We arrived to Trabuxu Bistro on a late Wednesday evening, and they gladly accepted our group of seven people. The atmosphere and decoration inside the restaurant was beautiful.
The menu was varied, coupled with an extensive wine list. If you love wine, you’ll absolutely love it here.
Before the starters came in, we were served some fresh bread with a homemade butter / red pesto which was amazing. I had a bruschetta for starters, hands down the best I’ve ever had. Even simple things can be amazing when done the right way. For the main course, I had the pasta of the day, which was a rabbit ragu, which was good.
All in all, the food was great and so was the wine. Our waiter was really fun and helpful. The only negative aspect of our dinner was the waiting time for the main courses, which I also accept considering that we were seven. Come here if you want good food and wine in Valletta!
