Traymore by Michael Schwartz

Found in a stunningly restored Art Deco beaut of a hotel, Michael Schwartz is still killing the game with Traymore. Every dish that hit the table was a smash. Great Miami Spice 2019 menu, my husband and I both ordered from it with cocktails. Favs of the night: "Hail to the Sun" cocktail, perfect for those who like to drink but hate the taste of alcohol. It's the perfect summer / beach cocktail, light and refreshing, not overly sweet. "Pork steam bun", sticky warm bun melting around the sneak up on ya spicy pork. "Wok charred bavette", the combo of the yogurt sauce on top the sliced beef give the taste a nice creamy sensation with the savory meat flavor, broccoli was on point too with the bits of char, ok now ! Faccundo, our waiter - so polite and professional, friendly and not overbearing at the table. We had a great Friday night out. #heybebwherearewe

Went for Miami spice! What an amazing experience! We got the ramen and branzino and for desert the apple dumplings were sublime! What a great selection!

We're staying at the hotel here, and Traymore is really great. It's pretty expensive, but happy hour is every weekday from 4-8, and the deals are really good. Cheap, delicious snacks like bao and chicken satay, or quality oysters. Delicious cocktails, my favorite has been a bourbon called Roses Are Jack. Worth a trip for sure

Nice restaurant, the weiter was very for all the dinner. To be onest I don t remember the name of courses, but all was fantastic whit very unusual taste for me. The photos are made after that I eat almost half of any portion. Many thanks at all the staff ok traymore. The price was OK

Loved the flavor of each dish we ordered. The chef made the dishes taste come alive. They arent the typical American dishes. The server Facundo was great in service, too.

Great hotel restaurant/bar. Solid cocktails and wonderful/fresh seafood (which I’ve always gotten at michaels genuine) and the shrimp toast....omg yum. Want to try the whole menu

Horrible service. Which is a shame because the food was excellent. My server, which from the ticket looks to be Lazaro G was more elusive than Bigfoot. And it wasn’t just me, I asked the server from the pool (she’s great by the way) to help me find him after he had disappeared after he brought my food and SHE couldn’t locate him either. I was his only table and despite being there for a couple of hours, briefly saw him only twice. Zero apology once he emerged from hiding. But Lazaro G doesn’t care. Gratuity is always included, so he makes ZERO effort. Is there even a manager at this place? The food is great and the place is gorgeous. Fire Lazaro and just let me pick up my plate from the kitchen. Such a shame. There was an attack on the capitol building today...that was the 2nd worse thing that happened in America after this service. I guess maybe try takeout?

Staying at the Como Metropolitan for a week we had a fantastic meal at the new restaurant. The food is stunning and makes for anew destination restaurant in this quiet area of the beach. Primarily South East Asian with a Miami twist. We sat outside on the patio which was beautiful. The atmosphere is relaxed and calm, just like the hotel. Service was extremely friendly, although could do with some sharpening up such as topping up water without asking, but the staff are probably new and this will be sorted out I'm sure. Special mention for Rodney who was good to chat to, and will be a true asset to the restaurant. Make sure you save room for dessert. The Miso Flan in particular was delicious.
