I had a truly disappointing experience at Treasure Island. Check-in was slow, and despite asking to switch from two beds to one, staff said it wasn't possible. Our room was outdated, small, and not stocked with enough towels or toiletries, even had mold and dust. I had to call housekeeping three times to get basic toiletries. When we switched rooms, we were placed in one meant for guests with disabilities, which made no sense for us. Front desk refuse to change the room upon request.
Worst of all, when I raised concerns about paying double the current rate (even though I booked a month in advance), a front desk agent, Lisa, dismissed me, accused me of not understanding English, and walked away mid-conversation. I'm an engineer leader — I have a pretty good ability to talk and communicate. I’ve never been treated so disrespectfully in a hotel. Manager Elly was polite but offered no real resolution.
I stayed here hoping for Radisson-level quality for a special occasion, but left completely dissatisfied. After hearing similar complaints from other guests, I won’t be returning — and definitely won’t recommend it to anyone.
