local stores that care about their regular customers, tough to say goodbye after 33 + years as a Tower regular.

The lady with the Gold Braids and Lash Extension need better customer service training

Went in and walked our without anything from the craft beer section due to again way off canned on dates. Way back to last November. Maybe you should concentrate on twelve pack volume and stay in that mode. Some innocent beer drinker will get burned . And to sell a double ipa for 5.99 threw up a red flag and that flag was the canned on date. That was your hi-pitch series double ipa that's on a pallet. It's not a deal if it's old. Some people will never know . Obviously, you don't have enough serious craft beer drinkers for that area and can't rotate the stock. Just sell in volume, you have too many kinds that are going bad as we speak. I would pick and choose certain ones that always sell. Sculpin by ballast point has a 120 day shelf life, yours has been canned last year.

Won't be shopping there again after drinking a year old canned milk stout beer. It made my husband throw up the contents of his stomach. A shame that their inventory is old.

Not all the employees wear masks nor do they enforce the mask requirement for customers. They do, however, proudly display the sign absolving themselves from any kind of responsibility. Otherwise the shelves are well stocked with whatever you may need to get you through.

Went today & the security guy was very rude my friend made a comment but never argued with him but the guy kept on telling him very rude things my friend just ignored him & said "ok" so he told us we could leave because he wasn't going to let us in even though we never said anything bad to him .. y'all need to get better security & more respectful one because he was trash , never going again to this location.

They carry every kind of alcohol you could imagine! And more.... I've been coming here for 25yrs and always a great selection and courteous staff!!

Parking is good as long as it's not a crazy rush time... aka Holidays. Tower had folks outside guiding cars where to park. I guess if the lot is full - you can park next door. The line can seem long when checking out... but tbh, the cashiers move lightning fast. I'm pretty sure there were 10-12 people ahead of me in line when I was buying some liquor for NYE, but I moved every second while standing. I was super surprised at how the staff had their stuff together. Inside - they do have people standing around directing people. They also have several reps roaming the store if you need help. Selection - I think it's great. I only come here to buy alcohol for family and friends. They've had every bottle I've wanted to buy.

I cannot praise the Tower enough. In addition to great selection and prices they have wonderful people working there. Recently I lost a very valuable thing while shopping at the Doraville store. It was found and mailed to me the very same day by Lulu Pinera. Thank you!

Had many different flavors of good day soju! Not overpriced at all, bought it before somewhere else that sold it at three times this price so I think it's a good deal.

Absolutely one of the best liquor stores I have ever been to. Very reasonable prices, and a huge selection of domestic and international spirits. Anything that you could get at a grocery/liquor store anywhere else is easly 20-50 percent lower in price here. The same wine that I buy in the grocery store for $12.99 is only $6.99 here. The staff is eager to help you (almost to the point of being annoying though)... I spent an hour there just looking at stuff I have never seen before from different countries, and there is always going to be a few specials right when you walk into the store. It's usually on stuff that didn't sell well, or stuff they are trying to get rid of. I love it! The one off of Moreland sucks though. Very small selection, and much higher prices. Edit: The owners of the Tower(s) in Doraville and Buckhead are not affiliated with the Tower off of Moreland...maybe that's why the one off of Moreland is not so good....

This "adult liquid candy store" retailer has been around since 1948. The size of the store blew us away when we strolled in yesterday afternoon. I don't think I've ever seen a place stocked with the most unusual liquor offerings, ever. Total Beverage in the VA area has NOTHING on this place! We browsed, and browsed and browsed....wishing all the while we could figure out how to get some of the more unique items on our flight home. If we do, well we'll be back before the weekend is out. Prices are really reasonable, the staff was eager to assist and I just want to know when we can get us one of these at home!!

I shop both stores. The Piedmont store is much better than this one. Both stores give a cash discount and are run pretty much the same. The reasons I rate this location lower are: 1. If you are looking for wine, the selection is MUCH more limited than at the Piedmont store. Evidently the locals out here don't drink as much wine. They sell more beer here they say than the Piedmont store. 2. I wandered through the beer section last week and was actually looking for beer but there were no prices on SO MANY of the stacks of beer. Im not one who is tied to one label. Sure you can ask prices, but there was loads of stuff unpriced! I hate that! The help is always nice at both stores, but are you in the mood to ask 20 prices?? Come on.... I finally said forget this and went to the other store a few days later. I only saw a few unpriced beers there. 3. The electronic system that your in to get your discounts at the register, would you believe they aren't connected??? What??? Same software, same store, 2 locations in the same city yet they don't connect the software-it's separate. Unbelieveable!

