BEST ITALIAN FOOD IN TAMPA!!!! Plenty of parking. The atmosphere was amazing! From the moment you walk in, they make you feel at home. It has a feel of a family restaurant, but a good mix of original Italian classiness. The server was amazing! Spoke Italian and was great explaining the menu options. The food came out fast and it truly was a great overall experience! They have gained a loyal family to feed!

Had dinner there with 2 other people we were greeted and welcomed warmly, and taken to our table. Our server, Katie, was absolutely wonderful and informative about the menu. The food was enjoyed by the 3 of us, we each raved about how well it was, the meal was exceptionally good. I will be going back, this is a very special Italian restaurant! Highly recommend !!!

I went here twice. Once with a large party and every dish was served within a reasonable time and it was amazing. Not easy to host a party of 20! Next time I went by myself and ate at the bar. I’m very impressed with the food, quality, and service. I’m a person who really cares about value and I can highly recommend this place even though it’s a higher price than some restaurants. Great atmosphere. Grazie!

Diego is fantastic Because he was very attentive, respectful, humble, Polite, and Friendly. What a great white staff. He made the experience so much better. I asked for hot water once and he refilled my cup three times after that without me even asking and gave it to me in one second. All staff should be like him and he deserves 5 stars. Thank you. The food was nicely presented but the 3 veal dishes $32-$35 with beans or potatoes was a bit salty and the Padellino Kampelli $29 was a bit dry but tasty. Pasta was done just right. Meatballs $17 were good and the sauce was really good w fresh tomatoes and cheese and good flavor. Love the tomato chunks. And you get 4 meatballs that were 2” in diameter each. It is a cozy place and the bathrooms are nice. I just wish for the price point the food was less salty, more food, and just a better deal. Desserts were good and nicely presented also. Overall a nice place and good for good vibes and good times.

Went to this location for an early dinner today with my mother and my two sons. Last day of our vacation and we'd been here earlier this year when they were still rebuilding form the hurricane damage. My oldest son remembered this restaurant and asked to eat there again before we left. That's high praise if he remembered and liked it! Our server was a young lady with a great attitude and energy, I'm sorry I can't remember her name, it began "K"! She made great recommendations on the dinner and desert specials, which we ordered one of each. All the food was fantastic. The service was stellar. Highly recommend this place!

Excellent fresh Northern Italian fare. Located in south Tampa on West Shore Drive. Lots of cream sauces on pasta dishes. Poultry, veal, and beef dishes, too. It's definitely worth checking out for a low-key local Italian restaurant. There is a corkage fee ($20.00, a little steep in my opinion) if you bring your own bottle of wine, also they do serve wine and have a nice wine list as well for you to choose from rather than bringing your own, which is a good over from before they got their liquor license.

I ordered the happy hour mussels (a smaller portion and price) and a side of gluten free pasta with marinara. I was happy with all; the mussels in particular were excellent.

Google
Hands Down the Best Italian I've Ever Had I can't say enough good things about this place! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, inviting, and authentically Italian. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. The star of the show was the Farfalle Luigi—absolutely phenomenal. Perfectly cooked pasta, rich, flavorful sauce, and just the right balance of herbs and spices. Every bite was perfection. It's one of those dishes you think about long after you've finished eating. This is, without a doubt, the best Italian food I’ve ever had. If you're a fan of Italian cuisine—or even if you're not—this place will win you over. I'll definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Came here for happy hour and it was amazing. By far one of the few places that actually has a decent selection of food and drink items that are half off its original prices. The server was great and we had a short conversation with the manager on future catering events. The seating is spaced out enough to provide some privacy, but the happy hour is only available from the bar. Food: most of the happy hour food was very photo friendly and tasty to boot. Highly recommend the charcuterie board, it had a nice diverse plate of meats, cheese, and sours. Drinks: drink em all, not too weak and not strong. Great vibes with friends after work or a date.

