"The Guest House, a new restaurant projected to open in mid-December at Town Square on Las Vegas Boulevard, aims to provide locals with access to high-level food, wine, and music without going into a hotel on the Strip. Founded by Raj Kumar of RDM Hospitality, it features executive chef Todd Mark Miller and industry pro George Martin. The venue offers an oasis of earth tones, lush greenery, and ambient fragrance, with multiple dining environments, a live DJ, and exclusive menu items. The "New American" menu includes dishes from its Austin location and exclusive Vegas dishes, with daily baked feuilletée brioche. Other features include free valet parking, a members-only speakeasy, and luxurious amenities." - Emmy Kasten

This place is simply great! Plenty of restaurants and shops, the whole food there is amazing! The kids’ playground is really amazing! The place is really clean and beautiful, including really clean bathrooms. You can easily spend the whole day around this place. Plenty of parking spaces!

Town Square in Las Vegas is a family-friendly gem that offers something for everyone, especially for those with young children. One of the standout features is the vibrant and spacious children's playground. This area is thoughtfully designed with safety and fun in mind, providing an array of engaging activities that can keep kids entertained for hours. The playground boasts a variety of structures, including slides, climbing nets, and interactive play equipment. The soft, cushioned ground ensures that even the most energetic play is safe. There are also shaded areas, which are a blessing on hot days, allowing parents to relax and watch their kids in comfort. What makes this playground truly special is its ability to cater to different age groups. There's a dedicated toddler section with smaller, more manageable play structures, as well as more challenging equipment for older children. This thoughtful division allows kids of all ages to enjoy their time without feeling left out or overwhelmed. In addition to the playground, Town Square itself is a delightful mix of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options, making it easy to plan a full day of activities. After some playtime, you can grab a bite at one of the many family-friendly eateries or enjoy a refreshing treat from the nearby ice cream shops. Overall, the playground at Town Square is a fantastic feature that enhances the appeal of this Las Vegas destination. It's a must-visit for families looking for a fun and safe environment for their children to explore and play.

I enjoy this place! Lots of great shops and restaurants and nice to walk around on a sunny day. Theee is a green space for kids to play as well.

Google
My 1 yo had a blast! It was her first "park" experience. So many kids n familys playing and lounging at the center urban park area.. Esp on the weekend. Plenty of benches and covered tables with seating all around the parameter. Many somewhat unique (and traditional) "quick bite" food options right there too. Plus numerous restaurants in the area for dining. Great place for shopping too of course ;) ..it's an outdoor mall surrounding!

Sarah R.

Google
A beautiful outdoor mall. I went early so it wasn’t crowded, during a weekday. I experienced lots of low airplanes flying by & you get amazing shots. Lots of little stores at every corner you turn. Such as, Ulta, Bath & Body Works, Small Food Booths, It Sugar, AMC Theater, & more. A nice little spacious park to relax on the grass. And a fun place to bring friends and family.

Google
This place is huge with many options to shop and eat. It is an outdoor mall. I came here during summer time in 2022 and boy was it hotttt! 🥵🔥 I don't understand why it would be built this fashion (not complaining) LOL! You can walk around here for hours. It's airy and open. Lots of space and parking. 🚗 Some common stores I am aware of but some of them I was not familiar with. I enjoyed my time while here (it was limited) I had to catch a flight ✈️ to Indiana within a few hours then to Washington state. I was able to eat a pizza 🍕 and drink some yummy boba 🧋 drink. The crowd was a pretty good amount, however service was good. I loved the feel and the layout of the place. Many selections for shopping 🛍️ and restaurants. I'd love to return again to browse more and enjoy.

Google
This is what all our malls should be like. An area for kids, kiosks for a quick bite and seats for chilling. Restaurant selections are better and stores that doesn’t close early. (Downtown Summerlin has so much potential 😉)

Google
Good place to spend the day! Plenty of places to eat and shop. Enough parking for our 40’ commercial truck. As usual anyone with a commercial truck park to the farthest out of the way areas. No overnight allowed. Security was friendly and helpful as we came to them to make sure it was okay for us to be there.

