Overall very good. Staff was friendly and professional. Could be a bit more organized with getting people into venue. Only 2 people checking tickets. It was a one off situation with fire Marshal ordering everyone out and come back in. Greatly appreciated the water stations while waiting in line.

Google
The positives We sat in the VIP section, which was really nice and very expensive. The waiter for our section was great, and it was a great luxury to have him there. Parking was expensive but worth the cost. The sound was great, and all seats have a clear view of the stage. The negatives When the back doors are open to include the lawn seats, it gets hot inside. This probably would have been okay if they had turned on those big fans above the crowd. I can understand not wanting to run the air-conditioning just yet, but people were complaining about sweating. The only water available is 7 dollars a can, so that's probably why they let you swelter a bunch. The artist we saw didn't play very many hits, but that's not the music factories fault. All in all, it was a good night but very expensive.

Google
This is a great venue for a small event. I like that there are restaurants that are in the same plaza as the venue. The only issue is that getting out of the parking garage can be challenging. The event staff seem to be the same every time I visit, which tells me that they are happy with their job. We have had a great experience from being in the pit to being up in the lawn.

Google
Nice, smaller size venue. It's surrounded by bars and all kinds of restaurants. You can park, or get an Uber to drop you off, have dinner, and some drinks to later walk to your concert stress free.

Google
Hot, Hot, Hot. They had the rear bay doors open. This was not indicated when purchasing tickets. Paramedics were observed helping many people. I'm a former police officer, and Irving PD was also very snooty, talking down to people. Performers were sweating profusely as well. I've seen this band at 2 other venues and they were smaller but it was comfortable. Also the lines outside were very unorganized.

Google
This venue is fairly easy to get around and doesn't feel claustrophobic. Amazing for people with ADA issues!!! It was so awesome. It's usually so hard going to events with all the kids, my disabled daughter and disabled self.. but honestly this was truly like a dream. The staff is SO friendly. The parking is awesome.

Google
Overall, a great venue for good views and an overload of options for food and drink, but the bathrooms are undersized, and the lines are long. The main complaint I have with this venue is the sound from the stage. It just feels flat. There's not a lot of resonance.

Robert Hill

Google
Great venue to see a concert the restrooms are nice drinks are easy to get and the food is good. Great nite life for after

Yelp
For my first trip to TMF I saw Rainbow Kitten Surprise from section 301. The view, weather, and crowd was great. We also had VIP lounge passes and I think the small bar, private bathrooms and separate entrance were worth it. We had 0 wait time for things until the concert was over and then I waited 10 mins for the bathroom.

Kara E.

Yelp
For a music venue in Texas, it's done pretty well! It's pretty hot in the summer (inside or outside), but it's typically well organized. There are plenty of drink stations to be served, a variety of drinks to choose from and the people are always very nice, informational, and quick so lines go pretty fast! I've seen several artists here and plan to continue to make TMF a choice place for concerts. Only downside, which is pretty normal, so really par for the course: the parking and drinks are EXPENSIVE! So plan accordingly.

Yelp
I bought tickets for Sarah McLaughlin for July 3. Once I hit purchase, it dawned on me that this venue is kinda outside (the whole back of the auditorium is open). I HATE the heat, and I considered immediately selling them. Then I thought, "maybe it won't be so hot and maybe I can bring in a frozen water bottle" (you can't) - But I DID bring in two soft frozen ice packs and a personal fan/mister, and asked for 2 big glasses of ice upon entry. Turns out even though it was close to 95 degrees outside, it isn't too bad inside. They have large fans, and I suspect they still have the AC on. I won't chance it again in summer, but it was fine. Note not all concerts have the back "lawn seating" open, so if it is closed you will be fine. Note that lawn seating was only about $5, so I wish I COULD stand the heat - what a deal!! and it wasn't even very crowded. They want you to bring a small clear bag, but you don't have to, it is just easier. We did NOT order cocktails (margaritas re $25 each!). It was a little annoying that the display screens are a tiny bit off sync-wise and delayed .5 seconds. Sarah was great - we had seats in the front row of a section, so no one was in front of me. Parking is expensive, but you get a deal of about $5 off if you pay in advance.

Les G.

Yelp
This place is amazing. They have it down to move people along! Quickest lines I've ever been through. Lots of concessions and bars with friendly attendants. Comfortable seating with a bit of room. Extra elevators from the parking garage. Super large screens so you can see more details of the stage.

Shelley F.

