I received my food at least 15 min before anyone else at my table. Pizza was warm but looks dry as hell. Only half our meals have been served and mine is in a to-go container now. Terrible service from the kitchen.

Had the best customer service I’ve had in a while. We came in for a performance by the Emerald Pig Theatrical Society (which might I add is great and you should definitely check them out.) Sydney and Kieran were super friendly and gave us impeccable service. We will be coming back more often. The food was great, and our meals came out very quick, though some people got their food a little later. If I could recommend one thing, I would suggest updating the beer menu as majority of the beers weren’t available. All together great service, great food. I am super impressed.

We came for Sunday brunch as it’s one of the only places that allows minors! The breakfast special was $6! You can’t go wrong. The service was great and overall a great way to start our Sunday. Back at the Townhall for the long weekend and a tip - don’t come at opening! It’s a bit chaotic getting everyone seated and naturally service was slower, people seated much later getting food and drinks before us 🤯 Not a deal breaker but now we know and we will be back … just not at 10am!

Hello Townhall Maple Ridge I would just like to give my review of the Townhall 207 and Lougheed The location is welcoming with lots of parking beer, store below and a beautiful restaurant bar up top. The staff were amazing. I will mention a few names particularly Amanda is the new manager and she is very kind and Haley and Sydney and Jas. Sydney Taylor is always kind and takes care of me. This girl is always happy and friendly when I see her and her service is impeccable on the other hand the food everything I have tried is very good. The wings are cheap between three and 67 days a week $.59 each, and they are amazing. The cooks know what they’re doing. Overall, my experiences here have been very good thank you Town Hall staff

Disappointed with the service toward delivery drivers I’m an Uber Eats delivery driver and recently had a frustrating experience at Townhall in Maple Ridge. When I arrived to pick up an order, the waitress at the counter completely ignored me—even after I tried to politely get her attention. I understand restaurants can be busy, but a simple acknowledgment or a quick “I’ll be right with you” goes a long way. Delivery drivers are part of what keeps take-out service running smoothly, and it would be great to see more respect and communication. I hope the management can improve the way staff interact with drivers in the future.

Rating: ★★★☆ The special rate for brunch menu was very traditional and simple: sausages, bacon, eggs, toast, and coffee. However, the price was incredibly affordable. If you’re not picky about the variety, this place is a decent choice for something budget-friendly. That said, for such a simple breakfast, you could probably save more by just making it at home, especially if you’re not after the “dining-out” atmosphere. As for Town Hall, their quality isn’t what it used to be. That said, their Thursday Karaoke Night and 50¢ Wings special are quite tempting. I might give it another shot—it’s hard to pass up deals like that. Overall, nothing too impressive, but the price and vibe are reasonable.

We have been to Townhall for the Sunday Brunch several times as it is great value. I wanted to highlight our service today. Syd A was exceptional. She was attentive, pleasant and efficient. She is an asset to your establishment. Well done, Syd!

Fantastic deal for brunch in a warm, welcoming space. There's plenty of room for groups, and there are a number of tables of you're hoping to catch up with a friend or host a business meeting. When you arrive, head upstairs to the dining room. There's an elevator and washrooms available by the bar. Reservations are a good idea, but not required. With our reservation for 2, we were seated by a cozy fire. Perfect start to brunch. The house special for brunch is $5.99 for 2 free run eggs, 2 pieces of bacon or sausage, toast and Yukon gold home fries. Options for toast today were white, brown or sourdough. The food was fresh, hot and not greasy. It was seasoned well, and I didn't feel exhausted or heavy after the meal. We also ordered Caesars ($5) and there were Mimosas available ($4). On another visit, we ordered the Stack-O-Donuts ($12) and they were delicious. Hot and tender mini donuts covered in cinnamon sugar. They're perfect for sharing.

Anytime Ashley is our server it's a great experience She greats is by name and has our drinks without even asking She knows our orders and service and is fast food is great. She is always smiling and friendly Always makes us feel welcome

Wish we tried the pizza as they have a dedicated pizza oven. Buffalo cauliflower was good. I had the tofu tacos which were good and as expected. Hubby had stir fry with chicken and crispy noodles on top. Service was great. Waitress friendly. Small group with kids next to us was a little noisy sometimes but ok. Lots of TVs to watch for sports. Lots of room. Washrooms ok. Some damage on one of the stall doors. Seats a little worn out at some tables. A little more effort with the decor and menu would give it a better rating.