Yelp
Came here with some friends because we heard good things, but honestly, it didn't live up to the hype. The tables were super close together -- barely any space to sit comfortably. Service was slow, and our server forgot our drinks. We had to remind them twice. The food was just okay. My pasta was overcooked and the sauce was way too salty. The bread was good, and the place had a nice vibe, but that wasn't enough to make me want to come back. Maybe it was just an off day, but for the prices, I expected a better experience.

Yelp
If you are in the mood for a home-cooked meal made with live, but are not in the mood to cook said meal, I would suggest eating at Trattoria Pasquale. Trattoria Pasquale offers the classic Italian dishes we all grew up with, like Chicken Parmigiana, Lasagna and Fettuccine Bolognese, along with creative Italian options, like their Padellino Kampill, which boasts penne pasta, sautéed chicken, sautéed mushrooms & prosciutto tossed in a savory brandy sauce finished with truffle oil. Our party was pleasantly surprised with the flavors and the generous portions. If you ordered this food as takeout, re-plated it, and told me you spent all of Sunday preparing this Italian comfort food feast... I would be none the wiser. One thing worth noting: they tack on a mandatory 3.26% fee, regardless of party size, to offset credit card processing fees. If you want to avoid this additional charge, bring cash.

Yelp
First time to Trattoria Pasquale did not disappoint! Our server was super friendly and helpful, and everything we ate was delicious. They were also kind enough to bring over a complimentary prosecco pour and dessert for our birthday girl! I tried the meatballs appetizer, the tiramisu, and the padellino kampill. I thought the meatballs were good, the tiramisu was fantastic, and the kampill was great! I'm not a huge pasta gal, but I thought it was cooked perfectly. My only critique was that I prefer chicken cooked differently - it seems like it was just bland, steamed chicken in the sauce, but I understand that the chicken isn't supposed to be the focus of the dish. Overall, really awesome experience and would definitely recommend!

Yelp
Trattoria Pasquale is a nice authentic trattoria in Tampa! The service was very good and our pasta was made very well and flavors were great. There was live music which we enjoyed! Overall, great place for a casual authentic Italian dinner!

Yelp
Date night was awesome at Trattoria Pasquale! I made reservation for Friday evening and was immediately seated once I checked in. Our server was so nice, attentive to my allergies and was able to customize an entree for me that wasn't on the menu. We asked about popular dishes and drinks and she was so nice in sharing. Our calamari was salty and our server was quick in having it re cooked along with the manager coming over and apologizing. Our entrees were very good, seasoned and flavorful. Authentic Italian for sure!

Yelp
Very disappointing! The reviews were so great so I gave it a shot but I would never eat there. I ordered take out since I was craving Veal Parmigiana and this was the worst veal I ve ever eaten. It was so chewy and thin, I could barely even cut it and eat it and was so bland - no seasoning whatsoever on the meat. It tastes old, like it was from 3 days ago , reheated couple of times. A take out should never be a leftover tasting food. Parmigiana Veal

Yelp
Made a reservation here for a party of 7 on a Friday night and it was absolutely fantastic! I'm not someone who usually LOVES Italian food, but this place exceeded my expectations! I split the Padellino Kampill, Gnocchi, and a pitcher of sangria. The waiter recommended the gnocchi and it was absolutely delicious, perfectly creamy, and lighter than most dishes. The padellino kampill was packed with sausage and tons of flavor. The sangria was good however it was more juice like than what I wanted. If I had to pick one dish to order again, it would definitely be the gnocchi. My favorite touch to the entire experience was the chalk board sign they placed on the table with our party's name on it. If you're looking for a local Italian place to support post hurricane flooding, Id highly recommends! Their rebuild inside looks wonderful :)

Yelp
Gianna was amazing and took care of everything for us all night! I will be back because of her and the great service!