Yelp
Town Square Las Vegas is amazing! They have several good retail stores, great bars, and dining restaurants. Interesting activities include Velocity Esports (video arcade), Sin City Smash (axe throwing), Pinot's Palette (painting), Stoney's Rockin' Country (dancing), AMC Town Square 18 (movies playing), Town Square Park (people watching), Wiseguys Comedy (great laughs), and let's not forget Noypitz Las Vegas (live entertainment). It's a really nice place to be, especially with the new mini golf attraction PopStroke, they make the atmosphere super-duper fun!

Yelp
Town Square Las Vegas is one of my favorite outdoor malls in Las Vegas. It's located on Las Vegas Blvd, just after the Mandalay Bay and the Luxor Casinos. Town Square Las Vegas has expanded since it first opened up years ago! There is so much to do at Town Square! They have an e-sports gaming area, AMC movie theatre, an outdoor play area, plenty of restaurants and stores! One of the main reasons why my family and I visit Town Square is for the Escapology, escape rooms! We've gone here twice, one for the Scooby-Doo escape room and the other one for Star Trek! It was so much fun! If you're looking for other activities and restaurants, you should check out Town Square while you're visiting Las Vegas or if you're a local! There is so much to do! Yogurtland Permission to K-Pop Wow Wow Lemonade Yardhouse CPK Apple AT&T Auntie Anne's Pretzels Bath & Body Works Beard Papa's Bonefish Grill Lazy Dogs and so much more! Make sure to check out Town Square's website for events! Upcoming, in September, they have Movies On the Square at Town Square that happens every Friday at Sundown from September 6 - October 11. It's a free event, too! During the holidays, Town Square will decorate the outside mall! If you're looking for additional sales and promotions, Town Square has those listed on their website, too! They keep the website updated often! There is plenty of parking available at Town Square! The Santa Run usually hosts packet pickup at Town Square! I'd highly recommend visiting once if you're in town or if you're a local! I miss some of the other restaurants that used to be here, like Miller's Ale House!

Yelp
We used to come more frequently but it's been a while. Lots of free parking, in the garages- there are two, one near Texas De Brazil & one near TJ Maxx. Or you can parallel park (if you're from The Bay Area, like me, that's easy). Nice little park in the middle of it. This is close to where the pictures are taken for Easter and Christmas. Reservations online. Specialty shops like: The Container Store, Off 5th Ave, Slime-apalooza, Sephora, and Whole Foods. My favorite, TJ Maxx is a little small, but I still like it. There is an Ulta too (rare that there are both beauty stores in the same center). We used to go to Old Navy a lot for our son's clothing. We visited today and were able to visit TJ Maxx and The Container Store. It was nice to walk around on a beautiful warm Spring day. Many dining options here: the star here is Texas De Brazil, in terms of the dining experience and the service as well as fast casual fare options like the Potato Corner. Other dine-in options: PF Changs, and California Pizza Kitchen. One of our faves is Yogurtland; a small location but it's been here for years. Events: Yak's Fitness- Free Classes- Mon/Wed/Fri @ 9am Promos for shopping here- for Mother's Day, 2024: When; May 9 - May 12 Free $20 gift card with purchase(s) totaling $100 from any Town Square Las Vegas apparel, jewelry, or health and beauty stores. While supplies last. May 9th - May 12th present original receipt(s) totaling $100 or more from any TSLV apparel, jewelry, or health and beauty shop to the Concierge Booth located next to the park and receive a free $20 TSLV gift card. One gift card per customer, per day. Receipts must be dated between May 9th and May 12th, 2024. Offer valid between May 9th and May 12th, 2024 only. While supplies last.

Yelp
What an amazing event, for a great cause hosted at TS https://secure2.wish.org/site/TR/WalkForWishes/Make-A-WishSouthernNevada?pg=entry&fr_id=5522 Beautiful day, nice walk and get together with friends, families and pets. It's always very enjoyable Town Square!! Glad I was part of it today!

