The 23 Best London Coffee Shops With Wifi For Getting Work Done - London - The Infatuation

"A social enterprise cafe on Angel’s Camden Passage, Trampoline gives refugees a springboard to start their careers. Currently, Yogi’s Sri Lankan Kitchen operates out of the cafe serving thalis and curries. There’s extra seating upstairs at this warm, welcoming spot, as well as plug sockets and views of the market. Best for: Zoom calls, solo work" - jake missing, rianne shlebak, daisy meager, sinead cranna

Trampoline - Review - Islington - London - The Infatuation

"Trampoline is one of those cafés where you can simultaneously convince yourself that you’re cool enough to write a memoir and also not care that you’ve got the crumbs of one of London’s best pain au chocolats down your top. A social enterprise café on Angel’s Camden Passage, they help refugees find work whilst also serving hefty pastries and daily sandwiches packed with quality fresh ingredients. Their bright orange fronting makes them hard to miss but what you might not realise is that they have some lovely hidden seating upstairs and importantly, the coffee’s great too. Just be aware that they’re closed on Mondays and Tuesdays." - Heidi Lauth Beasley

If you're looking for an authentic Sri Lankan dining experience in London, look no further than this hidden gem. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with the warmest hospitality—especially from the owner, Yogi, who's the heart and soul behind all the delicious flavours. His passion for Sri Lankan cuisine shines through in every dish, making you feel like you're dining in a family home rather than a restaurant. The food? Simply outstanding. Every bite bursts with rich spices and deep flavors that showcase the true essence of Sri Lanka. The flavors are bold yet balanced, bringing an authentic taste of the island to London. Despite the high-quality ingredients and generous portions, the prices remain incredibly reasonable. You get top-tier Sri Lankan cuisine without breaking the bank, which makes this place even more special. And then there’s the service—nothing short of amazing. The staff are friendly, attentive, and always ready to recommend the best dishes based on your preferences. Yogi himself often comes around to chat with guests, sharing stories and making sure everyone is enjoying their meal. It’s this personal touch that sets the restaurant apart and keeps customers coming back. If you’re craving authentic Sri Lankan food in London, this is the place to be. Delicious food, great prices, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere—Yogi and his team have created something truly special here. Highly recommended!

Affordable meal in a nice place with very welcoming and friendly people. £10 the 3 curry + rice deal is really good, and it tasted great. The chef also came to our table asking how our food was, which felt very genuine from him, and was appreciated. Thank you. Ps: I'd love to see some more vegan options in the pastry section.

We were so delighted to discover this cafe in Camden Passage today! We wanted to visit because of the mission to support small producers and refugees on their upward journey. It was the late afternoon and still a line of people ready to eat their tasty food. We ordered the egg ritu, veg roti, and thali….all very delicious. You can dine in or take out, so we headed upstairs to the packed cozy dining area. The best way to describe the food is home cooked and authentic. Yogi, the owner, came out to meet us and was very accommodating to addressing my food allergy needs. His warm hospitality and passion for why he started this cafe is contagious..We can’t wait to return and tells others about Trampoline too.

Chef Yogi was extremely kind to my father and I and prepared us an absolutely amazing takeaway for a very reasonable price despite having a big private event to prepare for. (The picture doesn’t even show half of the food we got!) The veggie curries were absolutely delicious and my dad loved the chicken curry and mutton roll too. 11/10 for service and 11/10 for the food, I will definitely be back! :)

I had lunch here with my friends today, and we absolutely loved this place! This was my first time trying Sri Lankan food, but my two Sri Lankan friends confirmed that the food was authentic. The portion sizes were satisfying, and everything tasted excellent. I ordered the Thali and a Mutton Roll, and I loved both! The Thali included five different types of curry, none of which were too spicy. You can even request a refill of rice. The Mutton Roll was served warm and was absolutely delectable. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Yogi even came over to greet us, which added a personal touch. The interior design also creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. Overall, I strongly recommend visiting this place, and I’ll definitely be back soon!
