Croque Madam was delicious! You could taste the quality ingredients from the bread to the ham to the cheeses. Amazing coffee and Latte. I love when you can really taste the coffee. We will return to try some of the amazing looking pastries. Great service and quiet atmosphere. Good prices.

It's always an adventure shopping at TJ's! Free samples! Fresh produce, excellent frozen food, from spanikopita, samosas and palak paneer to tamales and latkes. It's my cheese headquarters Try the sourdough bread. Eggs are reasonably priced. And this location has wine!! Two thumbs up!!👍👍

Another amazing location. One of my favourite grocery stores when we cross the boarder. Plenty of high quality products sold there. Most of the stuff are unique including the wines there which most of them are bottles for them exclusively. Also many spices and products sourced by them and private labeled for them. A must visit.

Your cereal is bad, I’ve never had that awful cereal in my life. It tastes like a cardboard and the milk gets worse when I add your cereal. Please stop producing that cereal, thank you, everybody deserves a second chance! You can apologize by sending me a good one, better than that imitation of cereal.

First time going to Trader Joe's and I was very impressed. Store is well organized and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I can't wait until the new location in Hamden Ct opens. I would recommend this store to all my friends and family.

the NICEST people work here. Thing are always clean and organized well. I freaking LOVE this store. Everyone who has ever rung me up has been pleasant and chatty and has made my DAY.

They were missing some stuff on the shelves. But it wasn't too over-crowded so overall it's one of the better TJs.

I love trader Joe’s and I always have, but the ‘mate’ (assistant manager) Therese I think was her name, was the most unkind and rude person ever, I don’t know how she could possible be employed by anywhere, I asked where a product was at the front desk area in the back and she was super rude “you really don’t know where it is? Are you dumb?” (Then laughs) That’s what she said to me, literally yesterday, I couldn’t find the cheddar that’s like the store favorite cause everything keeps moving around, she is so unkind and rude and this isn’t the first time this has happened to me or to my friends at the same store. Therese the ‘mate’ should be fired absolutely be fired and that’s all I have to say on the matter now. If she isn’t, me and my friends, family, and all of my many coworkers will have to start going back to BJ’s.

Trader Joe's is a really nice grocery store. Being from Rhode Island, our Trader Joe's do not allow wine to be sold, so I have to go to the Massachusetts stores to buy wine. This one is on the way to Provincetown, so it was an easy stop. Trader Joe's is headquartered in Monrovia, California. The chain has over 530 stores across the United States. Trader Joe's is named after its founder, Joe Coulombe. The company began in 1958 as a Greater Los Angeles area chain known as Pronto Market convenience stores. Coulombe felt the original Pronto Markets were too similar to 7-Eleven, which he described as the "800-pound gorilla of convenience stores", concerned the competition would be too much. Coulombe developed the idea of the Trader Joe's South Seas motif while on vacation in the Caribbean.The Tiki culture craze was still widespread in the United States in the 1960s, so in a direct nod to the fad, the Trader Joe's name itself was a spoof on Trader Vic's, the famous tiki-themed restaurant that had opened its first location in the Beverly Hilton in 1955. Trader Vic's in Beverly Hills was notoriously expensive to eat at, but Trader Joe's in Pasadena would provide an irreverent and less expensive offering of food and drink. In years past, BusinessWeek reported that the company had the highest sales per square foot of any grocer in the United States. Madailein working on August 8th, is extremely rude and off putting. She rolled her eyes when I went up to her register to check out and verbally complained in front of me that she had to help me to a coworker. The entire check out experience was unpleasant. Madailein, learn to be happy with your life and do not take it out on customers that come up with a smile.

I need wine for a party! Where should I go for selection and good prices...Hmmmmm?? Ahhhhh Trader Joe's of course! :D 'Nuff said :) You can trust me, I can drank a lot of wine ;D

First off, I've been shopping Trader Joe's since the late 80s in California and more recently Fort Lauderdale and have always had a good experience. The store on Lyannough Rd is not stocked well, and staff not helpful or friendly as my past experiences.

Frozen swordfish was awful. We grilled it the usual way. She fishy we had the ditch it. Disappointing.

I shop this location a couple times a month for years now. It's a slightly smaller selection / size store than some others i've visited. Generally speaking the staff are pleasant, friendly and appropriately helpful. However, on my last visit I had a very annoying interaction with a staff member named Nancy. She foisted herself on me for way too long after I inquired about an out of stock item. What should have been a 3 minute or less interaction turned into a toxic positivity rant with TMI about everything I didn't really need to know about her perspectives on any number of things. I don't go food shopping to make friends with staff or have a coffee house conversation! She seemed to go out of her way to toot Trader Joe's horn and go on ad nauseum about TJ stocking and marketing procedures.... As if all this pseudo hyped up attention and information sharing was going to impress me. Obviously, from this review - it only annoyed! Please Nancy, keep it short and to the point when addressing a customer's concerns!