Yelp
There are a couple parking structures near the venue that charge $30 with card and $20 if you have cash. It's really hot inside the venue (doesn't feel like there is AC?), so dress accordingly

Karisa A.

Yelp
I was honestly surprised when I saw that this venue only has 2 1/2 stars! This was my first time at the Pavilion and I was here for the Sting concert. Unlike at other venues, our driver was easily able to drop us off right at the entrance. Once you enter, it's relatively easy to find where your seats are since the venue is small and only has a few entrances by the stage area. We had floor seating and the seats had a nice cushion, which made them very comfortable. As for food, there are several concession stands that sell drinks and snacks. We shared a prickly pear margarita which was delicious! Overall, the sound and lighting during the performance was excellent. Exiting the venue did not take long at all and our ride easily found parking at the front to wait for us. Would definitely come back to see a show at the Toyota Music Factory!

Sylvia O.

Yelp
I think as far as music venues go this is a pretty good one, if the temperature is ok. This is a late review but I saw Burna Boy here two summers ago . We sat in the covered section. It was hot, but bearable. We sat in the first row of seats behind the pit section. The view was great. Acoustics were great. Visuals were great. The food was reasonably priced. Parking was the only real hassle. It took a while to get in and out of the garage. Overall not a bad experience but I would not sit outside in the uncovered portion unless it was cooler weather.

Kent M.

Yelp
Yard House is what Bailey and I chose for food testing tonight. Was excellent. Nice size portions both. He had Club Sandwich. I asked for custom build pasta. Both were great. Service also.

Sean L.

Yelp
My partner and I saw Slightly Stoopid and the Dirty Heads perform here last weekend. We had pit access and I truly believe that is the best way to attend a concert in this venue. We had plenty of space and we were covered from the sun by the ceiling and cooled down by the fans in that area. The drinks are definitely pricey, but the overall experience that the venue provided was great. I'm definitely going to see more shows here.

Natasha H.

Yelp
Oh my god- this has to be the coolest, most relaxed concert/venue I've ever experienced. My husband and I came to see one of our favorite bands, who hasn't been in Dallas since 2006, the Yeah Yeah Yeah's. And they finally came and I was so happy they decided to come to this venue. First of all, this venue is so ample for a small venue. There were so many spots to buy food/drinks that there wasn't a line anywhere. The bathrooms were pretty decent and again- no waiting line either. The seats were so comfortable and with lots of space inside the rows and even between seat to seat. They have an open area in the upper back side which meant it was pretty open but they had fans and AC helping with the TX May weather. There was a lot of security but somehow it didn't feel like it. Again, it was the comfortable, relaxing vibe this place has. This venue is located in Las Colinas in Irving and its right in the middle of this hipster area filled with restaurants and bars. Perfect to walk around and hang out before the show. Parking was expensive but I am assuming it was because of the concert? Valet was 45$ or 50$ but self parking in one of the level up parking places was 25$. The sound was perfect, obviously the yeah yeah yeah's are amazing but we could tell the venue has great acoustics. Amazing lighting. And no matter where you were you had a great view! We were in the 300's row B and it was great. I really enjoyed this concert so much and besides me loving the band I know this place had a lot to do with my wonderful experience. Now I will be looking for bands/artist we like who decide to perform in this venue to come and see them.

Kellie B.

Yelp
They host concerts, that's the single good point about this venue (that's where the 2 stars come into play). Parking garages make for a lonnnggg departure time. As soon as you enter it's wall to wall marketing, picture the fair midway or the streets of a border town. Pretty scummy. Open air means no ac bill for them so one hopes for nice weather. Bring money because that's the single purpose Live Nation exists anymore. It's neck and neck in the greed race with Jerry Jones. I long for the day this one goes away. I would hate to be selling tickets at this gig. Maggie, two words. The Factory!

Tony M.

Yelp
Sign clearly say 90 minutes of free parking but you have to register AND include a method of payment presumably if you go beyond. 25 minutes later i was charged $3.25. Greedy, lying bastards. Go to Hel...

Haley K.

