Town Hall Lanes is an awesome bowling alley and bar! I'm not a frequent bowler but their overall vibe is excellent and I had a blast—plus their beer is great, I really liked their “Black H20 Oatmeal Stout.” The space wasn't too crowded when I visited on a Sunday afternoon to bowl with friends and the service was good. Their “Roasted Pork Nachos” were just okay, but they did definitely satisfy that bar food craving. Overall I had a great experience and I recommend checking this place out! I will definitely be back.

Google
The place is fantastic. A very fun atmosphere. The service was great but the food was not great. My wife had the beef tacos and she could hardly stomach all the grease dripping from them. She only ate 1 out of 3 but ended up getting sick about 30 minutes later.

Google
Not really such a great place, maybe it is if you're bowling or having a drunk old time. The staff didn't really seem welcoming at all and our waitress was not great. Spilling drinks, being discourteous, etc it just wasn't a great time. The space is huge and there's lots of room for big groups not just in the bowling alley. The beer is well priced at $6 for their taps which comes to about $9 after tax and tip. That's what you usually pay at most places these days. Can't recommend it but you take your chances.

We came to Town Hall Lanes for a celebration at the end of a 10-week challenge for our kickboxing gym; we had such an amazing time! The place was a lot of fun, bowling was a blast and the atmosphere was great for conversation and mingling. The staff were so awesome, always helpful and polite, despite the likely overwhelming amount of people and things they were tasked with. The food was superb, plenty of options and even some pizza for those who didn't eat meat. Drinks were top notch, everyone enjoyed their various beverages. I would love to come here outside of the chaos of an event to just hang out and bowl. Great place, definitely worth visiting! 💙

Google
While I've been to Town Hall Lanes pub a dozen times over the last couple months, I stopped in for lunch with a buddy again yesterday. As is always the case, the food, drinks and staff were great. Even the personable manager visited with us...a nice touch that's been all but forgotten at 99% of other restaurants. On this visit I ordered my favorite (Ragamuffin Chicken sandwich) while my buddy enjoyed Dry Rub Wings. If you're in the neighborhood or just looking for a clean place that features good food, friendly staff and cold drinks in a nice neighborhood, give Town Hall Lanes a shot. There's a good chance you'll become a "regular." We're always there for the pub/food but the bowling is very cool...a nice stop for couples.

Google
I haven't had the chance to eat here yet, but the menu is interesting and the food I did see coming our of the kitchen looked good. The bar area is a fun spot, with a few bowling lanes next to it. Good list of bourbon options that rivals most in the Twin Cities.

Google
You will find the typical American bar food menu here, which is essentially the exact same menu that this restaurant group uses at their other locations in the city. They have their own beer offerings which taste great and offer quite a variety but they also have guest beers with a rotating list of local favorites. During this visit, I had the "chicken platter" which was chicken strips and fries. The chicken strips were definitely homemade and were the best I had had anywhere in years. The fries are lightly battered too, which I love. As far as the bowling goes -- our group had a ton of fun! It was relatively affordable at $5 per game, per person. And there was staff attending to the lanes to keep the beer flowing. During our third game, our lane (#8) kept getting stuck and needing manual intervention from the staff to reset the pins and bowling balls. They were always quick to fix and even took the last game off our bill for the inconvenience. Town hall will always feel like home. Warm and cozy with wonderful staff, good food, and great beer!