WORST SERVICE EVER!! I have been there only 3 times since Covid shutdown and re-opening and I honestly have never seen worse service in a hospitality business. The first time, my wife and I stopped in for a drink and some food, around 5:00 on a weekday. There were maybe 12 people in the place, and we saw about 4 staff members. We were not greeted, but sat ourselves down and waited no less than 15 minutes for someone to serve us, then got up and walked out. No one ever spoke to us or acknowledged our presence. We felt like we were invisible. This experience was essentially repeated in the 2 visits since. I filed a complaint on their website, and didn't even get a response there! No surprise. We will NOT go back. Also, a few months ago we heard that they have filed for creditor protection, and it's not difficult to see why. I would not recommend them to anyone.

So to recap. Arrived at 530. Ordered a beer and Stella. Waited for server to put in happy hour order for 20 mins until 555 where at that time I walked to bar to put order in. Happy hour ends at 6. I guess they don't want to serve happy hour specials? The happy hour burger and prawn twists arrived about an hour later. Nice young man delivered it to us. Told us that our original burger was given away to someone else and apologized. Burger was not warm. Bun was soggy. Lettuce was wilted and tomato wasn't cold. So it had sat for quite a while at that point. At about 710 I had to stand up and wave my arms to get waitress attention. We ordered another two drinks and a chicken pizza. Notice we are only getting second drink order in 1 1/2 hours after first one? Drinks came 35 mins later. I drank 1/2 my beer and left rest to have with the pizza. At about 8 I held up two menus to flag waitress down. Asked for my bill. She told us that we still had a pizza to wait for. I told her it's been 45 mins already. And we're done. Cancel it. We got our bill and for the first time ever my wife and I put $0 for the tip. Your waitresses were not happy. I left to go to car and got the worst looks from The two of them. They approached my wife and told her that "my tip wasn't on the bill" and held out the bill to her snotty like. My wife quickly informed her of the service level and effort. 20 mins for fist drink. 1 hour for burger. You don't deliver burger. You don't apologize or explain why it took so long so long. Second drink 35 mins. Never got pizza. We were there 2 1/2 hour and got 2 rounds in. Doesn't that seem a bit neglectful? She took drink order. Someone else delivered it. I went to bar to order food. Someone else delivered it. Food late, oh well. Took second drink order finally. She delivered it. Never got pizza. Wife says so what are we tipping for? Participation? They huffed at her and walked away.

This is one of the most disrespectful businesses I've ever been to. They have received constant complaints from people who live around their business about noise levels, and they don't even reply. The homes have been around here longer than the business. Drunken drug-using customers stumbling around outside every weekend. Completely ignorant.

First time I've ever been here and a lousy 1st impression. Waited at front for a minute and young waitress and guy cutting pizza both ignored us so we looked for a table to sit down. Went around to sit on the upper section and as we sat down, noticed all 4 open tables we uncleaned. I asked the waitress if she could clean the table as they were all dirty, she replied there was a sign at the door to wait to be seated to allow time to clean the tables. Ok so I went to the washroom to allow her time to clean and took a picture of the sign by the door that said please seat yourself. Mmmm hmmm The bathroom paper towels were out and I was getting a bad feeling about this place. When I returned a few minutes later the table still wasn't clean and she had dropped whatever she was carrying, then swore loudly. At this point neither of us wanted to eat there anymore due to the poor conditions and service also if the dining area was any indication of their cleanliness standards - it failed. The overall impression of this place - will never return!

Had a burger through skip the dishes. Tasted okay, but it was a mess... I tried to hold up the burger, but it wouldn't stay in burger form. Had to fork and knife it in order to eat it. Fries were pretty good too. Probably wouldn't get it through takeout anymore, gonna stick to dine in. The fresher, the better!

We ordered through skip the dishes from this location. We ordered two chicken quesadillas with fries. We waited an hour. The driver waited at the establishment for 30 minutes. He finally arrived at our house with 3 poke bowls saying this was our order. We told him no, and refused to take it back. We called the establishment but was left with no answer. We are left with food we didnt want and upset with no responce from the business. I would highly suggest not ordering any takeout or delivery from this establishment as it seems youll get whatever the roulette wheel lands on.

