Trader Joe’s on Camelback is always such a great experience! The staff are incredibly sweet, helpful, and friendly every time I visit. Whether I have questions about a product or need a recommendation, they’re always happy to assist with a smile. The store is well-stocked, organized, and makes grocery shopping so enjoyable. I always leave happy and definitely recommend this location to anyone in the Phoenix area!

Funny how I never step into Trader Joe’s in CA but I’ve been to so many throughout AZ whenever we are in town. They have the freshest gorgeous flowers compared to Wholefoods, Fry’s or Costco. Out of all the TJ in Phoenix, this location is by far my favorite for flowers. Their wide selection is organized and fair prices. I especially love their wall of orchids. Last month we wanted certain colors for Gladiolus and we called in advanced to reserve a box. The box came in multi colors and they don’t have control over what colors but we were able to select what we wanted instead of the ones on display. Same with roses.

I go to this Trader Joe’s often and recently I’ve had my groceries checked out the last few times by Baron and he is truly SO nice. He greets with such a gentle & kind demeanor and makes sure to carefully bag all the groceries. He does a good job and I wanted to make sure he gets the recognition he deserves because it definitely makes the shopping experience which can sometimes feel a bit chaotic more pleasant.

Fast becoming my favorite place to shop for weight loss and health friendly dishes. I love the vegetable fried rice and their fresh pizza dough. The pictures are 2 new favorites. Fresh vegetables and chefs selections are great. Any one of their locations is a good choice- they are consistent!

We love this TJ’s! Unfortunately, the last two times we bought dairy products from there it was spoiled! The first time, it was the organic TJ’s heavy cream and this time it was the organic TJ’s half-in-half. Both were unopened and unexpired but VERY sour/curled when I went to use it. Super disappointing👎🏼

I mean come on, it's Trader Joe's, if you're not convinced on it already you just don't know what you're missing. Never been to a Trader Joe's location that wasn't 5 star worthy, so this spot is no exception. Excellent staff, clean, organized, and great food products. My only gripe is I wish any Arizona locations carried the Jamaican jerk since serve microwave burrito that SoCal locations carry, but I know the product selection can have regional differences so they obviously know something about the buyers demographic I don't. Anyways enough rambling if you haven't been to a Trader Joe's go to this one, go to any one every location will treat you right.

Such a cute Trader Joe's! It's a little smaller than other ones but typically has everything in stock - I've had my gluten free everything bagel and gluten free pizza dough be out of stock before, which was very sad. Going earlier in the morning would help. This place gets veryyyy busy after work and on the weekends and I avoid those times at all costs... the parking lot is insane. Love all the TJ's products, they've mastered their marketing approach lol. It's a very clean store with friendly staff!

I've been shopping at this store for years... Today I had the miss fortune of meeting the manager or maybe assistant manager, and his horrible cashier!!! They were Both two of the rudest people I have encountered in a very long time!!! I told them both I was having a really bad day and just wanted to pay for my items and get the heck out of the Frikken store. It was as if they had a word quota. They would not stop talking in their condescending tone. What a joke!!! What a waste of employees... they belong away from the customers. Maybe they should reevaluate their employee manual and shoot a little higher in the form of customer respect!!! Horrible, horrible cashier and manager!!!

Jeff the guy who is almost always offering something tasty and oftentimes new to me. I have learned about and bought many items he has demoed. One day Chrissy joined him and they mare this adorable edible house. All of the folks Ive run into and been checked out by at this TJs are Pleasant and helpful. Thank you!

This is probably my favorite Trader Joes in the valley from an overall options and location standpoint. THough this one is almost always quite busy, they have an awesome selection and always seem to be extra stocked with flowers, plants and unlike some of the otehr location in the valley, also have hard liquor. The beer and wine selection is equally as great as other TJ's, but the the TJ's brand whiskey, tequila and what not are such a great affordable house option to have on stock. In addition, the location is great as they are in an area with a lot of other shops, so I find myself being able to hit a few spots on my list at once. Parking can be a bit chaotic, but that's to be suspected in the Biltmore area.

I come to this location occasionally, since it's between home and work. The parking lot is awkward though, as with most TJ's parking lots. The store itself is also small, smaller than the average TJ's, and its always very busy, even during the week. But of course, everyone was very nice and friendly. They have SOOO many fun and interesting snacks as well as your usual grocery items. Pretty normal experience. I'll probably come back here again when I'm in the area or want to try a new food item I saw online.