Google
Town hall Lanes had always been a go to spot when I lived in south Minneapolis and I was excited to go back and share this with my out of town family. We decided to bowl and get some food. Unfortunately our experience was disappointing due to the rude and confrontational gentleman working the bowling alley. With 4 adults and 2 children the bowling area is a squeeze and this gentleman felt the need to police and dictate where we could stand. I was scolded for being on the lane with my 3 year old because apparently only one person can be in the lane at a time. Also one of the adults in the group was not bowling but was required to remove their flip flops because it had been raining and wet shoes were not allowed in the seating area of the lanes. When the gentleman discovered that this adult was not wearing shoes or socks, due to the lanes own rules, they were asked to put on socks and when there were no socks to put on they were required to buy a pair from the restaurant and then given bowling shoes to wear. Over the course of the next hour, we were interrupted several times by this gentleman for unknown reasons. When I spoke with our waitstaff they expressed frustration with this gentleman and stated that there have been many complaints by other patrons but nothing has been done. I was very disappointed with the bowling experience but our waitstaff when above and beyond to make sure that the rest of our time was great! Also the sweet corn nachos used to be much better but unfortunately were on par with our bowling experience. If I do return to Townhall in the future, it will only be at one of the other locations.

Yelp
Super fun bar and bowling alley! We came here with a couple of friends on a Thursday night to hit the lanes and grab some dinner. Food was decent, pretty standard bar fare. Service was a little slow, but it was packed so that might not be the norm. It was great that you can put your name on the list for Bowling while having dinner. It speeds up the process. Bowling prices are great! I like that it's per person per game and not timed like a lot of Alleys are doing these

Yelp
It's a nice looking place, but we had some concerns. We both bowled the worst we have in years. Maybe first thing on Sunday the oil on the lanes is too much. I have never needed to wipe my hands and ball so much. Then when I went to the counter to return my shoes and pay, the guy there walked away. Then a woman who'd brought water to us gave us a bill and didn't bring me change. We didn't understand how they do things, I guess. We opted not to stay for lunch.

Yelp
I hesitate to recommend only because it will make it busier!!!! They do have weekend brunch. I couldn't find an online menu but came on Sunday shortly after 11am Bartender was hustling. Bowling was busier than dining area at first. Took a seat at the bar and got a good basic bloody my wife got a mimosa it was heavy on the oj side. Had the breakfast pizza. Holy sh*#t. Awesome and plenty for two people! Just enough attention, not an over hovering bartender. She was great. Found a weekend breakfast place since BH down the street decided to open at 4pm:( Nice work TH. I'm a fan!!

Yelp
A great place to spend with family or friends. The atmosphere is fun and alive. Also the service is outstanding!

Yelp
Great spot to have a barrel aged tap beer. Staff is always friendly and patrons are always lending an ear at the bar. Great Neighborhood Spot!

Yelp
Town Hall Lanes is a great place for pizza, beer and bowling, however not so great for the service. But if your a patient person by all means stop in. The pizza was actually pretty good and the have some nice beers on tap. If you're going to do some bowling, find out ahead of time which days of the week are best to avoid the bowling leagues.

Yelp
Food and Fun While visiting my brother in Minneapolis, we happened upon Town Hall Lanes. We planned on bowling then finding a place to eat dinner. We arrived and surprisingly had to walk through a restaurant to get to the lanes. Considering that they were clearly a restaurant too we looked at the menu as we prepped for a late afternoon bowlapalooza. We found several items on the menu that looked good, ordered them then proceeded to bowl. The service was fast and polite, the food was way better than we expected for a bowling alley so we ordered more and nixed dinner plan in favor of a longer bowling outing. The atmosphere is equal parts modern conveniences, elegance and decadence mixed with vintage bowling ally. It's artfully styled. The menu was definitely built on the idea of old bowling alley convenience food but it's curated and elevated both in flavor and appearance to match the exacting standards society has for gastro pubs. We enjoyed our time at Town Hall Lanes if was both fun and sated our dinner cravings. Town Hall Lanes was not crowded, parking was easy and ample. The prices were reasonable and the food was really good. We enjoyed the care that THL gives to every aspect of a customers experience. If you're in the area it's an easy all inclusive night out.

Yelp
Nice and close to my house. I can walk there and like that a lot. Never gone bowling there, but the food is good.
google avatar

Mikey A.

