Town Tavern Opens With Serious Cocktails in Alameda | Eater SF

"Located at 1437 Park Street, Town Tavern is an 1,800-square-foot bar and restaurant opened by Stanley Yee after four years of renovating his family’s former gift shop Silver Tree — new walls, huge windows, and fresh plumbing — with the goal of creating a perennial happy-hour vibe in downtown Alameda. To execute that vision he brought on Russell Davis and Danny Ronen of Unlimited Liabilities (Davis is a noted bartender with credits including Spike TV’s Bar Rescue, Bourbon & Branch, Rickhouse, and the Academia in Austin), bar manager Patrick Natola, and executive chef Justin Rucobo, who draws on international influences from his Hispanic, Canadian, and Lao family background and varied restaurant experience. Cocktails emphasize local and East Bay-made spirits such as Wright & Brown Distilling and Oakland Spirits Co., with plans to age, ferment, and cure peak-season local produce long term; current offerings include a Riptide Rye whiskey sour with a hint of coconut and a vegan foamer instead of egg white, plus a lower-ABV Marjoram Brandy cocktail with sherry and amaro. The globally inspired small-plates menu features fried-to-order chicharrones, bacon pierogi, bison poutine, New Orleans–style barbecued shrimp, and pork belly sliders loosely inspired by Taiwanese gua bao, while vegetables will appear as daily specials like a smoked beet and shaved Brussels sprout salad. The 49-seat space is family friendly until 10 p.m., has no set closing time to accommodate industry workers after their shifts, opens at 3:30 p.m. every day except Sundays, and had a grand opening scheduled for Tuesday, December 18." - Janelle Bitker

Google
What a discovery! Came here for the first time yesterday and had the best of first impressions. To kick things off I ordered a Scotch Old Fashioned with Laphroaig which was not only made with care and craftsmanship but had the added touch of a block of ice embossed with the letter T. This was followed up with the Brussels sprouts which were the best I've had in a long time. They had that roasted crispy crunch on the outside but a juicy sweet center with a honey sambal vinaigrette, incredible. Lastly, I've heard rave reviews of their bacon fettuccine with chicken and sausage. Savory and bountiful, this did not disappoint. Lastly, hats off to the service who were so professional, personable and humorous. Can't wait to get back.

Google
Solid vibes. Passed by here and said “woah this place looks cool.” And a man sitting outside said, “come on by”. Come back to find him again, seems he’s the manager or owner possibly? We fully enjoyed our experience. Sat at the bar and got to see all the drinks being made and made conversation with the friendly bartender. They have a wide variety of cocktails and mocktails which we tried out and the ahi tuna sliders. The only minuscule drawback was the acoustics of the place. I think it would’ve really made it a true 5/5 on ambience if there was a bit more noise dampening ceiling and wall structures.

Stu P.

Google
Clean simple modern vibe. Bathrooms are clean/nice. We ordered drinks. Couple minutes later we ordered food. The food came after about 15 minutes before we got our drinks… Makes ZERO sense the place wasn’t that busy. Then when they did bring our drinks, she said “I got five drinks here for you”. I said there’s only four of us 🤦🏻‍♂️ The sliders were super yummy. The nachos were pretty good and the brussels sprouts were really good too.

Google
One of the better bar I been. I would recommend, nice stuff, clean and in a nice close everything. And they have food.

Google
When the staff's enjoyment at work is palpable, you know you've found a good spot. The good times didn't stop at the extremely pleasant service. It was hard to decide what to order because everything sounded so good. The Cajun fettuccine sounded great, but I couldn't find a picture on Google (not a problem anymore 😘). I took a risk and ordered site unseen, and was very happily rewarded. The dish is a thick portion of deliciousness!!! The perfect amount of proteins, chicken/sausage/bacon, were brought to life with a very mild spice and perfect noodles. The bartender wisely told me that there would be leftovers if not splitting the dish. I treated myself to crazy town good leftovers for a late breakfast. In short, highly recommend you dine or drink here, and when you do, I believe you will be delighted by the staff, overall atmosphere, and the Cajun fettuccine if you liked this review.

Google
Food taste very good, had better pattay, portions were kind of small and pricey. The place needs some improvements. Ok for lunch.

