The worst experience I’ve had living in this apartment complex! The first night itself, I was unable to get into my apartment due to a faulty key they had provided, and the lock was damaged as well. I did try calling the emergency after-hours, several times, and no one responded. The next day, when I inquired about it, they were very rude, and kept saying that they did not get any call, despite me showing them the number of times I called as well.
I understand that being in the topmost floor, my apartment is more prone to insects. However, there are a lot of crickets that somehow finds it way inside the apartment, and once again the apartment management is of no help when it comes to pest control.
The only good thing, I can tell this apartment complex has, is Jesse and Carlos, who try their best to help with any sort of maintenance issues. The people in the front desk and the management, is extremely rude, and are of practically no help.
A warning for future residents, this apartment complex tend to have random fire alarm set off at night for the whole building, with no explanation the next day of what happened or why it had happened. And the wifi tends to go out during weekends as well in random, and you have no way of getting it fixed until monday comes in!
I’ve also been trying to reach out to management as well for a while, regarding my balance and dispute charges. I’ve been getting absolutely no response, and it’s been 3 months. I’ve tried calling, emailing, and no reply at all!
Overall, its been a horrible experience!
