Must try in Sevilla! This place was a gem, we found it via the Michelin Gourmet bib and it was absolutely delicious. We ordered a total of 8 dishes and the restaurant did a great job portioning and pacing our meal.
- Special Iberian a corn-fed feather: Absolutely favorite. Truly amazing with a gentle sweet and nutty taste that I have never had before. The medium rare was cooked just right.
- Special ceviche: fresh, tasty with the tiger milk sauce that has just the right amount of acidity to open the appetite.
- Avocado Canelloni: Must ordered. We almost got stopped given how much we ordered but this one was a must. Fresh avocado, refreshing taste.
- Special blue fin tuna tarantelo: Super good, fresh, well seasoned and seared. Tasty every bite and not fishy.
- Special fried sea bass: Wonderful full fish presentation. Crispy and fish was super fresh.
- Special grilled squid: Perfect portion, well cooked and fresh.
- Marinated Sardine: Sardine has a nice salty taste, soft and on a filo cracker.
- Cheese: ok, nothing special