Yelp
Kitchen open until 11pm cheap and delicious house beers, and cheap bowling too! I've been here thrice now, and ordered food each time and experienced good service. I previously had the sweet corn nachos and also tried the pork nachos. I want this place to do well because it's a great local bar with good atmosphere and personable staff. I may be biased because I'm just a walk away, I don't think I'd drive very far to come here, but I think they're a great spot to take a group of 4 for a trivia night and game of bowling for cheap! Also have to repeat that their house beers are cheap and delicious! Have yet to be disappointed with flavor, and at 5.5-7 a pint I don't think it gets much better priced than that!

Yelp
Small place, clean. Go in and get lucky. Reservations cost an additional 100% on bowling lanes - plus, the marked up bowling, shoe rental, food and drink will all be charged 18% gratuity. Many non-service items taxed gratuity on top of reservation fees, included with mediocre service. Lanes were dry, but the technology was good. I can't think of anything to say about the food.

Yelp
I love this place. The modern/small town bowling alley feel is so cool, it gives you a different experience vs a large arcade place. Bowling is cheap and the pub happened fo have trivia the night we were there. Amazing bar fare and we opted for rootbeer floats that did not disappoint Parking lot is small but free on street parking Very cool part of town and enjoyed this spot. Would recomme

Yelp
We stopped in here after unexpected car trouble. We hadn't been here since it was Skylanes but we were pleasantly surprised by the quality and selection on the menu and the cocktail options. Great beer selection and decent Old Fashioneds (a key item for me!). Will definitely be back.

Yelp
Tasty treats and a nifty atmosphere. Come sample the local fare be it good or beverage. They do a nice job with a local flair.

Yelp
QUICKIE REVIEW Local bar with a healthy beer selection and place to bowl. FOOD This is what I tried: -Brewer's double -beer   A decent burger with fries.   Nothing much more to say than that. Beer on the hand, they have a "healthy" selection of.   If you are a beer lover, you will the atmosphere here. PARKING Yes, across the street. SERVICE Ok. PRICE $20 will get you a burger and a beer. TIP/OTHER THOUGHTS Atmosphere here was relaxed.  I came on a trivia night and it was fun to partake, unofficially .   Bowling alley added to the fun, relaxed vibes of the place.   You are not coming here for the food but more so the relaxed social environment it offers.

Yelp
This place is one of my favorite places! I've been here a number of times but that was before I started Yelping a lot. I love to bowl so we used to come here all the time! I love the bowling lanes here! The service is great and one of my favorite gluten free beers are here, New Grist. We've never had a full meal here but the fries are fire and they have really good wings! Also did I say the service was great?! Everyone here is awesome! The restaurant itself is super cool and old looking the bar is beautiful and they have a giant chandelier in the middle of the room. Also a good place to watch sports, bowl, eat and drink! 5 stars from me I love this place :)

Yelp
Great small bites, house beers and late happy hour. This place is a brewery, pub and bowling alley. Decent local beers also on tap but the best thing here is the dry rub chicken wings. So good! Great burgers here as well. Definitely recommend stoping here. Check out that old PBR LOGO.
google avatar

Yelp
Great little restaurant with a great traditional bar and bowling alley that's not trashy! They have good beer and food, great vibes, and friendly staff. We love coming here with family, friends, or for happy hour.
google avatar

Cassie M.

Yelp
My favorite bowling alley. I've been here probably 20+ times and it is always fun. The best part is bowling in a cool, quaint, vintagey atmosphere instead of one of the mega-lanes. The woodwork is pretty, the bar is a great place to hang if you need to wait for a lane to open, and it's the only bowling alley I've ever seen with a chandelier. I kid you not, check out the pics. No ugly fluorescent lighting here, nope, this place steps it up a notch. I do recommend coming at an off time (weekdays), as there are only 10 lanes. Also, call ahead to make sure there is open bowling instead of leagues. But even on a busy open weekend night like tonight, it's worth the wait. There's a restaurant attached to the bar if you need a burger, flatbread, nachos, curds, or whatever else suits your fancy for good bar food. Or just enjoy a cocktail, wine, or the fairly substantial beer list (local and national beers, and even their own brews!). Did I praise it enough yet? It's always clean, has wooden benches instead of typically bad plastic bowling chairs, the servers check up on your frequently when your glass gets anywhere near empty, and it features 10 high quality, well-maintained bowling lanes, with polished floors. Like, sometimes, almost too well polished, but I'll take slick in comparison to some other junky places that feel dirty everywhere. Overall, a way better bowling experience than most lanes. I'd call it a strike!

