trader joe’s always has really great frozen foods. i love getting the soup dumplings, birria meat, and korean style short ribs however the most recent time i got the short ribs i found maggots in them after cooking it. i only bought the meat a few days prior to cooking it and kept it in the freezer until i defrosted it in the fridge and then cooked it.

Don't go here if you're hungry. Trader Joe's is well known for their organic grocery, but what nobody talks about is how good their snacks are. So good. Like, black out for a minute and eat an entire pound of mini peanut butter cups good. I definitely didn't do that just now and am definitely not on the verge of becoming diabetic because of it. Kidding aside, Trader Joe's is great and this location has very friendly staff. Recommended.

Trader Joe’s is my go to place when making something special for the wife. Bought everything for this charcuterie board except for the cheese. Yes I’ll get the cheese at Trader Joe’s next time. Everything was fantastic and we had a good at home date night.

The crew at Trader Joe’s honestly restored my faith in humanity tonight. they’re always really nice but tonight Gina was especially friendly and helpful and I’ve been so grumpy this year dealing with other grumps but she really made my evening

Hard to find parking but Trader Joe's is always fun

I love that they open this new Trader Joe’s near my house. It was clean spacious and all the staff was friendly. I will be coming back.

I always drive to the side street and park on the highest level when I come here. So much congestion at the entrance. I once pulled in to where the entrance was, and as I waited to turn right, people were just passing on both sides of my car. seriously? Besides that, I like the salad options, snacks, and dumplings. I usually grab the oatmeal cookies with frosting to bring for friend gatherings. Once used the container for a week to brine meats in before cooking. Pretty solid imo.

In August 2025, I got Ecoli and Campylobacter from fresh chicken thighs I purchased at this location. I had to go on antibiotics after one week of serious diarrhea. The company that manufactures the chicken, Coleman Natural, refused to cover my doctor's bills (only a co-pay) because I consumed the chicken 1.5 days after I purchased it. Do not purchase fresh chicken from Trader Joe's unless you and your toilet want to spend serious quality time together for many days.

Nice outpost, but when I visited they had a lackluster flower selection and no one to direct the checkout line. It kind of felt like a free for all, and the parking lot was oddly crammed for a Monday afternoon. There were a ton of stray shopping carts left behind in the parking lot too-- recipe for disaster on a windy day.

Trader Joes is like the Home Goods of foodstuffs - each location is gonna have something a lil different - oh and btw you better get it when you see it bc no guarantees on the next time. I was way up in Millburn and decided to stop in this outpost to see what new delights I could find. Cue Julia Roberts: Big mistake. Huge. The energy was so off in this location. So much so that I cut my trip short smh. First the layout makes no sense - it's arranged on a slant like a parallelogram. Second, it was 2pm and the place was swarming with stock people crowding the aisles. And I'd try to get past them and they'd just stand there lmao. Like no one used words or gesticulations. Just psychic ~brainwaves~ I guess. Shelves were weirdly empty of random items. Not even popular stuff. Just odd salad dressings and varieties of loaf bread. The only respite from the nonsense was my cashier. Shout out to him. One bright spot: a sample station of bread, creamy cheese, and balsamic but I wasn't sure which of those items they were highlighting. It was good though. Ultimately, I only spent $23. That should tell you everything you need to know. I'm sticking to central Jersey next time.

My main gripe with this location is there's no wine. But, at least we have TJ's in Westfield, right?! This review is for the love of truffles! I love 'truffle season' at TJ's. These truffle oils are distinctly different in flavor and dually delicious in taste. Considering increasingly high grocery prices EVERYWHERE, $10 isn't too bad for the set. And yes, it only comes as a set, no separation. If you're into olive oil and its many variations, add these to your grocery list and kitchen rotation.

Big fan of "all things Trader Joe's" and I gotta say that the Millburn Store here is a very solid representation of their brand. So I find myself lucky enough to have three TJ's within my area of operations and I'm always interested in seeing the different types of inventory that each store carries. Plus it's a great way to get me to try new and different things instead of the same old boring stuff at other places when shopping for groceries. My only issue is whenever I really like something it's usually the thing that disappears off the shelves first, which totally sux, lol. But I guess that's how the cookie crumbles sometimes right?    Anyhow when it comes to filling up your cart FULL of YUMMMMMMERS, you just can't beat a good Trader Joe's. Come And Get Your Shopping On!!