10-28-24 I've been going to Trader Joe's when I need specific items like pitted dates (not shown here) and other items. This time I bought chocolates. The staff and service have been consistent. The selection is huge and you'll find their Trader Joe brands as good as the upscale brands. They got unique items for the gourmet food lovers and party hosts. You don't need to spend lots of money to impress. You just need this place to make your party a huge success. Just ask the smiling people that shop here.

This is a moderately sized location with a great stock and selection. I found a few cashiers have a chip on their shoulder. It can be overlooked as I live for all things Trader Joe's. The clientele (shoppers) are quite snobby and it's all an act in insecurity. Just get in get in and get out and on with life. Smile and be nice and shop as fast as you can here.

This was probably one of the nicest Trader Joe's I've been too, and given how clean and friendly most locations are, this is saying a lot! It was so well stocked and organized! Every Trader Joe's I go to are usually almost always out of the cauliflower pizza, but this location had so many boxes! Honestly, I was so surprised and happy when I saw the pizzas! Highly recommend you buy at least 2 of them!

No matter how busy it gets, the staff always gives you 100% of their attention--they're friendly, helpful, and genuinely seem to enjoy being there. I've never had an issue finding what I need, and if I do have a question, someone is always ready to help. The store is well-organized, clean, and stocked with so many unique and delicious finds.

I needed some more herb popcorn and trail mix. I was surprised to see a crowd of people in long lines. I then remembered it was Mother's Day because practically every person had a bouquet of flowers. I almost turned around but since I was not in a hurry I decided to brave the crowds. I found all my items and patiently waited. Every register was open and the line split off into three registers. Everything was orderly and moved quickly. I only waited about 5 minutes so all was good. Kudos to TJ's staff to great service. Large parking lot and Cox Wi-Fi for subscribers.

Wanted to leave this review because for those who don't know, this specific Trader Joe's sells hard liquor. I've been looking for the TJ whiskey for some time as I always hear it's a great choice and now I finally found it. Great store with friendly staff as always. Great prices on the liquor too

What fantastic service and nice workers. The shelves were constantly being stocked, the workers and cashiers were so nice and helpful. They even helped me carry my groceries out to the car. Kudos to you Trader Joe's.

Bought chicken salad on Saturday. Didn't realize it expired on Monday. Made a sandwich with it on Tuesday and got extreme food poisoning. I should have double checked the expiration date but I figured TJ's would have that under control with as many staff members they have restocking. This location is also small and packed all of the time. Sucks they had groceries out that expired in 2 days. Didn't make for a fun couple of days for me.

Super helpful and accommodating. Despite arriving one minute after closing time, Carmelo allowed us to gather our items quickly. Most workers would've sent us away. We are super appreciative of him, his delightful demeanor, and his genuine care for his customer. Thank you, Carmelo!

I went in yesterday and the staff changed my mood from blah to bling! They are always so cheerful and friendly. They are my go-to place for the dark yolk eggs and hearth bread. Produce and meet also very good. Thanks guys and gals!

One of the biggest Trader Joe's I've been to and probably the busiest. My aunt and I walked in on Labor Day afternoon and it was crazy busy. There were people every where and the lines were so long. We got in, grabbed a snack and luckily there was a 15 item or less line. We were able to get in and out but I'm not sure about the residents who were doing their weekly shopping.

Always fun seeing the new products! Very helpful associates everywhere. All are able to locate items from my list The fresh flower assortment is amazing! And don't forget the pecan Kringle

I am a Trader Joe's lifer. I've been going there for longer than I can remember and although I tend to hit them up for seasonal items, you can catch me there anytime of the year. Christmas is my favorite holiday to hit them up though. They have plentiful poinsettias in every size and color! I make sure to get their mini 2" pot with glitter for all my customers. This location has the biggest floral section of all of the ones I frequent. Their service is always wonderful and you can expect the store to be hopping!

We use to be regulars at TJ however our recent purchases have been truly underwhelming. We purchased several of our favorite items like cocktail sauce for shrimp (3) and some wonderful cookies, the Speculoos Crisp Caramelized cinnamon Belgian ones. BUT the Shepherds pie was seriously disappointing, soupy with no flavor at all. I LOVE mashed potatoes but whatever the gruel was on top reminded me nothing of potatoes. The whole thing was completely flavorless. And seriously it takes a lot to not make a decent shepherds pie. A sad waste of money.