Yelp
My wife's parents' flight was delayed, so we (naturally) took to Yelp to figure out what to do for a couple hours while we waited for them. Our search led us to Town Hall Lanes, and we are really glad we chose to stop by. This is a really fun place to hang out, bowl, watch a game on one of their many TVs, and (of course) enjoy one of their many beers. They have a great happy hour, both for food/drink and for bowling, and this place makes for a really fun but really cheap date night if you come later in the evening on a weekday. The inside is absolutely HUGE: not only are there almost a dozen bowling lanes, but there are also a large number of tables and a beautiful bar. They offer a lot of different bowling specials, but the $2 per game price after 10 on weekdays can't be beat. The happy hour beer and food specials are great too: we enjoyed a couple beers each, had some chips and salsa, and bowled a few games for just slightly more than $30 with tax and tip. The staff is super friendly and accommodating; we really enjoyed interacting with all of them. In summary, we were really impressed with our impromptu "date night" at Town Hall Lanes, and we'll definitely be back again!

Yelp
Needed a place to bring the kids on a day they didn't have school, and this was awesome! The inside is really nice, and they have updated technology for the bowling lanes. Bumpers for the kids and brews for the adults. It's a bit pricy, but worth it. Full service at the lanes, too. I got the naan curry tacos (is that what they're called - I don't remember?) and they were amazing. Kids got tenders and noodles and liked it. Would come back!

Yelp
Have tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt time after time as I have always enjoyed going to the Town Hall Brewery and Town Hall Tap as our family previously lived in the neighborhood and wanted to support their other restaurant. That being said, each and every visit has been beyond subpar. Today was the last time I'll ever set foot in this place. We had three adults and five, well-behaved, children ranging from 3-10 years old. We came in the early afternoon when the majority of the lanes were open to order some appetizers and drinks and bowl and head home. The guy running the bowling desk/stand couldn't have been more unfriendly and unwelcoming and this isn't the first time we've encountered him there and experienced the same thing. When I asked for a toddler size 6 shoe for my daughter, he threw the shoes on the counter and said, "Smallest we have is an 8 so this will have to work" and said, "Who's next?" The dude clearly doesn't want kids in "his" bowling alley and the entire lanes for the time we were there were filled with families. You aren't at the CC Club or VFW (which are places I love and miss and would never bring a toddler to)---know your audience and who is paying money to patronize your establishment. By the time we left after less than 2 hours, every lane was occupied with families and children including a teenage girl's b-day party taking up 3-4 lanes. There were legit no lanes occupied with people sans kids of whatever age. When my wife, who rarely drinks beer these days but knows what she likes, asked to try a sample of a local lager, the server said, "Have you ever had a light beer? It's the same thing." Hey Beer Mansplainer---she does know the difference between a Busch Lite and an Arbeiter Aqua Socks. Do you?" All this being said, their parent company brews amazing beers and I've purchased many meals and growlers from them over the course of the last 15 years and I'd encourage you do the same. It's this location that can't seem to figure it out.

Yelp
A great place to pass the time with fantastic good, their own beer, and bowling. The cheese curds were fantastic. Try their Masks Mama beer.

Yelp
Favorite local spot - flatbreads and burgers are always good and the beer (Masala Mama!) Is great.

