Tre Lune Hollywood is a delightful addition to the Sycamore District, seamlessly blending Montecito charm with Hollywood flair. From the moment we arrived, the staff—owner, Maitre D, and staff welcomed us with genuine warmth, making us feel like long time customers rather than first-time visitors. Our table by the fireplace added a romantic touch, perfect for an intimate evening.
I began with the homemade Caesar salad, a refreshing start featuring crisp romaine, anchovy fillets, and savory pizza-bread points that elevated the classic dish. The minestrone soup followed, a hearty and flavorful medley that proved the best way to enjoy your vegetables is in a bowl of this comforting soup.
The menu offers a variety of Italian favorites. The Gnocchi Tartufati—pillowy potato dumplings in a truffle cream sauce—are a standout, delivering rich, earthy flavors that linger pleasantly. The Linguine alle Vongole, with fresh Manila clams in a delicate white wine sauce, showcases simplicity and elegance in perfect harmony.
While we skipped dessert this time, the house-made options like tiramisu and cannoli are tempting enough to warrant a return visit. The restaurant also features a charming back room with a wood-burning pizza oven and a five-seat pizza bar, ideal for private events or a cozy dining experience.
Tre Lune’s Hollywood location captures the essence of its Montecito predecessor, offering a chic yet comfortable atmosphere adorned with black-and-white portraits and warm wood accents. It’s a perfect spot for date nights, special celebrations, or simply indulging in authentic Italian cuisine. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a memorable dining experience in Los Angeles.
