"When you walk into La Parolaccia Osteria, you might feel the urge to say things like “ciao bella” and take pictures in front of some Roman pottery. That’s because this restaurant looks like a villa in Tuscany where servers greet their regular customers with consensual cheek kisses. Most people come here to feast with a group of friends, but there are also a couple of candlelit two-top tables that work well for a lively date night. Beyond its charm, you should visit La Parolaccia Osteria for their wood-fired pizzas and well-priced handmade pastas that deliver big flavor. Our favorite dish is their velvety tortellini alla panna, which arrives with a thick dusting of freshly shaved parmesan and tender-chewy al dente noodles." - Nikko Duren

Randomly stopped on our way to the coast. Fantastic lunch and great deserts (ricotta and fig mouse was our selection and it was awesome). The gnocchi seemed hand made and the ragu sauce was also fantastic. The rest of our group had the very tasty mini muscles with spaghetti.

This restaurant is comparably large with many guests also in larger groups. The service is very well organized and professional but at the same time friendly. However overall it is much more designed for throughput than the typical trattoria you’d might be looking for as tourist. It appeared as if there were quite a few business travelers that stayed in the nearby hotel. Good thing: you will most likely always get a table. Prices are reasonable but small things can add up. The food was good, the pasta was delicious as well as the antipasti, the second course was a bit disappointing compared to that. Desert again was great! I recommend the tiramisu. Open house wine, white, excellent for us. Overall, good place if you are hungry but not the place for romantic tuscany ambience….

Every year we come to la Parolaccia to enjoy the great food. The menu is not big, but everything is very tasty. Try crostini misti and gnocchi. Not all stuff is attentive( the woman and the eldery man were the best). But, please, come, don’t miss it out.

we eaten only one in this restaurant. nobody speaks english but nobody helps to undertstand the menu ( just italian). The waiter was impatient. The food was delicious and we got soon. The next day we wanted to eat. We slept in the door for 5 minutes but the waiter didnt ask what we want? Of course we left this restaurant. We know italian people are friendly and hospitality…..this restaurant? isnt!!! If you dont speak italian and you are foreign I dont reccommend it . First negativ experience in Tuscany!

Great place! Very local and friendly. The dishes were beyond delicious!!! The pasta was clearly homemade and tasted better than any pasta we had before. Even the gluten free pasta was homemade and wonderful! We got the ragù gnocchi and the zuppa di funghi and both were excellent. Definitely a must try and we will be back again for sure!

Nice traditional restaurant with friendly staff! They dont speak a lot of english but we got very good service. When we went outside for a cigarette and we returned at our table, the table was cleaned and our glasses empty but immediately the waitress came and apologized and gave us a new bottle of wine! Perfect

Really nice food, not too expensive. I asked for Jack Daniels, they didn't have it, so the waiter called someone and got then to bring a bottle in. Excellent customer service!