Yelp
I'm a little torn about how I feel about Toyota Music Factory. This was my second time coming to this venue, the first being before the 2020 shut downs. The first concert I came to we had seats, this time around I was in the lawn. The stage itself and the seating arrangements work out really well that it feels like you don't have a bad spot regardless. Though be prepared for ants in the lawn, but I've come to expect ants regardless of the venue if I sit in the lawn. The ick factor starts off with parking in the area. There is a lot of parking that is free but timed for the restaurants in the shopping center which is understandable. During the concert I went too the further out parking garage closer to the hotel & convention center was supposed to be $20, $25 for the garage closer to the venue and 35-40 for valet. In the email I got before the event they recomended card payment or said only card payment. I had folks who park tell me they charged more than what was said in the email for using a card, and the advertised price for cash. So I was glad I ended up having a friend that lives five minutes away let me park at their place & drop me off/pick me up from a spot walking distance where they could get in/out easy. That parking price is ridiculous after being at shows earlier this year with parking for free at dos equis pavilion (Starplex), there being lots near HOB that you can get away with parking under $10, and AAC being on the public transit line. The next issue we had was the staff created chaos/confusion in the lines to go in by separating them into VIP, GA seats, pit & lawn. So it made it hard to know where to go because they were not managing the lines. The lawn line ended up looping into an area you had to climb over bars to remain in line. So a lot of people had to do the honor code to hold places in line for people in wheel chairs or couldn't duck or climb over the bars. Though lines were non-existent after a certain point to get in if you got there closer to when the bands start playing. The problem with them separating the lines out ... everyone just mixed together once you got to the door just past scanning your ticket. So there was no real point in creating the issues or dividing the lines outside. Just have 4 lines to get folks in. Prices of items inside are high, but they did have a refillable soda option that someone I knew got. I was able to bring in an unopened water bottle that I refilled so I avoided the drink high cost to stay hydrated. The merch and bar areas are in a concreate area with very little natural light coming in. With it being a concreate area heat seems to stay in the area a bit more, so it gets really hot. After this last event that I went too, I will probably avoid concerts here unless its someone really high on my bucket list.

Jenny S.

Yelp
I honestly really liked this venue. The pit area has a lot more space than Southside and you don't feel so crammed and unable to move or breathe. More room to dance! Came here with my fiancé and our friend to see Dom Dolla. Even though it was a sold out show, it didn't feel like one. I love it :)

Oscar F.

Yelp
Amazing and friendly staff! The venue is a small one but every seat in the house is premium! Don't forget to sit in VIP and have your own server bring you food & drinks

M B.

Yelp
What's the deal with $20 cash to park but $31 if you use a credit card? Are the attendants doing a cash crab. Paid with card so venue can contact me to see which attendants are cleaning up

Steven S.

Yelp
My first time seeing a concert at Toyota Music Factory and it is an excellent venue. From all of the refreshment areas located on both sides of the venue, to easily accessible restrooms, this is a well thought out venue. They even have Big A** Fans (that's the name of them) to help keep everyone cool and they worked great on a hot and humid Texas day. Rebellution, Iration, The Expendables and Passafire were all excellent as well. Staff were also amazing and accommodating. We will return!

PJ L.

Yelp
Got to check out my first concert at this venue a couple of months ago and now I can see why this is one of the premiere concert venues in all of DFW.

Ray F.

Yelp
Well. Yeah, I know, deep subject. But this place, with all of the really nice venues in the DFW area, amazes me that so many people love it. It is more compact and I think everyone is actually closer to the stage, but the seating is terrible! I can't believe I paid that much money for horrible narrow seats with narrow aisles (my knees were touching the sides of the chair in front and no way to put them directing in front)! It made me fidgety most of the show. I dub this place the Fidget Factory! (Thanks Amanda R !) The performers add to the star count, as they were 5 star! The rest of the place is like a small sport stadium and not a nice one. The restrooms are that, restrooms, nothing fancy. The snack bars are there but again, nothing fancy, nothing that makes you want to go to them. The bars along one side are kind of cool so you can go sit at the bar during a concert. There is a lawn behind the chairs but not really sure that is spectacular compared to other outdoor viewing areas with the regional venues. The police did a great job getting us out of the area and onto the streets, so I guess that is a plus. I recently turned down a chance to see another performer here. This is just not worth it to me. Invest in comfortable seats with drink holders and remove every 5th row to give some room for people to move down the aisle without having to stand up.

Tae Kyung Y.

Yelp
I worked a concert here and Toyota Music Factory seems like a great venue for acts to do a theater show. The place is more spacious than a typical theater and there are plenty of seats (everything is truly bigger in Texas). The stage is really big and it is only one floor but there are a lot of seats available. There are also in-house restaurants and bars that serve food as well so it seems like a great place to host a concert. I never came here to attend a concert but after working one, it was definitely one that I liked better than other ones.