I can't believe It's taken me this long to review my favorite spot in Alameda! I was so excited to see a new spot opening up on Park street back in 2018. I quickly found myself supporting them. They do things right here. So right that I had my "last supper" here before moving out of state. Great craft cocktails with fresh ingredients, knowledgable and friendly staff who are engaging and care about what they are making and the patrons they are serving. Hospitality is not lost here. The food is really good elevated bar food. I often crave their fried chicken sandwich. Also, don't sleep on the brussels... delightful. They've been switching it up culinarily since I started going back in the day. No more pierogis though, which is fine. I can't wait to get down there this summer for a chicken sandwich and an old fashion (or two) and to see some friendly faces!

Google
This is my husband’s and my go-to spot for cocktails and upscale bar food. I say "upscale" because the food is top notch, especially the sliders, not because it's expensive. Prices are in line with other places in Alameda. We always get one wagyu and one ahi tuna slider and split them. We've also gotten the donuts a few times. The drinks are excellent. I've never been disappointed, and I'm often pleasantly surprised by how much a drink exceeds my expectations. I think we're slowly working our way through most of the cocktail menu. We've discovered some new favorites like the Corpse Reviver #2 and a milk punch they happened to have once. It always feels like there's something new to try. Extra kudos to Heather. I think she’s the manager. She’s a total pro, friendly, knowledgeable, and always has great suggestions. If given the choice, I’m pretty sure this is my husband’s number one spot on Park Street. Great location too.

Yelp
My friends and I stopped by Town Tavern after dinner down the block at Hang Ten Boiler. Even with a larger group of eight, we didn't have to wait long before being seated at a tall table in the back. The drinks menu here is overwhelming, but in the best way possible. There are so many delicious cocktails I wish I could have tried, including several creative takes on the Old Fashioned and Negroni. I also appreciate how well-organized the menu is, with clear section headers for different styles of drinks--refreshing, light, tropical, strong and spirit-forward, plus a full list of ingredients for each cocktail. Drink prices range from $15 to $18, which is pretty standard for the Bay Area. Beer is a cheaper option, though the selection is limited; this is definitely a cocktail-focused bar. Despite the large flat-screen TVs on the walls, the atmosphere is surprisingly cozy, and you can actually hold a conversation without having to yell. If I'm in the area again, I wouldn't hesitate to stop by. I didn't try the food, but everything I saw coming out of the kitchen looked great--especially the sliders.

Yelp
If you're looking for a cozy spot to unwind with exceptional drinks and a welcoming atmosphere, look no further than Town Tavern in Alameda. This gem is a must-visit for any whiskey enthusiast or cocktail lover! One of the standout features of Town Tavern is their impressive selection of whiskey and liquor. They boast an extensive range that caters to all palates, from classic bourbons to rare finds. Whether you're a connoisseur or just starting your whiskey journey, you're sure to find something to delight your taste buds. I had the pleasure of trying their Old Fashioned, and it was truly remarkable. The balance of flavors was spot on, with just the right amount of sweetness and a perfect hint of bitterness. The attention to detail in crafting this cocktail really shines through, making it one of the best Old Fashioneds I've had in a while. They have a great happy hour and friendly staff a must go if you're in the area!

Yelp
Good times with old friends enjoying this Tuesday night old-fashioned. Town Tavern in Alameda is a gem! From the moment you walk in, you feel the inviting atmosphere and great energy. The bar selection is top-notch, with an impressive variety of quality spirits and creative cocktails. A special shoutout to the host bartending! His service was phenomenal! He was not only incredibly friendly and attentive but also whipped up some of the best cocktails I've had in a long time. You can tell he knows his craft and truly care about making your experience memorable. Whether you're there for a classic drink or something unique, you won't be disappointed. I'll definitely be back for more great vibes, stellar drinks, and amazing service!

Yelp
THE BEST Old Fashions in East Bay and hands down my favorite bar in Alameda!!! All of their cocktails are wonderful but the "Town Tavern Old Fashion" is my go to drink! This bar has a great vibe and seems always busy even on weekdays! They also have great IPAs on tap (Alamanac, Ghost Town, Faction). Their Loaded Tots and Brussel sprouts are also delicious! They always have fantastic service and staff is always friendly and attentive! Special shout out to Stan and Ryan for making every evening at Town Tavern lively, fun, and memorable!!! :)

Yelp
We enjoyed our dinner at Town Tavern night. This is a great little bar on Park Street. Service is friendly and efficient. We both had a delicious cheeseburger. It's a bit pricey at 20 bucks, but I will say it's huge and probably could be shared if you don't have as big of an appetite as my husband does. Their fries are pretty generic. TT has a great selection of beers on tap and specialize in cocktails. Nice list of appetizers as well.