Workers here are friendly. Good service. I was here on vacation for my daughter's graduation visiting from Hawaii. It was nice to see a cashier working there that was from Hawaii.

Is there ever a bad experience with TJ's? This is my 3rd location since being in town & as usual, the service & inventory are on point. As with being AZ, I was surprised to see the Spirits in addition to the wine & beer. Also, it seems there are different products from state to state. I will forever shop at TJ's as their prices can not be beaten, especially for fruit, veggies & ready-made offerings.

This Trader Joe's is HUGE. Big selection and super organized and clean. Found some cool stuff. The staff are really helpful.

Always friendly staff! Can be busy around 5-7pm. Love this Trader Joe's :) my favorite places to shop for groceries. It's nice they have seasonal goods/ food. Always have lots of quick food options to pack for lunch on busy weeks. They also have great selection of fresh flowers spacious parking lot. Great location :)

Excellent customer service from Justin and Jason at the 20th Street and Camelback Store. After a mishap with a product from Trader Joe's that ruined a recipe, they not only replaced the defective product but replaced all the other ingredients as well! Kudos to these two personable men who know what customer service is all about!

My favorite local grocery store! Conveniently located, super clean, great options and the staff is so friendly!y sons favorite place also bc he gets to use the little grocery carts. I'm so happy they reopened the sample area. I end up always buying what they put out. The selection of alcohol is great for special occasions as well as the flowers! It's just the best!

Ok, we all know that TJ's is life for just about everything BUT this review is on their flowers! I am putting together centerpieces/floral arrangements for a bridal shower and normally, I'd place a bulk order through Costco because I've always found them to be the most reasonable + great quality... until now!! YOU GUYS - I picked up: 2 dozen white roses 20 daisies 10 tulips 2 large packs of alstroemeria 3 packs of eucalyptus TOTAL = UNDER $60!! This is cheaper than the wholesale prices that my mom gets for her floral arranging classes. Pro-tip: come as soon as they open because they get restocked in the mornings. I'm so happy with how they came out! Just another reason to LOVE TJ's!

I can't say enough good things about this place. Every single employee I've encountered here made me feel like they showed up for work ready to put their best foot forward. I've shopped here countless times over the years and their consistency is remarkable. They do get busy and so does the parking lot. I like to go early and beat the crowd.

"Rona Chronicles" This review is a little different than many others. But, it is a review nonetheless. I'm reviewing a product from Trader Joe's ! Ok yal so I did a thing!! I decided to cook (hidden talent)! I wanted to make some Jamaican Beef-patties. However, my fam is vegan. I had to find something that was going to taste like beef but wasnt quite beef. And, yall...Guess who had the right product? Trader Joe's. I bought their Beef-less ground beef and lets jus say it was a hizzzzz zit!!! I will say the package is a little deceiving so dont be alarmed lol. It seems like there isn't a lot of meat butttttt there is! It doesn't taste like mush and its quite filling. You dont need a lot of seasoning to mask the peculiar taste (there isnt one). I was able to make my dish with the substitute meat relatively easy. In my pictures, I added a few ingredients to the Beef-less beef to make my patties. My last picture are the patties! Thank you Trader Joe's for this here product . Even I as a meat eater was impressed by this product!!!

The staff is always super friendly. I can't remember ever having a bad experience here. I don't get here as often as I live in Sedona. They have some affordable and yet healthy options for food. I enjoy the concept of the store and it's approach to shoppers. They always have something being sampled and have let me try things I wasn't sure about. My kids love it when I shop here as they have excelled snack foods.

As a visitor to the area, I love to see a Trader Joe's conveniently close to the Phoenix Airport. Hubby and I were able make a stop on our way to Sedona to grab our favorite snacks and water. Friendly service.

Like many other Trader Joe's they have a variety of cool products and friendly customer service. However, it is smaller than other Trader Joe's locations I have visited, so it's kind of uncomfortable to walk down the aisles when it's always so crowded. It makes it hard to shop when there's a long line of people trying to get by the aisles.

My go to TJ's location. Today they had a stand as you walk in with a friendly crew member offering frozen chocolate covered banana slices! (product name Gone Bananas) Wow they were good and I learned today is TJ 3rd annual Banana Day - yahoo! I have about 10-12 products I absolutely have to have and 99% of the time they are in stock. The crew was very friendly today which was nice as it made me feel like a valued customer.

