For the last 2 years we have only good experience with the Scottsboro store. Nice store, lots of parking spaces, offers a different selection than other store chains, polite and helpful staff. Trees, plants, evergreens, lime, fertilizer and toys. The staff is very helpful, very professional, Emily went overboard to help us, to accommodate us as customers. We will definitely be long term customers.

It is Monday and no one in this store is happy or talking. Was not greeted and when I checked out the only thing the cashier said was asking for my rewards number and giving me the total. Not another word did not offer to bag tje item. My experience tells me that when everyone is unhappy, it's normally a management issue. In addition, the rest room was very dirty. I would avoid this store. Thankfully I have 2 other TS same distance as Scottsboro store. I will use them.

If you need to fill propane tank you had better call to make sure they are able to fill your tank for you because not everyone there can put a hose and tighten it to your tank flip a switch open the bleeder valve watch gor it to start coming out stop it close the bleeder valve take hose off read how much they pumped but sure they have to be certified be great if they had to keep someone there that if they sale it they need to know kinda what there doing be great would it not TRACTOR SUPPLY GREAT JOB AT THAT. REAL 👍 Saod call and did still waiting for call back what are going to do anyway keep someone that can pump LP gas staff people get there license thats what can do keep someone there to fill tanks I don't know when going to run out and need when I do not when you guys get around to getting someone there going to give me gas money for going back and forth but thats on me I need to call to make sure there's someone in to get me LP gas to fill my tank call you yeah that did not help either but still here if you get around to it cantelk everyone same as post because why have something like that and staff that can not proved the srevice last time I think I'll try to get LP from a Tractor Supply 6 time this has happened and going to be last told no ones here to fill tank know have to come back tomorrow no not at all when cheaper at Rural King here in Albertville Alabama 1.99 1/2/25 still got get there early so they do not run out on you though just saying

Tractor Supply is one of the best stores for home gardens, hardware, farm, and animal supplies. Power tools and clothing. One of my favorite things about Tractor Supply is their "Pet Wash Stations." Where else can you find this service? I haven't ever seen it anywhere.

The staff here are all about the the CUSTOMER. The make sure I get the right item. Bathroom, though was a mess and smelled bad.

I’ve been going to the pet wash station about once a week or so since it opened. At first it was great! Decently clean, well stocked, clean towels, easy to use. Used to have several different shampoo options as well as conditioner. Different attachments for the dryers. Now that it’s been open a couple months it’s been really let go. The last 3-4 times it was nasty in there. Clogged drains, hair and grim all over the walls and floors. Today was the last straw when there was blood all over the grooming table from what I assume was a pups nail cut too short. No clean towels. No conditioner. Only sensitive shampoo which is unscented. No bags in the trash can. Missing dryer attachments.

Went for the second time to get my propane tanks filled as I'm grabbing the tanks out of my truck 2 employees watch me walking towards the gate and close it as I'm getting close to the gate . I set my tanks outside and go in and the guy who closed the gate is at the counter and I said I need 2 propane tanks filled and he huffed and said you will have to wait till Monday we can't fill them. This is around 3:15 and yeah it's Saturday but they are open and I have gotten my tanks filled in Huntsville at 6 pm . Don't know why I went back but I made the mistake because this is the second time they have done this to me the first time was 10 am on a Saturday as well . Never had any issues with the Huntsville store must be a Scottsboro issue .