Yelp
Don't expect any type of responsiblity for a mistake the staff at Town Hall Lanes make. Phoned in an order for take out, My husband goes picks it up (10 min drive). While he is driving home, the staff calls to tell me that there is no pork on the pork nacho's....She suggested he come back to pick it up. Ummm...I said the rest of the food will be cold in the mean time. Her only recourse was to take the price of the nacho's off the already paid bill...Big Deal. My husband brought back the box of chips that contained nothing but chips, mad, grumpy from being hungry for dinner he did not get. Her only response..." it was a simple mistake"..Well, Town Hall , your lack of sympathetic staff cost you our business. Two trips to your place in a half-hour could have been avoided.

Yelp
SPOILER: Wrongly accused of stealing! I will never go to Town Hall Lanes again. I have been here a couple of times to bowl/eat. Always had a decent time. Very recently we had a horrible experience with the bartender (after not IDing our party) accusing us of not paying our tab. However, we paid our waitress and had generously left a 30% tip. Not only did he wrongly accuse us of trying to leave without paying but then proceeded to verbal assault us. And no employee stepped in when random old white men tried to "provide their entitled wisdom" and step in.... only after getting our waitress did we finally have to ask for an apology. Absolutely appalled by the situation and obvious discrimination. I would give town hall and especially the bartender a negative rating if possible.

Lloyd W.

Yelp
Great relaxed, neighborhood environment with high ceilings, good music, beautiful back bar and friendly staff. The restaurant (pub) is connected to a renovated, stylish and smallish bowling alley (or is the bowling alley connected to the restaurant?...I'm confused.). In any case, it all works! I chose the Ragamuffin chicken sandwich ($12) from the good- sized menu. It included a homemade sauce, that was very tasty, along with beer battered fries (see photo). By the way, the menu includes a number of other interesting sauces At least one of which, will likely suit your taste. Lots of beers (and some wines) are available so no one from your party should leave thirsty. Beer is a big deal here so enjoy it. This was a great find. While you're in the neighborhood, go nextdoor and get a haircut from Kristin at Bob's Barber Shop and, naturally, bring some shoe spray and bowl a couple of games.
google avatar

Yelp
My daughter and I bowl here all the time! Great selection of beer and food and the service is top notch. Parking can be a little tricky when it's busy. THE END
google avatar

Zac C.

Yelp
Came here with my wife on a friend's recommendation, and wasn't disappointed. Parking is tight, and overflow edits sets but it's around the corner. That said, it's really the only negative we had. We both had the black bean salsa burger? My wife had the sweet potato fries on the side and I had the asparagus. It's was hearty and filing and didn't crumble, unlike most black bean burgers I've tried. The service was great and the food came out fast. If recommend it to anyone looking for a good meal at a good price.
google avatar

Yelp
Fun place to eat, bowl and have a drink. Decor is great and staff are friendly. Great for groups or just a date night. Check it out, you will have fun!
google avatar

Myrth J.

Yelp
We ate here last night and enjoyed a couple of excellent happy hour beers they brew right there. Had a couple apps also The Pretzel and some wings. Both were good but the Blue Cheese dressing wasn't for me. I like a thick rich creamy chunky dressing, this was thin and tangy. Had a Hildburger and Tater Kegs, and wife had a Flatbread. Burger and flatbread were really with good but the Tater Kegs I did not like at all. Seemed underdone and starchy. Definitely would go back here and eat and drink.

Yelp
Do you like bowling and solid bar food? Are you up for a night of good bowling, clean seats and good beer? Well then...this place might just be for you! I had a team outing here and let me tell you, good times. Parking is a little tricky, as the private lot is small (say 15 cars); there is paid street parking or free parking in the neighborhood across the street (so plan accordingly). When you walk in, you'll see the bowling alley in the back, with bar and dining in the front. We made our way to the back, asked for a pair of lanes; got our shoes and were on our way! The seating is comfy, we had 7 people and didn't feel squished; there was plenty of storage under the bench seats for your jackets, bags, etc. The table was large enough for all our drinks and plenty of appetizers. We ordered flat-bread, wings, fries, more wings and nachos and sliders. Get the wings, no really, get the wings and the nachos are bomb.com - solid flavors, big portions and easy to share with a large group. The beer selection was large, with local and national micro, and the large branded national 'stuff' (if that's your jam). Bowling is always fun and really hard to get wrong - plenty of different weight bowling balls, clean lanes, maintained equipment and the score system is not from 1984. If you want good food and fun, go here!