This TJs has the goods. Lots of new items, larger than Westfield and a little easier to navigate. Every TJs parking lot is disastrous but this one was a little better than most.

Great store, good parking.. BUT weekends and evenings are combat shopping with the rudest self-entitled customers of any TJ store I've been to

The food & ambiance of the Millburn, NJ location is good. For the most part the customer service is also good, however Trader Joe's management needs to change their hiring practices! You have loyal (supposedly valued) customers. Don't treat us otherwise with your passive aggressive hiring tactics...for example: After applying with no word-calling to follow up & being informed by the hiring manager that your application wasn't accepted due to an interview that you never had?!?? Once I advised of such, being informed that individuals wanting an interviewed can come in Mon thru Thurs. 12-4pm- No appointment necessary. Once interviewed, advising the applicant that they will hear something shortly either way via email with a decision of a second interview. Leading applicants on to believe emails/phone calls will be received regarding hiring on two occasions either way & almost a month later each time-nothing is received. (I guess I should have taken the hint). Following up in store while shopping & being advised to call in a couple of hours with a decision. Then after a couple of hours being informed that your application wasn't accepted. To add insult to injury being informed that individuals seeking employment are not advised of decisions while in the store?!?? Is it expected that someone (applicants not accepted) will trash the store by being informed they're not moving forward with the hiring process?? Don't you think enough time has passed/wasted by promised emails/phone calls to be received by this process? Do you really believe a loyal customer will ever want to shop at Trader Joe's again due to this. Certainly doesn't make anyone feel valued! To think the Millburn, NJ location used to be my favorite store to shop in! Wholefoods it is...I definitely wont be back!

Sometimes out of inventory and people aren't always careful in the lot. Still, friendly staff and the checkout is quick. Pretty straightforward layout and limited, mostly proprietary SKUs keep it simple. Stickers at the checkouts for kids. They have various produce and meat, a lot of different Trader Joe's specialties. They also have a few plants up front.

The store layout makes no sense. There is no demarcation between checkout and the main isles and i found the store crowded and customers rude. i'd rather take the drive to Florham Park which is on par with Clifton.

This TJ's is fantastic. Fully stocked on all the products I wanted including their elusive spf 40 daily facial sunscreen. A staff member offered assistance if we needed help finding anything- which is so pleasant. A little crowded at around 12pm but not unpleasant Today while checking out I asked the cashier if there was any good sushi spots around here and we ended up taking her recommendation and went to Umi sushi- pretty good.

Geez I usually come here because the parking lot is easier than Clifton Trader Joe's when I go to Orange theory. The customer service here is plain LAZY AND RUDE. They had a maple butter that was about to expire in 2 days so I asked an associate if they can check in the back to see if they had more that DIDNT EXPIRE IN 48 hours. He basically said "mostly likely we don't have any" didn't even check AND WALKED AWAY- I was like whatever ok.. go to check out, literally standing there with my heavy basket and the cashier had a cart in the way so I couldn't put it down... fine.. whatever.. I have my recycle bag out and the cashier rolled his eyes at me and just left the food on the counter. Every Trader Joe's usually packs your bag for you, unless u told them not too, just overall awful experience. I honestly expected more since I'm in "Milburn" but LOL nope.. I rather experience the awful parking lot in Clifton for a BETTER experience and no food expiring in 48 hours in the sales floor. JUST PLAIN SAD. Hope management can read this and allocate your associates with a more helpful polite service. Go find the a list of the best products then buy it. My favorites so far are the produce selection, the fruits, the carnitas cooked pork is out of this world. The peri peri sauce is really good. They also had a readymade chiken salad that was delish The internet is amazing because there is also a list of items that are just MEH. This includes the artichoke spread. The label sure sounded impressive but when i opened it at home, It was just meh. Friendly staff are helpful though this place has high turn over and sometimes the shelves are empty like a snowstorm is gonna blow thru except this happens all the time.