Yelp
I still love this shopping center & still find it so beautiful! Lots of ships to stop in. I was here the other night to meet my friend @ Brio for the end of Happy Hour! I actually took a parking spot out front and they have signs for you to scan an app to pay for parking. The sign also stated they will tow your car if you don't pay the parking fee. So of course I paid, no one wants their car towed!! It cost me a little over $4.00 to park for 2 hrs...yikes! But what I learned is Town Square is private property & they supposedly won't tow your car nor fine you if you don't pay to park. So your money is more of a donation....now is this true? Not sure but according to some frequent fliers they never pay to park and haven't been towed or fined.... I don't have children but there's a nice area for them to play and it's alway decorated for the holidays! Christmas time is my favorite. Their huge Xmas tree is a fabulous photo op! If you like to shop you need to check out this place!

Yelp
Town Square offers outdoor shopping, dining, and a great atmosphere for enjoying the day or night. With the addition of PopStroke, it's become an even more attractive destination. I love visiting this place and am thrilled to have such a vibrant spot nearby.

Yelp
Came here on a Friday night, in late July, between the hours of 10pm and 1am. The nightlife was lackluster. Stoney's Rockin' Country caters to a crowd that is almost exclusively 18-20 year-olds, driving the 21+ crowd away from the one night of the week they have live country music. The Noypitz Bar & Grill had a sparse crowd for its karaoke entertainment. Yard House lacked females at the bar for a small group of guys to possibly meet. Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar closed at 10pm. The only bar upstairs is Blue Martini, which had zero people at the entrance at midnight, an unnecessary $10 cover charge, and a sparse crowd in an low-energy atmosphere. If I return to Town Square for nightlife, I'll try a night other than Friday.

Lourdes V.

Yelp
Town square has super cute Christmas decor, lots of places to eat, a great movie theater, lots of shopping including an Off 5th, and they have this cute little plaza where they do real snow November 11-December 23 Monday-Thursday 7pm Friday-Sunday 7pm & 8pm.

Tarena Z.

Yelp
Never, never buy a TOWN SQUARE gift card. Although the back of the card indicates that the funds never expire, they take out a 3-4$ charge for each month you don't use it! I came to spend one that I got about a year ago, and it was declined...all of the funds have been used by THEM. So, funds don't technically expire, but they do deplete based on time not used.

Yelp
This is a nice outdoor mall With many different types of restaurants and businesses Parking garage is free Square is nicely decorated and clean You can down go to the QR code and see the directory

Yelp
Town Square is a 100-acre, open-air center featuring 26 architecturally distinctive buildings with over 115 stores and restaurants, an 18 screen movie theater, public parks, and water features. In addition to shops they also have a decent amount of entertainment options: AMC Town Square 18, Baobab |Boutique | Theater | Cafe, Escapology (escape room), Pinot's Palette (wine and canvas painting), Sin City Smash (smash room), Slimy Good Time (slime making business), Velocity Esports (think game works), and more. Center Hours Monday - Thursday 10am - 9pm Friday - Saturday 10am - 10pm Sunday 11am - 8pm Town Square Las Vegas 6605 Las Vegas Blvd South Las Vegas, NV 89119 702-269-5001 One important thing to know is that parking spots near side walks are considered on-street parking, which requires you to be able to scan a QR code on your phone to pay to park. It claims to be license plate enforced and rates posted on their website are such: DRIVE-UP RATES 1st Hour$1.00 Additional 30 minutes$1.00 $10 Max Rate If you do not want to pay for parking, they have lot parking. This just means you are parking with other cars and not near a side walk. It does mean you may have to walk further, but at least it's free. The fact that you have to pay using a mobile deice leaves room for discrimination towards technology impaired people. As we enter 2023 most people are familiar with technology and can utilize it seamlessly, but there is still a good amount of people who struggle with using technology and may be inadvertently impacted by not understanding how these spots work. Overall, Town Square has a lot to offer for people of all ages in terms of shopping, food, and entertainment. I hope to see them change from charging for parking to keeping it free. I do not want to see Vegas turn into California where you have to pay for parking to go into a grocery store. If you're not offering top-quality security for these paid spots, then why charge other than you're trying to make another quick buck off of us.

Jon W.

Yelp
This is a great little strip mall with plenty of stores, restaurants, and bars for folks who do t want to be on the strip. I hit up two bars and a restaurant, and I had great food and service. Things are a bit slower paced and the businesses are not packed with obnoxious tourists--except for me. It seems like a place where locals would go. I recommend Texas de Brazil, the Blue Martini, and anywhere else. Great place to spend an evening.