Misty J.

Yelp
This is by far my favorite concert venue in Texas! I've come to a handful of concerts here and have never been disappointed. There's plenty of parking, not a bad seat in the house, acoustics are great, never have to wait in line at concessions, food is good, lines and security move quickly, and it's in a great location.

James F.

Yelp
Not a bad venue but poorly run. Last night we went to a concert that was probably 80% unsold. They closed the section we were supposed to be in and wanted to give us tickets to the pit. We didnt want pit tickets, we bought seated tickets, and in the center on purpose, and we had a pregnant guest with us, so she certainly didnt want to stand all night. They easily agreed to give us seated tickets, but they were all the way off to one side and not a great view. I tried to get them to give us different tickets but they would not. The place was empty, even with the shut down sections, and they weren't accommodative at all. When my wife went to the bathroom, she stopped behind the mixing board to take a photo from the center view and right away one of their hall monitors came over to tell her she couldn't stand there. She was there for maybe 20 seconds. This place is just lame. Oh and normally I dont complain about prices at venues, but this one was just ridiculous. 3 liquor drinks and 1 water came out to $76. Our friends got 2 beers and a water and it was $60.

Kristie A.

Yelp
I am so surprised how much I loved this venue. I saw Chris Rock here the other night. The Music Factory feels like Starplex's older more mature sister. She is pretty. The staff here have navigating in/out of the venue down to a science. We arrived super early for dinner so we didn't have to pay the $20 to park. The area around the Music Factory is really cool. Lots of restaurants. There was a band playing in the middle grassy area so lots of outdoor seating too. Getting in the venue was easy too. The staff, once again, are on their A game. We were not allowed to have our cell phone so they locked them up in a bag that we had to tote around until we left. Inside the venue there are so many bars it would be hard not to find a drink or a snack. Pro tip - don't forget the right side of the venue - they have the same amount of bars that no one seemed to be using, Everyone was on the left side of the stage. The seats are so spaced out that you don't really need to stand up to let someone pass by you. The sound was awesome. The lawn was not open so did not get to see that, but I imagine it kicks ass too. I definitely will not snooze on seeing another show here!

Gary W.

Yelp
First time here to see the Hot Summer Nights Tour 2023 and the venue was amazing. First thing first, the show started on time and with major energy. The seating under the Pavilion is well shaded until you go past the concrete walkway where ADA seating is then it it lawn seating uphill. Psst...do not fret if you have lawn seating because the design of the Pavilion offers you shade spots to the left outer edge and at the top of the hill area before you reach the concessions stands.(Remember time, season and location of the earth..). Some patrons bought lawn seating tickets in advance so you can bypass the line on the right hand side and head towards the table located to the rear and right hand side of the concession stand to procure your seat, but for others a decent $10 will get you a chair also. They have vendors that will go around and sell you their specialty drinks, but if you do not want to wait in long lines, might I suggest go to the Pavilion mid level because they have two bars and two concession stands close to the restrooms, but you can miss them if you are not seated around that area or just following the crowds. Prices were decent and they have some great concerts coming through Dallas. Props to the sound, lighting and camera crew!!! The set was lively, interactive and told a story with each artist. Dallas, how could you keep this a secret???

Ileitta W.

Yelp
When I turned around and looked, there were hundreds of people in the aisle dancing in places they were not supposed to be. I was where I was supposed to be. Most of them dancing in the isle were men, but he chose me.... The woman. I was on my side of the line and at my chair the entire time. I begged this man to stop harassing me. The third time he came to me, I replied to him stating, "Sir, Like a good slave I'm staying in my place. Please leave me alone." He replied... "Good! you do that!" As a result of feeling profiled and attacked, I decided to record him by the fifth time he decided to harass just me. He went on to get his Manager when I started recording, and his manager agreed with me. The manager told me that this security guard can be an "issue"(his word of choice is not appropriate for this review). After that, the security guard never came back. However, by this time... The show was more than halfway over. I cannot believe that there are people that work as security at the The pavilion at Toyota music factory that are like that. I keep wanting to buy seasons tickets for this place because they have excellent seating and excellent shows, but I have not because I am utterly afraid of being attacked repeatedly by their security again. Who pays all that money to be attacked and harassed?

Rosario A.

Yelp
Can believe I paid $45 just for parking. And $60 for two margaritas I understand when you go to a concert drinks are more expensive but I never like that kind of expensive.

Rhonda A.