Flowers. Chocolate. Cheese. Sometimes life happens and I need flowers ASAP. Trader Joe's to the rescue!!! They provide a good variety of bouquets and loose same-type bunches that you can easily make into a decent arrangements for under $10. For chocolate, they have good bars of varied bitterness and containers of chocolate-covered nuts, pretzels, caramels, and mints which are excellent as gifts for coworkers as "thank yous" or holiday presents. Then when I entertain guests, I come here for cheese that's a little more special to add to my cheeseboard. For seasonal items, my daughters especially like their super easy gingerbread house kit and Halloween one. Staff's extremely helpful and will go in the back to search for an item. Go Joe! TIPS/NOTES: **Most items offered are the store brand which helps keep prices low and lower than Whole Foods, but eggs and milk are slightly higher. **Plenty of parking, shared with Pet Smart. There's additional parking at a higher level. **Wheelchair-accessible, especially if parked store-level. **No wine.

Trader Joe's is a dangerous place in that I always end up buying more than I intended. The produce is fresh and reasonably priced. Cheeses and dips are always inviting. The spices and jarred sauces contain some of my family's favorites. The bread selection is great. Love that they have kosher meat! People are super friendly and service is great. Plenty of parking. Love this place.

Trader Joe's: Pandemic Edition Well, you're going to be waiting in line to get in, generally no matter what time you come. Welcome to the new normal, for now. But it's not bad here; there's a lot of parking lot to work with so everyone is super spaced out and even if the line looks long, it moves faster than you'd think. Masks are a must as of this writing, and along with the lines outside, I imagine that will be the case for a bit. While waiting, you may be lucky enough to get a show in the parking lot; last time we were there a very friendly TJ's employee put on an amusing juggling show for us. Once you do get to the door, you will be given an incredibly well-sanitized cart, plus wipes of your own so you can your own round. Shelves have been, for the most part, well stocked every time. A good amount of of produce, all the meat you'd expect, and the frozen food aisle continues not to disappoint. I would say the only thing I noticed to be pretty bare was the bread section, and some of the condiment/pickles/sauce area. They still had things, just not the wide selection they usually have. All in all, everyone that works here is just as happy and friendly as they usually are, which goes a long way when the TJ's crew is one of the few non-quarantine folks you get to interact with. I choose Millburn over Hoboken purely based on the assumption that the suburbs would entail less waiting, fewer people, and more space. I was right.

High turnover, as TJ's is always packed with patrons. Parking can be tight, ingress/egress tricky, but worth the effort. A woman named Theresa has always been very helpful, above and beyond the usual TJ's staff level which is saying something.

Most of the items are way expensive compared with Costco, BJS, shoprite and everything is a mess, the place need to be more clean.

The Millburn TJ location is always busy, but it's the one I go to because it's the most organized store and cashing out at the register is the least painful experience compared to the other North Jersey TJ locations. Also, beware of the cars entering and exiting the TJ lot. Sometimes I think people don't pay attention.

I thought when I came here it wasn't going to be as much of a mad house as the other stores but I was wrong. Despite the chaos the workers kept it together. A lot of things I was looking for was missing so I had to settle for what I could get. The good thing was the line moved very quick.

FIVE. STARS. EVERY. TIME. Great selection of product and the staff here is awesome. Exclusively shopped here for groceries during the pandemic and was impressed with the experience every time-- consideration for people safety and time, organization, continuous stocking of merchandise, creativity... Thank You Steve. Great customer service at the register. He gave us information and answers my questions while having a pleasant conversation. I could see his smile even under his mask. Thumbs up! Coming from NY TJs stores , this little store was like a quiet walk in the park . Zero stress! Too bad this particular store doesn't sell alcohol . Only sparking waters. But as a quick -not -quick store at the Joes, it was a nice experience.

Came here and the place was packed. Didn't have time to take photos. I got everything I needed and got out. Staff was nice and friendly. Social distance is practiced here. Cashiers were fast and friendly during the check out phase. They have so much different things here. I didn't have to go to any other place today as planned. The carts are disinfected after each use by the staff.

