Hands down my favourite store in Toronto. This shop is quite literally a neighbourhood gem. Been visiting since a very long time and I can easily spend hours just browsing, picking postcards, greeting cards and cute funky little gifts for all my loved humans and pets. It’s always a pleasure to just swing by and have a chat with Shelley, who continues to do a fabulous job in the stocking and upkeep of this colourful store - with an inclusive, affordable and relevant selection of products. Shelley really knows this stuff so the recommendations are always spot on. There’s something for everyone, for every occasion and then some. Couldn’t be more thankful for TOWN - some of the best, most thoughtful and funniest gifts bought, as confirmed by the folks who’ve received them.

Smashing IT! 😎 An incredibly cute store with such an amazing selection of various greeting cards, knickknacks, unique and cherished gifts, or if you just want to decorate your space with something very all inspiring and fresh! It's a great little space with a lot of history in those 4 walls. Great customer service as well.

I've been going to Town for years for cards and little gifts for my family and friends. They have a fantastic variety of stationary and unique and good quality cards. They also have a loyalty program for the cards - ask them about it! Always friendly service and I could spend hours browsing their shelves. They always have something new and fun and I find it hard to leave empty handed. A Bloordale staple!

OMG, I LOVE TOWN, my one-stop shop for the best curated (yes, I used that word) cards and gifts in the city! Shelley Town, the owner, is super personable and knowledgeable about her product lines. I drop by a minimum of every six weeks (my hair salon is on the same block) and love being able to say, "I'm going to TOWN”...literally!

I was first a regular at Shelley Town's previous shop, Pulp, on the Danforth. I've been coming to TOWN ever since she opened it &, since I love to send out snail mail to people, & since TOWN has the best, most original, & unusual selection of greeting cards & postcards in the city, I spend an inordinate amount of money there. Not to mention the pleasure of chatting to Shelley.

Great experience at this shop, they had such a big selection of fun funky gifts! The owner was super kind and knowledgeable. The selection of cards was incredible and unique. Also super well priced for the kind of stuff you’re buying. Definitely coming back.

I've been guest at four weddings in the last nine weeks so I've spent my fair share of time in shops looking for the perfect card into which to shove a wad of money. While I've not been disappointed with any of the stores I've popped into, Town is probably the one I will go back to again and again. Not just for sheer amount of product they have, but also quality and variety. They've got everything from "typical" flowery wedding cards, to funny and sarcastic, to just plain pieces of art that happen to come on 5x7" cardstock, and everything in between. All your major occasions are represented including for various faiths and LGTBQ occasions. Plus, lots and lots of blank cards so you can just pick the image that suits you and say whatevertheheck you want inside. Town is also well stocked with adorable gift wrap and stationary if that's your bag. And they have a stamp card - I think its buy 7 cards get the next one free.

Ordered cards last night, figured they would be delivered in a week - nope, they were here first thing this morning! With an adorable bag and post card as well. Really great service.

Discovered this place on a sunny stroll through the neighborhood. I had to purchase a card for a pal's upcoming engagement party and this shop seems to have just what I needed. When I walked through the door, Shelley (the owner) gave me a warm welcome and directed me to the section that would have just what I was looking for. The cards are quirky and delightful. There is a good selection of funny and well-meaning. Plus, all at a good price. The entire store has a great selection of wonderful paper gifts and other cute items that would make anyone smile (pins, calendars, mugs, etc.) A place to stop into if you're visiting Bloordale.

Great selection of quirky cards, postcards, paper, and gifts. Shockingly, prices for these gems are cheaper than cheesy card stores at the mall. Also, TOWN has a loyalty card system!

The perfect place to find the perfect greeting card. They also have a good selection of giftware for anyone on your list. A lovely spot in Bloordale that's always worth popping in no matter the occasion.

The best greeting cards in Toronto. My circle of friends and family have come to expect me to give the cleverest and most beautiful cards for every event, and Town never lets me down. Some of my family have actually posted their cards on IG...the wittiness of some of these cards needs to be shared. I've also purchased unique giftware at Town for various events. Love this place!

Town is the best! They have sooo many postcards and greeting cards, I am never in and out there that's for sure! I have been going here for all my cards and the occasional gift. They do a great job at selecting their products because I always get complimented on the card I GAVE! :)) Love making my rounds in the 'hood. Glad it's here!

I discovered this charming store just before the holidays on a walk through Bloordale; since then, it has become my go-to place for unique cards, wrapping paper, and one-of-a-kind gifts. Lots of cool postcards here as well. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and the staff is friendly and competent. A great place to browse after brunch. I'll be back!

Love going to Town. (Pun fully intended). Shelly is always super sweet, very helpful and to top it off you can always find some really neat and unique, cards, wrappers, games etc. Town is my go to place for sure

Shelley knows her stuff and curates this collection of cards and gifts very well. She had other eastend retail stores through the years and seems to have found her groove in the westend with Town. I never walk out empty handed, which is dangerous!
