I didn't know before going, but apparently they got a Michelin star in 2014!
I arrived a bit before they opened, so I sat at the door for about ten minutes until I was seated properly at a table. The waiter was very friendly and understood English, and he gave me an English menu. I came here for the pasta because the Internet had said it has the best pasta in Rome, and I ordered the tortello. The waiter suggested the butter and sage sauce instead of the tomato sauce, and it turned out to be great, very light. The tortello itself was simply amazing. The first bite I took, it literally melted in my mouth. The pasta was so fresh and chewy, and the filling was so creamy and smooth with cheese and spinach? or some sort of green food. I had to control myself to not scarf down the entire piece all at once. The egg was delicious too, very runny and melted well with the rest of the ravioli. I was concerned that it would just ooze out so I quickly scooped it up with the ravioli pasta. It was simply amazing.
I deducted one star because at €12, I expect to be full after eating. I was very far from being full; I felt like I just ate a snack. But, the tortello was amazing, definitely deserving of 5 stars!
