Amazing experience. They spent a ton of time with me to make sure I get exactly what I need, answered my every silly question and went above and beyond. A special thank you to Sean as he was super friendly and knowledgeable. Had an absolute A+ experience as a newcomer to the world of motorcycling. Definitely check this place out!

Visited on a busy Sunday afternoon and had a great experience shopping for a leather jacket. Both staff members were very helpful...no attitude...no trying to upsell...just honestly helpful. Great selection of gear.

Super cool shop, If you’re looking for products that will keep you safe and stylish on your bike this is the place to go. It’s not only a store but has a strong community built around it, that is very accepting of every one. The downside to having so much cool stuff downtown Toronto is that space is limited and you can sometimes feel claustrophobic. This is easily overcome by the staff making you feel welcome and chatting freely about everything that’s motorcycle, without the feeling of being sold something. It’s also very great source of information on what’s new in happening in the Toronto motorcycle scene. It’s definitely a place to check out and support. Town Moto is one of my all time favourite moto shops in the city. I recently picked up these Redwings 8inch boots. Super knowledgeable staff and a huge contributor to our local motorcycle scene. Keep it up!

What an adorable place with very friendly staff. I knew what I was there for, the staff found it quick. While waiting for the staff to get my size from the back I got to hear another member of the staff helping a new nervous rider. This staff member was very patient and friendly, answering all this person's questions, and making good, knowledgeable, recommendation. This actually put a smile on my face. In my whole life I've never have such a good experience in any gear shop. I'll be returning for sure

Love this shop. It’s incredible how much merch, gear and parts they can carry in such a small/boutique shop. I even drove from over an hour away just to check it out. The community and culture of this place is apparent. I received outstanding customer service and attention even while the store was very busy and only 2 employees working at the time. As a new rider I wasn’t sure what to expect but they we’re patient, gave me excellent advise and made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I picked up some awesome new gear including a helmet, jacket, pants and footwear. I can recommend this shop without hesitation and I will certainly be back. Thanks to everyone at Town Moto for a great experience.

Amazing little bike shop -- support small business! I checked out their website and ordered a helmet (also got the best price after comparing everywhere else) When I went to pick up, I got a chance to see inside the store from the front door (unfortunately due to lockdown, could not enter), and man did it look amazing inside! Very beautiful rustic design! The Rep (possibly owner, was not sure, seemed to be the only staff in the store) was extremely friendly and courteous. She mentioned I should try the helmet before leaving, as if it doesn't fit I wouldn't have to worry about not returning later on. Tried on, fit great! She was extremely helpful and friendly and I will definitely be coming back as the customer service was amazing! As someone who is a beginner rider, just getting my gear for the first time, just wanted to say thank you Town Moto for the amazing service and really making me feel excited to start riding!

I had the pleasure of visiting this awesome store on Sunday. I was looking for a specific helmet and they were kind enough to hold it for me.
