I’ve had the privilege of serving on the original volunteer Tradd POA Social Committee for the past three years in my development, and it has truly been a wonderful experience. Working alongside such a dedicated and caring group—especially Kali Treadaway—has been incredibly successful and rewarding. She has always been a text or call away if I ever needed any assistance and I ALWAYS received Immediate Response! The events we’ve helped create have done more than bring people together; they’ve helped turn new residents into friends and neighbors, fostering a genuine sense of community. I’m proud to have been part of something that has made our development feel welcoming, connected, and vibrant.

I would give Tradd Management a 5-star review. They worked with us on all of our projects and were very helpful. Ben Fouse helped make sure everything with our pool project was to spec with the rules of the community. Stasha also worked with us on a couple of projects and helped facilitate with what was acceptable and what wasn’t. Whenever I needed something they responded promptly and professionally. They are transparent with our budget and our quarterly financial reports. The portal is easy to navigate and all the community info is right there on hand. Thank you

Quick and easy site for requesting changes, additional landscaping and other projects around your home. Ben is so good with advising me when my projects are approved and any necessary adjustments I need to make.. Makes the community a great place to live.

There was a leak in my ceiling from a source above my unit. Pam took all steps necessary from beginning to end to ensure a timely resolution of the issues. Pam's assistance was invaluable, and I am very pleased with both the end result and with Pam's attention to my situation.

Hands down the worst management company in Myrtle Beach, maybe even the US. I have over a decade of experience working side by side with property management companies. This company is awful. They ticketed and threatened to tow my rental after I was in a bad wreck, and couldn't get my pass. I would STONGLY recommend choosing another management company.

I had questions to be answered for our buyer's insurance company on the HOA and spoke with Ralph Pandure at Tradd Management. Ralph was extremely pleasant, helpful and responsive. It was such a pleasure to have someone actually get back to you about your questions.

we have reached out to Tradd numerous times to get our trash truck time moved from 3:30 am to a more reasonable considerate hour of the day. They responded that I was the only person who has complained insinuating to suck it up when I know other neighbors have said something too. You don’t want a company to represent you when they don’t have your community’s best interests in mind.