Janice L.

Yelp
Such a quaint spot. So glad we found it! Great craft cocktails! I had the margarita & my fiancé tried their old fashioned & clockwork orange cocktail. He liked both but preferred the old fashioned. Our bartender was very engaging & knowledgeable. We also loved the Brussels sprout appetizer! Our mains were the ahi sliders & fried chicken sandwich which were also tasty. I'd definitely come back here!

Yelp
The place was busy when we walked in around 7:30 Saturday night. There was no one at the host stand so we stood awkwardly at the bar where no one greeted us so we went to the side of the bar where the second bartender finally acknowledged us. There were two waiters, one was running around frantically and the other was much more relaxed. We sat on the edge of the communal table in the back with view into the kitchen. The waitress gave us menus and said tables had table service but we had already ordered and paid at the bar so she said jt was okay to sit there for now. My husband was excited that they have the rare suntori highball machine at the bar so we both had highballs and went off to our dinner reservation after. The cocktails looked fancy and most people were there just for drinks. The two restrooms are in the back corner.

Yelp
Drinks, food, and staff were incredible. The environment was warm and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening, and can't wait to come back. Cassie, our server, was attentive, fun, and professional. A great experience overall!

Yelp
Craft cocktails in Alameda? Our friends invited us for some after dinner drinks and took us to Town Tavern at the corner of Park and Santa Clara. I've heard about this place but never had the chance to check it out. We got here at 7:30pm and the place was packed. The hostess said there was some space in back if we didn't mind sharing a communal table. She walked us to a large table that had five other people on one end. The menu was extensive with 38 cocktails, local beers on draft and canned beers, wine and sparkling wines and with food choices including snacks, salads and sandwiches/burgers. We were here for drinks and we ordered cocktails. As a coffee lover, the Oaxacan Coffee Martini, which had vida mezcal, kahlua, mr blacks coffee, hellfire and chocolate bitters caught my eye. Not usually a cocktail drinker, I enjoyed this drink. It was smooth with a good coffee taste. Though I only had one, I could have had another one. The vibe felt like vibrant bars in the City. So great for Town Tavern to be in Alameda. Service was great and our waitress refilled our water glasses several times. I'll be back to try out their food menu and happy hour soon.

Yelp
Came in after a massage. Feeling good. Ordered a margarita. So much ice and a desiccated lime. I asked for one with less ice and no lime. Got a marg 2/3's full. Keep in mind these are $15 margaritas.
google avatar

Yelp
Stopped by to see Stan and have a few drinks. We ended up having more friends join us and moved over to the table in the back. We always try something new and have sigaute drinks that we love, like the pistola, always sunny in Alameda, and margaritas with black salt! We always have a good time and the staff are very attentive. I love the atmosphere and ambiance. The drinks are served fresh with fresh food as well. I would post photos of the food, but by the time it comes out, we have devoured everything!

Yelp
First time here ...... Customer service is friendly and very efficient Bartender was great Bar is well stocked up and clean There are several TVs playing sports Cute Xmas decor I ordered an Island Margarita for my friend and I Drink was good Indoor/outdoor seating No private parking lot Street parking only

Yelp
Not too impressed with the cocktail I got a Toki highball, not much to say it was flat no flavor. Had appetizer's only, the fries and chicharrones. Great value, well done and for the chicharrones a unique way to serve them with salsa. Needs more salsa. The place is a bit loud, low lighting as well. Staff was great.

Yelp
As someone who's very particular about food and drinks, I have high standards when it comes to restaurants and bars. But let me tell you, the Town Tavern in Alameda exceeded all of my expectations. I had heard great things about this place, so I finally decided to check it out for myself. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The hostess greeted me with a warm smile and found me a seat at the packed bar. The bartender, dressed in a Hawaiian shirt, was incredibly friendly and skilled at mixing drinks. When I asked him to surprise me with a tequila drink, he created a masterpiece that I'm still thinking about. As I sipped my drink and chatted with the person next to me, I decided to try some of the food. Let me just say, the food was out of this world. I've been to many 5-star restaurants, but the sliders at Town Tavern were better than anything I've had before. They even reminded me of a slider I had at the poolside of the Burj Al Arab in Dubai. Overall, my experience at Town Tavern was incredible. I'll definitely be back and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic bar with a killer dining experience. The atmosphere, service, drinks, and food were all top-notch. Thank you
google avatar

Meg A.