Emily L.

Yelp
Had a great time at town hall lanes! Super fun with good food and a nice/helpful staff. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a fun time with family or friends.

Yelp
Very enjoyable evening. I was surprised by how quiet it was on a Saturday evening. We ate in the pub and then bowled and had drinks. As a vegetarian, I've had quite a few black bean burgers. I was pleasantly surprised by this one. It held its shape and it had some texture - not too mushy. Woohoo! The fries are also quite lovely. Even though the black bean burger is tasty, the rest of the menus is meat heavy. There are some create your own flatbreads that could give a vegetarian some good options. Bowling was lots of fun, too. The server in the bowling section was attentive and friendly. The way the lanes are set up makes for a great large group outing. We shared a table with a couple on the lane next to us and had a great time chatting with them, too. Beer is good. Cocktails are good too. I'd go back!

Yelp
Quick COVID review. Growing up in Hospitality - make strong effort to continue to dine out safely and tip our waitstaff for all they do! Outdoor patio actually is the parking lot with no escape from sun. Server returned half of the time without a mask and leaned over food and drink constantly. He also liked to wipe dirty hands on his dirty apron after each table - good times! Food was quite below par. Sad miss on all levels for our local business.

Yelp
I've been here a few times due to the proximity to my house. Definitely a fun place to visit. Bowling is great and fun but can get a little pricey. Drinks are decent. Service has been just fine when I've gone. The first visit we sat at the bar and ordered food. They had a veggie sandwich that I remember being very good but it wasn't on the menu the next time I went. We had ordered the meatless meatballs but were actually given the meat and our server felt terrible about it. My boyfriend just laughed it off and we were given our actual order and a discount. The second time we ordered the sweet potato fries which are nice but nothing spectacular. A semi-local haunt

Yelp
I would be curious on the reviews stating good service. Are you a party of more than 1? Although I live in the area I only give this place a whirl every 6 mo or so and am left disappointed and wondering why I am a glutton for punishment. Food is fairly good although the menu recently changed and even though I ordered the (former) rag top chicken now they bill you extra for the bits that made it ragtop. I concur with others commenting on the rude service and mostly they just seem too busy with what or whom they have interest in at the moment. Should not have to wait as long as I have had for another beer or my tab. Frustrating to have not seen a change. But at least I know what to expect - and my business goes elsewhere -

Yelp
Absolute joke, guy who answered the phone - total a**hole this whole place is a waste of time. Fire the guy who answers the phone. Absolute disappointment .

Yelp
Great concept, great beer, they did an exceptional job with the space. So much potential!!! Like other Town Hall locations, the food is hit or miss and the service varies from ok to awful. So if you want to chance it, you might have a good meal and enjoy the staff. We were here today and had the most awful chicken Cesar salad I could imagine. My husband is always chasing a great pork nachos he once had at Town Hall tap, today they were barely edible. Staff didn't notice or care we barely touched our food and we could barely work around the pile of dishes on our table - i started to look for a self-bussing station as our server was clearly not touching any used tableware. I hope they can figure it out as I love their concept and with some TLC could have a fantastic local group of restaurants.

