"September was a tough month for me: We lost Eastlake Craft Brewery, which became a favorite watering hole as soon as I moved to the Twin Cities, and Tracy’s Saloon, of which I can say the same (and add that I enjoyed so many nights there after broomball games over the winters). It does help soften the blow a little to know that A Bar of Their Own will be heading for Tracy’s space." - Eater Staff

Super yummy! I got the chicken and broccolini stir fry and my husband got a burger. The fries are real good too.

Tracy's Saloon and Eatery is a charming spot located in Minneapolis that has been a favorite hangout for Augsburg University students for years. The atmosphere is cozy, with dim lighting and rustic decor, giving it an old-school pub feel. The bar offers an excellent selection of beer on tap, including local craft brews and domestic favorites. The food menu is diverse and features pub classics like burgers, sandwiches, and wings. One standout dish is the juicy Lucy burger, a Minnesota favorite that's stuffed with cheese and topped with all the classic fixings. The service is friendly and accommodating, making you feel right at home. While the menu lacks vegetarian options, there are plenty of choices for meat-eaters. Whether you're looking to catch up with friends over a beer or grab a quick bite to eat, Tracy's Saloon and Eatery is definitely worth checking out.

This place must be beloved by people in the neighborhood, because I don’t get the appeal. The food and service were fine but not anything I’d come back to have again. The atmosphere is like every other neighborhood bar. It’s fine if you’re hungry and nearby but I wouldn’t make a point of visiting Tracy’s. Also, they should warn people that their seasoned sour cream has curry in it! Unexpected and a bummer.

My local favorite. They do a great job here and put a lot of care into all of the menu items. The (shoestring-style) fries are my favorite and the burgers are all great but the salads, while not life-changing, are the thing I feel they really put a lot of care into when other similar restaurants wouldn’t. They have some fun with the weekly specials too. Tuesday wing night can get a bit slow at rush because of limited deep fryer space, but they do their best.

I'm addicted to this place. I was house sitting in the area. Great staff. Very helpful and clean. Surprisingly not busy when I went on a Saturday night. Food is fantastic - I have had the pesto chicken sandwich and the bacon, blue cheese salad so far. Definitely order the broccolini. My eyes have sights set on the cheese curds next time I'm around!

Many items are over priced, the bathrooms kinda suck, and I'm never really excited for anything on tap. The cocktails aren't great either of the 4-5 I've tried on various occasions. The food is very tasty though, and lots of variety in options. The boozy malts are rather nice but in all definitely not my first choice of bar. It's kinda like a fancy restaurant is trying to exist in a somewhat bland bar environment. It's got the food for fancy date night but not the look.

I love Tracy's. It's my neighborhood bar and it has that neighborhood bar feel. They have a boat load of regulars which is a great sign. The place is always clean and inviting but they aren't pretentious. I wouldn't call this bar a dive but they are super low key and laid back. Tracy's food is fantastic. You'd think they'd have the typical, greasy, stale bar food. But they have made to order, original dishes that are well cooked and spiced. It is truly surprising the quality of their food. It's just so above and beyond what I expect to find in a neighborhood bar. If you're not hungry, Tracy's has great drink specials that change throughout the week.

💎 Diamond in the rough. We stumbled in looking for a reasonable meal and a beer and found some of the best burgers we’ve ever had. All of their burgers can come in veggie form for no extra cost, and the veggie patty was awesome. Everything else was on point, too - the staff was super friendly and on top of it, the side items were excellent (home made dressing???), and the ambiance was pubby but very clean. Plus, they have an awesome happy hour every night of the week (look at their site for details). We’ll be back.