Yelp
We went for the "Big Night". First of all they are still recovering from the hurricane, the downstairs is closed for renovations. The menu was from a specific part of Italy. It was a 7 course dinner. The chef and owner Luigi was friendly and table touched every table. Every server and the bartender were wonderful. It was a big event, and we are planning on going back for the regular menu. The Big Night is a great date night event. The ambiance, customer service were top notch. The gentleman that explained the wine choices, was animated and truly enjoyed his job. Can't wait to go back. It's a drive for us, but it's worth the drive.

Yelp
Yet again, another great experience. We ordered the calamari and mussels to start and I did like the meatballs because they were very cheesy. I will say the muscles had more of a red sauce than white wine, garlic sauce, so that was different but if you prefer that, then they were very good For my entrée I got the for Luigi pasta and it is absolutely amazing. It is a white sauce which is not normally what I go with but it's a lighter white sauce and it has spicy sausage broccolini and it just taste amazing

Yelp
good neighborhood spot, i wouldn't say extremely high quality or super authentic but tasty italian food. a little kitschy, they serve some dishes in "pans" and have signs with cursive words hanging all around. i have a lot of friends that love this place and im happy to go along with. the noodles don't seem "fresh" or homemade, more along the lines of boxed noodles/dried noodles but i could be mistaken. ill be back, won't be my first choice but but tasty and great neighborhood spot

Yelp
Came here on a Friday night and I would say the ambiance is pretty casual and the food was good and liked our server. The two pasta dishes that we ordered were good but nothing special about them. I did enjoy the tiramisu for dessert though. What I ordered: - Bruschetta alla Nado - Calamari Fritti - Caesar Salad - Farfalle Luigi - Nonna Tina Lasagna
google avatar

Shawna E.

Yelp
We went here for dinner on a Friday night, ordered the calamari, a Cesar salad, chicken parm and the gnocchi. They had live music upstairs which was nice, and the decor was minimal modern Italian vibes and very clean. Our server was also the bartender and she was handling her tables and the bar great. The Cesar salad was delish and honestly all the food had great flavors, the reason I am giving 3 stars and not 4 is the temperature of the food. The calamari was barely warm which is ok for calamari I suppose but the pasta that was on the plate with our chicken parm was ice cold. They definitely plated the pasta long before the chicken and the food was not kept warm before bringing to the table. Their red sauce was really good though, even cold, but at $130 before tipping for two people we would expect our food to be warm if not hot when arriving to the table so close from the kitchen.

Yelp
I am writing this review a month later. We showed up right at opening and requested to sit outside. It turned out to be chilly. So they moved us inside but then we were sitting too close to live music. So they moved us again. Downstairs. Everyone was kind to our crazy request. The food was fabulous. The meat balls were tender and delicious. We had the gnocchi, bolognese and one of the specials. Everything was perfect. The staff was so nice.

Yelp
Right off the bat, I want to go back and give it another shot... it's in a great location, it's got a lot of space and potential... Lots of parking (thank goodness they don't offer or require valet!), the ambiance and decor is appealing, the host, Anthony, was super nice, friendly... in fact I thought he came with one of our group's friends, but no, he was just friendly and talkative. Service overall was very good. However, for this price point, the food should have been spectacular, a little more inclusive (as in, provide a veggie or side) and the hot foods should have been hot. The table ordered an antipasti, it had meats, cheese, green things that appeared like olives but were they? I only ate a few pieces of things, the cheese and meat were very good. Nothing else appealing about it. I ordered a Caesar salad. It was very good and a decent size. But $10 as a pre-meal/side salad? For an entree, I ordered the special, it was spinach and ricotta filled ravioli and covered (I should say smothered) in wagyu meat sauce. Served luke warm. It was good..not fabulous at $28 for about 8 thin pieces. (actually I'm not sure how many, I couldn't see it under the sauce). It was not hot. The ravioli/pasta were not home-made and the taste of the pasta was bland. Interestingly, as heated up leftovers, the meat sauce tasted better than it did fresh out of the kitchen, it still took over the flavor of the spinach/ricotta filling and the pasta still tasted bland. I also wanted a vegetable so I ordered the broccolini, did not come with the meal. It was not hot either, but at least the taste was there. I didn't taste the meatballs, I heard they were decent.. but they were not raved about. Also, someone ordered the panna cotta and passed it around.. It was pretty good, had like a cranberry compote or something on top. Not sure if that was seasonal but I liked it... I might even order it next time. The upstairs bar on a Saturday evening was dead. I expected to see more people up there... we dined downstairs and by the time we were leaving, the small bar there looked to be livening up. I want to give this place another shot, but I'm just not sure...

