Tradition on Rio

I really recommend Tradition on Rio. Having a child living away from home is always hard but I am pleased to say this has been a home away from home for my kids. The office staff is amazing and I recommend giving Grace a call or any of the staff on property. They will get you taken care of and make sure you are treated well. The apartments are nice and spacious. The downstairs has some hangout areas, quiet room for studying, and even a pool table and tv for the game. They are always doing fun contests and raffles and setting up treats for the residents to come by and grab. Check this place out if you are looking for a new apartment.

Great location, and even greater staff! Amiya in the front office was very welcoming and extremely helpful in showing me all the available options and found the perfect apartment for me. Shout out to Ethan as well for also making the process as smooth as possible. What a wonderful place.

I toured the property while looking for a place for my friend’s daughter - believe the blonde girl’s name is Grace that gave us the tour. She was awesome and definitely had great knowledge about the property. 10/10 would recommend checking this place out and getting a tour from her.

I love living here. My place has an awesome view and maintenance issues are always taken care of so quickly! Everyone in the leasing office, especially Gaurav, is super friendly and welcoming.

My son is attending UT in the spring. We really like the amenities at Rio that Grace took time to explain. She answered all our questions and made me feel like my son would be safe and make some great friends living in the complex.

Grace was so wonderful to work with! She was helpful, knowledgeable and kind. She even gave me some fun facts about Austin. Thanks to her, you are definitely on my shortlist to move into next year!

I recently visited Tradition on Rio with my niece, who’s moving in soon, and I have to say, I’m beyond impressed! Grace, who works there, gave us a fantastic tour and made the whole experience feel so welcoming and exciting. She was incredibly knowledgeable and highlighted everything that makes Tradition on Rio such an ideal place to live.