Yelp
Taking advantage of the 'unofficial' last day of summer, we snagged a table out front on the sidewalk in front of the restaurant. We did go inside but it was freezing, and fans were roaring, on a 70 degree day, so figured instead to soak up as much sun as we could. These days we tend to go 'splitsville' when ordering, so we get to try two things. I ordered the cranker and got to taste half of my husband's lamb burger. The lamb burger was hands-down the better of the two, very moist and good flavor. They asked how to prepare the lamb burger but not mine. I figured that was because mine was a stuffed burger. There was supposed to be cheddar cheese in addition to the onions and peppers. If there was cheese, I completely missed it. It didn't even ooze when I cut it in half. I thought the cranker was very dry and overcooked. I liked the peppers and Sriracha cream sauce and was thankful for the sauce to add some moisture to the burger. I didn't have the menu anymore to verify the cheese part, and by the time I was questioning it the server was inside and did not around to ask. I wasn't going to wait on cheese for a fix. I had the sweet potato fries. The fries were just ok, too. I'd love to go back and try something else. The inside has a really cool bar. The wood is just amazing on it and has a huge mirror. There is a lot of seating with booths and tables, as well as their aptly named restaurant, the quaint bowling area is in the back. I can imagine this place does a serious haul most evenings and weekends, especially with the added bonus of bowling. It was pretty quiet with the holiday, which is understandable The service was very friendly.

Yelp
I won't pretend that there is even an iota of objectivity in this review, as I've been a big fan of Town Hall for quite some time and have spent quite a bit of time becoming less sober at the Lanes location specifically. The beer, as with the other Town Hall locations, has always been the primary draw for me (they don't brew on site, but they have a number of taps featuring the beer they brew at the mothership location in downtown). They also have a large selection of guest craft beers and ciders. From a dining perspective, the menu has improved with time, and overall THL serves good pub grub. The flatbreads are the standouts for me, but you can't go wrong with the burgers either. As implied in the name, there are ten lanes available for you to channel your inner Lebowski. The bowling alley is new and modern, as they pretty much gutted the lanes that existed prior to Town Hall moving in. The staff are great, with many of them being members of the growing Town Hall empire for quite some time. They've tolerated my dumbassery on many an occasion, so they're clearly saints. Fuck it, Dude. Let's go bowling.

Yelp
I love this place. It's a lively, inviting, and fun local spot. My sister, Kim B., lives in the area so we come here frequently. Today we did some yard work and figured we would reward ourselves with a walk that landed us at the front door. We had an early dinner and a couple tap beers. The beer selection is always fantastic, and I've never been disappointed with the food. Today was a brat with kraut and spicy mustard and house fries, so good. Kim (being vegan) always gets the veggie sandwich. Considering we've be here a half dozen times together and she has been there at least that many times without me, that must one damn good sammy. Service was a little slow today, but that isn't normal. It won't keep me from going back either!

Yelp
This neighborhood restaurant/brewery/bowling alley is a nice place to meet friends. The menu has enough variety and the place is pretty kid friendly. I tried their own Masala Mama IPA which was good and their Caprese Flatbread (aka pizza) which could feed two people easily. We all shared the cheese curds and friends had the walleye tacos, chicken tacos, short rib sandwich and mixed green salad with chicken on the side. Everyone thought their food was fine. Service was very fast so we didn't feel like this is the kind of place to go to for a lengthy gathering of friends unless we were constantly ordering something. I think if you live close by, this is a really nice option in your area. It's nice to have places like this in residential areas.

Yelp
Town hall is one of our go-tos. Love the character inside- epic chandelier and gorgeous bar. Feels like a neighborhood bar, but family friendly at the same time. Food is a B+. I'm in love with the Ragamuffin Fried Chicken Sandwich. Service is a B, sometimes it's great, sometimes it takes them a while to get to you. Definitely worth checking out if you haven't been.

Yelp
My review for THL's is far overdue. I've probably been here at least 50 times since it opened for many different reasons. 1. Beers with buddies. Great place to meet up for a drink. The TH beers are excellent, and the guest list is always rotating new beers to try. Good happy hour deals too. 2. Kid Friendly - The kids love coming here. When my wife is out of town, I'll walk with the kids here every time. 3. Family Friendly - We've been here numerous times with other families and can easily find a spot to accommodate large parties. 4. Close to airport - I've been here so many times with people from work who are on the way to or from the airport. It's a good place for lunch, even without beer involved. The booths have a nice private feeling for business conversations. 5. Bowling - I often forget the bowling aspect. I've only bowled once... need to do it more often. When sitting in the main restaurant or bar area, you really don't hear the bowling in the back, which is a great perk! I'm very happy to have THL's in the neighborhood. It's a great spot.