Yelp
We went on a Friday night around 9:15pm and had just missed the live music. We sat upstairs, which was fairly loud, good chill environment, but maybe not a first date spot because I couldn't hear my boyfriend talk. The downstairs was quieter so maybe if you were on a date, sit down there instead. We did have the ability to sit anywhere and they gave us a choice, which was a great plus! I'm not sure if it was because we were in the corner but there was no lighting so it was difficult to read my menu without my phone flashlight. I had read the menu ahead of time on their website but when we arrived I was surprised and disappointed that the prices were significantly higher, I understand inflation, but it's important to update your website so we don't come in with expectations. I wanted to try the Padellino Kampill, which was a big reason why we came, and I would have if it were $24 like I thought, but it was $29 upon arrival so I ended up not getting it because I didn't want to spend near $30 on pasta. The only other thing that I really wanted to try was the Mussels Fra Diavolo, which I also thought was $24, but was now $26. I still wasn't happy with the price but just dealt with it. The mussel dish was very delicious, the sauce had a nice sweetness. The portion size was perfect, I had no complaints about my dish. My boyfriend got the Gnocchi Italiana with chicken. The flavors were there but it was SO SALTY. It was unfortunately inedible for me but my boyfriend eats much saltier than I do and was able to eat it, but still said agreed and said he could feel his blood pressure going up with every bite lol. The waiter was kind and attentive. But, we were hungry since we got there late at night, so we were excited for the complimentary bread and garlic oil that I saw on the other Yelp reviews. The waiter never brought us any though. It was not until I asked the server once our food came out about it, and he finally gave it to us. It was a simple mistake but we wouldn't have gotten it otherwise. The garlic in the dip was delicious but the bread was very plain - I think it would be better if it were warm or toasted. But complimentary, nonetheless, so can't complain as I soak it up in my pasta! Overall, the food was good but because of the little things and the expectations I had before coming in, I was a little disappointed. But stop by and try it for yourself because maybe I went on an off day! Just expect to pay more than the website menu prices!

Yelp
We love Pasquale. Always great service and good drinks. Only thing I wish is that sometimes that food quality was slightly better but the food is always good and consistent which to me is the most important thing. The downstairs unfortunately flooded downstairs but they remodeled and it looks great! Servers/bartenders have always been great as well

Yelp
Pros: * lots of parking available * attentive and sweet staff * double story, happy hour served upstairs. They also have outdoor seating. Cute little place * huge wine/cocktail list available Cons: * happy hour drinks were weak. I couldn't taste any gin in my French 75. * meatballs were salty. I was looking forward to this appetizer but i was disappointed. * burrata charcuterie board was good but the olives were bad. * mussels were sandy, few of them weren't open so we didn't eat those. The sauce was amazing. Overall, it was ok. Love the atmosphere, food had several hiccups.

