writing this review now because it has been 48 hours and i have not been contacted by the store manager or anyone like corporate said they would !
I came in to do an exchange, I had the receipts and the items in tow, the cashier rang it all in and then called over someone to do approve , and while i didnt see that employees name ( short, frosted tips/ white blonde- bleached hair) He became very aggressive very quickly saying whats going on here whats the problem? And the cashier told him its a return he looks at the items looks at me, and goes whats wrong with the items and i said i didnt like them, and he goes alot of these are unopened hard to not like something you didnt try ( mind u it was 2 items, everything else was opened, ) he said ill let it slide this time but ill need a receipt next time, i said the receipts are in the bag to which he then threw his hands up and walked away. Initially i was under the impression " no questions asked" and it was via the policy/ honor system, and in any event if any item is unopened and its been less than a week that shouldnt even be a concern? Im writing this because the exchange felt stereotypical, racial, and micro aggressive, or at the least like someone who didn't want to do their job or someone who could use a refresher on policy, the cashier was fine, and I had actually called ahead on the phone and spoke to austin to ask about my returns before i even came.

Ill have the manager call you back in the next 24-48 hours the store leader over there is carlos, and like i stated at the top of this review it has been 48 hours and I have not been contacted when I was told I would, very disappointing , hope they can do better or at least different moving forward