This is such an exceptional store. We have been customers for many years for this location but it was the recent COVID19 that made us post this. The store was, as it always has been, impeccably cared for. Despite having lines to go in, the wait was more than reasonable on both of our recent trips. To say the store was well stocked would truly be an understatement, there was nothing we looked for that wasn't there. There is little doubt that Trader Joe's is the finest and most courteous grocery store that exists. We do wish it carried a little more items but we do understand that this is their way of doing business that just requires you to hit another market for some things. But what they provide for us is completely invaluable.

This visit like the last reviewed below. Very consistent. Love this store. Visited this location to buy some food to stock the hotel room for my long Cape weekend. Very impressive walkway to the store. Loaded with cheap pumpkins on display. Found everything I needed and a nice bottle of Chardonnay for tonight's visit with friends. Typical and then not so typical to a store near my MD home. This one sells beer and wine. Obviously recommend.

It's not often one looks forward to doing chores like shopping but the staff at this Trader Joe's makes that possible. Friendly and efficient service and excellent selections.

We are on vacation in Cape Cod and stumbled across this Trader Joe's. The selection and prices are great. The restaurants in this area are really expensive and many of them serve the same type menu. So we were happy to find a great selection of fresh and frozen meals to take to our Airbnb.

I've been a customer for many years- however I just wanted to give A+++ for the level of service during the covid pandemic. From the beginning TJ's has had a very organized system, unbelievable sanitation of shopping carts, limited amount of customers in the store and clear and easy arrows on the floors. The staff has been insanely polite and helpful. I have been thrilled with the selection of product (no bare shelves) no matter what time of day. Bravo TJ's and THANK You!! Great job!!

Doing a great job of creating a clean environment amid COVID. Socially distanced line outside. Not so inside but there are arrows and most people are pretty observant and self aware. Great selection and lots of fresh fruit. The checkers are SUPER cheerful. It's just a happy place to go. I am really not sure why other grocery stores do not train their employees similarly. Fantastic wine selection which is just a wonderful addition. There is only ONE TJ's in the Denver, CO that permits alcohol sales. Go figure.

This is a wonderful grocery store where you'll find fresh produce, meats, seafood and lots of unique items in their frozen and pantry sections. Some of my favorites are their seasonal ice cream, such as purple yam or their strawberry and cookies and cream ice cream. I also like their scallops with mushrooms and peas, cauliflower gnocchi, and various Asian dumplings and fried rice. Not only do they have great food, they also have a great wine selection. Their wines are great value, like merlot and Chardonnay for 2.99 or marsala wine for only $4. The staff are super friendly and helpful! I got some great cooking and traveling advice from them. This the one stop shop for all my grocery needs, when I'm in Cape Cod!

I'd consider myself an occasional Trader Joe's shopper since the closest one is about 40 minutes from me.. today I decided to go to this location and was thrown off by how rude some of the employees were. I asked two workers who were on the floor questions about whether or not they had a certain item and rather than being helped I was given short snappy responses like "if you don't see it we don't have it" "we definitely don't". I understand with it being the holidays they may be overworked but not an excuse to be rude to customers. I'm giving my experience 2 stars because the cashier who rang me out was fantastic and very personable, if the name on the receipt matches the cashier then a huge thank you to Catherine ! The rest of the staff could use a training on how to speak to customers.

NOT CHIHUAHUA DOG friendly. Worst experience I ever had. I was told to leave my groceries & could not use my gift card to buy needed groceries. Thanks Reuben. I will never come again & will never recommend. He was mean & did not like my tiny Chihuahua.

I have loved this location my entire life. As a kid, I would get so excited to come with my mom for weekly grocery trips and that love never died. The staff is always friendly and helpful, there's tons of parking, and it's always well stocked and organized. There are so many awesome things at Trader Joe's that you simply can't get elsewhere.

Trader joe has for decades been almost exclusively the store where I shop. Recently i have experienced a change in the quality of their groceries as well as in the general attitude of their employees. Quite a few of the items are now trader joe brand and seem inferior to the previous ones. E.g. the multigrain sourdough bread and the trader joe vegan cream cheese, which is impossible to spread and has to be cut in slices. In contrast to their previous policy regarding covid, they now seem to ignore the fact that we have daily new cases and leave it up to the employees to wear masks in order to protect each other as well as customers.