Yelp
I fell in love with this restaurant the day I walked out of the "Restaurant and Pizzeria", across the street, for being ignored at the table. I walked upstairs at Pasquale, ordered a drink, and had the most delicious meatball ever. Upon the conclusion of the meal, I walked downstairs, made a reservation for date night, and enjoyed Eggplant Parmigiana and amazing service. Two weeks later, I attended an event at The Italian Club in Ybor City, had an amazing dinner, and discovered that the catering was by Luigi of Trattoria Pasquale. I immediately called and made another reservation for date night. This little dance and romance I had with Trattoria Pasquale had been going on for a little over a year: They added brunch, I went for Mother's Day. I would stop in the upstairs bar for Happy Hour, the meatballs got even better I would treat an out of town client to dinner there, I closed more deals. Then, in October of 2024, Hurricane Milton hit and I almost lost Trattoria Pasquale. Another patron organized a GoFundMe (I donated), and this delightful Trattoria was saved. While we aren't back to normal yet, we can still get great service, delicious food, and an ambience which is upscale but neighborly. This is like a family owned, upscale place in South Philly, Little Italy (NY or San Diego). Great food, attentive service, and a welcome feeling that you are being served by friends. THAT is what Trattoria Pasquale offers South Tampa

Yelp
Had a wonderful date night last Saturday and we were absolutely blown away! The food is not only some of the best authentic Italian food I've had, but the service was excellent. We made reservations since the place is always packed when we drive by. We enjoyed the Polpette di Carne (Meatballs) as an appetizer, which were divine, For our entrees we opted for the Ravioli ai Funghi and the Padellino Kampill, adding their homemade sausage to both pasta dishes. Little did we know the portions were going to be large, but we indulged. Both dishes were just AMAZING. Fresh, cooked with love and just so good. We will definitely be coming back to try some of the other dishes and they also have a cute little bar if you want to enjoy some of their Happy Hour specials.

Yelp
Delicious Italian! Our family member has lived down the street from their newer location for a long time and we just finally got around to visiting. The reservation process was very easy and simple, we didn't have to wait at all when we arrived, and the service was outstanding. Diego was our server and he was one of the best servers any of us have had in a long time. He was very friendly, welcoming, informative, and was happy to share more about himself in our discussions. Also, the GM stopped by our table to check in and make sure everything was up to expectation and you can really tell they care about their customers and service. Everyone's favorite dish at our table was the Gnocchi!! Everything was tasty, but the gnocchi was unbelievable. Cannot recommend enough!

Yelp
Amazing place, super cozy and the staff was friendly and accommodating. They let us change gnocchi for fettuccini, and left out garlic for me. Super awesome super fancy and not too expensive. Love it!
google avatar

Yelp
Atmosphere - Nothing Special. What appears to be the original restaurant is very informal and a little dated. There is a combination of tables and booths that would accommodate roughly 24 patrons. It is my understanding that there is another section of the restaurant that is quite larger and includes an outdoor dining area. Service - Excellent! Our server was very friendly, helpful and attentive. Food - Excellent! I ordered the Padellino Kampill and I loved it. The pomodo sauce was delicious! The chicken was tender and added to the dishes excellence. I also had the house salad, which was good, but could have been better if there was less lettuce and more ingredients. Overall Value - Very Good! The portion size was generous to the point where I took the uneaten portion home.

Yelp
Haven't had a meal here that I haven't loved. Authentic Italian cuisine. The owner takes pride in his dishes and especially his guests.

Yelp
Was very excited to try another Italian place with so many great reviews! We Got seated right away on Saturday evening, made reservations within 20-30 minutes of arrival. We had the gnocchi dish, per recommendations and it was so good! Tip: if you like spice ask for their house made hot sauce it was really good! The bread is fine, comes with garlic confit which was delicious. The dessert was very good, we got the seasonal panna cotta, great orange flavored whipped topping on top of vanilla panna cotta. I definitely want to go back for tiramisu. Service was great, food came out very quickly, never felt rushed. The decor is simple, with red accent colors, cute reminders of Italy throughout. Would definitely recommend, and want to go back for happy hour that is daily 4-6pm!

Yelp
We visited right after hurricane Helene so the first floor was under repair, the ambiance of the second floor was nice, nothing special. Food was very good. There is a high competition in Tampa for Italian food and this was above average. Service was good as well. I ordered the meatball appetizer and the entrees were very good. I would go again!