Charles W.

Yelp
Great shopping experience but.... The whole parking on the street. Charging for parking and giving citations!!!!! It's a private property!!! Threatening people with citations and noting that you have logged their plate numbers for future reference is ridiculous!! Great way to ensure returning shoppers!!!! I ripped mine up and left it on the ground!!!

Ane V.

Yelp
It is a lovely outdoor mall. I would definitely come back to check this out when the weather is much cooler. Plenty of shopping, dining and entertainment. Good for all ages. Not all parking spaces are free.

Brenda B.

Yelp
This review is specifically for the CONCIERGE! Every time I come to Town Square my first stop is usually the concierge. They always have specials and updates about what's going on that week/month... I usually come here once or twice a week for the past 6 years! I love all of the girls at the front! They always remember me and know exactly what I need! Always professional and happy to help! Thank you Lindsey, Brianna and Yoli! You guys are the glue that keeps town square together! I am always happy to see either one of you and know I am in good hands when I stop by and one of you is there on that day! They have everything you need here! Always developing new things to try as well. My favorite shops are: The Pottery Shop, Pinots Pallet, Pressed Juicery, Whole Foods, Mora ice cream, yard house, chewy boba, Sweet Bubble, AMC, sticks and stones, that one crystal shop, etc. I really loved that one store paper source and was very upset when they closed it to open up a comic book store or whatever... love it here especially during the spring/summer.

Jaime B.

Yelp
Wonderful mall with plenty of stores and plenty of parking, our favorite place to shop in Apple Store or hollister for the kids, even a movie theater if you want to expend the whole day in the mall and great choice for dining like Italian, chinise etc etc, highly recommended, location Las Vegas blvd south and sunset rd.

Leilani D.

Yelp
A great place to go shop, grab dinner, or hangout! It's an outdoor shopping center, love the ambiance here especially in the evening.

Latisha T.

Yelp
So many businesses to go to and a great play area for children. It's also a great hang out spot for teens and young adults.

Trisha V.

Yelp
I love coming here because there are so many stores and restaurants and small food stops along the way. Unfortunately, my time was limited and I wasn't even going here originally, but I needed to pick some stuff up at a few stores for my birthday gifts and Town square had a lot of the places I needed to use them. I can't wait to come here again and check out the boba place and I actually wanted to try Sickies and Noypitz looked like they were closed but maybe just empty??? I didn't have time to explore more.

Cinderella G.

Yelp
Great get out definitely go in the summer time lots of shops and so fun to walk around there's lots of food and shops

Yelp
This is a really nice shopping area just about a 6 minute drive from MGM on Las Vegas BLVD. There are all kinds of shopping places, eateries, entertainment spots, a small park area and a Whole Foods market. I noticed there were chain stores and restaurants, however there were some local business options if one enjoys supporting those. There's an AMC movie theater here as well. Overall this was a nice outdoor mall where someone could enjoy their day.

Cheryl B.

Yelp
Love the squares Tommy Bahamas eatery! If you want a light and plentiful clean meal, come here! The food is excellent, tasty but light enough for the desert heat and hearty enough to keep you going! Service is great! Dogs are welcome on the patio with the spritzers and a bowl of iced water. Definitely family friendly venue. Sit at the bar and if Nicole is there you will be in the best of hands! She is a great bartender, even if you are picky! She will guide you to the right drink for you and you will absolutely luv what she pours! I GUARENTEE it! Overlook her luv for the Steelers, this Cowboy fan did! LOL Cheers!

Cynthia M.

Yelp
Wholefoods Total Wine & More AMC Movie theatre Sugar Bubble I will definitely remember this secret at the end of the strip location!!!!

Robert B.

Yelp
This is my FAVORITE shopping area in Las Vegas! Why? There is NO GAMBLING on the premises. The architecture is like a small town you would see on a movie backlot. Plenty of FREE, OUTDOOR PARKING! There is a large assortment on Quality Restaurants from California Pizza Kitchen, PF Chang's, Flemings Steakhouse and Sickie's Burgers just to name a few. Immaculate, Clean grounds and fantastic AMC 18 theatres. They also have the best video games place in town in Gameworks! Highly Recommend if you are looking for a place that doesn't have a gambling vibe.

