Good food, however not something special. Extremely slow service, we were waiting for the main dishes about 1,5 hours. In general the whole dinner took us 3 hours, which were full of long waiting for food. Even for the bill we had to wait about 20 minutes, after repeatedly asking for it. Prices are too high for the quality and quantity of food.

Food was fine and nice wines by the glass. Service was great. It was too hot and a fan would have helped. One of the starters on the set menu was off, so it was veal or nothing. And be careful when you settle up. Our server added a 10% tip without asking.

From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The atmosphere is perfect for an intimate and romantic evening, so dressing well is advised. Additionally, this restaurant is a great place to capture beautiful photos, as the attention to detail in the decor creates a picturesque backdrop. In conclusion, my experience at this restaurant was nothing short of exceptional. From the warm and welcoming atmosphere to the attentive staff, every aspect of the dining experience was carefully curated. The freshness and quality of the food, along with the meticulous attention to detail in the decor, created a memorable and enjoyable evening. I would certainly return to this restaurant and encourage others to do the same.

We went on the 23/12 for Christmas celebration. The place looks like winder wonderland and its super romantic inside the Igloo! The food from Martinelli Restaurant was out of this world!!!"To top it off the dessert was amazing!! Yasin was our waiter and he was exceptional the service was fantastic !!!! If anyone wants a super private and romantic place then this is the place to go!!!!

High Expectations, Mixed Feelings My visit to this restaurant leaves me with mixed feelings. On the positive side, the atmosphere and the service staff are undeniably excellent. The ambiance of the restaurant was truly inviting and warm, creating a very pleasant dining experience. The staff was consistently attentive and extremely kind, which greatly contributed to the overall enjoyment. However, the culinary experience did not fully live up to the rest. The dishes, while certainly good, did not reach the level of excellence one might expect given the setting and prices. Specifically, the pasta, which was by no means bad, fell short in terms of flavor. When a dish is advertised with truffle, one expects a distinct, unmistakable truffle flavor(not just butter), which was unfortunately missing here. Likewise, I missed the expected garlic flavor in an Aglio e Olio, which should be fundamental. Overall, the food was definitely of good quality, but considering the price, we had expected much more. It's clear that a lot of emphasis is placed on excellent service and a pleasant atmosphere, which is commendable. However, the dishes in such an establishment and at these prices should not just satisfy but delight every guest. In summary, this is a restaurant with great service and a lovely atmosphere, but the price-performance ratio, especially regarding the food, should be reconsidered.

The restaurant had a very attractive exterior lined with igloos that you can dine in. The interior was very nicely decorated with modern art. The customer service was quick and friendly. We had the pumpkin soup, a salad, and the carbonara. The pumpkin soup was delicious along with the salads. The pasta of the carbonara were a undercooked and the meat was very salty. The atmosphere of the restaurant is great but a little bit on the pricey side.

That was an experience I cannot quite describe with words. The service was amazing. We received a trufle soup to try and it was lovely. Main dishes were also a very pleasant experience. The Italian music only added to this already satisfying event. We found this restaurant by accident, but we will definitely visit it again. A place absolutely worth recommandating.

Amazing drinks: garden spritz, montepulciano abruzzo, dessert wine 3. Special scallops were the best we have ever had - extremely large and perfectly seared melt in your mouth good feeling 4. Carbonara was dente and good flavor along with guanciale 5. Monkfish cooked to taste just like lobster, I just would have preferred a simpler presentation, I thought the olives and tomato was a little overpowering on the palate 6. Arugula salad with light dressing and cherry tomatoes so sweet and crunchy along with big slivers of cheese 7. Sorbet all good we loved the mango the best Areas to improve None Highly recommended and very good value for the quality of the food! Beautiful and romantic setting and lovely yet relaxing music.

This is our second time here. First time, a quiet lunch. Second time dinner while the restaurant was hosting a big event. Both times, service was very good. And the food was excellent. Very pretty setting.

My compliments to the chef! From the outstanding service with a whole team of friendly, informative and professional staff to beautiful atmosphere I was already in love. I wish I could have shown you the beautiful and delicious starter we got but it was too good that it was gone before I could take a picture. We got the appetizer that gave you a little bit of everything they recommended. Some of the best smoked salmon I've ever tried, a fried whole egg with a delicious aioli, and prosciutto. All the flavors just danced in our mouths and had us in the clouds and our main dish hadn't even gotten there yet. Now for the main event. The pasta pictured below. (We had already dug in before taking the pic so keep in mind presentation is always perfect) I had a braised beef dish with Pomodoro sauce which was delicious not super heavy and the fresh pasta was to die for. However, my favorite was the carbonara. JUST WOW! Had us dancing in our seats! So creamy, savory and cooked to perfection! From the crispy pancetta, to the high quality parmesan. This is a place that you CANNOT miss out on in Vienna. My husband and I will definitely make sure we come every time we are in town. Our server allowed us to meet the chef and I hope he felt all our love because we were blown away! Dankeschön

Had a fantastic fish baked in salt. Nice service, food as excellent as the place promises. A great upscale Italian restaurant in central Vienna, and a clear recommendation.

Had the braised octopus and the duck tagliatelle, both good. Service was very attentive. Nice out door seating. Good experience over all.