Yelp
Great burgers but not a sports bar. They have two great TVs at the bar with excellent reception however they are on silent and pipe in "mellow" music throughout the place. I can't return... The bartender was great and she did ask to play the sound but the manager refused my request. It may be an inability to split the sound into n the bar area but that's their choice
google avatar

Alex A.

Yelp
We loved our random stop here! We were looking for a snack and a drink before hitting some of the breweries on the other side of the island. Happy hour was a good deal. We ended up getting the waygu sliders (not on happy hour) but a great recommendation from the bartender. The place is brightly lit, open and has outdoor seating options. I imagine it would be a great time on a warm sunny day. Our bartender and all staff were super warm and friendly. We will be back when in town!
google avatar

Yelp
Omg! They had lunar new year special cocktails here and they were so good! You can also make any cocktails into mocktails. The service here was amazing, everyone was so nice. The interior design was super festive with all the lunar new year decorations. They also serve food here which is pretty good! I tried the fries and donuts so good and the people next to us for Brussel sprouts and something else which also looked amazing! I would recommend this place to grab drinks and some food to munch on! Their bathroom is also spectacular, it's so clean and pretty and BRIGHT lol I took a lot of pics in there haha. I will be back soon!

Chantha K.

Yelp
Love Town Tavern. Chill spot with a great playlist. Workers are nice, drinks are good. My favorite is the Town Tavern Old Fashion. CAUTION about the nachos. I added steak to my nachos not knowing the price. When I got the bill, that added steak cost just as much as the nachos. 15 for nachos and 16 nore for adding steak. Smh, it was good tho.
google avatar

Yelp
I had a great time tonight, I was by myself and butted up to the bar and had cocktails and the awesome brussel sprouts for a snack. The highlight was just being able to be me and have a drink and shoot the shit with Ryan, the bartender. He was great!! They also play a good track of music where you feel yourself feeling it. Going out is not just about food and drink but about people.
google avatar

Yelp
25% automatic added gratuity for larger parties? When did this happen? Industry standard is 18%... Holy hell people... Their higher end drinks come out to be over $24 each after tax and tip

Yelp
Vibes: lively, friendly, and classic Drinks: well balanced, strong, and made well by great bartenders Service: we sat at the bar and Eric took great care of us. He gave tailored suggestions and we loved each drink Food: wagyu sliders were good, wings were crispy, and brussel sprouts were just OK could've been crispier Overall good time. Would DEFINITELY be back!

Yelp
Our friend recommended this place! It was Friday so it's more busier than usual! Needed our TGIF drinks! Ambience was great our bartender Daniel was awesome! food was delivered fast and really scrumptious! I enjoyed every bite of it! Omg and the bathroom was sparkly clean!!!! I just give this place A+ I really recommend!

Yelp
Had the pleasure of attending a private event here and the drinks, food, manager all were great! Very cute location nice seating and plenty at that as well as clean restrooms. Recommend for an outing with friends or a drink to wind down your day

Yelp
Updating my review and yesss Town Tavern is back to the place my bf and I fell in love with pre-pandemic! Drinks, service, and food all on point! Not to mention the required recent Covid-negative test or covid vaccine card to dine indoors, love that for them. They also have a bunch of tables outdoor on the sidewalks which were all full when we went on a busy Saturday night. I felt comfortable eating inside knowing everyone indoors was doing their part during this messy pandemic. Sat at the high table near the bathroom and fyi there are hooks under the table to hang your bags! Just don't forget them afterwards lol. Our servers were very attentive and knowledgeable in any questions we had. Went with a couple friends who also love TT for their drinks and we were all pleasantly surprised by their food as well. We ordered wings, loaded tater tots, Brussels sprouts, steak sliders, and ahi tuna salad. Everything was delicious! Definitely not your average bar food and can't wait to come back again. Some prices have increased since the last time I visited, but inflation/ pandemic - amirite? Would be a great spot for a date or celebration or even to watch a game, since they have a few TVs. They also play excellent millennial music which is definitely a plus in my book LOL
google avatar

Yelp
Love this spot. Amazing cocktails and Ice! Great bourbon selection! Friendly staff! Great food. I come every-time I'm in town before my flight out of OAK.