Yelp
1st time here, and with no COVID protocol issues, what a blessing to boot. I purchased a nose bleeder lawn ticket for $25 via my credit card promo, as well as pre-paying for a rental lawn chair for $10 several days prior to the concert date. Which made all the difference of major comfort, personally owed lawn chairs where no longer allowed via last minute communication. And I didn't want to be bogged down anyways with my own chairs or lawn blanket. Use the Live Nation app, everything is paperless, including cash. Any and all changes were sent via email, which was super convenient. Parking is a solid $20 a few doors down on Las Colinas Blvd, the parking line was on the south side of the street with heavy, local police presence. Is it going to take a couple minutes to get out of that parking structure? Probably so, which is no biggie to me. Having a local concert venue that is less than 20 minutes from my neighborhood rocks. Is this venue a top of the line, with modern conveniences, nope. It is however a decent, middle of the road, just here to rock you tunes venue. From the main entrance, take the major stairs on the right up to the lawn area. Even though your concert ticket lists a row & aisle, there is no enforcement on seating. So, like many things in life, the early bird get the worm. I arrived about an hour before the opening act, and found front row lawn seating right in front of the main stage. So, that's totally cool to me, there is plenty of room to stretch my petite legs to sit & relax. Only concern with lawn seating, is the outdoor element. Today is overcast and a mellow 75°, but rain and thunderstorms will be rolling through in a few hours during the performance. Rain is so not my concern tonight, it's the thunder/lightening....OH OH OH. It should be interesting how all that works out. This is my 3rd Tears For Fears concert, hope all goes well. Reviews from their Facebook group have been super, which is excellent. Rain, rain, go away, us lawn goers have been yanked inside. We are all packed inside with no formal word on our concert attendance. Da thunder and lightening are buzz killing any fun tonight. Shazamers!!! US lawnee folks have been brought inside and are holding up the back wall where the storm doors are located. Not knowing for more than an hour sucked majorly, there was only 1 employee mending the crowd. Bad management Toyota Music Factory. You had an entire week of rain forecast to have an alternate plan. But I am inside and thankfully dry and oh so ready for Tears For Fears to start rocking. Updated star for being able to enjoy a one of a kind night, needed a much lively fun time to just enjoy some entertainment. Met some awesome people. Roland & Curt from Tears For Fears were so vocally strong, really enjoyed the evening. Last, but not least I am incredibly grateful for the sturdy, metal hook in the women's bathroom. And for the Toyota Music Factory making efforts to go green with 3 various recycling options. Along with offering biodegradable cups, that is so cool.

Jodi W.

Yelp
Went to see Trombone Shorty w friends here. My only complaint is they don't put lids on the drinks. So, ofcourse, I spilled my massive sprite all over the floor. But it was free refills so there's that!

Cole C.

Yelp
Great venue. We attended a concert in late April and had seats in the 300 section. Unfortunately we sat behind an overprivileged mom group that was more interested in chatting and real-time posting on Instagram about how cool they were to be there instead of actually listening to the show, but I suppose that can't be helped. There is no law that excludes people without a basic appreciation for good music from purchasing tickets, so it is something that must occasionally be contended with at both Toyota Music Factory and any other venue. The size of the venue is such that almost every seat is a good seat. It is not open air (unless you purchase lawn seats) but the back of the venue is open so there is air flow and the feeling of being outside without actually being in the elements. A few notes about seats, in case you're looking at buying tickets right now. Despite being closer to the stage, the seats in the 100-103 section (ESPECIALLY the seats toward the front of those sections) are not great seats for a show with a pit. The pit folks will be standing DIRECTLY in front of you. You will have to stand the entire show as well, and even if you do, a tall person in the pit can block the view of the first row in sections 100-103. We had seats in the 300 section, row E, toward the aisle, and they were fabulous. Actually, we initially sat down in the 301 section by accident so we had the chance to experience both sections. 301 was no better than 300 (at least where we were in the 300 section). So keep that in mind when buying tickets. It's not always worth it to spring for the more expensive tickets! The lawn seating for the concert we went to was popular but not super densely crowded. A staff member told me the particular concert I went to had half the general admission limit in lawn seating, so I imagine if you go to a VERY popular concert where lawn seating it completely sold out, it would be quite crowded. For the lawn, you CANNOT bring your own chair anymore - you have the option of renting one of their chairs or bringing a blanket to sit on. From the lawn, your view of the stage is limited by the distance (you aren't really close enough to see much) but the sound quality is still good. Concessions: this has been noted before, but OUCH! A 5oz pour of cheap wine is $12. A 24oz coors light is $15. From what I could see, most people either bought 1 drink or none at all. No one bought food. I'm obviously no sales strategist, but it seems like the venue is missing out on significant sales potential by setting their prices so high. If drinks were cheaper, we would have bought 2 or 3 each and spent significantly more than the $27 we did. Just a thought! FYI you can bring in water bottles. Parking: we read reviews beforehand about there being an issue getting out of the parking lot after the show. It makes me claustrophobic just thinking about it! Instead, we used free street parking on Promenade Parkway. If you're coming from the 114, turn left onto promenade parkway and do a u turn. There are multiple inlets with parking (and no posted signage that you cannot park there - we checked!). I imagine the parking fills up there at some point, but at 5:30pm on a Friday night there were many open spaces. It was about a 5 minute walk from our car to the venue. Show started promptly at 8 with the opening act. There was a 15 minute intermission after the opener and the main event started a little after 9 probably. Overall, a great time. We will definitely return to this venue!

