Tradevo Centro

"A modern, lively restaurant on one of the historic centre’s myriad small squares. The enticing display cabinet of different types of fresh fish, hake roe, prawns, squid etc, is a highlight, most of which is priced by weight. Traditionally based cuisine with a contemporary touch and excellent daily specials." - Michelin Inspector

We were recommended by the friendly waiter to try the fried seabass and avocado cannelloni. They were nice but I loved the red shrimp salad and the grilled octopus more. Being East Asian I find their frying technique not that impressive but overall it was a nice dinner.

Absolutely incredible. Lovely place with excellent food. Every bite was delicious. The fried items were a highlight-Tradevo has their own method of frying and it is amazing. The fried fish and pork rice are both must-have dishes.

Ahhhh that's wsn a nice experience!! This guys has a lot to offer , you have an amazing hoice of carefully crafted dishes to choose from. Some more traditional that includes day fish catch and some more fusion. We tried the avocado cannellone that his a fresh bomb, we were then surprised buy the slow cooked meat croquettes not to speak of the beef cheeks with cardamom and sweet potatos puree. Great also the artichokes and the tacos ( maybe for the tacos a tacos instead of tortilla would have been a better base). Good chess selection to finish and tasteful simple milkrise dessert with tangerine sorbet, this was really balanced and not over sweetened . Price in line with offer. Excellent EVO and great great service . Thanks guys might come back to focus on the fish offerings and the Iberico rise .

We had a delightful, delicate, and delicious dinner at Tradevo Centro. The dishes were beautifully presented—each one a small work of art. We shared three appetizers and had baked turbot as the main course. The fish was perfectly cooked: moist, flavorful, and expertly prepared. They also had a good selection of sherry. The wait staff were helpful, attentive, and courteous. We dined outside in the shade, and it was a pleasant, quiet setting with hardly any passersby on this mid-May Saturday evening.

Recommended by the local guide. Modern Tapas with a little Japanese influence. We had several dishes - the avocado canelonni, prawn nigiri, roasted octopus, squid egg, seasonal artichoke and boar cheek. All super delicious we decided to give 5 stars even before we finished the whole meal! Definitely worth a visit!

Google
Considering that this restaurant is featured in the Michelin guide I was a bit disappointed. The codfish was fishy and most of the dishes failed to impress me. Fortunately we didn’t have to pay for the fish. Something I really recommend is the Spanish arroz with meat, which was delicious!

Google
Really appreciated that the servers explained the fresh seafood options so well - we were informed of the market prices. The process was very transparent, so we didn’t have to worry about being surprised by the bill end of meal. Both the sea bass and the sea bream were amazing! Incredibly fresh and seasoned perfectly (we asked to have our dishes with less salt). Highly recommend trying out their fresh seafood!

The service was absolutely nice! We had delicious avocado roll, delicious taco and a grilled fish. With the fish we had bad luck but the service managed everything. The place is super nice sind the drinks too!

Yelp
Excellent neighborhood restaurant that serves local Andalusian cuisine that is listed on the Michelin guide. The chef was knowledgeable and proficient in English and Spanish and translated the menu for my daughter. I went with his suggestions: avocado roll with langostinos, and tuna tartar. Both were amazing. I had the house specialty: fried sea bass amazing and spectacular. The interior is modern chic and it has the feel of a modern place. Opening in 2016 as an extension of the Tradevo family, Centro joins its sister restaurants by chef Ghef Gonzalo. The food is simple and clean and represents this native Sevilian Chef's aspiration to bring quality local sourced food to all.

Yelp
Being on the Michelin Guide and reading reviews of praises, I had high hopes for this place as my last meal in Seville. It was disappointing to say the least. They didn't really have an English menu. I was by myself, and decided to just order based on the server's suggestions (stomach isn't big enough for all the starters!). He spoke about the fresh catches of the day and recommended to get 100-200g of their shrimp and 100-200g of the tuna loin. I opt for 150g of each. I should've asked how the chef was going to prepare it. The presentation was non-existent. The seafood was fresh and pretty good quality, but the flavor was mainly just seasoned with salt - maybe a little too much, as it was too salty. Maybe my experience would've been different if I wasn't dining solo

Yelp
I had the Sherry Sour (very sour) to drink, the avocado appetizer (very good) and the octopus entree. The octopus entree was fantastic! The only reason I rated a four was the people the constantly approach you while eating and the bathroom was in disarray.

Yelp
It was so good we returned tonight to dine here again. This time with grilled sweet prawns, tuna taco. Also helps if your BnB is around the corner and you've just had a 14 hour touring marathon

Yelp
Best food in all of Spain. We ordered most of the menu, had the best sangria we've ever had, and the service was great.

Yelp
My final meal in Seville and turned out to be the best meal I had during my week long trip around Andalusia! It was recommended by folks from a Spanish cooking class through Taller Andaluz de Cocina (also amazing, I highly recommend). My waiter spoke a good amount of English and suggested fresh dishes and I loved all of them! My fave dish was the beef carpaccio, just slightly cooked around the edges so not fully raw combined with many flavors, I almost ordered a 2nd round. The restaurant is situated in a nice open area, so I enjoyed the nice weather and dined outside. Wonderful dining experience but keep in mind, the price point is much higher than the standard cheap bar tapas. It's worth it for the fresh quality and innovative dishes.

Yelp
This place was beautiful! It was so hard to find haute cuisine among all of the basic cafes! This one was awesome. In fact, Conde Nast recommended it as one of the 8 restaurants in Spain to try. The Chef, Gonzalo is world trained. We didn't even order, we just let the chef decide what he wanted to send us and the four of us tasted at least 10 edible works of art. We started with the most beautiful plate of organic tomatoes with Basil jam. We enjoyed an amazing ceviche and we highly recommend everything!!

Yelp
Everything was amazing! I have celiac, so I can't eat gluten and the waiter was super helpful. They had gluten free bread and even fried fish! It seemed like most things could be made gluten free. Highly recommend!

Yelp
I felt I died and went to heaven. I wanted to try everything on the menu. I began with three starters and dessert. The starts were perfect in every way. The sardine on a crisp crunchy cracker with marinated red pepper salad was excellent. Mildly sweet peppers with mildly salty sardine. A great combo. The risotto was a wonderful treat as it was laced with just the right amount of cheese, peas, and other wonderful ingredients to make it have a creamy texture with a bit of chewy morsels to experience with each bite. The ravioli was made with spinach, ricotta cheese and egg which sat in truffle gravy. The pasta was so thin you could see through it. The spinach was fresh and cooked to perfection. The egg was yellow runny and added a delicious creaminess as there was little ricotta cheese. Only enough for the flavor to sneak in there. Don't stop with just starters as I did. They had stuffed squid on the menu as a main dish that I can't wait to go back for. The apple cake with candied pecans is something I thought I'd wait for beak fast to try. After one bite of soft creamy moist apple cake. I ate the whole thing! I'll have to walk all over town to burn some of these calories tonight. But it was worth it!!
