Ben Fouse helped make sure everything with our pool project was to spec with the rules of the community. Hands down the worst management company in Myrtle Beach, maybe even the US. I have over a decade of experience working side by side with property management companies. This company is awful. They ticketed and threatened to tow my rental after I was in a bad wreck, and couldn't get my pass. I would STONGLY recommend choosing another management company.

we have reached out to Tradd numerous times to get our trash truck time moved from 3:30 am to a more reasonable considerate hour of the day. They responded that I was the only person who has complained insinuating to suck it up when I know other neighbors have said something too. You don’t want a company to represent you when they don’t have your community’s best interests in mind.