This is the one I most frequent due to convenience I try to come off peak hours because during peak hours- it's packed and people act insane . Staff is always nice here This place doesn't sell wine though But this location has the gallons of new Zealand Trader joe water which most locations don't have

A breeze to shop at, lots of space and options. I like how their chip area has its solo section. I came ten minutes before closing and I was able to grab and go without the pressure of taking too long. Employees were quick, friendly and helpful in ring me up.

Easy to find Trader Joe's. Parking is alittle tight, but I've noticed that's a common theme at all Trader Joe's. Why the 4 star rating for a common market? The staff was pretty darn helpful, even going out of there way to help me find stuff. Another common theme in their stores. Very polite and nice too. Even though this one doesn't have a wine aisle, they get 4 stars for service. The cashier even double sacked my groceries because it was raining outside:-)

I've worked about 5 min from this Trader Joe's for 3 1/2 years and never set foot inside until today. I just had a baby 5 days ago and wanted alkaline water since im breastfeeding (healthier alternative). As I was searching for a particular item I requested assistance from an associate that took notice of my newborn and complimented him, and I for my endurance for being on my feet so soon. On my way out this vibrant, beautiful being had a bouquet ready for me to congratulate me. This beautiful person's name is Lola. Although the gesture may be small to some this meant a great deal to me. I appreciate them having such a considerate person on staff there and I will certainly return.

The staff goes that extra mile. Instead of pointing they actually bring you to the item you are looking for.

While I do like Trader Joe's, I have have a huge problem with the patrons and their behavior at this particular store. It's as if everyone just had a lobotomy the minute they pulled into the parking lot. The folks in there lose every ounce of consideration they ever had. "OH Marcia! lets chat right here and block the entire isle with our carts... did you hear what happened to Harvey friday night? his gallbladder blew up in the middle of dinner?" As a bottleneck forms behind them, they couldn't give 2 shits. This about sums up the behavior of just about everyone in this store. I'm going to try a different location to see if it's the same.

Even During such a hard time like this. This location is constantly out of stock with most necessities. Rude employees and management who think they can tell customers anything. Unorganized and small. I wont be returning to this location. I rather drive an extra 10 mins to the clifton location. Its much bigger, organized, and staff are always much more friendly.

Absolutely love this Trader Joe's. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Including the people who collect the carts outside. Anytime I'm in search of an item on the floor, the staff is always willing to look in the back stock room. Such a pleasant store to visit. The cashiers are always willing to take the next customer who may be waiting on another line. They are always so interactive with the customers. The only downside is the tight parking lot.

It's a hard time during the corona virus pandemic, for everyone, but I experienced a very good service here. When I came here I was told clearly by the clerks to stand in line and wait for the entry - only at most 25 customers are allowed inside the store at the same time. The line itself, as shown in my photo, is very sparse in order to maintain social distancing. While entering the store, they gave each of us a wipe to clean the handle of the cart. After entering it I was pretty surprised by what I saw: I was expecting to pick up left over stuff on the almost empty shelves, but it turned out most shelves were packed with stuff (note this is already 18:00), and they were put in order and look like the stores has just opened. The cashier was friendly and ask me if everything was well, he also cleaned his hands using the sanitizers before packing my stuff in the bag. Since I was trying to hoard stuff, I guess this is the time that I spent the most amount of money at Trader Joe's, but it's really worth it - the huge variety of items and the great service, definitely gonna keep supporting it.

Milburn location: Great staff. The location is popular so there may be items out of stock. Prices cant be beat! Eggs for $2.39! Nice selection of sauces and frozen meals for a bargain. So far Ive only tried one thing that I didn't enjoy but every thing else is super tasty. I also love the fruit and veggies section. Great variety at reasonable prices. I will repeat, the staff is always great, very friendly and helpful. They always go the extra mile.

This is probably the farthest TJ I have been to coming from JC. But its pretty short drive off 78 and was on the way for my commute home. The store is bit smaller than the Clifton and Paramus location but still decent size. Probably about the same size as the Edgewater location. I think it was because of the impending snowstorm when I was here but a lot of the shelves were empty which was bit disappointing. But I had a really good experience with the staff who quickly directed me to the items I was looking for. So overall it was a pleasant experience as usual in TJ. If location is easy for you to get to I would definitely recommend it as its only few minutes off 78 definitely easier to drive to compare to some of the other more crowded locations.