Ranger G.

Yelp
They don't know how to sort the people trying to get into the venue. They move us in front of restaurants that complain just to move us again. The only organization they can seem to get down is telling everyone to back up. Don't recommend in the slightest. Choose a better venue please.

GARY H.

Yelp
Went for lunch at Glorias which was great, however with all of the construction and limited parking it is very difficult to enjoy going here anymore. Several businesses have closed and they now charge for parking to eat at a restaurant which was free until the new greedy owners took over. I for one will not be back as it is a major hassle now. I`ll go to places that don`t charge for parking. They have also done away with the free music courtyard venue which was a great place to see goo free music. The stage is gone and that area is undergoing some major construction. This used to be a great fun place but it is no longer the case.

Doug J.

Yelp
I go to concerts to see and hear bands, so that is the first thing to mention. The sound quality has been unbelievable. The latest show I attended was The Pixies. Whether on the floor or further back, the view is always a good one. The staff is helpful, the metal detector line is quick, the merch line is orderly (instead of clusters of people where you can't tell who's next) and moves quickly. Sure, the drinks are crazy expensive like any large venue. Parking too, so if you can take the train or pay for a ride that will keep you sane.

Sam F.

Yelp
We have seen a few concerts at the Toyota Music Factory and have enjoyed each one!! It is a music venue so be prepared to pay more than expected for concessions. Bathrooms are nice and clean and indoors. There are two parking garages near the venue but you have to pay $20 to park for the event which is a bummer. Last concert we went to we had to park on the fifth floor of one of the garages and we sat there in our car for one hour before being able to exit with everyone else trying to leave. So be prepared to wait if you use a garage/ only one way out for everyone. We will Uber next time! You can't bring a chair but bring a blanket to sit on until the show starts. Family friendly- kids love running around before the show too. We brought some cards to play with one time during the downtime. They also have bag restrictions so make sure whatever you bring in matches that. There are only a few exits of the venue so it is pretty packed exiting- but that's how most concerts are! Overall would recommend! Tickets are usually really cheap (on the lawn) which makes wanting to go Worth it for us

Yelp
Super cool place and the facility is nice. Everything is very clean and there are lots of points of service. You'll always pay at least $20 to park for a show. I've had fun at each show but I think the sound is a bit off here, otherwise I'd rate it a full 5.

Yelp
Nice venue but we got lawn seats and there was a rain storm. They wouldn't let anyone outside because of lightning (wasn't any) so missed all of the opening acts. Drinks are expensive.

Yelp
Always a great show! Every concert I've ever been to here has been amazing and plenty of places to get mercy and drinks along the back wall and entrances

Yelp
The Toyota Music Factory is a great place to hang out but it's parking prices are horrible. The garage there will charge you 45 dollars if you stay there for three hours and ONE minute. I've tried talking to the property manager Jason about it and he told me to pound sand. Until they fix those prices I won't be going here till then.

Yelp
The management is crap. They will purposely charge you $45 if you spend 1 minute over 3 hours. And they do not care about the safety of people I saw someone tell a women he didn't care about her safety and park in the garage with no lights. I feel bad for the people who have to work here not a good place to go.