This is a nice spot featuring an array of items focused on the organic variety. I bought a large amount of items and loved the fact that I could purchase a bunch of items with different brands than what you would see at other chain grocery stores. I liked the wide selection of juices and chocolate. I was also impressed by how well they bagged all my groceries too.

Picked up some staples - enchilada sauce, wine bargains, salt n peppa krinkle chips, green dragon sauce, other surprises for the home crew. Great store next to a few top notch eateries. Have your dinner then shop for tomorrow. TJ how I've missed you!

This is a great Trader Joe's! So many options and was kept super clean & organized! The staff was very helpful with any questions! I love Trader Joes because they have so many interesting options for a good price! Just a heads up- It gets pretty busy especially around lunchtime! Definitely recommend this location!

Every time I shop here the staff here they're always so nice and helpful. Parking lot is super crowded because there's Whole foods right next to them and also with a few other restaurants. So it gets pretty busy in around this plaza and inside here but it seems there's always enough staff to make sure that everyone gets the best service and not having to be waiting for a long time to check out is a huge plus! So I come here often for their yummy frozen food and produce. Always great quality. Also Thank you to the kind staff for the stickers for baby

They pretend to have Hawaii roots but refuse to have a store or help Hawaii, as far as we can tell. So much is packaged now, with sugar and palm oil. But it is fun to go if you are not in Hawaii. Their prices and quality can be great, great employees, reasonably priced cards!

Everyone (well, most everyone!) loves Trader Joe's, so how do you rate one better than another? For me, it is the little extras that enhance my shopping experience. One thing that immediately stood out to me was that this was the first store that I saw a real effort made to identify vegan wines in the wine section. Wine is notoriously a tricky subject for vegans, and it can be hard to know what passes the test, if you're looking for it. TJ's took a lot of work out of it. While not everything is labeled, they have a better labeling system than any store I've been in, including other TJ's. It is just one example of going a little extra for the customer that I appreciate. They also handle COVID-19 like champs, and that goes a long way in my book!

From both a quality and pricing aspect, Trader Joe's provides it all. A wide array of cheeses leads into fresh produce and I love the way they package the meats; so user and storage friendly. You can't help but stumble upon item after item of unique and delightful items to try. They have a fine offering of beverages from non-alcoholic to great wines at super reasonable prices. We have been satisfied with every thing that we have purchased here. This store in particular is located by a couple of our regular restaurant stops and my favorite. Well Suited. It is easy access of of the 51 and the Camelback Corridor is loaded with great shopping. I usually shop at the Lincoln location WHICH I LOVE. Today I decided to stop into this location and the cashier made an error on my receipt. The store was busy so I approached the ivory tower to ask how I should resolve the error. The male managers up there just stared at me rudely and didn't respond to me at all. Thank goodness a female manager came in and saved the day when she saw it. Unfortunately, it really did make me feel terrible and I'll probably not be returning to this location due to this bad experience. Customers are more important than that stack of papers, Mate.

Love Trader Joe's it's always clean and staff is always kind. I go weekly for the most part and never have any issues. This location is smaller than some other but they make it work. I feel the food quality is great and at a better price than sprouts or frys

Amazing vibe from the moment you walk in. Service is amazing because trader joes team members walking around to help you at the moments notice. Everyone in the Trader joes team is nice and respectful.

Seriously, who doesn't love Trader Joe's? TJ's is by far one of my favorite grocery stores. My top favorites are: 1. Frozen meals(especially the orange chicken, tikka masala, and their mozzarella sticks)! 2. Super cheap, yet really good bottles of wine! 3. Flowers are always super beautiful and cheap too. 4. Everything else that TJ's has to offer I love how they always carry seasonal products throughout the year. I mean how else would I know that it's fall if TJ's doesn't come out with a ridiculous amount of pumpkin flavored goodies? I love knowing that when I come to Trader Joe's that I am going to be getting good deals on quality products. Really appreciate what they do.

The cashier asked how I was doing and I told her I was getting wine and ice cream because a client yelled at me. She bought me a flower. It was the sweetest act of kindness. Trader Joe's for life!

They have plenty of very high-quality foods that are often hard to find anywhere else. Most items have few if any preservatives so their food is healthy and nutritious. Great customer service and always something new and fun to try. Great recommendations by employees!