A great chain-store with a neighborhood feel. The employees here are always great, welcoming and helpful when you need assistance. Hands-down the best value for the quality of any food store around, especially once you get used to their limited selection in some areas.

I absolutely love Trader Joe's, from the great service to the various selections, I find myself finding everything I need for groceries there. The prices can be a little higher than at Shoprite but they tend to be more consistent. The only issue would be that it has a tenancy to be overcrowded.However, this isn't too big of a deal as the lines at the cashiers move relatively quickly.

I just got back from this Trader Joe's, was unpacking/cooking and had to yelp as it consistently provides an all-around exceptionally positive experience. The staff is unwaveringly helpful, kind, and cool. I look forward to grocery shopping because of your fine product and awesome people. Update: This location continues to deliver amazing product & exceptional service. Great vibe in there just now, as usual. Keep on groovin, TJ's M'burn!

*** Review From A Westfield Customer *** Would be 3.5 stars... It's unfortunate for what happened to the Westfield location, and we do look forward to going back there when they re-open. I've always thought that the Florham Park location was closer to my area. But after doing some research, we realized that this location is closer. Here we go. We came in on a Saturday, and the parking lot was bustling with cars leaving and others looking for a spot. We were actually lucky to get a spot close-by because someone backed out. If not, then we would have parked somewhere in the elevated portion of the lot (whatever!). When we approached the entrance, we saw a sign that welcomed Westfield customers, and told us that some employees from that location were working here. Just like the Westfield location, this one sold dairy products, meats, breads, and fruits & vegetables, which were located right by the walls of the store. Frozen foods, raisins, nuts, chocolates, sodas, snacks, cereals, and more were located in the middle aisles of the store. The only difference between this and the Westfield location is that no liquor is sold here. Given the size of the store (will be explained soon), I could understand why. The employees that we interacted with were courteous, especially the ones at the cash register. When we approached the register to pay for our items (Virgil's Root Beer, raisins, etc.), the two employees asked us if we were Westfield customers. When we said "yes", they were glad to see us since they worked at Westfield. They also told us that all of their booze was transferred to the Princeton location. I take away two stars because the size of the store is a lot smaller than the Westfield one. At the time we came, the store was really crowded. The lines for the registers stretched towards certain aisles of the store. With people standing around, the place felt very cramped. With a store this small, there's no way they can additionally sell liquor here. Overall, this location is just okay. I can't say that this location is better than Westfield due to the small size and cramped areas. But until the Westfield store opens up again, this location will suffice. Depending on where you're coming from, you can utilize the local roads, I-78, NJ-24, and/or NJ-124 to come here.

The problems with this location is it's size which can lead to frustration when crowded. A lot of the shoppers who go there will literally run you over if you are not careful in the lot. Another issue is that they open a bit too late.

I was shopping here the other day and I bought a package of chicken noodle soup and when I brought it home it was a rubber flange that must've come off in the factory and ended up in my soup it was really disgusting. I know Trader Joe's has been in the news for quality problems but this was the first time I ever saw it up close and personal. I emailed them at the headquarters a week ago so still waiting to hear back from them.just be careful if you order something that's premade and packaged! Buyer beware.

If there is an actual Trader Joe and he represented the best Trader Joe's in the nation, this particular outpost in Millburn would surely be Joe's younger redheaded step-brother* with a face full of freckles and one leg longer than the other, teenage acne and bad breath who at least was frugal. The only thing this Trader Joe's has going for it is its namesake and the prices because if you have ever been to a big boy's Trader Joe's, this will seem like a messy closet to you. While there are attempts at streamlining organization here, due to the size of the place (tiny), it is kind of scattered. Cookies and breads stand on top of shelves over freezer drawers, the produce is jammed next to one another and the aisles (there are only really two) are angled and truly befuddling. I was expecting to be blown away with the quality and selection and while the quality was decent for produce and meats and the prices were certainly good, the overall selection was horrendous for any place, much less a Trader Joe's. It's almost like Noah's Ark, there are maybe two of everything and that's it - few, to any, options of any kind and certainly not the tantalizing display that one thinks of when envisioning a Trader Joe's. There is no chance in the world you can do all of your shopping here and chances are that even if you go in with a short list, you will leave with only half of that. Sorry Joe, your little step-brother or cousin or whatever this is, does not live up to your name in any way. ____________________ * I'm not knocking redheaded stepchildren, I am one.