Yelp
Took a friend out for a birthday dinner here, and we were not disappointed. They put a birthday sign up at our table which was super cute, and also brought us a slice of delicious lemon cake! YUM! I had the eggplant parmesan which was excellent -- the only thing is I would have liked it served with a side of pasta - you have to order that additionally. I'd like to see more vegetarian options. Overall this was a great spot and I'd recommend if you're in the area. Note - parking is limited. Sunday night, very loud.

Yelp
Went with my mom and grandmother for dinner, and had a really nice time. We sat at the bar, and Ryland was a stand out as far as service goes (my mom and grandmother both commented on how great he was - really kind, personable, and had great recs!)
google avatar

Deborah S.

Yelp
The food was as good as what I would eat at my Italian grandmother's house! Everything from the bread with olive oil, pasta and eggplant Parmesan were delicious. My boyfriend said the meatballs are the best he has ever had. They are fresh made unlike what other restaurants dish out. Our server, Michael, was attentive. Good service goes a long way with me and Michael was very good! The avant- grade decor was a nice touch (i.e., the scooter table). They offer brunch on the weekends and "The Big Night" which both sound like something we need to try in the future. We will be back.

Yelp
Stopped in with family for dinner before holiday festivities (looking at lights nearby), and this had been on my list for a while. First thing that impressed me was that I had to change my reservations from party of 6 to party of 4 and had trouble chaning it myself. So I called and left a message thinking they wouldn't check the message. Not only did they check, but they updated the reservation for me as I got an email about it. I know it's sad to be impressed that a business answers their voicemails but it truly seems to be a lost art with many! We were seated and noticed that each reserved table had their own family name tag so that was kinda neat/cute. Our server, Diego, was fantastic, made great small talk, and the other staff was also great! Now the food, pretty darn good! We had the 4 meatballs appetizer and it was surprisingly good even though I'm not one to typically go for things like meatballs or meatloaf. My parents split the nighly special of a large bone-in pork shank and loved it. My husband had chicken parm, and the pasta was cooked perfectly, the dish tasted good overall, but it wasn't the best chicken parm. I had the eggplant parm and sadly was a little disappointed. Eggplant has a lot of water in it, and I know there's tips to minimize this issue during prep and/or cooking. So I was a bit saddened to see mine arrive in a dep dish of sorts and all the watery liquid already collecting. It took away from the dish. So I just wasn't too crazy about it. The drinks were all great, and we would have tried dessert but honestly, most of us were too full. I will consider coming back again sometime in the future to see if this would change to 5 stars.

Yelp
Dined at dinner service 12/27. Clearly busy with holiday groups we were served quickly and with a smile from both Jackie at the bar and Michael at our table. Atmosphere dated and simple. The bread service was tasty with olive oil and roasted garlic cloves. The veal Marsala, Mushroom Ravioli and Padellino Kampili were some of the best we've ever tasted. Padellino Kampii unique and probably my favorite. Green beans also cooked perfectly. We'll be back again and again.

Yelp
Everything was amazing from start to finish! The service was really good, our server was very attentive and had perfect timing every time. She knew when we were ready to order, refilled waters as soon as it got half way, and was very pleasant overall. We got the calamari, the Luigi farfalle, and the chef special that she gave great descriptions of. The lighting inside was great, dimmer while the sun was up and they turned it up as the sun set for a great ambiance. We ended the night with the tiramisu which was just okay. Everything else tasted amazing. Only things I'd mention is it's a very busy restaurant so don't be surprised by packed parking and slightly longer wait times on food. But there is parking available next door at the animal hospital after 6!

