The hotel is in a great location — walking distance to the Strip. However, it’s a poor choice if you’re traveling with a baby under 2, as the rooms don’t have a microwave. Warming milk was extremely difficult. The front desk staff wasn’t welcoming, and one of them spoke so loudly during check-in that everyone in line could hear my conversation. The room was said to fit 4 adults, but the “Deluxe King” felt more like a Queen bed. Housekeeping staff is polite and helpful. Be prepared to pay extra for almost everything. If you booked through a third party and selected two Queen beds or one King, expect to be given a King room by default. Two Queen beds will likely be “sold out” unless you pay $40 more per night. A Strip view costs an extra $30. Things only seem to become available if you’re willing to pay extra. Overall, convenient location, but not family-friendly and customer service needs improvement. One ⭐️ to housekeeping staff.

Treasure Island is a solid choice if you’re looking for a fun Vegas experience without breaking the bank. The location is perfect — right on the Strip and connected to the Fashion Show Mall via a pedestrian bridge, which is super convenient. The casino has a lively vibe and the drink service is pretty fast, especially for a mid-tier resort. The rooms are clean and comfortable, though a little dated. Nothing fancy, but they do the job. The beds were comfy and the view from our room was great. Check-in was easy and valet service was quick, just remember to tip the drivers — they hustle. Restaurants and bars on-site are decent — we enjoyed Gilley’s for a casual dinner and the bar was always hopping with good energy. Overall, Treasure Island is a good mix of value, location, and entertainment. Not ultra-luxurious, but definitely fun and convenient.

Very friendly and nice staff. Clean rooms and everyday cleanliness. Pool is clean too. There is a high security at this location. The breakfast restaurant is so good with reasonable prices. Nice shops inside the hotel. There is always a spot for your car at the parking.

I stayed at Treasure Island last weekend and had a great experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a nice view of the Strip. The location is perfect — close to everything and easy to get around. Staff were friendly and check-in was quick. The casino was fun and well-kept. I’d definitely stay here again!

Climate controls were good. Easy to manage and not too loud. The mattress was reasonably comfortable, but not top quality. Rooms are a bit dated with respect to furnishings and carpets. Shower had good pressure. Parking and connection to the hotel was good. Security keeps random people away from hotel floors.

Still a great option for a value play with a clean room and excellent center strip location. With free parking and option to decline their resort fee, you can't go wrong with The Treasure Island. Yes, it's an older property but keep in mind it's super comfy and convenient. You can get to your room from the garage in less than 10 minutes. That's unheard of in Vegas. The pool is small but clean and still picturesque. Enjoy this classic hotel and casino while you can. You never know when it could be demolished like it's long time neighbor - The Mirage.

I had a truly disappointing experience at Treasure Island. Check-in was slow, and despite asking to switch from two beds to one, staff said it wasn't possible. Our room was outdated, small, and not stocked with enough towels or toiletries, even had mold and dust. I had to call housekeeping three times to get basic toiletries. When we switched rooms, we were placed in one meant for guests with disabilities, which made no sense for us. Front desk refuse to change the room upon request. Worst of all, when I raised concerns about paying double the current rate (even though I booked a month in advance), a front desk agent, Lisa, dismissed me, accused me of not understanding English, and walked away mid-conversation. I'm an engineer leader — I have a pretty good ability to talk and communicate. I’ve never been treated so disrespectfully in a hotel. Manager Elly was polite but offered no real resolution. I stayed here hoping for Radisson-level quality for a special occasion, but left completely dissatisfied. After hearing similar complaints from other guests, I won’t be returning — and definitely won’t recommend it to anyone.

Been here twice and it’s the best value on the strip in my opinion. My dad also had the bran muffin in one of the restaurants and said it’s the best muffin he’s ever had. He’s a boomer so he knows his muffins well. Check in was super smooth, there’s free parking, it’s close to everything for a great price. Rooms were clean and I could get in and out easy. Also had the best ride share spot on the strip. What’s not to love!