Yelp
I am going to give them four stars to start because I LOOOOOOOVE the Town Hall. The atmosphere did not disappoint. The space was nice and open, the a/c felt lovely and the energy in the place was amazing. I gotta say, the bowling lanes were not as noisy as I was expecting and the table set up at the lanes is pretty awesome if you have a group of friends. This area of town seems to be a bit more friendly too, with people willing to start up a conversation with a complete stranger. Maybe it was the awesome brew they were serving. I think I could get to like this place! The food was amazing and came out a lot faster than I was expecting on such a busy night. MUST try the lamb shank burger and the fried green tomatoes!! Now for the slight critique. I know it was opening night and they were extremely busy, but three beers the whole night (we were there from about 7 p.m. until 1 a.m.)? That was a little crazy. My credit card sat on the bar as people rushed by for a good hour before I took it away for fear someone else might accidentally grab it, thinking it was theirs. I was at the Tap opening (which was equally insane) and was at least served throughout the night. Again, opening nights can be crazy and I'm a huge fan of TH, so I'll be back, but I'll be watching for better service as people get into the swing of things.

Yelp
Poor service. Went to lunch at 12:30 on a Wednesday. Maybe 10 other people in the place. After the waiter dropped off our food he never came back until he dropped off the bill. I had to eat the ice out of my drink since it was empty and was never offered a refill. The brewhouse burger was average at best. It comes with cheese and "house" mayo and that's it! No pickles, lettuce, tomato or onions were included or offered. If I would have known that I would have ordered something else. Those are pretty basic items that most places will include on the plate automatically. Not sure if I'll give this place another try.

Yelp
How have I never been here? Beer and bowling! It's my kind of place. We came after dinner on a date night for a night cap. The beer list is good, bartender and waitresses were awesome and the lanes looked lively and fun at 11:00 on a Friday. We stayed in the bar area and the decor was pretty cool. Dim lights and neon were welcoming to me after a big dinner and a bottle of wine. I drank a few IPAs which I had never enjoyed before. Come for beer and stay for some bowling.

Yelp
Super enjoyed this spot. The folks that work here are great. We stopped by for a couple of drinks & an appetizer. The Nacho Libre was great. Seems like the jalapeños were pickled but delicious. We will get triple spicy next time. There are some places that the vibes seem reserved but here I felt like it was like everyone is happy to be here.

Yelp
We went last week for a neighborhood happy hour. It was pretty dead so seating wasn't an issue. I ordered the short rib poultine from the appetizer menu. She didn't write our order down so I wasn't surprised that it came to me wrong. I got the short rib melt instead. She didn't come back to check on us so I couldn't send it back. Finally after 30 minutes, I flagged her down and told her it was the wrong item. She apologized and said she wrote down short ribs so they made the wrong item. She offered to bring me something else but I said I had to get going. I'd already been there close to an hour. Pretty sure I won't go back.

Yelp
Only been to the Lanes a few times because 1) out of the way and 2) while I enjoy bowling it's not really my thang. That being said when we do decide to bowl, we go here. Because Town Hall! Have never had any issues with service or food. We usually go in, rent our shoes and a couple games, and conduct all of our business at one of the bowling tables. The lanes themselves are nice with the fun retro feel of an older alley. The beer is fantastic, obv. The food is good, I've had a flat bread, wings, and a burger, all which I've enjoyed. Servers check in regularly to refill beers. They have a Groupon every so often too. If you're looking for a fun night out with some good beer and food, the TH Lanes is worth the stop!