Yelp
This venue was built in 2017. When I first went, it was the only building there, but flash forward to 2020, and the venue is completely flanked by development. If you are planning a night out, you can make the entire area part of your itinerary. There are restaurants, bars, the Alamo Drafthouse, the Westin Hotel, and even the Texas Lottery, outdoor plaza with a free musical stage in the area surrounding the Toyota Music Factory. Unfortunately, there is no free street parking. You will need to either get Uber to the area or pay for parking via valet or in one of the multi-level garages. You might be able to get parking validated with one of the restaurants or bars, but the concert venue definitely does not do this. Getting out of the garage after a show can take a long time, so be sure to visit the bathroom before you sit in your car for an hour. The Uber and valet lines after a show are also long, but since they happen at street level, you will be able to get going a lot faster. Since this is a Live Nation venue, you can download the app, buy your tickets on your phone and present them electronically on your phone. No need to print them or visit will call, but that is still an option if you want to do things old school. There is a security check going into the venue, so it's best to leave purses and bags at home. The lines go faster if people don't have to empty their pockets or go through a secondary security search with a wand. The center is much smaller than other venues, but is has the advantage of closing the walls and the ceiling to become an indoor, air conditioned building for smaller shows. If a show needs greater capacity, the back walls and ceiling can be opened, and people can get lawn seats for relatively cheap prices. The area in front of the stage does not have permanent seats, so this area can become a mosh pit for rowdy shows, a live orchestra could setup here for a staged musical, or folded seats can be placed to accommodate audiences. The temporary, folded seats have a cushion, but they do not have any cup holders, and they are wedged together closely. Larger people and those sitting next to them will feel very cramped. Also, the cushion is better than just a metal folding chair, but you might find yourself wiggling around to get comfortable after an hour. Concessions are expensive. They have all of the usual stuff like nachos, hotdogs and beer, but you can also get totchos (tater tots served like nachos) and hard liquor at the full service bar. My margarita cost $19. Ouch!!! My seats at the venue have always been good. There are jumbotrons all around, so you can see the action onstage even if you are out in the lawn. I always get seats under the roof area because A/C is a priority to me, and I want to stay dry in case it rains. There are great acts that perform at this establishment; although they are often ones that draw less than 10,000 people because the venue doesn't have the capacity to seat more.

Yelp
We went a concert when the temperature was 90° and the Big Fans really helped with cooling down the atmosphere. I would really not advise you to get a seat outside. The seating isn't worth wasting your money on. If you aren't in the front row (if you can call it a row) you won't be able to see the show.

Yelp
Came for the Backstreet Boys concert (woo!) and had general admission seats. We didn't have to deal with parking since we stayed at the Marriott across the street. We enjoyed the area- it's beautiful along the water. There's a variety of restaurants and bars around there to keep us entertained before the show. We purchased "early entry" for the concert, but there were no signs designating the early entry entrance. We ended up asking the will call attendant and they pointed us to a general direction. When we finally found it, it was literally the same entrance as everyone else and we were let in at the same time. Such a rip off!!! We watched the Boys comfortably on the floor, arms length from the stage. We had our own AC restrooms and concession stands down there. Fast service and no lines. The acoustics were great for me. Mics were clear and music wasn't muffled. Ultimately, we had a wonderful time. I lived out my childhood dream of seeing BSB live and the venue was comfortable enough for us once we got inside. Just say no to "early access".

Yelp
4 out of 5. My husband and I just saw a band there 2 nights ago. It was a great show! We had the best seats in the house. I am handicapped and going to venues and places like this its very difficult sometimes to get around. The staff was very accommodating and took the time and patience to help us get from A to B. Even the folks at the food and beverage locations were respectful and helpful. The reason I gave it 4 out of 5 is simply the fact that it would have been better if there were bathrooms on the second floor that were ADA-accessible. You have to take a lift up and down to get to food and the main area where the bathrooms are. The staff working the lift were very kind and helpful. But it was a little nerve racking having to wait just to get down stairs. Other than that, we had a fantastic time at this venue.

Yelp
I want to give props to a guy named Aaron, who was part of the security team at the main west entrance. It was a rainy night and everyone had umbrellas. People had to leave them at the door. Mine had kind of a personal meaning and I didn't want to just leave it to get taken accidentally after the show, and Aaron went above and beyond and demonstrated excellent customer service. The venue was great, show was good, and Aaron clearly cared about what he was doing.

Yelp
Parking is $30. PARKING IS $30!!!!! This is an absolute nightmare venue. You also can't bring in a purse larger than a wallet so i had to walk back to my $30 parking spot and put my purse in my car. Will. Not. Come. Back.

