Trattoria Pizzeria "Acqua e Sale"

It is one of the best places where I eat round pizza in my life. They really know how to make a true authentic Italian pizza. Nice dough, good combination of fresh ingredients, original taste, and well cooked pizza not burnt, not raw . Atmosphere,Service, Price, it's all amazing. If you're in this city, you definitely need to try their pizza. I didn't order any other food from their menu, but people around do it, and it looks also great. They also have a good variety of drinks .

We are very picky and we took an hour to select a place. After stopping by two restaurants, where we did not eat, we arrived to Acqua e Sale. We returned there today to explain how good it was! Tomorrow is my birthday and guess what? We’re going there for lunch !!! Highly recommended! Everything is perfect. From quality of food to kindness of staff. Lunch menu from Tuesday to Saturday is just unbelievable! You eat pasta and main course with coffee and wine for 15€. We haven’t seen those prices in eternity. But the quality is as in the best fine dinning Italian restaurant !

Great food, expertly cooked with fresh ingredients. Simple, honest Italian cooking at it's very best with fantastic local wines and great service. This is the first time I've ever gone to a restaurant twice in the same trip.

Great restaurant with delicious food. The portions were big, staff was very friendly. They also had nice wine. We were leaving satisfied, and full :)

We came based on the good reviews and weren’t misled. Most of the other patrons seemed like locales, we were the only table in the (packed by 1:30pm) outdoor seating not speaking Italian. Service seemed brusque at first but it wasn’t just us, and it got friendlier. We had the insalata mixta, which is typically boring in the Italian restaurants I’ve tried over the past few weeks, but was great and clearly fresh here. I ordered the swordfish pasta with fennel & zucchini flowers, it was fantastic, clearly fresh seafood, & not at all heavy. My dining partner had the mussels, it was a huge serving for only 12-14€ & they were all fresh. The broth had great flavor 😋 too bad they didn’t bother to bring us bread but we were too full anyhow.

We absolutely LOVED this place. We wanted good pizza, and chose this pizzeria based on many positive reviews praising their wood fired pizzas- these are made with quality ingredients and cooked perfectly. We arrived without reservations at 19.00 just as the restaurant was opening and were seated quickly. It was a pleasure to encounter staff who were kind, attentive, courteous, and let me practice my Italian language skills with them. We asked to sit outside and enjoy the patio even though it was a cool evening, so they set a place at an outside table just for us. This place is a little off the main tourist path and the prices were quite reasonable, especially for the wonderful meal we enjoyed! I wish we were going to be here for a while, as we would definitely return again. Grazie mille!