This is an excellent liquor store. They have a large, diverse, high quality selection of liquor. The store is well lit, well organized, and not too difficult to navigate. In addition to having a great selection of booze, they have an impressive selection of mixers. To make matters better, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. You couldn't ask for much more in a liquor store. This is definitely one of the places I default to when I need a package store run.

10am liquor run! (Soon to be on Sundays as well, thanks to the recent fall of the city and county blue laws!) I was on my way to HMart so I swung by while I was in the neighborhood. My recent affinity for Moscow Mules has me consuming vodka much more frequently, so a restocking at this location instead of the Buckhead location was very convenient while I was OTP. Never realized that the morning is actually a great time to liquor shop..I spent a ton of time checking out their extensive wine selection, and even more time trying to narrow down to 2 bottles of vodka. Yeah, you read that right. No, I'm not a lush. I tend to get distracted by cool packaging and bottle labels, so yeah, liquor stores keep me occupied for awhile. I think the employees restocking the shelves were pretty amused by my awe of the flip top on 360 Vodka. Store is clean, employees are friendly, selection and variety is great, what more do I need? Well, a better mixer aisle (if more varieties other than Gosling cans of ginger beer, and limes were available, my Moscow Mule shopping would be complete...though, HMart handily has both those items). Also, not much of a cava selection...you pretty much have to get prosecco or champagne instead. I also picked up a bunch of those spouts for bottles for easier and cleaner pours. The fact that this place has carts is awesome, it also means wide-ish aisles for better browsing. If you pay by cash, you can get discounted prices as well. Even if you pay by credit card, prices are still pretty good...definitely recommend!

I used to think this was the best place to buy alcohol, till I discovered Total Wine. Stopped by to pick something up for the TKi boys celebrating at a shop nearby. I used to frequent this place quite a bit when I lived down the street. There's a pretty good variety of things offered here and the place itself is decently organized, open and well-lit. What's unique about this place is that they offer two prices on everything - a discounted cash price, and a slightly more expensive credit card price. They're very strict about checking minors + alcohol. They will ID you and everyone you are with, so make sure if you stop in, no one is underaged. Because, you know, underaged drinking is bad. And illegal. :p

I don't drink much these days, but I might just start back up with Tower located so close to my office. They have such a huge inventory to select from and pretty neatly organized too. They also have a few clerks in each department to help you find stuff too. There are discounts available if you pay by cash or buy whole cases. If you do buy cases, make sure you pop them open to check if all the bottles are there. I was loading a case onto my car once and I noticed it was light. I went to open it up and the clerk tried to talk me out of it. I'm glad I did because it was one short.

A huge selection of wine, liquor, beer, and other spirits that I seem to can't find anywhere else! Now, they can get pretty busy especially on the weekends, but the line moves fast. They sell the Korean liquor Soju for cheap and their employees are quite helpful. I like that they are next to the Windmill Cafe... so i can get my coffee and cake, and then swing by here to ensure a good night out.

Tower is probably my go to liquor store. It has the best selection of booze that's also fairly close to my house. Whenever I go in, there's always someone asking if I need help finding anything. Also, within the past year or so, they've really upped their game regarding craft beer. Every time I go in, I seem to find some sort of new beer that I have yet to try. PS: If you pay with cash, you get a slight discount on your booze.

Very friendly staff and I have not found better prices for what I buy, except for maybe Costco beating them slightly on wine.

I've driven by this place tons, but never stepped in until last week. This location seems like it was recently renovated, and was very clean and had a large selection. The staff was nice & friendly, offering to help you pick something. (but I knew what I wanted already). It reminds me a lot of Green's. However, it's about maybe 5% more expensive than Green's (at least for beers). But this place is super close to where I work, so I might swing by afterwards sometimes. :) Cash or debit is cheaper than credit card. So bring yo money!

I've been looking for either the pink or golden Champale forever. I know a liquor store in Columbus, GA carries it but I'm really not trying to go there. I looked it up online and there was an article in the AJC that clearly said Tower Liquors says this delicious malt liquor. I called to make sure and the guy I spoke with said they didn't carry it--he didn't even think twice. I didn't rightfully believe him but I wasn't taking the 40 minute ride to Buford Hwy to find out. That happened a week ago. I emailed Lindsay Berg, the Director of Marketing and she confirmed they carry Champales and she even offered to hold some for me!! I didn't want her to hold them but I let her know I will be out there to get a few cases...well, several cases LOL This place gets 0 stars for the lack of customer service at the actual location because when I called, dude didn't even check to see if they carried it! I'm giving 4 stars for my girl Lindsay because she actually checked with the beer department and she responded to my email in less than an hour AND it's a holiday!! I'll update my review once I get my hands on this old school malt liquor beverage.