I do love me some Trader Joe's. And this one is where I do about half of my grocery shopping. However, there are some issues. Trader Joe's has a lot of really good food at low prices. Their whole vibe is friendly, vaguely earthy, and kind of organic when it suits them. The products they sell, especially the canned, bottled, and boxed foods are generally of high quality and are an excellent value compared to any other supermarket. They manage to cram a lot of goods into their relatively small space, and stock persons are constantly refilling, reorganizing, and rotating everything. However, the produce department's quality is poor to middling most of the time. The fruits and vegetables generally LOOK good, and are organized well, but I can't recall the last time I got a bag of potatoes that didn't have two or three fully rotten spuds in 'em. I've gotten peppers with moldy fuzz growing inside, oranges that were nice and ripe on the ouside, but weirdly bruised and brown on the inside. We've also had problems with some of the refrigerated foods, like "fresh" pasta. We recently purchased some pesto tortelloni and threw it in the freezer as soon as we got home. When we took it out of the freezer, not two days later, it was covered in frozen mold. I wouldn't have seen it in the store, as the mold was covered by the label, but it's clear that the mold didn't grow in the freezer itself. I haven't had these problems at other Trader Joe's locations, so my guess is that there is a problem somewhere in the shipping, storage, or rotation of goods on the shelves here. To sum up: It's fine, could be better, and inspect your food carefully before you throw it in your cart. Avoid the produce, there's a Whole Foods for that not far away.

There is a debate on whether T J & Whole Foods are competitors. While WF's mission labels them more of a health food store, with crossovers into standard dietary fare, as well as boasting considerably more square footage, both stores do have common items. I believe the reason TJ has smaller stores is b/c they go to market as a discounter, and certain vendors will not sell to them to avoid cheapening their brand, or not wanting to lower their margins on the wholesale side. Or the competition will complain and threaten to pull the line if the mfr continues to support TJ. That being said, both stores use private labeling. In addition, they obviously spy on each other. For example, when TJ offered Dr. Bronners soap at a deep discount, WF responded right away and matched the price. The main point I wish to make is that on the customer service side, TJ PUTS WHOLE FOODS TO SHAME. Here in Essex county NJ, TJ occupies the old WF location, while WF moved to a larger space in Union ( but still calls themselves "Millburn", b/c it sounds more prestigious--Millburn includes the toney upscale Short Hills). But where they really differ is in customer service-- no challenge-- TJ BY A MILE !! Entering Whole foods is like entering a morgue. The cashiers, with a few exceptions, are rude. They don't make eye contact, They talk to their friends while they ring you up---my complaint to corporate about this was ignored. When I try to aid them by giving them the PLU code on the produce, they get snooty. Now, contrast this with the love shared by the TJ staff. there is obviously an effort to hire people who actually enjoy people. All staff are well-trained on their product line, and if they don't know, they'll ask a team member. they go the extra mile, they seem to like to be there. They work together. In contrast to Whole Foods, whose workers seem to walk around in a daze. OK since this a review about TJ, here are the standouts----- --cliff bars .99¢ (recently a famous convenience store ran a special on these--2 for $3. TJ is .99 every day). --tofu & tempeh, priced below market --tofurkey sausage-about 1/2 price of other stores --nut butters--deep discounts --vegetable oils, esp olive--quality at discount --fish--salmon (coho, sockeye, Atlantic), sea bass, cod, flounder. Frozen but huge savings --breads--ciabatta, challah (certified kosher), wraps. If you don't mind frozen fish ( I don't---freezing kills worms and parasites), you will save a ton. Tuna here is $8.99/lb. versus Whole Foods at a staggering $27.99....??.!!! And its previously frozen! Also, TJ has some terrific macaroons at $4.99 per dozen. WF macaroons will set you back two bucks EACH....EACH!....?? Pumpkin seed oil, a wonderfully fragrant oil: 8.5 oz.-- TJ ten bucks, versus fifteen dollars at WF (please note: WF does carry fhe Flora brand top quality raw pumpkin oil, processed at ultra low temps). Besides food, there are excellent deals here on green products such as natural laundry detergent, dish soap, sponges. Supplements: Three sleeper steals: Aloe vera juice at eight bucks per gallon. And two of the best food supplements one can use: green powder and red powder. The green is made up of cereal grasses run thru a juicer and dried. The red is a mixture of berries, also run thru a juicer, then dried, with the water and most of the sugars removed. Both products have added probiotics. These three products, arguably the most nutrient-dense foods one can use, based on the new ORAC rating, recommended by holistic physicians as part of cleansing protocols, would set you back about one hundred bucks elsewhere. But at TJ, I paid under fifty. Huge savings. Lastly, I wish to give a shout- out to Shakeelah and Amie, who know how to keep it REAL--my favorite cashiers, no doubt. p.s. add these dime pieces to TJ staff--Nioka and Sara. I need I apply for a job there---great scenery!!

