Trattoria Amalfi - Review - Mystic - Mystic - The Infatuation

"Tucked among the touristy shops of Olde Mystic Village is this gem of a coastal Italian restaurant that’s exactly right for a last-minute big group dinner. It’s bigger and airier than it looks from the sidewalk, and inside you’ll find a brightly tiled bar, actual trees, and lots of clinking wine glasses. The crispy calamari, made with local squid, comes Rhode Island-style with banana peppers, and it will satisfy any crunchy craving. All the pastas are housemade, and most of them are solid, but the linguine with littlenecks and gnocchi with pepper cream and saffron are both especially excellent. photo credit: Lisa Nichols photo credit: Lisa Nichols photo credit: Lisa Nichols Pause Unmute RESERVE A TABLE" - Tanya Edwards

Our group of six enjoyed a delicious dinner for my friend’s bachelorette this evening! Our server was incredibly friendly and was so sweet to congratulate the bride to be. All of the food was delicious, and the homemade pasta was high-quality. The cocktails and even mocktail were just as incredible! If I had one critique, I wish the portion sizes had been a bit bigger to match the price. Besides that I would definitely come back, and I really fell in love with the vibe here!

Great atmosphere. Pasta was super fresh and some of the best we’ve had. Very spacious, bright, and inviting space. Loved the decor and lemon theme. Service was quick and attentive. Recommend the cocktails as well! Hope to be back.

I have been to this restaurant before and had a great experience, but just never left a review. Came back for drinks and they were delicious & looked beautiful! Our waiter was so friendly & nice. The hostess was very nice as well. There is an outdoor patio and the inside is beautiful. Will definitely be back again even if only for drinks!

Good portions, good flavors, great service. If I had any complaints it would be that im from AK and prefer AK seafood. Shrimp was a bit hot to pull tail, personal preference I don't like to pull tails on cooked shrimp. I know others do, but with how hot it was crisped my fingers a tad. Lobster roll was great better then some if the ones I had in Maine

This place is a gem! We have been here twice and both experiences we’ve had have been great! The service when you walk in to the servers and bartenders serving your food was wonderful! The food was fresh and delicious! My limoncello spritz is the perfect summer drink to enjoy! It’s become one of go to’s when visiting the area!

Very comfortable restaurant located in Olde Mistick Village next to the Mystic Aquarium. We were seated for lunch promptly. Service was very good and the food was delicious. They have gluten free options and take care to ensure that there isn't any cross contamination.

I am obsessed! The atmosphere is so beautiful and cozy, perfect for a quiet evening dinner. The Garlic bread is an absolute must! It is so crispy and buttery, best I have ever had. The Cod was good, but the crust definitely had a kick to it! The dessert was absolutely incredible! If I could get a pint of the blueberry gelato I absolutely would. A must stop for Italian lovers in Mystic!