Yelp
I've been here since they've opened pretty much. At first I thought it was just another bar, but I was hyped. But the drinks were nice and so was the food. I gave it a chance and kept coming back for the drinks. Their tots are awesome and I've had their sliders, but their loaded tots are my favorite thing on the item, even though I kept ordering the Ahi Tuna salad. Which then spiraled into chaos because they had Disney+ and I found myself sitting there for 4 hours watching Marvel movies eating 2 plates of food, maybe a cookie and several cocktails. Until the pandemic hit. One thing I do like is the Toki Highballs, which is from a machine. It's pretty amusing and it makes the perfect highball each time. During the pandemic, I would order 6 packs. I'm sure I still have the Town Tavern bottles. Sometimes guest bartenders, special menus and industry events happen. That's the cool thing about this place, especially with Cinco De Mayo, Halloween and Christmas. After leaving Alameda to Walnut Creek, I still can't find a bar like this one. I miss it. You don't get a local Cheers vibe with great craft cocktails that easily. Nope. Also I think I drank almost everything(?) on the menu. And I'm sure I probably ate them too.
google avatar

Jay S.

Yelp
I really like the vibe they created -- very modern tavern. Great place to hang out and grab a drink on a weekend night. Food was pretty solid as well as their drinks -- definitely strong drinks here (keep in mind). My stars are because I felt a bit dismissed by the staff. It wasn't particularly busy this Friday night (early need a vax days), but it would take quite a long time for our waiter to stop by our table when we were ready to leave and when we were ready to order. And we would see him just kind of standing off to the side twiddling. Haven't been back since but I still say check it out.
google avatar

Jacob N.

Yelp
Drinks are good. Food decent. Price is a little high for some things but an all around nice place. Worth checking out.
google avatar

Yelp
Town Tavern is an upscale neighborhood bar that sits on the Park Street retail district in Alameda. This place opened in late 2018 and somehow survived the pandemic. Its become an Alameda favorite for craft cocktails. There signature drink is the Town Tavern Old Fashioned. Its made with demarara, legent bourbon, some orange, and a touch of angostura bitters. Quite delicious. They have an impressive mezcal menu. And lots of local beers on tap, such as Drakes, Faction Brewing, and Ghost Town. The wine list has about 15 options. Bottles range in price from $48-$80. They also serve wine by the glass. Glasses range from $10-$15. If you're looking for a snack, try the Impossible Meatballs. Their made with the fake meat, but its hard to tell its fake because their covered in a delicious house made marinera and cheese.

Yelp
Stan and his team are always friendly and fun. Thank you for accommodating our party of 10. The table was nicely decorated, our drinks came super fast, and the food was delicious. Excellent service every time. Julie

Yelp
Great place to have a drink, but just any drink, very unique drink. I had a martini that had coffee and agave, delicious!!!! The service was great and all the food was perfect. The place is a little small but you can have a good time.

Briggitte L.

Yelp
I met some friends at Town Tavern after work. The drinks were great. The food was really good too. The staff was friendly. We were surprised how quickly it filled up on a Wednesday night. It definitely had a neighborhood bar feel. I highly recommend it.
google avatar

Bee F.

Yelp
I usually have a great time here. The drinks are expensive but good. However, tonight felt incredibly rushed. I hadn't even sat down before I was asked for my drink order. Then another manager came over to take my food order before I was ready. After sending them away three times, I finally ordered. The drinks arrived almost instantly, and mere seconds after ordering my food--a fried chicken sandwich--it was on my table. I was extremely confused because the fried chicken was burnt to a crisp, clearly not made to order but likely sitting around waiting for someone to order it. I felt tricked. I couldn't believe the food arrived in less than two minutes. When asked if everything was okay, I was too polite to mention that the sandwich seemed like it was yesterday's, just refried until it was black. This experience has completely changed my opinion of this place. It's no longer my go-to spot on Park Street in Alameda. I hope it was worth it, Town Tavern. Goodbye.
google avatar

Karin H.

