Tradevo Centro absolutely exceeded our expectations. The service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, and the food was exceptional from start to finish.
We started with the artichokes, cooked perfectly with a rich savory sauce that complemented every bite. The sardines were incredibly fresh and tender, simple yet full of flavor. The shrimp were lightly cooked, soft, delicate, and seasoned just right. The bluefin tuna, prepared in a tataki style, was outstanding — silky, buttery, and truly melt in your mouth.
The highlight of the night was the fried snapper. Freshly caught, beautifully seasoned, and fried to perfection. Easily the best fried fish I have ever had.
Every dish showcased quality ingredients and thoughtful preparation. We are so glad we chose this restaurant. A definite must-visit in Seville.
