Brian was such an amazing server!! Bryan with a "Y" was too, but apparently too many BriYans at one time can get confusing! Lololol Amazing service and we appreciate everything! Thank you!! ☺️

Stayed a week in Las Vegas and Trago Lounge was our favorite part of our trip we ended up visiting the lounge every night and the mixologist Ro was there each night making us amazing drinks! Seriously the best drinks in Vegas!

Extremely friendly bartenders but the lounge itself was a disappointment. There were VERY limited drink options due to COVID. It wasn't until my third choice that the bartender said they had the alcohol to make the drink. The decor was nice and appealing to the eye, but the seating options were not as comfortable as they appeared. This bar was more of a drop by bar then a stay and linger place.

Great Bar! Good Spirit Selection. Worst bartenders in town. Sat at the bar for over 30 minutes and watched as the bartender (Teresa) served everyone at the end of the bar where patrons were walking up, but never once acknowledged anyone sitting at the bar putting money into the machines. I literally had to go wait in the line with everyone else to get a drink and then wouldn't comp for a player. Terrible service and completely unaware of how to take care of customers. Sadly, I stay at the Tropicana each time I come to Vegas, but won't be spending any of my hard earned money at this bar.

Not, crowded very nice place to relax, watch sports or just have a drink. Our server Nicole was great.

Located inside the Tropicana Hotel. It was a beautiful place and plenty of comfortable seating.

Nice little place. Prices are Strip-reasonable. They have last call at 12:30 because management is cheap and doesn't want to pay to staff it any later. Vegas really was better when the Mob ran it.

Bartender on duty was awesome! He explained the drink menu in detail and made my wife a drink that she thought was great! I wish I could remember his name so he could get the credit he deserves. He was the bartender who was working today July 10th, 2022 around 630pm. It was after the MJ Live show.

This bar will be closing on April 2, 2024 when Tropicana closes. We didn't get to stop in here last time we were @ the Trop for a show because it was closed for a private event but we went in here last night 03/29/2024. Bartenders were very slow & even though my friend & I had been sitting at the bar for a bit the bartenders were waiting on new customer's who had come up to the bar after us & then taking orders again from people who had already been sitting @ the bar drinking. It was annoying....but the female blonde bartender did apologize to us for "the wait" which I appreciated that she did & also noticed we had been waiting awhile. She was nice & friendly and did check on us again. There was one guy down @ the end of the bar with a couple other men & he kept coughing & coughing & coughing without even covering his mouth....it got very annoying and eventually he left (thank God!) but then one of the guys started smoking a cigar and it was soooooo stinky & a chic behind us who was smoking a cigarette, which was stinky too. I know these bad habits are smelly but I wish the air circulation in this bar was better. I did enjoy my Lemon Lime Happy Dad seltzer & gambled a little bit but didn't win any money. I have been in this bar twice in the past & had a better experience so I'll give it 4 stars, just like with any place sometimes your visits can be good & sometimes not soo good!

Sullen employees not interested in being personable. Really, it's a no brainer. This is a run down, disconsolate establishment with a formerly elegant past. We used to come to the Tropicana, years ago. There was a gracious, wonderful valet. There was history. There was pride. There were customers. This is the end of days for the Trop.

A define money grab by Bally's. Was here for nearly 15 mins before I was served because the female redhead bartender was talking to her friends with her back turned to 3/4 of the bar. Another guy came out of no where and comped my bear after spending $20 at the video poker at the bar. I sat with an empty beer for another 10 mins after spending $50 and was told it couldn't be comped. And she was a tad rude about it. The trop needs to be doing anything to stand out due to the co diction of the property...:and this isn't it. You get better service on FREMONT . I'll probably never be back until it's dozed for a baseball stadium.

Teresa was very rude all I wanted to do was buy water for a friend who was having heartburn and needed water to feel better . I was patiently waiting my turn and the couple ahead of me wanted to have their water bottles filled which I get it , that's not allowed. She told them what the deal was and said she only sells water , needless to say they left upset . That's not my issue , I asked her for water and she snapped and said we only sell water, and quickly left before I could say yes I'd like to purchase one . She proceeded to go to the other side of the bar and help someone else and mumble something about the incident served the patron and then ask her if she'd like a water with that . She was making fun of the incident and not helping me . I was waiting in line for the Prince Show when I guess it was shift change and she was talking to the guy about the incident . Anyhow bad customer service. The ambiance was nice . I did not have food yet but I'm starving . I could go on but I'll stop . It's just water after all and I was more than willing to pay for mine if she would have not included me in the other couples incident and move on from those bad vibes . Don't take it personal Miss Teresa .

The barrel aged drinks are lovely, DJ on Saturday night plays fab tracks. Way better than you'd expect in the Tropicana.

This is a great new bar that is located in the Tropicana. The bar is very cool with a great staff and plenty of options for beer and drinks. They offer plenty of seating by the bar or seating in the lounge area. Gaming in the bar area isn't bad either...

This place has horrible service. I waited over 10 minutes to be served by bartenders standing in front of me talking. They didn't have the drink special they were still advertising. I got a substitute and it was nasty. Crown Royal reps were there and wouldn't give me a trinket because they were still setting up. Even though the table was set up and they were taking pictures. 2nd time here with the saelme outcome. #Done. #crownroyal #TropicanaLV

Came to the Tropicana to see a show. The Trago looked inviting to have a cocktail prior to the show. Only 2 people in the bar, which should have been our first clue. We ordered 2 drinks, $34.00 plus tip. They were in small plastic cups. Certainly made our drinks uninviting. Later we noticed several other places to have a cocktail, in real glasses, for half the price. Won't be going back.