We went for brunch on a Sunday around 12:30 and the time we spent there started off better than how it ended. Our drinks came promptly but I was sadly disappointed by the service after. We ordered breakfast and the food was not up to par from our normal experience in Abbotsford Town Hall. Our eggs Benny was a disappointment as the muffin wasn't toasted, there was a lack of avocado and a mere thin slice of tomato. The two others at our table ordered the house special that comes worn toast and we were told that it would be run out right after. Nearly 15 minutes went by before it was addressed that we didn't get it. We asked for an order of new eggs sunny side up because they got cold waiting on the toast. And when the new ones came the eggs were not cooked enough as the yolks ran off by themselves. There was no quality check either sadly. We sat around for almost two hours while waiting on food, our server and our bill. We love the town hall menu, but this has been a poor representation of the restaurant we love.

Went in for dinner, sat at front waiting to be seated. The hostess? Or manager? Finally spoke to us, but didn't look at us. She told us she'd be "there in a minute" but walked away and started looking at her phone. Then took a phone call. Meanwhile, all the other staff in the restaurant totally ignored us. That being said, we took our business elsewhere. Horrible and rude customer service!!

Another Franchise Joke !! Cheap Joseph Richard Group. The 7-11 of Pubs . Seriously crap food. Powdered Parma cheese on a 4$ Caesar salad. Pizza crusts were great .... cool bee hive oven. Toppings super skimpy..... hubby asked for extra chicken NOTHING. Rigatoni had no sauce. Sent it back .... like a can of crushed tomatoes dumped on boiled pasta.... zero seasoning sent it back. Positive notes . Great atmosphere, decor is super cozy and server was pleasant with us.

Great lunch! Went with my family and was greeted promptly. Server was fairly knowledgeable and had a few recommendations for us. Food was great! Had the buttermilk fried chicken sandwich, calamari, and hot wings. Loved it. My only critique would be the freshness of the wine. Had a glass of cab sauv that was kind of off. Didn't want to complain. Everything else was excellent. Not too busy. Nice decor. Great service. Will return for sure.

Amazing service and even had the manager stop by the table to make sure everything was great! awesome beers and some sliders! These little jewels go down easy with some cold sudz. MINI BURGERS! Three hand pressed patties, secret sauce, American cheese, pickles, lettuce, onion on brioche buns. .

We just had a fabulous brunch at the Townhall Jenn was our server and was excellent so much so that we paid our bill and then because of her we got another round and stayed. The food is delicious and very good value. Jenn suggested that I would like the Cubano pulled pork sandwich. It was so delicious. The hot wings are the best I've had anywhere and we eat a lot of wings. The temperature and air was perfect and fresh. We're definitely going back! Thanks Jenn!

I really enjoyed the atmosphere and decor, the Wait staff was really rude and took forever to bring our orders. I was pretty much sobering up between drinks and it wasn't even that busy. If the staff were a little friendlier I would have given 4 stars,

Used to go here often. Went back today for brunch and waited by the please wait to be seated sign for maybe 10 minutes before remembering why I havent been back. Sitting at another place close by with a drink and a menu no problem.

Below there are some pretty harsh negative reviews of this particular location. I honestly couldn't see how that could be remotely possible. Pubs in general are - well - hit and miss. The food can range from below average to subpar. Or if you're lucky exceed expectations. I like pubs better than restaurants as it's more casual and chill and relatively cheaper. The atmosphere can be deafening or moderate enough to still hear. THP in Maple Ridge isn't perfect. I don't expect it to be. But let's face it. This isn't Cactus Club or Restaurant 62. But it is a good place to chow down, eat, drink and be social. Whoever my server was last - you rocked!!!

An average place, has potential but management needs to get organized. They do not seem to like answering phones calls. They have a well used answering machine but it seems to be completely useless as absolutely no one will ever return a call. This is completely unprofessional, so start here management, by returning potentially money paying clients phone calls !! If you refuse to at least do this, the answering machine will eventually not be needed anyways, nobody will bother phoning you and go elsewhere.