Yelp
First time coming to see a concert in this venue I didn't know what I was in for. The concert I was attending was a Leon Bridges concert and I have purchased tickets in 303 section row G seats 1 and 2. Normally a great section but these specific seats have a giant cement cylinder blocking the row lol definitely a mood killer in terms of concerts. After going to guest services and talking to Yvonne M, they had placed me in seats that gave a super amazing view and allowed me to have a great experience at Toyota Music Factory. I would definitely come back again, even if it were seats in front of a cement cyc

Yelp
This place has been featured on the news several times. I wanted to see what all the hype was about. My Pastor was mcing the Icing event, A womens conference here so, I felt called to support him. The conference took place Friday and Saturday night. A very attractive, friendly, enthusiatic Toyota Associate was dressed in uniform to tell you where to park and make sure you paid 10 dollars to park your vehicle in the car garage! He also gave directions on where to go. That was really helpful. His direction were right too! As I walked up to the site it seemed rather small flanked by other buildings. The surrounding area was really nice though. Everything was like an upscale to Fort Worth. The restaurants are the same, there just alot nicer. An associate of the venue greeted me, checked me and gave me a pink bracelet. She was nice, welcoming understanding and complimented me on my wrist. She said, my wrist is almost like the size of a kid! The Toyota Music Factory had some other Toyotas on display but, I already have one so, I didnt go look at them. I was feeling good about myself bc, I drive one. It was like, my car helped support this venue? The Icing event had Icing girls there! They are girls w pink wigs that host the event. There was pink pony there too! I checked on the concession prices but, they were not fairly priced. See my pic for exact prices. Greeters were nice. They were excited about the event! A male greeter was holding a sign jaming to the tunes holding a Vip sign. We karoked and went on a scavenger hunt while waiting for conference to begin. My seat was right above the fan and while I appreciate the size of the fan and the coolness it was drying out my contact lenses. The TMF is really expensive yet, it offers fold out seats. They do have cushion but, after two hours. It gets really uncomfortable. I guess, I need more junk in my trunk. It looks like they spent 1.85 per square foot for the flooring? The sound is great and there are two screens on each side so you can see upclose. The TMF is not that big. I expected more. Theres really not that much to see. I was like thats all? Is this everything to see? Thank You, Toyota Music Factory for allowing a Christian Event to be held in your facility! Its a huge blessing to get to attend your music factory! Please, have more events like these. I left the event feeling thankful. I was treated nice. The worship music was good and the message was on point with a touch of humor. Sometimes, its not about the atmosphere. It's about what you chose to bring the stage.

Yelp
Garbage Venue Stopped a concert to tell people on lawn to move away from exits. Cancelled a concert 2/3 way through because of rain, even though most of venue is covered. Plus the rain stopped 10 minutes after cancelling concert. Horrible ride share situation leaving venue, spent as much time waiting for an Uber as did attending the concert. Only one exit leaving. What a cluster f***. I don't care if Tupac came back from hiding out in Jamaica and I had free tickets to his first concert back, I would t come back to this place.

Yelp
This was the first time we've been to the Toyota Music Factory and we were very impressed. Being a smaller venue, the Toyota Music Factory was so easy to navigate, everything we needed was close by without a lot of walking. Our seats were fantastic and all the Live Nation and Toyota Music Factory personnel were so accommodating. We were there to attend the final date of Mannheim Steamroller's 35th Anniversary Christmas tour and it was fantastic. The acoustics of the venue are very good and none of the seats are so far away from the stage. It was awesome. We'll definitely watch the schedule and return again soon.

Yelp
First time even hearing about this venue and what a cool place! So often smaller venues can be difficult to navigate, difficult to find restrooms, difficult to get a drink, etc....but this place has got the right design and I had zero of those issues even with a sold out show. The lawn ticket holders were forced to come under cover due to bad weather, but even with all those extra people, the flow of everything was never unmanageable. A couple of other perks to this venue are the amazing seats. There is no bad seat, really. The sound was also great considering there was a torrential downpour going on behind us. My only real issue is that even thought it was "rain or shine" they stalled the headliner for an hour and 40 minutes. I'm assuming there is some sort of liability and rule about when there is lightening but it would have been nice to at least get updated. It was a school night after all. Overall thus venue is in a great spot next to a lot of restaurants within walking distance and the parking garage is super close. I would gladly come back to this venue. And pro tip, I got my good seats that day on Stub Hub for $13 a piece, so always check those last minute prices!