Jolanta M.

Yelp
I love Shaunda!!!! She's located at LOOK STYLE SOCIETY. I first meant her here at this Las Vegas blvd location. Then She located over to Tivoli Village......NOW, shhhheeeee's back!!' I love the salon. Town Square is a shopping, dining and entertainment center on Las Vegas Boulevard at the junction of I-15 and the 215 Beltway.

Joe D.

Yelp
National Night Out It's been a real family fun kinda night thanks to town square, our local heroes, and everyone that came out to share the moment! Everyone - and I mean EVERYONE -is having an amazing time playing, eating, dancing, and socializing. You can actually feel the sense of unity all around, and that's something we could all use more of. The weather is perfect and the company is right, so we're going to go enjoy the rest of this night! ;-P

Melissa B.

Yelp
Town Square has gone all out for the holidays and, especially, Christmas. We had such a fun time having photos taken with Santa and riding the train. Additionally, there are many gorgeous displays scattered around the property to take photos in. Town Square does things right. What a great experience!

Lore B.

Yelp
Town square has so many things to offer. Shopping, eateries, activities for the children. It is a one stop shop kind of thing. There a train for the kids to ride in too. There is a mini play ground there. Lots of parking all around the venue. Its not hard to find either.

Mariela T.

Yelp
Probably one of my favorite shopping malls! There's just about everything here, great place for family, friends and hanging out! I come here very often to have meetings and get work done at their Coffee Bean! Great bars that have happy hours! You cannot go wrong with Townsquare! I will admit that parking can be a bit difficult but overall it's a great place to check out!

Chelsea S.

Yelp
I absolutely love this mall! It's open air so will you catch me here in the summer? Not a chance in hell (which is probably still not as hot as Vegas in July). But, in some glorious winter weather, the fresh air is amazing! The mall is really clean and was still decorated beautifully for the holidays. Parking wasn't a problem, and there's a nice selection of both stores and restaurants. Definitely a great shopping experience!

Tx V.

Yelp
Good facility with limited parking and the curbside public parking has placed metal posts and bushes along most spaces so that it blocks the use of handicapped people with van lifts or ramps used to disembark from the vehicle. These are purposely placed so that a ramp cannot be used if you are fully in a parking space. Finding usable handicap parking for vans is nigh impossible and hard to locate.

Gg Z.

Yelp
Nice place to walk around. Great selection of retailers and restaurants. Service was great at the Apple Store and Lazy Dog. Would definitely be back.

Christine G.

Yelp
Town Square is a beautiful outdoor shopping extravaganza! At night there are lights on all the trees and over head. Lots of parking and so many shops/dining to choose from. I came here to shop at Whole Foods and Ulta Beauty. Located on Las Vegas Blvd and Sunset. Always a great spot whether you are grocery shopping or just wanting a nice place to walk around and chill out. Love Town Square. Never a Hassle and always fun!

Roberto C.

Yelp
Roaches everywhere! If you dont see them during the day, come out at 8-11pm and they are everywhere. Most of the crawl near food places and restaurants. Seems like a serious infestation

May A.

Yelp
Very nice open-air shopping center In our area back home I would compare this to The Fountains (in Roseville) or the Palladio (in Folsom). Been here one other time over 7 years ago (2012) when we met friends for lunch at CPK. The buildings have a beautiful contemporary architectural styles. It's a one stop place for shopping, dining and entertainment including an AMC theater. From entrance of S Las Vegas Blvd you will immediately see huge stores of the Container Store, ULTA and Whole Foods. In the courtyard is a play area for children and little food stands. On our last day in Vegas I was particularly looking for chocolates to bring home and found Ethel M. I suppose I could've gotten these at the airport but it's much more pleasant to stroll about the shopping center. Plenty of parking but inside is metered? They have parking meters sprinkled around the shopping area which are usually directly in front of shops and restaurants. Why? I don't think it's nice to penalize people for shopping and spending money there. Anyway, I'm not sure how much the meters cost but we parked outside where it's free. Enjoy shops such as Hollister, Bath & Body Works, Apple, H&M, Old Navy, Sephora... and lots of stores unfamiliar to me. You wouldn't run out of food options here too. Plenty of choices. Review #1648

David N.