My husband and I used Skip the Dishes to order from Townhall because I had a $7 credit from a referral. Picked it up because we had a gift card. (Not able to use skip credits on pickup but whatever) When my husband went in to pay, he said the the person at the counter seemed very frustrated and had other staff members asking her to do things so she pretty much threw the debit machine at him and walked away. He got our order and we started driving home. Townhall is on 207 and we live up 232. My cell phone rang and it was the restaurant informing us that they had forgotten something. I told the gentleman on the phone that we were almost home so that there was no way that we were going to turn around to get it. He didn't offer to deliver it either. He asked for my email address and said that I would be getting an email from the store with a gift card for the hassle. This was on Tuesday June 12 and I have yet to hear from them. Not too impressed. Still waiting for the email a week later.

Great atmosphere - dark wood and dim lights, just like a pub should be. Comfy seats by the fire, tasty wood fired pizza and a pint of craft beer - served up with a smile by the friendly waitstaff. Recommended!

Came in time for happy hour. Stayed for dinner. I had beet and arugula salad. So yummy. And salt and pepper wings. Finally we found a pub I feel as comfortable at as samz in poco!!

Great pub food and excellent selection of beers! I really like what they did with the place since this locations Buffalo Club days. Has become our go to night out spot

This experience was at town hall maple ridge was slightly disturbing. The server with white blonde bob styled hair walked past our table numerous times ignoring us completely.. About 30 minutes of sitting at the table finally the bar tender came over greeted our table. At one point the server who completely ignored us brought over a drink for our busy bartender/server she literally slammed the drink on the table and says nothing after being thanked. She was undeniably unfriendly. The only reason we didn't walk out was because the bar tender saw that we were clearly unattended to. He was great, though to the blonde bob in flats, I do not think the service industry if for you. To the establishment customers deserve to be treated with respect not ignored by stuck up servers.

We decided to try this place for lunch, but unfortunately it will be our first and last visit. We had very good service, and the drink specials are very reasonable. The food, however, was awful. The better half had breakfast with eggs that were very very oily and overfried chunks of potato. I ordered the wonton soup only to be greeted by a bowl of broth with some soy sauce thrown in, oddly cut bell peppers and some leafy greens. The wontons were very rubbery and kind of grainy from the one I tried, and there was a whole piece of fast fry pork just kind of sitting in the broth. It was peppered and looked kind of pan fried but sitting in the hot broth made it look like the sole of a shoe was in the soup. It was very hard to the touch and I did not try it at all since all I had were chopsticks and it was promptly sent back. Kudos to our waitress however for being graceful about sending our food back. We left hungry. Overall the pub itself was nice, a little loud for an afternoon as we couldn't really have a conversation, and again the drink specials were very reasonably priced, but not enough to entice us to try this pub again, at least not to come for a meal here when there are other places nearby.

We went here on a busy night and the service was awesome the place was crazy busy and all the staff were hard at work. The food was good and portion size was decent for pub food. We had a wonderful experience with the staff and especially with Heather. She was super sweet and kept checking in on us. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is only because we found the menu a bit pricey but we will definatly be back. It is defiantly a nicer bar in maple ridge.

This is where we like to go when going to Whiterock to The Hemingway Public House doesn't fly. The team has always been on their game! BTW, the only reason I marked 4 stars.

Food was the right price for good pub food .. but the food was not good. What they call truffle fries are sub McD's quality. Pizza with canned pineapple and squirted all over the top with bad mayo they call an aioli. Tomato soup that has nothing on Campbell's. They used to have a good menu with great options but not anymore. Then there is the service-they seemed to have no training. I won't return until I know there is new management and a different menu.

The food was decent and the atmosphere was something I expected from a public house!! However, the service was good and the waitress was attentive! I would go again.

Had an awful experience. Very hit and miss. Server forgot to put in our food order so we sat for an hour watching everyone that sat down after us get their food. I asked where our food was to another server and she said the bill must have gotten lost. Our other server never came back (embarrassed). New server said she would rush the food out, waited another 20 minutes and it never came. Ended up leaving with no food after an hour and a half (not an exaggeration either). Really really upsetting. 3rd time something similar if not the exact same thing has happened at this location. I'm just going to stick with the blacksheep pub from now on.