I love Trader Joe's. But this one was not okay with me. I had an asthma attack, and needed to pay and leave ASAP to get my inhaler. One of the workers stopped me (while I'm wheezing and TRYING TO BREATH) and said I was not allowed to leave until my friends show their ID (they were also buying alcohol, so I don't get why she needed to see theirs in that moment.) I ended up leaving what I was buying and running out (so I could breath). And then when my friends came out. They informed me that the woman was equally as mean to them. I hate leaving bad reviews, But if someone has a medical emergency... don't be a jerk.

TJ's on Cape Cod is reason to cheer! On this sand spit where we're starved for anything involving culinary options, huge score. And they just expanded the space and included a wine/beer section. The employees at this store are always super helpful and friendly. No need to drive to Hanover, this TJ's is tops. Tip: during the crazy summer months, if you're arriving from the Barnstable rotary direction, avoid the Iyannough Rd. entrance and come through the back via Falmouth Rd.

Being on vacation from Raleigh, NC where we frequently shop at Trader Joe's, it was appalling to see the absolutely filthy floors in the Hyannis store. It does not appear as if the employees take any pride in their work as they do in Raleigh. When I mentioned this at the checkout, it was clear the unswept floors were the norm. Had it been earlier or if we had more time, I would have asked to speak to the manager. Disgusting state of affairs. Shameful.

Their mozzarella and tomato salad is great. They have lots of vegan options, like the vegetable pad thai, hi-protein veggie burger, and vegetable masala burger.

I am just turning 80 and cannot stand in the kitchen for long periods of time. I love good food and depend on Trader Joes for some of their high quality products that I can put together and prepare a good meal fairly quickly.

This Trader Joes is right on the main drag through Hyannis and is easy to get to. Having visited many Trader Joe's across the country I was impressed with the amount of space this one had in it. It was a similar layout of a standard Trader Joe's store, it just seemed to have more space in the aisles. I stopped to pick up a couple of bags from Massachusetts to take back to Texas with me.

Love Trades Joe's! Wish I had one close to me. Prices are reasonable, products are great and the employees are the best! Tonight was just looking for some healthy snacks, which can be found in abundance here. This would be my go to market if only it was closer. Make sure to check out the floral department- always something you can bring home to brighten your day. Today was a new lavender plant and now my car smells fantastic.

Mannnn do I LOVE Trader Joe's. Sometimes the prices are a bit higher than the food store but in return you get quailty ingredients, so gross after-tastes, no yucky back preservatives and additives, Bingo. This store is a decent size though is seemingly always full w customers. Love the samples they do and I almost always end up buying it b/c they have delicious stuff. Cant really say what would be my favorite here bc i love the fresh foods, the refridgerated section and especially the seaweed snacks!! I could eat about 10 packs of those a day! Hey, it's seaweed, its green and good for me. Love it here! Only downside is the parking and that you have to use the rotary to come back on the opposite side of the road-unless you take the mall allllll the way around to the light by Sam Diego's.

This was one of the friendliest places I used to shop. Unfortunately, in the past few months the employees have become increasingly unfriendly. The last time I checked out, I began to ask if they knew if a certain item was going to be stocked in the coming week. Before I could finish my question, the bagger interrupted me and said it wasn't; and it won't be back because it was a seasonal item. Christmas is next week (still seasonal). At a similar store in Hyannis, if you ask to help bagging, they are allowing it. Here you can't. Understood. So I don't offer. However, after a couple of visits with my purchases being bagged our produce was put in with chicken. I try to remember to ask it to be bagged separately now. Knowing that the masks and lack of social interaction has created an atmosphere of miscommunication, I present my request as upbeat as possible, and there has been attitude by employees who used to be great - not every employee - but enough to make it noticeable. I've decided I can stand in line outside elsewhere.

Great experience at this TJs! Large selection of flowers and cards. Also very clean store with helpful, courteous staff.

I'm fond of this particular TJ's, which is organized a little differently from the classic TJ stores, and is slightly bigger and airier than other outlets. As ever with TJ, the staff are super friendly and helpful and there's lots of good stuff, but never quite enough wares to actually shop for a full family's weekly needs. The downside, as ever: parking. While this is a bigger TJ's lot than normal, thanks to the neighboring stores in the ministrip mall - fake-town-square, you get the horrors of Cape traffic pretty much year round in trying to get in and out of this lot in the correct direction, and it's still often completely full. So as is the nearly universal rule with Trader Joe's: time your visits for off-peak hours if you want to keep your sanity.

Extremely disappointed in the customer service. Everyone used to be nice and friendly. Now the staff literally hates people. This "pandemic" has done a number on how people treat each other. Bring back the old Trader Joe's attitude!

