Forest Gate’s Best Restaurants | Where to Eat in Forest Gate E7 - Eater London
"Pretty Decent Beer Co, Ransom Note and Fin Curran’s collaboration is a lively and fun mix of music, cocktails and good food. Alongside an impressive collection of vinyl, a DJ booth and listening booths, diners can feast on a rotating menu of dishes including jackfruit chilli and griddled artichokes for vegans — with plenty of meat-lover options too. Brunch is served on Saturdays and Sundays, along with two types of Bloody ‘Marylands’ and a range of other cocktails to keep the party going all weekend." - Shekha Vyas
What and awesome find. Great food we had 4 egg and bacon addicts and 1 saksuka. Awesome coffee and hot chocolate. The employees were great one had a puncture on the way which slowed down the service. They with it so well that they deserved 6 out if 5 stars

A hidden gem. The people, the staff, the spot, the music, the food, the drinks, the atmosphere, the cats, the cider house or pasta van next door. Priceless

Superb joint, tucked under an arch in Forest Gate. The veggie brunch is epic (add bacon, don't @ me)

We've been for wine tasting night - nice range, and host was fun.
UPDATE 3 years later: Tracks is one of our favourite food and good beer places in Forest Gate. The BLT doesn't sound much from the menu, but trust me - it has amazing flavours and is huge.
The owner & staff are decent too.

Great little venue. Very cosy, friendly staff. Decent selection of beer on tap to keep you interested and a side selection of records to flick through. One issue is the close proximity to the cooking. Great food but as it is cooked behind the bar you may end up leaving with your clothes smelling of fried food.

This establishment has continually morphed itself and remained Covid-Safe in order to serve the local community & beyond during 2 years of Pandemic and remains a firm favourite of ours when in town. Fab staff (can't do enough for you), great drinks, menu, music and there's always something going on here, Cheese & wine tastings, plant & craft sales. A real good place to be.

Best bar and music venue. The food is always delicious, yum cocktails and they have a great selection of local beers. I love that they always support community efforts and other makers in the area.
