Top experience at this more local and less touristic restaurant in the Langue! Fresh pasta is great. Truffle menu excellent. The Sommalier worked in France and has great knowledge of wine. Don’t forget to order cheese - the selection is fantastic and can only be beat by the selection of wine. All the staff are kind, knowledgeable, authentic and memorable. We enjoyed two old Barolos and ordered the truffle menu amongst other local dishes. What a great was to end the Italian trip, I’m so glad it worked out to visit here although they were fully booked and accommodated last minute.

Probably one of the 5 best restaurants I have been in my life. The owner and her team take great effort in making the dinner a great experience. They want you to feel welcome. The sommelier is amazing also. Take your time for dinner and relax for this amazing experience. I have been here several time, and now also came here to sit outside. Recommended. You will not regret coming here.

It’s impossible to understand the ratings awarded to this establishment. Perhaps we were unlucky but I don’t believe luck should play a part in enjoying good food. A party of six ordering over 12 different plates and none of us enjoyed our food. It was lacking in flavour, with no quality of either preparation or ingredients on display. Loud intrusive music and a condescending waiter hardly improved matters. When we made it clear we didn’t want to spend over €1000 on a single bottle of wine the service deteriorated yet further. We were an international party, well versed in top level travel and dining. This was an experience none of us would ever want to repeat. My pasta special of the day featuring rabbit would be comfortably beaten by a pot noodle. We couldn’t wait to leave - I think the staff felt the same way about us. Horrible.

Excellent dinner on a Saturday night - every table was full. The food was exquisite, with a good selection on offer. The wine list was extensive & the setting had a great ambiance. Staff were incredibly efficient, friendly & welcoming.

We had such a great meal here. Stunning location and impeccable service - the staff took time to help us make decisions on the menu and the sommelier helped find the perfect wine despite some challenging pairings. Great atmosphere and food - very highly recommend!

It's always amazing to me how fine dining dune well can feel so incredibly comfortable while still delivering a top-level experience. The staff was professional to utmost degree, yet helpful warm and inviting. The food was 2nd to none. The wine list was deep and well priced. I look forward to returning on my next trip to Piedmont.

A not-to-be-missed experience while visiting the Langhe is having lunch or dinner at this remarkable restaurant. Everything was superb from the attentive, courteous service to the the elegant old-style wood furniture, the immaculate table clothing, the bone china plates and the warm ambience. Their €55 5-course tasting menu, including stalwarts of the Piemontese cuisine like the barolo braised beef and the 30-yolk tajarin pasta, is of exceptional value and quality as is their €180 Alba white truffle menu (or €50 per truffle grating on a dish). The hefty wine book has several local gems like Nebbiolo and Dolcetto and the knowledgeable sommelier will recommend one suited to your tastes and food. Booking is essential.

As everywhere, the wine was good, but the food was far from exceptional for people who don’t eat meat. The fish for €35 turned out to be a classic fish and chips, which was quite disappointing.

My absolute favorite restaurant in all of the Langhe. The white table clothes, the impeccable service, the amazing wine list and the FOOD!!!! Its a perfect storm of awesomeness!!!! Our last two times here we got the table in front of the fireplace given we were here in November and December respectively, its the perfect location! We started with an amuse of prosciutto and fried bread - the perfect amount to whet your appetite. On the advice of the sommelier, we chose a 2013 Bruno Giacosa Barolo which was fabulous. The wine list features wine from the immediate area only - Monforte and Serralunga which is really a nice touch. What grows together, goes together. Our antipasti were the baked onion (a staple of piemontese cooking) and well as another staple - carne cruda with white truffle of course! My husband had a primi... a trio of pastas. gnocchi, tajarin, and plin - all, of course, with white truffles. Absolutely amazing! For secondi, my husband had the stinco, and I had the veal tagliata with porcini mushrooms. Of course we got the bonet for dessert - another quintessential Piemontese dish. The entire experience here is so amazing, you cannot skip it when here. If you are going to Langhe, make a reservation here!

Back a year later and better than ever! Simple lunch raised to the extreme. Gotta have the pasta!

Oh my! We had a memorable lunch here, beginning with winding roads through the countryside full of vineyards. It sits on a hill with great views. Amuse bouche of fried bread and raw meat was delicious and unusual. Then I had a Caesar mushroom, yellow in color, perfectly fresh. My wife had a stuffed pepper, we each had the agnolotti with white truffles. Fried mushrooms terrific. We shared a great bottle of Bruno Giacosa red wine, the 2016 Nebbiolo d'Alba. Great service. Loved it! One of the best meals I can recall having in the last decade.

In our recent trip to Piemonte we reserved a table for lunch at this restaurant. The restaurant is in a beautiful location and the dining rooms are elegant. The food was spectacular! "della Posta" delivered the best quality food without interfering with the regional authenticity in every dish served. The flavors, freshness, and presentation were unmatched. We came back for dinner the next day and the experience was as amazing as the day before. We ate: the octopus appetizer that was on the specials, the baked stuffed onion, tajarin pasta with fresh porcini mushrooms, gnocchi with fish and olives, stuffed quail, goose leg stuffed with goose liver, tajarin with meat ragu, roasted rabbit, roasted baby lamb, panacotta and napoleon with fresh strawberries. We also ate at Osteria Veglio, Trattoria Marsupino, More e Macine, and restaurant Bovio. Della Posta was the best of all. It's a husband and wife team running the restaurant. The husband is the executive chef and the wife is in charge of service. You'll see her running the dining room, working with the staff, taking orders, opening wine, sitting guests, answering the phone, etc. She is awesome!

Very good restaurant. The place is beautiful and the food is good. If you want taste Piemontese cooking this is a place that you can't miss.