Yelp
On a Tuesday evening, we found the restaurant quiet, which we love. The decor is plain and simple, and the tables are spaced well. The staff is top notch! From the host at the front, to Diego our server, we felt welcomed. The menu is nice, although since I am a red pasta fan, not as many choices as I would have liked. Our server was efficient in bringing our wine and didn't push us to order, but let us enjoy our drink. I started with a glass of Chianti, which was an ok pour. Next was the Caesar salad, which was large, but served in a bowl which I found a bit odd. The bread and garlic olive oil was a nice addition. I had settled on the lasagna and it arrived steaming hot, which I absolutely love. I don't have a huge appetite, and most often take home food, but this size was perfect for me. A bigger appetite may have still been hungry. The lasagna was good, especially if you like cheese. My husband makes a good lasagna that contains more meat, which I do enjoy a bit more.

Yelp
I think 4.5 stars is an appropriate score, but since half stars aren't possible, I'll go with a 5. I've only been here twice, but we've enjoyed both meals. One time we sat outside, and the other at the bar upstairs. Both times on the weekend, and both times there was live music in the bar area, which was great. Good pasta, some solid specials, and surprisingly great bartenders. We watched Anthony (at the bar) make some awesome cocktails that were honestly far above the level you would expect at this establishment. Bruschetta - Solid. Garlicky. Farfalle Luigi - Pretty solid. Definitely on the spicier side. Padellino Kampill - A classic creamy pasta dish. One of the most popular items and definitely worth ordering.

Yelp
All I have to say is dine here!! Stop thinking about it and just go eat at Trattoria Pasquale. Not only is the food divine, the service is top notch! I've ordered the Farfalle Luigi a couple of times and the Fettuccine Bolognese this latest time. Both dishes were delicious. You honestly can't go wrong with the Luigi though. Also, order a side of green beans. Roasted, buttery goodness. Drink all of the Prosecco. Actually, save me a glass or three. It's divine! Also, some of the best restaurant service I've ever experienced Thanks Nick, Gina, Christina, Kim. I love seeing your smiling faces each time I dine with you. I'll be back!!

Yelp
Excellent food. Excellent service (Thank you Julio!). This is our new favorite Italian place in Tampa. We had the monkfish special which was wrapped in prosciutto and set in a risotto bed. Also the Kampill pasta dish which is chicken penne in a cream sauce with truffle oil. Excellent dish. Even the chicken parm on the kid's menu was perfectly cooked. Everyone was friendly and welcoming from the hostess to the food runner to our excellent server, Julio. The ambiance is light and fun. Parking is easy. Definitely give this place a try.

Yelp
I went here with my partner for Valentine's Day and we both had a great time. It was a prix fixe menu and albeit the food was good, the portions were really small. I don't know if it was just because it was Valentine's Day or if it's just in general but rather than that I would be back. PS- I would pass on the dessert but the risotto is amazing. Drinks were nice and strong as well.

Yelp
I wish there was a 6 STAR OPTION! | Big Night (Sicily) - Every Wednesday of each month, head chef and owner, Luigi Cavallaro prepares a seven course meal, featuring cuisine from a different region in Italy. We visited on the last Wednesday featuring dishes, popular in Sicily. After a brief introduction and overview by chef Luigi; Anthony, head sommelier reviewed in great detail the three wines served alongside the seven courses. If you plan to attend a "Big Night" be sure to fast until 6:15 p.m. The amount of food served is over the top, but only because of the number of courses served. Each dish is modest in isolation, but enormous in its totality, including the wine. Chef Luigi and his team have created a truly special and unique dining experience, which has no equal in Tampa Bay. I would describe it as Michelin Star caliber cuisine, combined with the intimacy of a Sicilian Italian kitchen. Diego and the rest of the service team were superb! I noticed that each worker had a glowing smile on their face. The entire night was spent with people who truly enjoyed their wines, preparing incredible food and providing top notch service.

Yelp
First time eating at this restaurant. Service very good- good lousy. Chicken oarm soft as hell! The pasta was not Al dente and the red sauce was sweet!!! Manager a moron. Spine with everyone except for us.., could it be we're black!!!! It's a very vanilla establishment. Comped our meal but gave us nothing but lip service! Save your money.