This upscale Tropicana Trago Lounge has a calm ambient and a good variety of cocktails. However, the service was not positive side. The staff are not very friendly, we feel unwelcome here!

First and last time probably. Now it's Friday, early evening on Valentines Day. Want to have drinks with family before dinner.The lounge is pretty busy but only one bartender and no waitresses ( until five), and then they stand around and chat......Awful service. I stood at the bar for at least 15 minutes to order drinks for our group. When I ordered another round, they told me they were out of Compari. REALLY? It's only six and there out of Compari...It's a major hotel with at least 6 more bars. And a Manhattan is one of there signature drinks. So they will not make one dime tonight on Manhattans. Amazing There whole attitude towards every was blasie..... As a local who has enjoyed living here for 22 years, it was one of my worst experiences. And it's a really cool venue.Very inviting . Sad.

Very nice bar. If you like to gamble then there's computers around the bar. Classy place with a decent cocktail menu. I had the Agua Fresca which was good but not strong at all, more like drinking a refreshing lemonade. I'm a lightweight and I had 2 without effect (: we enjoyed our time, not sure what to write more as it's just another bar in my opinion.

I stopped in here twice during my one night stay. The first time was a Saturday night and they had a DJ who was playing great music. However, this is a bar. This rating is based on the drinks. I ordered a 7&7 the first time here. Very simple drink. Seagrams 7 and 7-Up. Very hard to mess that up. What I got, did not taste right. I think they used a different (from the well) whiskey since I used a free drink coupon that i got when i checked in. The next time I stopped in was at the end of the night, remember this is vegas, so it was nearly 5 am. I saw people milling around and checking out so at least some people were already up and starting their day. This is a 24 hour bar. So, i ordered a chip shot and the bartender did not know what that was (Tuaca, Baileys, Coffee). So i ordered an irish coffee and when he still didn't know what that was, I said just bailey's and coffee. He said there was no coffee. This seemed odd since it is 5 am in the morning. Then I ordered just Bailey's and it was nearly $20. I figured it was a wash since my first drink was free. My experience was that I went here twice and couldn't get what I wanted either time. It was convenient since it was in my hotel. The DJ was good....It would have been great if they had a dancing nightclub place in the hotel.

Stopped by Trago during My NYE trip, the Bartender Teresa was amazing, drinks were fantastic!

Beautiful inside! It's gorgeous!! We stayed here at the Tropicana, and we received a free drink card. The service was great and we had an attentive waitress. The room is dim, with beautiful decor. Would definitely go again. Highly recommend it!

Great lounge, comfortable and good vibe. Cocktails are good as well, we paid $14 each for a chocolate martini and a Moscow mule.

This is a newly opened lounge in Tropicana Hotel. The ambience is very classy. Cocktails were yummy. It's a little pricey but worth it. Music was pretty good as well. The DJ enjoyed herself while playing the music. Give it a try.

This place is a nice get away from the gaming floor. A quiet place to get a great drink. I was at Tropicana last week and the music was Christmas music on the gaming floor. I was there for 5 days and probably heard Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer 200 times. When I walked in to Trago the first thing I noticed was the music was rock 'n roll. So refreshing. Found my favorite game at the Trago bar that was not on the gaming floor. Paul, the bartender, was great. If you want a little quiet place to escape the gaming floor noise, get a great drink, gamble and smoke - Trago is the place to go.

This bar looks great since they renovated it. However, the service is horrible! Every time I've been there the service has been bad, and I only keep coming back because I get a free drink coupon every time I check in. We've had events at the Trop and all my colleagues feel the same way. Last night I sat at the bar (empty) for 10 minutes before the bartender came over and took my order. She was too busy chit chatting with the other bartender to notice I sat down. If you're not sitting at the bar, the service is worst!! And is not because of lack of staff. Is a shame this place has such crappy service. The bar has so much potential to be a great lounge/bar. I hope management figures it out soon!

The bartender Teresa asked security to remove and trespass me from this establishment , saturday night. Apparently I was tipping and staring at her boobs too much.

Arrived to the Tropicana hotel around midnight. We came to this bar to enjoy some drinks. It was average. The bar was pretty lonely and the service was still very slow. Still a good place to relax and have a beer in a quiet atmosphere.

Honestly it seemed like a great spot to get a drink but when the bartender acts like he's being forced to take your order and interact with you it's not a so great. It seemed like he was more interested in the female bartender than making any money. ‍

Nice looking bar just terrible service felt the staff are very u friendly, could be better if staff noticed we would have like another drink instead of leaving because no one served us another drink

This Lounge wasn't busy and I am not sure why. My servers Michelle and Miriam were super servers. They explained how the players cards worked. Very nice and they are fun. These two are keepers.

This new lounge at Tropicana is an unexpected gem. It is a beautifully designed venue with upscale handcrafted cocktails and excellent service. Roe the bartender provided excellent care of my husband and I. He recommended some cocktail with Whistle Pig(never tried it before) and it was excellent. His service was professional,welcoming and is probably the reason why we had a few drinks each (thankful for not driving in Vegas). I highly recommend the lounge. It has a great ambience and beautiful design. I highly recommend visiting the lounge when in town for a nightcap or two.