Yelp
Pretty good food, a GREAT cocktail, very friendly service. I had a raspberry drink with egg whites, it was light, frothy and delicious and sweetly tart. I can't remember the name, but I would definitely order it again.

Yelp
Great little place in Alameda's downtown area for a cocktail and a quick bite. You can make a meal out of it if you want but it's more of a bar than a restaurant. I think their cocktails are pretty good - and we're picky. Service is attentive and professional. Outdoor seating is on the sidewalk as they don't have a patio, and there's a lot of foot traffic right there. They do have space heaters though. Their french fries are the bomb, seriously. Salads are nice. I've been there several times. It's consistently good.

Laurie H.

Yelp
Great hang out spot for a girls night out. The drinks are delicious, there is something for everyone. Also, their brussel sprouts is a must have, sweet and spicy! The staffs are the most welcoming people you'll ever meet.

Keith B.

Yelp
Well, every once and awhile, you discover you've been missing a place. I went there about a year ago, sat outside in the evening, and had a really nice time. But a couple weeks ago I went back on a Friday. Firstly, they have fun happy hour cocktails M-F until 5:30PM. And that's fun, especially as the cocktails are interesting and have the cool custom ice cubes. But not just for happy hour - the Old Fashioned was lovely. By all means go! Well we went back again on Friday. And what a nice time. Again, great happy hour cocktails and I love those Wagyu sliders. Very tasty and delicious. So...if you are in Alameda, this is is one of the coolest and prettiest bars you can go to. Go for it, you won't be disappointed.

Yelp

Yelp
So I love shrimp and grits. Town Tavern offers shrimp and grits in a butter bacon sauce. Bacon. Enough said. Okay, maybe not enough. Came on a Wednesday night with a friend. He ordered the Charity Mule (donates a parting on to charity) and I chanced the Banana Hammock (basically rum and banana). Both drinks were delicious and instagram worthy. We then ordered the steak and frites as well as the shrimp and grits. We were warned that the steak and frites would take about 15 minutes to come out. The shrimp and grits came out pretty quickly. The shrimp was flavorful and fresh. You know how you take a bite of shrimp and can just tell how fresh it is? These 5 shrimp lay on top of a bed of buttery grits with bacon pieces. The steak and frites came out next. There were 5 slices of steak covered in a green chimichurri sauce. The steak was excellent even though there weren't that many slices. The downside of this dish was the bed of fries underneath. The fries were cold and not very memorable. Had they been hot and crispy fries, I probably would've bumped them to 4.5 stars. A great place to catch up with others. The place was full when we left around 7:30 pm. The restroom was very clean and had a nice full length mirror. There's street parking or you can park in the lot behind the Alameda Theatre next to CVS between Oak St. and Central Ave.

Yelp
Very good presentation and service but menu is somewhat limited. Restaurant is bigger than meets the eye. Additional room in the back. Great selection of various cocktails.

Yelp
One of the go-to bars, especially before and after movies. Nice snack options. Good cocktails. Friendly staff. Outdoor cocktail tables set up for Covid options; indoor seating vaccination required.

Yelp
First time in the area and was informed that we could not sit inside without proof of vaccination. It was June of 2022 and this was still the policy. Besides that, they have a small but good food menu with good drinks. We sat outside at a table, as did many others. The burger was very good as was the Old fashioned.

Yelp
Happened to double back in less than a week after finding this gem on accident while waiting out the time for a holiday party to start. Firstly, get the wagyu sliders. Fries are shoestring and great. Drinks are so well balanced, even the classics. The service was so attentive, knowledgeable and warm. This really feels like the spot where "everybody knows your name". In the time it took to write this review I've heard "this is soooooo good" and "wow, what's this called again?" from multiple table. *the Brussels aren't fried hard which is a nice switch up from the way places typically fry them crispy.

Yelp
Pros: good cocktails, good appetizers, nice atmosphere, great music, TVs with good content Cons: as of June 2022 they still have a vaccine mandate. Why? This should be removed with where we are at with the pandemic.

Yelp
The drinks are fabulous but portion size could be more generous. We dropped by after a show. I had the tater tots with cheese and roast pork. I loved it. Portion size was generous. Tots were crispy and hot. The meatballs were just average. The flavors not interesting. Served with corn tortillas.