They don't have any alcohol. Crap, now I sound like an alcoholic. This particular Trader Joe's is also rather small, and the selection isn't impressive. Like most Trader Joe's, the prices are low. Just wish the store was bigger, and they served alcohol. There is a parking lot, but it's shared with a Pet Store and a gym so it's often very crowded, and easy to hit people. Be careful!

As a resident of Hudson County, I find that this Trader Joe's location is the easiest to travel to and from. The locations in Edgewater and Clifton seem closer physically, but the tight roads and traffic signals make for more than a half-hour drive for me without fail. This location also seems a bit bigger then those nearby. There is a plethora of Trader Joe's brand goods and organic and GMO free based food stuffs from other brands. As a vegetarian I am always happy to see their Soy-based Ground Beef Substitute. I know it doesn't sounds that appetizing, but with a little cumin, turmeric and cayenne pepper it makes for great tacos!! Everything is nicely organized and the carts are not strewn about in the parking lot. The produce is fresh, colorful, and most importantly modestly priced. There is a variety of exotic as well as contemporary food items and lots of choices for vegetarians. They even carry Brussels sprouts on the stalk (seasonal only!!!). Lines seem to flow very well here and the staff is super helpful with bagging and assembling your cart. The only drawbacks are no Chuck and limited sizes/volumes of products.

I am a big sucker for Traders Joe. This location I feel is a little bit tidier than other ones so I am a fan. Plus Whole Foods is less than a mile away so if you can't find it here it is easy enough to make another pit stop. Try and come during the week. Weekend is crazy busy. But that's the case for all locations.

One of my favorite grocery stores! They have a great variety of things from organic pastas to yummy snacks. I personally looove the "everything but the bagel" seasoning! They even have free samples daily! I always end up spending less than expected and always look forward to trying new things from here.

Okay, I'm sorry for my first review that wrote for this Trader Joe's. I've been going to this location more frequently now, and they are much improved! Small selection of flowers when you first walk in, but I like their cheese section, and their ready-lunches. They have a lot of options available for about $4 (wraps, salads, soups, pastas). Their dairy is really where it's at though. The other TJs I go to in Clifton often sells out of their fruit flavored yogurts very quickly, but this place stays fully stocked and has a wider selection. I love their six-packs of blueberry & vanilla, strawberry & banana, and mango & peach yogurt cups. They have a lot more bacon and meat at this location compared to the Clifton location too. Their frozen foods section is smaller than Clifton's, so you might not find everything you're looking for, the check out area is fast and friendly, and if you're buying a ready-made lunch, they'll ask if you need utensils, which is a nice plus.

The have a really great selection of gourmet chicken strips. I especially love the plain grilled chicken strips, they are juicy and flavorful. Perfect strips for salads. Cashiers are super friendly but the managers at the guest nook are a little moody, they could use a class in customer service. But still love the products so I visit often.

I just love shopping at Trader Joe's! The prices are unbeatable! I love the quality of their food. Baby spinach, avocados, fruits, tenderloin chicken, Angus steaks, juices and much much more!