Yelp
The outdoor mall has Disneyland Main Street vibe. Cul-de-sacs and side streets. A Central Park. Great shopping and restaurants. Both outside and free garage parking. Easy easement to enter and depart. A well thought out plan!

James D.

Yelp
A beautiful outdoor mall with plenty of upscale shops and restaurants. It is an outdoor mall and it gets quite hot in the summer. It is very pleasant on a cool spring night though.

Radu L.

Yelp
It's a very nice place to have fun with your friends and family members it's located right at the Sunset Road and Las Vegas Boulevard right here in Las Vegas State of NEVADA It's a AWESOME place to have fun with friends and family!!! And Las Vegas Townsquare reminds me a lot of EUROPE

Deena L.

Yelp
Did not visit any restaurants but the park and ambiance was very pleasant. Great for a picnic

Crystal L.

Yelp
This place is very cute. I think this will be my go to before I stop at the strip. It was nice that Vegas offers this. The strip just gets a bit stale. It's a great family setting. It's nice to walk around at night and great during the day. I love all the cool snack spots they have. I will be returning!

Emely R.

Yelp
I love town square it was filled with all types of bars, restaurants, stores, and even a game works! Great for a date and to hang out with family as well.

Justin C.

Yelp
I have literally been here hundreds of times. Whether it be shopping for that special someone, a movie, brunch, a quick lunch, a nice dinner, or those numerous happy hours after work or that late night fun. Town Square has it all and more. A huge variety of shops galore, a plethora or spots to wine and dine and some to just snack and go. The park in the center boasts a huge lit up Christmas tree after Thanksgiving and hold events year round. There is also a nice bridge and fountain for that special selfie. Around the park there are parking lots galore and a North and South parking garage to hide from the heat or the inclement weather. Some stores seem to come and go, but with their absence gives way to another great opportunity. The wife and I will continue to frequent Town Square as it is centrally located and has almost everything you could need! Stop by and see why it is one of my favorite outdoor malls.

Justin D.

Yelp
Breanna over at the playground was very helpful. She helped watch the kids while they were playing making sure everyone was safe. She even gave us pointers on good places to eat! Thanks Breanna 10/10 should get a promotion or a raise.

Sarah C.

Yelp
Pretty fun place to hangout with kids or without kids. Always activities going on here

Apple S.

Yelp
This is a beautiful shopping area with many restaurants and eateries. Plenty of parking. I parked by the container store and there was hardly cars. It wasn't busy, both afternoon as night, probably due to covid. I have been to several stores and restaurants here, it's a pleasant place to come too. And when air traffic is busy: you will notice!

Dana J.

Yelp
I love Town Square and all the shops but one of the best things in Town Square if you have kids 10 and under is the children's park. The Children's park is in a central location of the shopping center, close to the Apple Store and right across from Tommy Bahama, behind Sickies Garage Burgers & Brews. The best part is it's free!! The Children's Park features a climbing cube, slides and a trampoline. It's the perfect place to take a break from shopping and let the kids hang out and play. They have a splash pad which is perfect if your kids want to cool off and they also have a dry area the kids can play in. I recommend bringing a towel and change of clothes because they kids get really wet at the splash pad. There is limited seating inside the park but you can also stand around the perimeter and watch your kids depending on how old they are. There are no strollers allowed inside so you have to park them outside the park and if you have a baby infant car seat you can carry that in and leave the stroller outside. There are no food and drinks allowed inside the park.,The area was very clean it's was a good amount of kids but wasn't over crowed. Parking is available free in the parking garage and parking lots but if you park in front of the stores with the parking meters you have to scan the QR code and pay for parking. Yelp
rude manager CLAUDIA. I will report her to corporate. I had receipt and original tag of item I want to return. Claudia was just plain rude giving ma and attitude and I would not give me a refund .she would not even give me credits. I went to the Galleria location and they gave me full refund with no issues. Avoid CLAUDIA at this location.