Yelp
Best dining In Tampa. I've been visiting for the past few weeks, had dinner in a dozen spots. Nothing compares to the incredible flavor of the blackened grouper with porcini sauce. Best meal I've had in Florida. Bar none. What a winner of a spot! Great for drinking with friends. The BEST for a date night. With great live entertainment by Jim Brady. I never take the time to write a positive review. But Pasquale's was such an experience, with top marks for food, service, and ambience. The waiter even remembered my local friend's favorite beer! No server shortage at Pasquale's. Outstanding quick and helpful service

Yelp
The food was delicious. I had the Nonna Pasquale Vitello, an amazing sautéed veal dish with sautéed porcini and champignon mushrooms with prosciutto, served in an amazing brandy and Gorgonzola cream sauce. I substituted fettuccini for the roasted potatoes and was glad I did. The veal was perfectly cooked and so tender that I could cut it with my fork. The sauce was blended just about as good as it gets. You could taste hints of the Gorgonzola and brandy, but neither was overpowering. They played perfectly together. My wife had the Padellino Kampill, penne pasta with sautéed chicken cubes, sautéed mushrooms and prosciutto, tossed in a brandy and tomato cream sauce finished with truffle oil. Again the dish was delicious. My wife couldn't finish her meal, so we had it boxed up and brought it home. (Don't tell her, but I ate it for breakfast today.) The service was top notch. The waitress was very pleasant and definitely knew the menu inside and out. My wife mentioned that we were celebrating my birthday and the brought me a delicious piece of cake for dessert with a candle on it.

Yelp
Pasta-centric. Delicious! Some of the menu items skew a little heavy but you can get them altered (a little more white wine, a little less cream?) and they come out excellent. Great service, affordable drinks. All good!

Yelp
I love this place. All the food is good, all the drinks are good, atmosphere is good. Bartenders are cool. I've had three different things here, the chicken, the lasagna, and the braised beef, and they're all incredible.

Yelp
This is a great neighborhood Italian restaurant, and a huge upgrade from their original location. I made reservations on Open Table for an early dinner with my family. We were a little late, and we received a call and text from the hostess confirming that we wanted to keep our reservation. I guess they are really that popular! I started with a Campari soda, and then we shared a nice barolo. Their wine list has a good number of bottles, all under $150, and some are qute decent. They also have a full bar, which is fantastic. (I'm remembering the days when the original restaurant was BYOB, and this is sooooo much better!) Here's a random factoid: if you order liquor on the rocks, you will get upcharged for the rocks by $3. Now, the Milagro my husband ordered was a bargain at $8, but why not just charge $11 and not do the separate line item? We asked about it, and apparently they have a very special ice maker that makes ice that doesn't melt as quickly. Again, we felt that a Milagro on the rocks at $11 was a reasonable price, but it was weird to have a separate ice charge. We started with the antipasto. It had some of the best charcuterie I've had at a restaurant in Tampa. Everything was good! The kids loved the bread with garlic olive oil. I guess all entrees come with a salad. It was a basic, iceberg lettuce salad with a light viniagrette, but I appreciated the mini heirloom tomatoes and generous Parmesan shavings. The kids had spaghetti. They upcharge $3 for a (very large) meatball, but my son really enjoyed it, and the pasta portion was quite generous. I had the veal nonno pasquale, and my husband had the butcher's cut (hanger steak). The secondi all come with french fries as their side, but the staff will allow substitutions. I had the broccolini, and it was very good. The veal was also absolutely tender and, and I loved its gorgonzola sauce. My husband enjoyed his steak with a side of green beans. We look forward to returning to this gem of a local restaurant.

Yelp
we ate our food too quickly to take a picture (if that's not a testament as to how good the food was idk what is). Jessie was our bartender and he was amazing! he recommended the food and we were so impressed with the quality we got the mushroom risotto (amazing) and the padellino kampill (the best pasta i've had in a long time!!!) this place is super nice the ambiance was 10/10.