Trader Joe's is absolutely wonderful! I recently loss my pet miniature poodle of 14 years. To say the least I was sad. So I decided since I couldn't stop crying I would go to Trader Joe's since it always puts me in a good mood going there. I shopped and then was checking out, the cashier asked me how I was today? I was going to say fine, but decided to say I am very sad losing my poodle and of course started to have big tears. The bagger said to me, "Stay here, I will be right back". She came back with a huge mixed flower bouquet. Life does not get any better than that surprise. I will always continue to shop at Trader Joe's in Hyannis. Thank you Trader Joe's for your kindness.

It's trader Joe's, it always gets five stars. What's not till about this place? The wine is fantastic even though it's inexpensive, the people there are very upbeat and fun, and the food is amazing. If you don't like something just bring it back and then give you a full refund. Everyone is very attentive, the samples are fantastic, and I have a hard time shopping anywhere else!

This Trader Joe's has recently undergone a major expansion and they now have wine and beer. All the staff are very helpful and the lines move fast, even in the height of the tourist season. As the local Wholefoods started to go downhill, this TJ's rose to the challenge and is now on top form!

This is just a high quality TJ's. They have everything you want from a Trader Joe's and it's always in stock. The staff are SO friendly. Once, the person ringing me up gave me my wine for free because it was my birthday. They have great free samples, and I like the wine samples too. Love this Trader Joe's.

*The Yelp 100 Challenge Good location next to Joann's and Christmas Tree, visit during week days or off hours to avoid crowded lines and searching for parking. Staff as always is friendly and very welcoming, there are multiple sample stations unlike others i have visited, and the layout is very simple for a medium sized store. The only downfall is parking during a busy weekend especially Sunday.

I absolutely love the store. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The parking lot is atrocious, as are all Trader Joe's parking lots. I just cannot deal with the annoying people that shop here. No one pays attention to where they walk. It's the Cape air of pretentiousness that drives me nuts. Can't hold that against the store!

This is a great TJs - ample close parking and right next to the Christmas Tree Shops in Hyannis :) Everything is always very well stocked, clean, and organized no matter what day of the week you shop and the employees are super nice as approachable for help. Plus there are always delicious free samples in the back. Yes please! I love that I can find Quest bars here now too, since they don't stock them at many grocery stores on the cape! Big bonus, and I'm a happy girl! Happy shopping!

I love this store. I try to do as much shopping as I can here. The staff are always extraordinarily helpful and friendly. Sad when they discontinue a favorite item, but there are new things coming in all the time. They have cute little shopping carts for smaller children to push, and if they find a little plastic friend on the shelves they get to sound a gong and get a treat. It's sometimes hard to find though.

UG! I dislike anything that reminds me of Floridian service. This one is "floridian nasty". Worst Trader Joe's I've been to. Except for the check out clerk. Darling. It is open and spacious, so its easy to get around, if you can deal with the floridian - type nasty clients. Sample area looked like cheap moms took their kids for lunch and it was hard to get around it. Meh

Had an errand to run in Hyannis, so made it a point to swing by this Trader Joe's, one of the last TJ's in MA that my elementary school-aged Daughter and I have not visited (I know, I know ... SO cool). Like our usual TJ's in Hanover and Hingham, this store doesn't sell booze, but they do have great product, friendly and helpful employees, a free snack and shot of coffee, and a hidden seal. We got great stuff and great fun doing so.

Driving down 131 and saw the sign and could'nt believe it. I had to turn around at the mall and come check it out. This is a more spacious then most TJ's i've seen. It has the normal selection with some extra's to cater to the beach crowd (TJ's has excellent food to take in a cooler to the beach) I really whipped around to come here because i wanted to check to see if they had booze since the wine is cheap and beer is pretty good. Sadly NO ALCOHOL...

Smallish store in Cape Cod packed with great stuff...love the green, the nuts, the almond butter...great prices and lots of treats...Parking is abysmal hence the 4 stars.

All Trader Joe's are great in my eyes and this is no exception! They had a great selection of all the salad kits my family loves as well as a good selection of breads and other goods. The store was very well stocked. I just wanted to write a review because we felt the employees at this store were very knowledgeable. We were looking for mochi ice cream and an employee was able to tell us exactly why they didn't have them and for how long it had been out on the shelves. A little disappointing on our end but man were we impressed by his knowledge!

A great, high volume TJ's, an insanely busy place. Still, the shelves were full,and the items very fresh. I found it a difficult store to navigate with a basket though- something about the flow was all wrong. That said, the associates couldn't have been any nicer and checkout was easy and straight forward.