Best breakfast ever. I think I blacked out eating my skillet. Good gf options for all my ciliacs out there. 20/10

Have been here a few times and every experience has been a let down. The food is over priced for what you get and is poor quality. My last experience was the last straw. My boyfriend and I were attending a friends birthday dinner, it was a reservation for about 30 people. We had our own section which was nice but none of the tables were together making the seat arrangement very awkward to talk to people. The bar must have been having a band or something cause it was also VERY loud. My boyfriend and I ordered a chicken salad, chicken wings and fish and chips. My food came out first and then when my boyfriends food didn't come next I asked another server where it was. Our server came by and asked who was missing the salad. By this time maybe 30-40 minutes had past. My boyfriend was mad because he was starving and seeing everyone else's food coming out before his just added to the frustration. She then proceeded to apologize and ask if he would like something else. He by then had already had a few bites of our friends meals and wasn't hungry anymore so he told our server to just forget about the salad. She apologizes again and WALKS AWAY. I don't know what I expected her to do but I thought she would have at least waived our bill or sent over the manager or given us a credit for next time. Especially after waiting now over an hour. I felt kind of bad because there were only two servers for our area, but our friends made the reservation at least a week in advance so they should have been prepared. Needless to say, we will not be returning.

This place USED to be good. Service is painfully slow and food is not great. It took 25 minutes to get menus and water after arrival, and they were not even that busy. One of our pizza's had a long black hair baked into the cheese, so they brought another one. It tasted different from the first one, very bland and the dough was a bit odd. By this time we were starving from waiting so long so we both had some. Well, we spent the night up sick with what we presume was food poisoning. The pizza was the only thing we both ate that was the same, so pretty sure it made us sick. Won't be going back, EVER.

Disinterested staff, burned/ raw deep-fried food, uncomfortable chairs, and stunningly loud music halfway through dinner. Other than that, it wasn't bad. PS I sent a very polite email to management about the music, and heard NOTHING back (I guess middle aged women with disposable income aren't part of the target demographic) so I don't feel guilty expressing my honest opinion (based on 3 different visits).

A semi decent alternative for a cheap brunch on the weekends. Service is pretty good but the food and portion size is lacking. That being said, you get what you pay for I guess, $4 breakfast is a $4 breakfast. The Malairdville location has way better portion and food quality for same prices but is further to go.

I used to come here all the time. During my last visit I had to send my food back due to inedible quality. The manager named Sam came over and had a difficult time trying to establish her position of authority. I felt like I was having a conversation with a child. But her clear lack of hygiene made me realize I was communicating with a Neanderthal. Word for the wise.... Stay away!

Have been here a few times and this is our new "go to" place. The food has always been good and reasonable prices for beer and wine.

Not my favourite menu, but I do love the deep fried dill pickles and the service is always pleasant. I have only eaten here a couple of times, but would probably recommend it if you are looking for a nice comfortable casual environment and place to hang with friends.

The menu options are okay. Had the fish and chips one time and the fish was very soggy. Their coke has been flat every single time I've gone there which is only about a dozen times so far

Great place to unwind after a hard week. Bar staff is great. A friendly, inviting atmosphere that will leave you feeling nostalgic for the simpler times.

One of our first places to visit when we moved to Maple Ridge. Great service, wonderful people, good food and lots of fun...We are now regulars and heartily recommend to everyone. Best Deal for Breakfast ever on Sunday with $4 Bacon and Eggs.

Always a fun time here! Good food and drinks, the staff is friendly and the music is good. It's nice to come here for the environment but the wait times get long because its so popular

Went here with some friends for drinks. The service was barely ok. Drinks took forever to arrive and when they did, the order was wrong. We also ordered food. Two of us ordered mini doughnuts and mine were burned and inedible. I asked for a batch that wasn't burned and when the new doughnuts arrived, they were just dropped off at our table without a word. The new batch of doughnuts were extra greasy, almost soggy, and were barely cooked. My guess is they were thrown in a fryer to cook them faster (they're supposed to be baked). Very disappointed in the service and food quality that was received.

This is the second time this has happened....! I would like to give a review on the food but we got to the restaurant, they took our order and then almost an hour later our breakfast wasn't there. My husband had to ask a different server because ours hadn't been around, where our food was. She came back 5 min later and said it must have got lost. Then she said that she would compete our meal and get it bumped up so we would get it faster. 20 min later we didn't have our food and ended up leaving. So basically we waited for over an hour and a half and never event got eggs. Horrible ! The staff don't even seem to take any pride in their job, nor do they care about customer service at all. The management needs to do a better job in training, or really do a business remodel. Because what they are doing isn't working.... Wouldn't be surprised if it ends up closing down like all of the other businesses that have been in the same building.
